Default David Paulides on Bigfoot, Wild Men and Giants

Dave Paulides on Coast to Coast AM, 30 Sept 2018, with George Knapp. HIGHLY recommended, as always.

It's titled Bigfoot, Wild Men and Giants. (Maybe, says Paulides, all the same thing.)

    The summary from https://coasttocoastam.com/show/2018/10/21:
    Bigfoot, Wild Men and Giants

After a nine-year hiatus from his last Bigfoot book, David Paulides has returned to the arena with Bigfoot Wild Men and Giants. This 376-page tabletop book of news articles describing hairy bipeds and giant skeletons that were located in mounds and graves.

Mr. Paulides has committed himself to the work associated with his books, Missing 411. While searching newspaper archives for missing people, he stumbled across articles of wild men and giants. The description of the wild men and women match that of bigfoot today. In a remarkable coincidence, there are many skeletons of giants found in the same time parameters as the wild men. Are the two topics related? He started accumulating articles until he had stories that covered over 200 years.

The book has descriptions of the biped from 1680-1922, all containing the original newspaper articles, location, and date. This is the perfect book to browse for five minutes or dedicate the next five days. If you are a longtime pessimist to the bigfoot topic or a seasoned researcher, Bigfoot Wildmen and Giants will leave a lasting impact to the reality of hairy giants.

yes, @Bill and @Justplain and all readers-

just read Lloyd Pye's books plus listen to the many, many David Paulides interviews (let alone read his books!)-

supposedly Paulides has released an 8th book about this topic; but his books are only available (so far) thru his website which will only accept payment via a North American payment system (bank check, cashier's cheque, etc.) but will not accept a universaly accepted Master Card (like mine) or Visa, etc. which I find very frustrating-

I'm a tremendous fan of Paulides; just wish I could order his books from Germany-

An interesting distinction between sasquatch and the giants that are found, is that sasquatch have hair all over their bodies, usually dark brown, and the giants were considered to be red haired and the males bearded. The elongated skulls of paracus Peru are red-haired and of bigger stature than the regular populace, though not considered 'giants'. Therefore, the evidence seems to point to the fact that sasquatch are a different creature than the ancient giants.

Some speculate that the giants of ancient lore are hybrids of denisovan humans, believed to be giants, and homo sapiens. Loyd Pye speculated that sasquatch were just the natural evolutionary hominid after the great apes, and that we homo sapiens were a genetic experiment done by off worlders (the evidence he used for this was that we have fewer chromosones than great apes).

    Interesting stuff.

Paulides is back on the bigfoot bandwagon well well.

I've got both his other bigfoot books which are excellent. They were fairly inexpensive but to order one of his 411 books my god. Crazy expensive to get in Canada for some reason. The boom is 24.99 but $40 for shipping! $65 for one book in American dollars

Default Re: David Paulides on Bigfoot, Wild Men and Giants

In his previous interviews he is very circumspect about what he believes to be the cause of disappearances...and I have listened to nearly every interview he has given.

it "seems" that there may be some trans dimensional influence at play and that there "may" be several forms of creatures engaging in this activity.
Regular sasquatch do not seem to care to interact much but some are territorial......but it seems like there is another variety that is a bit more ominous in its intentions.....in one interview he related a story of a man who seemed to "phase" into another dimension and was stalked by an entity (seemingly human-ish) that was full of malice and truly evil intent......THAT scared me!

As with Sasquatch the dog-men seems to present in 2 ways.....basic and shy dog-man and some truly nefarious shadow spawn version.....they will fight one another....and the shadowspawn scare "regular" Sasquatch ( or so I have heard). Reminds me a bit of the Skinwalker ranch "wolves".....seriously if something "scares" a 700lb 9 ft tall sack of furious primate muscles.........scares me too!

    RUN AWAY!!!!!!!!!!

And now Paulides has determined that many missing persons cases in cities......are part of these events. They generally include water......and in rural areas, near granite formations and/or waterways. and for some reason they take off people's shoes......well guess what.........? we really cannot go very far without shoes. Seems bizarre but it makes some "sense".......to an extent. Search and rescue dogs cannot find the "scent" of missing people and some REFUSE to track when they do find a scent.......that is not comforting! and people who are later found ( often children) are dozens of KM from where they were "lost" ............3 year olds cannot climb mountains or walk 10 KM......in a day.

Paulides advice is simple.........carry a gun!
I live in Canada so that is not an option!
Not that I would want one anyway....

A few decades ago I was living in the UK ( Oxford) and walking home from a pub night.......I KNEW something was following/stalking me and had taken up residence in a small copse of trees in the parklands ahead.....what may seem bizarre and probably unintelligible but I am convinced some "elemental force" was unimpressed with the entity and they had a raging fight....in the trees, in the dark......this was not raccoons or cats.......like literally uprooted and knocked over a tree and shredded bushes!

