Todd explains that this is what happened to our Right to Informed Consent during the rollout of the COVID vaxx: it was suspended, which is exactly what these “Public Health Emergency” declarations do.

The way New Mexico Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham was able to circumvent the Constitution when she recently decreed a state-wide gun ban was by declaring a “Public Health Emergency”. So, for the purposes of the law, the Marburg epidemic has already happened. Those funds have already been used to build and supply quarantine camps throughout the United States. Now, all they need is people with blood coming out of their eyes and lying dead in the streets to claim that it’s time for all of us to report to our local FEMA Death Camps.

Military whistleblowers have told Todd that those who received the COVID shots already have in their bodies the dormant Marburg virus encapsulated in lipid nanoparticles, which would be released into their tissues via a specific pattern of pulsed 5G frequencies.

Marburg is a manmade virus that is similar to Ebola, which is also manmade. It causes bleeding from the eyes, ears and internal hemorrhaging throughout the body.

Todd adds that according to his associate, Dr Lee Vliet, it may not even be necessary to have these lipid nanoparticles, as the EMF signals, themselves have the ability to cause or imitate any disease known to man.

Todd tells Seth, “According to the law, we are in a real pandemic. There isn’t a single further thing that they need to do. If they wanted to, at this very moment, to start rounding people up and putting them into quarantine camps, they have that authority, per law, per legality – not the lawfulness. Those are two different things. But all of the preparatory work, where they can go to a sheriff and say, ‘Do this, because the law says this and the judge is going to enforce this because the law says this,’ has already been done.”

“This is a plan. That’s why I’m saying they already declared the pandemic. You don’t have to question whether it’s going to happen, you’re in it, we’re in the middle of it, right now. All we need is what you described, the catalyst. A few people falling over dead in the street, bleeding out of their orifices will work just fine to scare the holy Hell out of people.

“And to your point, in Wuhan…that was the first 5G city on the planet, that was Wuhan. They turned on 10,000 5G transmitters on, Halloween night 2019. The following week, people started falling over dead from what? Was it COVID? Was is radiation sickness? They used COVID as an excuse.

“What was the next city that happened in? Milan had the next breakout of coronavirus. You know what? The second city to adopt 5G. The third was New York City. Bang, bang, bang. There’s a direct correlation between the turning of these 5G cities and these outbreaks of COVID.”

Todd notes that Marburg can only be transmitted through an exchange of bodily fluids but he suspects that our Dear Leaders will do everything to convince us that it is airborne but that we must not fall for it – especially because, as with COVID, there are therapeutics.

His associate, retired Green Beret and former Special Operations Flight Surgeon, Dr Peter Chambers says that in the 2018 Green Beret medical handbook, soldiers who encounter Marburg or ebola in Africa are told they need only take Albendazole or Fenbendazole and they’ll be good to go. The more recent versions of this handbook have removed those details and state only that a new experimental vaccine has been developed for Marburg and ebola.

The point Todd’s making is that we don’t have to fall for their lies again. We need members of law enforcement and the military – those who would be tasked with dragging us off the streets and into the camps – to understand that this is illegal, so that they won’t enforce these laws, the same way that the eight Sheriffs in New Mexico recently refused to enforce their governor’s Unconstitutional weapons ban.

This has been heavily on my mind the last few days.... I noticed USA today was instantly shutting down conspiracy theories regarding the Oct 4th test which is to last an entire minute - that alone makes me raise an eyebrow.

I'm not a huge conspiracy theorist on this topic - however there are things that just click with me as true when I use my innate spidey-sense Spirit is telling me there's something going on and to guard away from this.

I'm leaving my cell phone at home, shut off, and going to the country where there's no reception. Not taking any chances.

• 5G Activated Zombie Apocalypse?

