Hi:

One of Fauci’s “innovations” from the AIDS days, which he also used in this current “pandemic,” was misusing notoriously inaccurate virus tests, instead of the time-honored practice of diagnosing symptoms, to overstate the prevalence of AIDS. That became a genocidal stratagem. New technologies such as the PCR test and electron microscopes created explosive growth in virology, as it became a gold rush to attribute microbes to diseases. Before I got Kennedy’s book I was reading Virus Mania, which covers this latest insane trend in Western medicine, and Kennedy quoted Virus Mania and its authors repeatedly in his book.

Kennedy wrote:


“Under this new rubric, every theoretical breakthrough, every find, became potentially the basis of a new generation of drugs. The opportunity to capitalize on the transfer of information transformed researchers into entrepreneurs and their discoveries into ‘inventions.’ Science became big business.

“All this new equipment made science expensive – too expensive to perform without financial support from Big Pharma and Big Government. Researchers increasingly relied on Tony Fauci and drug makers to furnish and support their laboratories. Long-term funding became the first requirement of any new research. The researcher got his financing, and Dr. Fauci and the pharmaceutical company got proprietary rights on new discoveries. The self-interest of the researcher, the research institution, and the biotech company converged.

“[…] It was often unclear that the new viruses they found in ailing tissues were actually causing the diseases, whether the tiny microbes were free riders colonizing decayed tissue, or altogether innocent bystanders. Harvard’s James Watson, who won the Nobel Prize in 1962 for discovering the molecular structure of DNA, fretted that the ‘gold rush’ mentality was likely to ‘scare off the sensible and leave the field to a combination of charlatans and fools.’”


The grotesque distortion of medical science today owes plenty to that grim state of affairs. Kennedy’s book makes it very easy to understand why medical science is the flimsiest and most corrupt branch of science. If people apply for Gates Foundation money, the most important part of their proposals are how their work can become the basis for intellectual property that Gates can then own a piece of. That is medical “philanthrocapitalism” in a nutshell.

Kennedy discussed some foundational issues of virology and the AIDS issue. For one thing, HIV has never convincingly been isolated. The antigen-antibody theory is about how the immune system creates antibodies specific to viruses. Gallo inferred the HIV virus from the presence of antibodies, but scientists have stated that the so-called HIV antibodies could be for a wide range of viruses, such as tuberculosis and herpes. Kary Mullis complained that the quantitative PCR HIV test is “not even a test for HIV.” All sorts of conditions give rise to false positive HIV results, including pregnancy and the flu. There are a boatload of assumptions around HIV theory and its detection, which may all be invalid.

And here comes one of the craziest notions that Fauci and Gallo concocted. Under the prevailing theory, the detection of antibodies means that the immune system has beaten an infection. Virtually the whole point of vaccines is to produce antibodies (which is a very lopsided approach that likely damages the immune system), in order to protect from infection. But instead of the presence of antibodies meaning the victory or health of the immune system, Fauci and Gallo made the case that antibody production means imminent doom from the virus that the antibodies supposedly protect from. It is backwards from accepted theory, and neither Fauci nor Gallo have explained their thinking, which leaves scientists scratching their heads, wondering what planet Gallo and Fauci live on.

Kennedy quoted Reinhard Kurth, who said, “To tell the truth, we really don’t know exactly what has to happen in a vaccine so that it protects from AIDS.” That begins to get at a primary issue with Fauci: more than 30 years and many billions of dollars have been spent by Fauci and friends in a fruitless quest to create an HIV vaccine. Kennedy does more than suggest that it is because the basic dynamics of HIV and disease are not understood by the AIDS establishment. I suspect that infectious disease is poorly understood, if at all, by the Western medical establishment.

Kennedy wrote on the limitations of the PCR test and the CD4 test. The PCR test does not measure actual viruses, but DNA fragments that seem to be similar to those in HIV. The inventor of the PCR test, Kary Mullis, said:


“The HIV test has never been validated. It doesn’t show infection; it shows viral particles that may exist in millions of people. With the PCR method, mind you, not a complete virus, but only very fine traces of genes (DNA, RNA) may be detected, but whether they come from a [certain] virus, or from some other contamination, remains unclear.”


Mullis became Gallo’s and Fauci’s harshest critic, as Mullis ridiculed their work. Heinz Ludwig Sanger, who won the Robert Koch Prize in 1978, wrote in a scientific paper:


“HIV has never been isolated, for which reason its nucleic acids cannot be used in PCR virus load test as the standard for giving evidence of HIV.”


Gallo’s chain of reasoning from HIV to AIDS has never been established. Mullis said:


“PCR made it easier to see that certain people are infected HIV, and some of those people came down with symptoms of AIDS, but that doesn’t begin, even, to answer the question: Does HIV cause it? Human beings are full of retroviruses.”


