Default Why have a Space Force?

Is it to militarize space or is it defensive in nature or is there another reason why President Trump is trying to establish a Space Force? To me this is Trumps way of opening the door to new tech and knowledge. Is there a reason why we shouldnt militarize space as Dr. Greer feared back in 2001?

    whoever controls/has the upper hand in near space (between earth and moon) controls the planet;

we already know that all of our communications are exclusively controled by satelites so what else are satelites controling that the general public has not yet been informed about?

    let me guess...

It is not as if the United States could, 'control space'. It is already represented with the ISS, International Space Station. But, given Trump's blasé nature, he may just want it all.

Maybe in the future, certain areas of space will be patrolled and policed by a space force much like the ocean is today by submarines of many nations.

No one will be policing anything until they reveal cleaner burning, in-space, engine thrusters, (near Millennium Falcon-like, sci-fi tech). With the way things are going, this could be a while. Otherwise, whatever is hucked into space, will just be on a regular orbit - like every other piece of junk up there. Air Boosters/thrusters can only do so much to change this. However, I bet you that Skunkworks and Lockheed Martin, or some other like company, have something up there sleeve that would work in this regard.

My guess is, there are many investors who want to mine certain objects (moon, mars, asteroids), or are thinking of other lucrative schemes that would require essentially, 'space security'. What better way to protect your countries' investment?

    Out of interest:

Quite a few years ago, Dr Bill Deagle said in one of his interviews or presentations (I can't recall which one!) that he'd been told by a very senior military officer that (my close paraphrase) "The US controls every inch of space between here and Mars."

Exactly. This isn't new, he's just trying to clue the public into it for the first time.

That's also why he's going around saying that the F-35 is "invisible" and making Lockheed executives cringe every time he says it. They've been sitting on this tech for decades. I've even heard that the key piece of technology associated with the F-35 isn't a plane at all, but you know how clever military disinfo can be. One thing is for sure: they've sank a fortune into developing it.

It USED to be whoever controlled the seas controlled the world.....now, space is the "sea" & we, the public have NO idea what is really going on out there!

I believe it was one of Linda M. Howe's contacts that told her we already have trade routes going in space.

One of George Kavasillas' video really made me sit up & take notice....he was in on a group that had to go in & dismantle a craft that had been designed to be able to destroy planets! TIAMAT, anyone?!!

This is one reason I am glad to see Trump & Putin working together.....I would say they BOTH realize what is already going on in space & know full well about the Dark Forces operating "out there" as well as here on Earth. It's just we, the public who are in complete ignorance of what is REALLY going on.

Remember when Putin disappeared for 10 days? It was rumored he might have been "off planet". Who knows? Maybe he was!! I wonder where all that money went that Catherine Austin Fitts talks about?!

I would also like to add that it is good to remember that our Bill has been in on the Ground Floor from the beginning of this "craze", so I would credit him with any opinions he gives! I also suspect that he knows much more that he really can't talk about!

Default Re: Why have a Space Force?

The space force, and revised space council, are obvious efforts to start a 'narrative' about what will or 'should be' going on in space (around Earth). The U.S. congress has already passed legislation, i believe, that exempts corporations from taxation on space operations. The privatization of some of Nasa's technical duties, such as those done by spacex, are demonstrations of the american government's intent to corporatize space operations.

The 'narrative' appears that, as corporations start to openly develop operations in space, the US will want to extend its hegemony openly into this area. The space force will defend US 'strategic (ie. corporate fascist) interests' and police commercial activities out there.

There will likely be multi-facets to this 'narrative':
    - firstly, the public will only be informed about info that is needed for the corporations to fascilitate commercial activities, including labour recruitment, out there
    - the 'threats' posed by other space-faring nations, like russia, china, india, europe, japan, etc., will help justify massive expenditure in the space force
    - 'disclosure' of the alien presence will likely be spun into a threat, as appeared with the recent aatip video release (ie. the pilot thought that the 'tic tac' ufo could be a 'threat'), which will likely be used to justify even further expenditures
    - if the 'narrative' spin of an alien threat doesnt convince the public, and assuming that no fake alien invasion is 'performed', then watch tptb try to trot out an alien race 'saviour' species, like the grays (whom are completely untrustworthy), who have the 'know-how' to save us from ourselves

What the 'narrative' wont say is:
    - that tptb have stolen $trillions from the public purse, and have developed:
    - ftl inter-stellar space craft
    - are commercially trading with multiple space faring species using treaties (likely completely illegal) that have been in place for decades
    - have high-tech tech, much of it back-engineered from or given by, aliens
    - this high tech includes free (zero point) energy, advanced medical treatments, enhanced communications (ie. Interstellar), advanced agro tech, advanced computer tech, advanced robotics, and, of course, extremely advanced weaponry (ie. see how the twin towers were vaporized)

I'm about half convinced that the SSP which developed immediately after WW2 started with the Nazis, who were both in Antarctica and by their own admission in contact with non-human intelligences before WW2 even started. Admiral Byrd was already terrified by the "idea" of supersonic aircraft flying from pole to pole very rapidly in 1947, so that wasn't our technology, nor apparently the Soviets'. From that point we either had an arms race and caught up with them and eventually defeated them, or there has been an alignment of interests and a treaty/alliance. I believe the Soviets were on board with this before their collapse as well, or at least their own military-industrial complex, which has links to the US's despite the political differences. We always hear from whistleblower types that all major nations are represented in the SSP.