The distinct impression I had was one was of "air and earth" and the other was of "darkness"......I cannot say I was being "protected"......and I feel that the sprite or whatever just really didn't like the dark thing. I did not have the impression that it was an angel ........much more "primal" than that in my estimation......

I have never been so scared in my life!

I am not an "experiencer" I have never seen an UFOs, Aliens, or Angels or Monkey People.......and I don't think I want to!
There is IMHO a darkness in this world..........and we really do not have much of a defense against it....and THAT is why I find Paulides work so disturbing!

Maybe the "nice" sasquatch are keeping us safe in a way....? They do seem to be more "attuned" to things than we are.....

Well done Mr Paulides! He's striking a blow against the slavery of the cashless society. I will have to listen to his interview. I have come across his work on TV and it is compelling.

I walk nearly daily at least 5 on logging roads in the pacific n.w.
Today at about 400 yd distance out through the trees there was twice a sound like someone/thing hiting a tree with a stick.I was tempted to do same BUT then thought.....careful what you screw with.I didnt have any feeling of malintent though.
In the last few months i recall some info(and cant now remember where) that the first night vision goggles used by gunners in choppers in vietnam had them shooting wildly at things in the air only visible through them.Apperently optics or whatever were changed soon after.
If anyone here can remember that article or source of info ,it may be a way as well to view invisible to us ufos.

Clif High talked in one of his interviews about his fathers experience in Vietnam and about the gunners shooting wildly at things not visible without these googles. Apparently, what they saw scared them to death

I'd like to say I'm a "fan" of David Paulides, but ever since becoming familiar with his work, it seems to me he has failed enormously in one very important area.....and no-one else seems to have picked up on it either. That area is -- to me -- the unquestionable art and science of remote viewing. Were it my child missing, I would first -- and without a moments hesitation -- have hired someone like Daz Smith or Dick Algire at whatever price they demanded. I would have at least two of the best remote viewing opinions I could hire. And I would want the answer no matter how troubling it might be. Only the real truth would set me and my child free.....even if only in a figurative sense.

It irks me no small amount that David goes to such great detail -- and in such a professional manner -- to search out the tiniest detail of each tragedy without first thinking of today's remote viewers -- whose track records are quite impeccable. I have sent David several emails over the past year or two asking him why he hasn't pursued remote viewing. I get no reply from him. I'm sure he is aware of remote viewing.

Sooooooo, I have to ask myself WHY the silence and the deliberate avoidance of what small or large chance of truth we have available to us. I think the answer is probably more troubling and deeply disturbing for most people to know about than no answer at all.

Still, were it my child's life that was at stake, I would consider my own life to be at stake in attempting to end these travesties or make the dangers known far and wide so as to take whatever protective measures might be available to us as third-dimensional fodder in order to minimize such a thing happening to someone else.

Dogman and Bigfoot encounters........apparently Dog-man despises colognes and perfumes. Especially those containing musks.

That's an excellent question that Paulides is often asked in interviews, and each time he explains that the remote viewers have just never responded to his requests for help or support. It's like they just don't want to get involved.

I think (but I'm not 100% sure) that he might have stated this once again in one of two his most recently posted interviews, with George Knapp on Coast to Coast. I do seem to remember hearing it again recently. If I come across it, I'll post the timestamp.

    For what it's worth.....

For what it is worth David Paulides had no part in the actual investigations he writes about in his books. Paulides is writing about these cases long after they have occurred, in some cases we are talking like fifty and a hundred years after they have occurred. Paulides has stated that he has contacted remote viewers who seem interested in pursuing a case at first, but soon the issue of money comes up and Paulides either does not want to spend money on having a case long closed remote viewed or it is an integrity thing and he feels spending a certain amount of coin with no guarantee anything is going to happen is a bad idea.In either case the remote viewer is not taking on a role of someone who can save anybody, he is taking on the role of someone who can clarify what happened to someone who is already long gone.

Yes, here. 16:17 in this C2C second hour of the September interview:

Paulides also said in an older interview that one RVer while unsuccessfully attempting to provide answers for a missing teen also shook down parents for more cash for a better reading.

The experience turned him off to the whole field.
When in doubt, do the next right thing.

I've always thought that incorporating drones equipped with sophisticated cameras including IR would be a good tool for the search but in hour 2 George takes a caller with that very question...Why hasn't anyone used drones in this search?

DP responds that there have been drones used without any useful results and states drones are not allowed in National Parks.

I'm still in the mindset that incorporating drones in areas known for sightings outside of National Park boundaries would be a good tool by researchers.

Todd Standing (Sylvanic Bigfoot) has stated that was his intention to use them but they don't work because BG is too sophisticated.