The CD4 test has similar limitations. CD4 is related to T-cells, and low CD4 counts are supposedly in indicator of AIDS, but Kennedy wrote:


“However, not a single study confirms this most important principle of the HIV only theory: that HIV destroys CD4 cells by means of an infection. Furthermore, the most significant of all AIDS studies, the 1994 Concorde study, questions using helper cell counts as a diagnostic test for AIDS. The problem is the use of the surrogate endpoint, which is notoriously imprecise. Many studies corroborate the skepticism. One of these is the 1996 paper ‘Surrogate Endpoints in Clinical Studies: Are We Being Misled?’ Published in the Annals of Internal Medicine, the paper concludes that CD4 T cell count in the HIV setting is an uninformative as ‘a toss of a coin’ – in other words, not at all.”


Mullis said:


“Now, is there a test that can definitively tell you if you’re infected with the virus? What is that test?”

Hi:

After Kennedy discussed how invalid the HIV and AIDS tests are, he then wrote at length on the major problems with associating AIDS with HIV. The HIV/AIDS hypothesis has never come close to satisfying Koch’s postulates. Kennedy discussed the problems with the HIV/AIDS hypothesis, Koch’s postulates, and related issues:

• AIDS without HIV;
• HIV without AIDS;
• HIV has never been isolated and grown in a culture, which Gallo and Montagnier have admitted;
• Nobody ever induced AIDS by injecting HIV into a healthy animal;
• HIV has never been re-isolated from a diseased host;
• Viral load is not a reliable indicator of illness;
• HIV is rare, at most, so how could it cause an AIDS epidemic?
• Fauci’s hypothesis for an AIDS pandemic does not follow Farr’s laws;
• The Fauci/media suppression of all dissent to the HIV/AIDS hypothesis.

Kennedy quoted Julia Segre in The Journal of Investigative Dermatology, as she summarized Koch’s postulates:


“As originally stated, the four criteria are

• The microorganism must be found in diseased but not healthy individuals;
• The microorganism must be cultured from the diseased individual;
• Inoculation of a healthy individual with the cultured microorganism must recapitulate the disease;
• The microorganism must be re-isolated from the inoculated, diseased individual and matched to the original microorganism.

“Koch’s postulates have been critically important in establishing criteria whereby the scientific community agrees that a microorganism causes a disease.”


Kennedy wrote that Koch’s postulates are the “gold standard” for virologists and in the courtroom for connecting microbes and disease.

Kennedy then covered the issue of AIDS without HIV, and began by noting that Gallo himself found HIV in less than half of the patients that he tested. Kennedy noted that every one of the 30 diseases that have now been classified as AIDS can occur in people without an HIV infection. Immediately after Gallo’s unethical 1984 press conference, doctors all over the USA found patients with AIDS diseases but no trace of HIV. Gallo’s hypothesis failed right out of the gate, but Fauci and the CDC kept it quiet, and by 1992, the media also knew about HIV-free AIDS, but were afraid of incurring Fauci’s wrath and kept silent. The chief science writer at the New York Times admitted to Science magazine that he would not break the story until the CDC did. So much for intrepid reporters, going to the ends of the Earth for the truth to bring to the public’s attention. Throughout Kennedy’s book, Ed and Noam’s Propaganda Model was validated.

In 1992, that changed, when a Newsweek reporter, Geoffrey Cowley, at an AIDS conference in Amsterdam, reported his conversations with AIDS researchers, who quietly confessed to him that they were encountering many AIDS patients without HIV. Cowley did not know what he stumbled into, and it set off a five-alarm fire in Fauci’s regime. The Newsweek article threatened to collapse Fauci’s carefully crafted myth of HIV and AIDS. Fauci immediately jumped on Air Force 2 to Amsterdam, with a CDC henchman accompanying him (who was a partner in crime with Gallo), but it was too late to quell the insurrection, and Fauci was greeted by hordes of angry scientists and reporters. Fauci’s henchman confessed that the CDC had long known about non-HIV AIDS, which fanned the flames further.

One of Cowley’s Newsweek articles was “"AIDS or Chronic Fatigue?” in Newsweek’s September 9, 1992 edition. At Cowley’s page at Newsweek, that article is conspicuously absent. Cowley’s reporting from Amsterdam nearly ended his career.


The New York Native reported on Fauci’s fiasco in Amsterdam:


“[…] the little man with the compensatory ego […] looked like he was going to have a nervous breakdown in Amsterdam. We kept waiting to see him curled up in a fetal position and crying hysterically – desperate for forgiveness, desperate to create a smokescreen to make everyone forget how he has elbowed every critical question about HIV out of the way.”


