As I recall back in the 60s and 70s most of the leaders in the Civil rights movement were almost all people of color. Today in the latest version of the movement most who are making the most and loudest noise are white folks. Does that seem odd to anyone other than me?

No it seems rather apt. The most likely group to rebel and cause trouble are marginalized white people. Specifically male whites at the moment. So energy is poored into riling up the new wave of energetic dichotomizing young white people...

Can you please highlight or show the part of your reference page that supports the claim, I cant see anything.

It says in the text but you can't see the text? The text refers to laws in effect on the date above so plainly it specifies that the law described is in effect on the date above which is always about 12 hours behind for some reason. So I read it to say the military has taken charge as of the date. When the date stops changing the law will expire but there is also an order at the pentagon for 26,000 more troops to rotate in D.C. all the way up to Sept. of 2021. I trust the source on that because it is Monkeywerks.

Tomorrow the date will change. The date started when Trump was still president and it's carried over into a day to day thing. But if you look again tomorrow it will say the 25th. Yesterday it was the 23rd all day.

I'm not an attorney but a review of this looks like it applies to the feds being able to use state troops, which is what they are doing to guard DC from insurrection. That may mean its in place by Biden to keep, us out. However our lawyers here may comment more accurately than I can.