All the activity going on around Antarctica has to be related to all of this. It's where the Nazis established a colony, Admiral Byrd came away from talking about supersonic aircraft, and where a lot of interesting people have been visiting lately. Erdogan even announced Turkey's ambitions in Antarctica after bizzarely declaring Turkey to be part of a group of victors of some unspecified conflict.

My opinion is that we should have planetary space defenses, not national space imperialism or corporate plundering of the solar system. The most evil beings possible are within the cosmos, there is no apex type of galactic war taking place (in other words there is order) however there is something of a military threat between races (good vs. evil). This galactic threat of war is prevented by proper military force versus the evil sources, the greater your military force is against the forces of evil the less prone they are to bring war to your doorstep.

How I see this happening is we build inbuilt-Ai controlled inter-planar directed energy weapon sentinels that pair with any superluminal spaceship that leaves the solar system. They can double as prevention mechanisms for citizens getting lost in space.

Mr. Greer's lobby for no weapons in space is good with a planet full of corrupted powers, but isn't practical for the real universe. Evil exists in the cosmos, and they are able to get to our planet. I personally agree with a proper military space force. Ending all standing armies and turning the societal structure into a space program.

That would be quiet the feat. I can imagine probes and space drones monitoring this amount of space but controlled? After all the craft I have seen leaving and coming into our atmosphere, this would almost make sense! If there are just blatantly using the advanced tech to run trade routes and policing of space, that would be intense, would love to be pointed to more interviews with this info, Ill start looking myself and post back here if I find anything.

After reading these posts, it would make sense if all this 'was in place' and they had Trump give this statement as a precursor to what was in the pipeline.

I have never understood why UFOs have a 'white light' that is visible on the spectrum perceivable, by our eyes. Most UFOs are only filmed because of this white light that lets you see it at night. Why would they do this? Why not stealth it up? How on EARTH are they using 'lights', so similar to what we know here at all?

Omni: I am having trouble connecting with your idea of building an army to eventually do battle with the cosmos, or as you put it, build up a large enough army so no force will mess with you. The exotic technologies that other alien civilizations must have are completely unfathomable and would be impossible to predict their weapons systems, strategies, and motives.

Imagine the earth joining together for the first time in history to fight an unearthly foe. At this point the earth has spent untold trillions of money units to build a space war ship/mother ship, for interplanetary travel. All it would take is some aliens to decide they do not like this idea, they zoom in on undetectable 'cloak/invisible mode', and send a single EMP or some other devastating device unto the ship. I mean, we still rely on electricity to do everything. Even banana girl probably uses a blender for her banana smoothies.

Maybe in a thousand years after another civilization fail or two.

Foxie, nothing would make me happier if Russia and America came together and overthrew the powers that be. Giddy with joy I would be, but I am not so sure we can pull that away from the Summit meeting, a few rehearsed lines exchanged between leaders to the world is nothing groundbreaking and new. However, the proof is in the pudding and we shall see, I will ride off of your optimism on this one!

I'd say it wasn't about the few "rehearsed lines" of Trump & Putin, that was for public show, as we are well aware. What matters is what they agreed upon while the two of them were together behind the scenes.

Speaking of trade routes, that does make a lot of sense.

Farrell has already been arguing that the SSP secured its funding by promising the central bankers that they would return their investment in gold and other valuable minerals mined from space. This agreement is the source of the famous "fake" US bonds with space symbolism on them, denominated in insane dollar amounts.

In other words, the same way the early European explorers promised their investors a share of the gold and any other loot they returned from the Americas with, the military contractors involved with the space program secured investments by also promising a share of the "loot" in return.

It's only a small step from Dr. Farrell's theory, to imagining that the grand commercial trade routes to space minerals is already established and operational. And we could be talking trillions of dollars worth of raw materials.

It is likely another way to send money to the military-industrial-complex and to those who profit from it.

As to the makeup of such a Space Force, here's an excerpt from "New Scientist" about what to expect:

    11 April, 2018

War in space may happen soon, but it won’t be what you expect

"The US is making noises about increasingly militarising space, but orbital conflict won’t be a battle of spaceships and bombs

“It’s not fighter jocks, it’s not marines, it’s not special-operations guys,” says Todd Harrison at the Center for Strategic and International Studies in Washington DC. “It’s a bunch of engineers sitting in a control centre and sitting in labs. The space domain is going to be dominated by nerds.”

