In this update, Simon Parkes addresses the Mike Pompeo’s twitter messages @ 6:51. The question is, "What is next to roll out?" I'm only 7 minutes into this video. Simon does say that "What’s important is not the content of the messages but the timing of them".

@10:21 - Simon has information that he can’t share but he can go around the edges a bit to say that in order to arrest the major, household names in American politics, what’s important are the facts and figures of the private individual, how they obtained the money and where the money is stored. Then you have a strong case through the courts.

Tweets sharing images of military personnel in Washington continued to spread Monday morning and became a trending term on Twitter. However, Trump has not invoked the law.

The law, which has existed in various forms since the time of George Washington and in its current state since the Civil War, allows the president to dispatch the military or federalize the National Guard in states that are unable to put down an insurrection or are defying federal law.

It was last invoked in 1992 by George H.W. Bush during the unrest in Los Angeles after the acquittal of police officers who beat Rodney King.


What is the Insurrection Act?
The Insurrection Act gives the president authority to call on military and National Guard forces to suppress an insurrection if a state requests it, if there is an insurrection that makes it impossible to enforce federal law, or if there is an insurrection or domestic violence that deprives others of their Constitutional rights.

The Act also requires the president to issue a proclamation demanding those participating in the insurrection disperse.

I haven't confirmed when the document was posted in the public face of the FBI Vault, but have confirmed it's there. It's a 284 page pdf document.

Sorry I can't help, but the oddest thing is that I did a reverse image search and it reveals no results - maybe it's been scrubbed?

I've looked in Images but couldn't find one with that guy in the frame. Like you, I've had my fill of looking at this pair.

Edit... I've just done a screenshot of the guy's head and reverse image searched it, but no results.
