I have to say, I'd do quite a lot to see Ann and Nancy Wilson (Heart) perform an entire concert of Zeppelin numbers. And yes, they might possibly get back together next year.

They do Zep better than Zep, and Ann does Robert Plant better than Robert Plant. Sacrilege to some! But a case can be made. With the passing of Freddy Mercury, Ann Wilson, now 68 years old (impossible to believe!), has by far the strongest, most powerful and most evocative voice in rock. Her voice is just as it was when she started out 50 years ago. Maybe better.

And if I had a time machine, I'd want to be at the 2012 Kennedy Center Honors where Ann and Nancy, backed by Jason Bonham on drums, an orchestra, and two choirs, performed Stairway to Heaven, the greatest modern song ever recorded, in front of Plant, Jimmy Page, and John Paul Jones, and a packed audience of celebrities that included the president.

It was staggering, acclaimed final act of the night that famously brought tears to the eyes of Robert Plant. (And to mine, too. I can't watch that often enough. It was the greatest live performance of Stairway to Heaven ever done, including by Led Zeppelin themselves.)

Trivia here compared to much else on this thread, but here it is. It's something to witness. These things do matter. (And, note. ETs can't do this kind of thing. Only humans can.)

No-one's asked me a question about this — but I was reminded of this post last night when I saw the video below. Recommended.

It's really most interesting, because the reviewer ('The Charismatic Voice', a professional opera singer named Elizabeth Zharoff) knew almost nothing about Led Zeppelin and was only very dimly aware of Stairway to Heaven. But she was already a fan of Ann Wilson's remarkable and powerful voice.

She'd been asked to review this performance by her followers. Her live, real-time reaction, hearing Stairway to Heaven performed so magnificently like this, is lovely to behold.

Many thanks, and that was very interesting. I confess I'd never heard of Dan Lutz or Meir Ezra, but in summary none of this would surprise me at all. I know how the Church of Scientology's recruitment programs work, and this would be very typical.

Regarding whether Kim Goguen is or ever had been connected with the Church of Scientology, I also have zero information (I don't follow the Church's dramas, scandals or personalities at all), and all I can say is that while I don't follow Kim Goguen's updates any more either*, I've never heard her using any scientology terminology, which with some people is quite often an accidental giveaway.

* In my strong personal opinion, there have been way too many ridiculous and impossible things that she states and claims, such as that Donald Trump is dead and that the Chinese naval fleet was dematerialized a couple of years ago(!).

I don't post on the main pro Kim Goguen thread (or even read it any more), nor on the counter Who is Kim Goguen? thread — the reason being that I don't want to insert myself into any controversies or disagreements which are debated or presented by Avalon members whom I respect and count as friends.

But as a one-off statement here, it's very clear to me personally that while I don't know if Kim Goguen herself is a 'scammer', I'm as sure as I can be that most if not all of her claimed information is nonsense and has zero bearing on the reality around us which I feel I understand.

I think there has been sufficient evidence presented on the "Who is Kim Goguen?" thread demonstrating that Goguen and her cohorst are not only liars, but unparalleled scammers and grifters who have cost hundreds if not thousands of people thousands if not millions of dollars, not to mention a lot of heartbreak and very rude awakenings.
In that sense, they have probably even outdone the likes of Wilcock, Goode, Parkes etc.
I am sure there will be more evidence forthcoming, should anyone care to attend to it.
I cannot in good conscience continue as a member of Project Avalon since it has been providing a platform for such ruthless grifters and compromsing the integrity of this forum since 2020, and with no change in sight judging from what Bill has stated above.
I only became aware of it all relatively recently, but the longer I have been aware, the more compromised I have been feeling personally by the continuing presence of the thread "The Global Financial System Explained, Kim Goguen, LifeForce, & the Assemblies" here, and what it represents.
So I will say goodby and best wishes to the forum members who I have shared this space with for so long; I wish it were under better circumstances.

I only have limited time to go on Avalon but consider this platform to be a great source of information when needed. Onawah, I -- as Im sure many others -- greatly value your insights and many posts. Please reconsider! I'd much rather see you continue your posts than Kim Goguen any day.

This brings me to a sticky point. With rapidly increasing attempts to manipulate peoples thoughts through main stream media worldwide and AI getting into the mix , we look to Project Avalon for refreshing quality news. PA is our sacred "go to" place. New members when signing up, sign a pledge to make quality contributions to the site and assist in the positive development of mankind.

When a news thread, or a contributor for that matter, has proven to be inaccurate or deceptive, should they not get their due notice? We are fighting a war out there against darkness and manipulation as many Avalonians will surely agree. I urge all moderators to please keep on top of things to continue to keep Project Avalon a top knotch site. Project Avalon is making a difference in shaping consciousness of this world!

I won't ask you to stay but only to reconsider your options.

With so many people on the apple cart these days, mouthing in lockstep the accepted narrative, we need you to help run alongside trying to overturn it. It's our job.

For now we can only watch from the sidelines and hope soon sanity will return, or even perhaps that we ourselves will come to realize the error in our thinking, who knows.

But if you leave your voice will be cancelled, here. That would be a loss for all involved.

Continue to stand your ground, that in itself is an excellent example for others to emulate. Or maybe skulk around in the background for a while. Let the newest fad fade, like they always do. I truly hope you will rethink that choice of yours.

Yes, this forum at one time had a lot of supporters for Corey Goode, David Wilcox, Simon Parkes, Kevin Arnett, Deborah Tavares, Mark Richards, Charlie Ward and many, many other snake oil salesmen. I took many, many years to turn the tide and convince the forum members that these people were hucksters. While hoaxes and hoaxsters have been planted and grown on this forum, we are also often the first ones to question these narratives and start revealing these stories as hoaxes. Many of us have worked hard to expose these people as charlatans, and you in particular have done a great job on Kim Gougen. (I haven't spent much time looking at her materials at all. Something seemed strange about her when I first started looking in to her, and when you created the thread to expose her, you confirmed my intuition that her stories were nothing but a big crock and I haven't had to spend any more time looking at either the pro or anti Gougen threads thanks to you.)

I am not sure what you expect Bill or the mods to do about this thing. There is no stopping a powerful lie, it just has got to run its course. You can't end an idea by trying to suppress it. You just have to let it feast on all the feeble minds that will take it in and be thankful it is not you, and then wait for it to die it's spectacular death (and hasten the death with your good research). You could ban it here on the forum but that won't make it go away. The ship of fools will just sail off to another place on the internet and cultivate their nonsense elsewhere. Why not just let it continue to happen here, so that we can witness close up how the conmen and conwomen lure their suckers into their web and observe how these scams operate.

Ideas are opium and a few threads here have been opium dens, and we have some hopium junkies here. So you might as well enjoy the freak show! And while Gougen will probably fade into obscurity in a year or two, there will be new people to take her place. Fighting the lies and B.S. in this universe is a never ending battle and truth warriors can never retire. So don't you dare leave the forum.