We know this, because the US space force already exists. The Air Force Space Command has been around since 1982 and employs more than double the number of people at NASA, the US civilian space agency, to operate and protect military satellites. The space force proposal for Congress wasn’t really about creating a new branch of the military, but part of a long-running push to move the space command out from under air force leadership, making space a higher priority.

Plus, sending a human to fight a war in space is simply not efficient. “Humans are fragile and sustaining them in space takes a lot of support,” says Laura Grego at the Union of Concerned Scientists in Cambridge, Massachusetts. “The Chinese and the Russians aren’t going to send marines to space either, because they know physics too.”

Physics also rules out orbital bombardment. Objects in orbit move at high speeds, so aren’t over a single spot on the planet for long. That means attacking a specific area at short notice would require placing hundreds of weapons in orbit to ensure one is overhead at the right moment. An aircraft carrier loaded with bombers or ballistic missiles would be much more effective.
    Deadly debris

What war in space really comes down to is satellites – using them, destroying them and defending them. The US and Soviet Union started launching satellites in the 1950s and many were designed to spy on the military operations of other nations or to target nuclear weapons. This dissuaded any attacks on satellites, because one nation would instantly know that the other was responsible and probably attempting to disable its nuclear capability. Space war would swiftly become nuclear war, so satellites were a key part of nuclear deterrence.

Since the cold war ended, satellites have increasingly been used in everyday military operations. They enable weapons targeting, espionage, GPS tracking and secure communications, making them juicy targets. This proliferation has weakened the deterrence aspect of satellites – no one would launch a global nuclear war on the back of one destroyed piece of hardware. That makes space war more feasible. “We have these valuable space assets, and they’re fairly vulnerable because it’s hard to protect things in space” says Grego.
In a space war, no gun-toting humans would be involved

Disabling an enemy satellite has also become easier. Previously, the only options were shooting a projectile at it or smashing your own satellite into it. Such “kinetic attacks” tend to be seen as a bad idea. In 2007, China launched a missile to destroy one of its own weather satellites. This test created more space debris than any other event in history – thousands of shards more than a few centimetres across, and many more smaller ones.

“That debris stays in orbit, zooming around at high speeds,” says Grego. The resulting high-velocity shards endanger everyone’s assets, including those of the attacker and innocent bystanders.

That is why a space war is most likely to be waged more discreetly, with jamming, spoofing and hacking. Jamming a satellite is fairly simple: you just need a device that emits a lot of noise in the radio or microwave wavelengths used by the target satellite, so that genuine signals can’t be received. Spoofing is similar, but the attacker also creates a false transmission that masquerades as the target satellite’s signal.

Examples of satellite jamming and spoofing have been reported all around the world, from governments blocking television or radio signals, to ships being sent fake location data, to private citizens jamming GPS signals so they can’t be tracked.

Actually hacking into a satellite and taking control of it is more difficult. There have been only a few reports of hackers taking over satellites, including one against a US National Oceanographic and Atmospheric Administration satellite in 2014. Hackers in China reportedly temporarily took over the satellite’s command and control system but didn’t send it any directives."

So, while there may be some military men and women donning cool new uniforms (vintage Star Trek is actually being mooted ; ) ) the warriors will look and fight, more like the current contingent of drone pilots.

Interesting posts here, but I would say that the Dire state of consciousness of the current human race would be a bar to anything of substance being launched ‘up there’. The benevolent Galactics (or whatever term you’d use for friendly extra-terrestial species) simply would not allow us to take our aggression into space.

But given that there is indeed, a Secret Space Project, (whatever you want to call it) I think they’ve only been allowed to go so far, & that’s it - no carousing beyond our solar system. I simply cannot see any kind of serious warfare developing – even in orbit, as our (benevolent) space brothers have the means to sabotage - & have done so - any aggressive-intent weapons launching.

Indeed there are a few malevolent species who would encourage our warlike tendencies, should we meet them (we very likely have!) but I believe in the power of the Divine & that Humankind is on track for ascension to a higher consciousness & we are being helped in this by higher evolved entities in the universe, who will not allow us to create great damage & blow ourselves & the planet to smithereens….
    I can sleep happy then!
    Just my take.

I agree Mari, there are DEFINITELY, if I know anything in this crazy world, I at least know there are benevolent ETs up there.

I have heard they have shut down nuke launches.

By the way, foxie, here are mike pompeo's comments and bullet point on what POTUS and putin said.

Here is a public reason to have a dedicated space force- China shoots down their own satellite in 2007, US did the same in 2005?

Private satellites and private space companies are popping up all over the world. How many weapons are in space right now? In 25 years, the space up there is going to be pretty complicated!

Of course, the space force is nothing new, however I think some of the technology is going to become declassified soon. It just seems rational to conclude that there is a funding issue at work here.

Having said all of this, I’m aware that anything declassified is going to be years behind the reality.