I had a vision about this a few years ago PRIOR to ever having heard about this conspiracy theory. I am incredibly serious about this.. I was visited by a friend's astral/soul spirit, a recently deceased friend; that person literally showed me through gesticulation (without speaking) what will happen. I met the person in a library in the vision - my friend's body was holographic looking, see through, but shining bright/beautiful and glowing with health... They held a cell phone in their hand.. I didn't understand why they were gesticulating motions with it without speaking.. At once, he handed it to the librarian (an older woman). Something immediately was triggered, and the librarian's face instantly changed into a very demonic looking out of control expression. She screamed at leapt out at me, attempting to attack me... I instantly ran out of the library and into the streets. I noticed other people were running into the streets as well. It was easy to figure out who had been "activated" and who hadn't been as the people being chased were the ones who were not in "zombie" mode. We banded together and fled the neighborhood trying to find safety in various buildings... I remember trying to crawl into the ceiling crawl spaces of offices. It was that bad.

In all honesty, I don't watch Zombie anything. I admittedly did see the recent "the last of us" series, but that was years after I had this visionary experience. I am not a fan of zombie movies or zombie narratives. I also do not partake in any video games. Zombie media is not a part of my world, period. For me to have this vision was entirely not normal nor did I seed the content to myself.

I'm not convinced that such a thing will happen this Wednesday - but I do think it's a test of sorts. They'll be checking something, unbeknownst to the public. Something unrelated to just a basic emergency alert likely. The real "trigger" for such a virus would likely happen at a different time.. .

My spirit simply is warning me and I know better than to ignore the internal warning of spirit. The more you mock a certain group of people, the more likely that what they're saying is going to turn out to be right. Evil always mocks truth. Obviously nothing blatantly noticeable/detectable will happen today, but something more subtle will. In the future it's absolutely possible that 5G will trigger many psychological, emotional, and spiritual conditions within people. You are after all electricity yourself, as a soul and as a body which is over 60% water. Water conducts frequency and is programmable according to what it is exposed to. This is even how flower essences work in vibrational medicine. Everything that flows around you within an unique frequency pattern can be weaponized and that's just a simple fact.

I do not choose to live in fear. I am well aware that fear is the mind killer. However I do think what we're dealing with will override even the strongest of souls if they do not take care to protect their bodies and biology. EDTA as a chelation therapy would be wise, and doing it soon before it's too late. Here in America, we have been pelted with chem trails for the last 10 years. It may not even matter if you're status remains unvaccinated. In recent weeks, it's been so bad with the chemtrails that I could literally taste the chemical laden metals in the air.

I'm really digging how she called these people less than "pond scum, because at least pond scum has a place in the ecosystem"... Very accurate assessment.

I don't have facebook, what is this woman's name? I had never considered these videos as being anything more than heart attacks or sudden seizures. She makes a strong point..

Lily, I hold strong intuitive feelings that this "test", the urgency to get 5G up and running and Elon Musk are all pieces of the puzzle. I have been feeling immense mental disorientation for a couple of days now. I don't know how one could hardly change this dramatically in a couple day. I don't let the phone stay in a room with me but is that enough. It's not just the phones it's all the "smart" devices as well. It's in the air, the nanoparticles from the chem trails. This is going to move fast, at least that is how I feel. Just creating a firing line and killing those the elite find useless would not energize those that thrive on the fear. I feel it in the air, I can breath it. I was in the city and it was overpowering. Not to be too graphic but I was literally vomiting. It's a strange feeling, not like the flu, it's a disorientation it is horrific.

I will be very honest, I long to get out of this frequency. I have much love but this is getting too much for me. I just keep hoping I will not wake up tomorrow. If I didn't have you guys and a few others it would definitely be too much.

The inversion was always here, this is the bad copy spoken of in the Nag Hammadi texts, now it is activating and coming into full force and it won't be pretty.It is not yet up to full force by any stretch. Someone wrote 5G fear porn as a tag, In the description, I would suggest a little deeper look at that. Do you really believe we need internet at a slightly faster speed, so important it needed to continued through the Covid debacle? Yeah, I can get my movie 1 second faster. Sounds good to me.

I also noticed the "5G fear porn" in the tag yesterday too and honestly wondered why anyone would add that as a tag.. It isn't fear porn. It's as plain as day and I have no patience or tolerance any longer for the blind. None at all. I guess "Education" really has gotten people no where in the department of spiritual discernment in this world. The blind lead the blind and as it's always been said "let those who have eyes to see, see.. Those who have ears to hear, hear..."..
