    Default Procrastinators Anonymous.

    My name's Daozen and I'm a procrastinator.

    *Applause*

    Here's the game:

    - Hold yourself publicly accountable so you don't waste a day, or a life.
    - Set a goal.
    - Set a timelimit.
    - Post when the goal's completed.

Microgoals are better as part of a bigger goal. i.e you want to build a house... so today's microgoal is to visit the planning office, for example. Even the biggest project can be broken into microtasks.

    *

    GOAL:
    TIMELIMIT:
    DONE: ???

    ~

    I'll start:

GOAL: Tidy house from top to bottom while studying Chinese and Charisma.
    TIMELIMIT/LOCAL TIME:3 hours only. It's 6:59am now, I have to finish at 9:59
REWARD:A better house for visiting guests.
    DONE: ???

I am Flash and I am a procrastinatora (it sounds more sophisticated when putting the feminine letter a at the end lol than just plain procrastinator lol)

    I truly am.

Goal: correct my daughter college homework (for the grammar, not the ideas - this is what partial aphasia does even if it is not quite appearant anymore)
Go class my papers while doing a few washing of clothes (brassées de lavage)
    20 min of vielight

    Time line: 3 hours

I got tired of hearing my sister say she’s a procrastinator. So I purchased a short book on procrastination. It was in the same place where I left it. I brought it home to make an outline to help with the paralyzing behavior. The next visit it was on one of the piles on the kitchen table.

She got all kinds of annoyed when I told her that procrastination serves her: it's better not to begin, than to fail... that’s too dark a place to live 24/7.

As for myself, every day is different and everything gets done. New ideas and efficient ways continue to come through. I love the way it all works. After all these years, I figured it out. I’m open and in the flow.

I jump out of bed and do it all again. I catch myself at least once a day saying, “I feel like I’m playing house.” I’m so, so grateful to be a part of the mystery. It’s simple and uncomplicated once I realized that’s all it needs to be.

    Welcome one and all!!!

That was the most productive 3 hours I spent in a long time. I didn't learn Chinese, but binge-listened to Jordan Peterson and got a LOT of tidying done. I didn't flake or take more than a 2 minute break. I reckon I was literally 300% more efficient.

    *

    10:15am.

GOAL: 90 minutes tidying then 15 minutes cardio.
    TIMELIMIT: HIGH NOON!!!
DONE: EDIT: Yes, done. I moved the cardio to later cos I had some emergency sweeping to do, but I spent a solid 90 minutes on cleaning. I switched off the internet and just used an MP3 player to learn Chinese. Very productive....!

Discipline is FUN. It means you have more time to enjoy music, friends and life. Yesterday, a combination of Nutrobal, MMS, citric acid and Kerosene the night before raised my energy levels back to when I was 35 and had a ton of energy. I haven't felt like that in a while. Nearly picked up my electric guitar again. Nearly.

Once you develop the habit and focus of discipline it carries over into other tasks. Like bicep curls for your mind.

    Tuesday March 19th

    HOUSE
    - Develop solid morning routine: Switch on Chinese MP3 upon waking, make MMS, pray for energy and guidance, do some exercise, write TODO list online.
    - Pick up card from Post Office.
    - Take out rubbish. Go for walk and stretch.

    - Buy a good notepad so I can work on the train.
    - Binge watch videos on discipline.

    WORK
    - Fill in PRs, send MP3s out.

    APPS
    - Put Hyperloop on Github and learn how to use Git from Atom. NOT YET!!!
    - Make list of open source forums and Facebook groups. NOT YET!!!

[[[MARCH 20TH. CHANGED MYKRA DESIGN INSTEAD. PRODUCTIVE DAY.]]]

    WRITING
    - Fill in Nutrobal blog.
    - Decide whether blogspot or Medium is better for this city. MEDIUM? ASK K.

    TIMELIMIT?

    As much as possible, today.

The latter three are well documented on here... When I mix up MMS in the morning, I put extra citric acid in until the water tastes lemony. That gives it an extra kick, and makes it better for energy.

For now, Nutrobal/Ibutamoren/MK677 is the same peptide. Lots of info online. It's a secretagogue that stimulates HGH production. Check out LiveLikeAViking on youtube, and watch the transformation in his face over 6 months. He's taking HGH shots, but MK677 does the same thing... HGH Day 29 is a good start.

Then check out Dr Life on HGH, and 60 year old woman on HGH. Tons of inspiring videos.

Will write it up when I can. But only three weeks in and my energy levels are a lot better.

Here you go Bill. I'd been meaning to write this up for my parents for a while, so thanks for nudging me to get it done. BTW, it is ALL on topic. It all comes under transformation and health, so feel free to ask any questions here. I've been meaning to minimize my internet footprint for a while, so will probably just stay on this thread.

I guess you have to learn to love the grind. That's a cheeseball phrase, but it's true. No grind, no Valhalla.

    - Do Progress Reports
    - Listen to Chinese all day
    - Find MP3 player (didn't make backups. STUPID!)
    - Do washing
    - Use Git from Atom.

    Hey Daozen -

just to let you know my last post wasn't completely tongue in cheek.

Starting today - setting aside time daily for meditation (something I used to do)
Just focusing on breathe and empty mind to start with.

I guess I'm easing into the grind - although for me, I know this is exactly where my focus should be.

DONE. Been testing out Twitter... In 280 characters you can get a lot of ideas across. Need to be active on less threads. Twitter might help me balance my communication more.

This is the era of the grey hats. Angelic diplomats who can visit Satan's court cos they know respect and balance. Did they sign a dark contract decades back? We watch youtoob and worry they are co-opted. Maybe they are. But they still have infinite wisdom to dispense.

Listen to Jordan Peterson and Chinese.... do lots of planks.
Tell - I might be coming to YS.

I am tired reading your schedule.....

It reminds me of my 70 hours week work plus single mothering, I had just 1/2 hour for me per day, between 6 and 6:30 am, and imagine, I thought I should do sport in this half hour.

One thing taught in some time management courses is to plan at a minimum 2 to 4 hours of nothing during work time, in order to fill it with the unexpected. Leave space for unexpected stuff. During work.

I think the same should be done for off work time, just 4 to 8 hours free per week minimum.

Allowing time with family, children needs, etc.