Duesberg jumped in and identified more than 4,000 AIDS cases in the peer-reviewed medical literature for which there was no trace of HIV, which had amazingly slipped past Fauci’s wall of censorship. The LA Times wrote an editorial that partly vindicated Duesberg, calling him the “unofficial leader of the revisionists” who was “an international star of virology long before anyone heard of AIDS,” and that Duesberg’s positions, “have the ring of common sense.”

At the time, another “underground” issue amongst AIDS researcher was that Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) was non-HIV ADIS, and Fauci led the effort to dismiss CFS as a genuine disease at all, but a psychosomatic affliction of yuppie women in particular. Three weeks later, the CDC convened a special meeting at its Atlanta headquarters. Kennedy wrote:


“In attendance was a doleful Cowley, the Newsweek journalist, by now on a short leash with a choke collar.”


At the CDC meeting, Fauci made non-HIV AIDS go away with double-talk and hand-waving, the obsequious press merely nodded and swallowed it, and Cowley soon wrote a “remorseful” article and stopped reporting on non-HIV AIDS. Then New York Newsday reported that two non-HIV AIDS cases had chronic fatigue. Fauci then rushed to appear on the Larry King Show, to assure the public that the new disease only affected those in AIDS risk groups. The show took calls from the public, and one AIDS doctor grilled Fauci on the air, and asked why doctors had to find out about non-HIV AIDS in Newsweek rather than from health officials. Fauci pled that it was so new that the bureaucracy did not have time to act (one of Fauci’s many Big Lies, of course, as they knew about it for years, and likely since 1984). King invited Duesberg to appear on the show with Fauci, but they canceled Duesberg at Fauci’s insistence.

Journalist Neenyah Ostrom reported on Fauci’s King appearance:


“Fauci’s good on television, as long as he’s being touted as President George Bush’s hero or patted on the back for rushing toxic drugs through the approval process without adequate safety testing. But when reporters start acting like reporters, as they have since the non-HIV cases came to light, Fauci’s thin skin gets him into trouble; he becomes defensive, condescending, and sarcastic.”

Kennedy wrote:


“For the record, I believe that HIV is a cause of AIDS, but Dr. Fauci’s acknowledgement of non-HIV AIDS shows causation is more complex than official theology.”


Kennedy’s next section was on HIV without AIDS. When the PCR test began use for detecting HIV, hundreds of thousands of people were quickly diagnosed with HIV, although they were healthy. Fauci originally predicted that they would die in two years. When they lived two years, then he doubled their life expectancy to four years, then to eight years, and then he avoided the subject.

Today, Fauci’s crew admits that more than 165,000 Americans today have HIV and are healthy, and millions around the world have the same status. The CDC estimates that a third of HIV-positive individuals are unaware of it. Duesberg and others have asserted that evidence is weak that healthy people with HIV won’t live a normal lifespan.

Fauci mounted only one study, a five-year, $16 million study, to examine healthy HIV-positive people. Fauci killed the study early in the effort. Kennedy wrote:


“Newsday reported that the shocking cancellation was a retaliation against a younger group of scientists among this group who had signed a report (the “Levine Report”) that criticized NIH’s policy of only funding research that supported Fauci’s HIV/AIDS orthodoxies. ‘This is payback time for Tony Fauci,’ said AIDS activist Gregg Gonsalves of Treatment Action Group, the offshoot of ACT UP formed to openly receive Pharma funding. He told Newsday, ‘It was an act of retribution from Tony Fauci, plain and simple.’ In reporting the incident, the New York Native quoted NIAID insiders […] complaining that Dr. Fauci had fostered a reprisal culture at NIH. They said that their boss’s favorite expression was ‘What goes around comes around.’ Gonsalves called the cancellation a ‘vendetta’ against the young scientists in the group who dared to ask for science-based funding strategies. It’s just as likely that Dr. Fauci was searching for an excuse to terminate a study that threatened the entire HIV/AIDS paradigm.”


These sections of that chapter were largely oriented around how the HIV/AIDS paradigm matched up with Koch’s postulates, and Kennedy’s chapter showed that it never really did. Koch’s second postulate, that the virus can be isolated a grown in a culture, has never been accomplished for HIV, which even Gallo and Montagnier have admitted, as have many other critics of the HIV/AIDS hypothesis.

Koch’s third postulate, that healthy individuals should get the disease when given the disease organisms, has also never been demonstrated. It has not been tried on a human, but Kennedy noted that even with lab animals, it has never been accomplished. Chemistry Nobel Laureate Walter Gilbert said:


“There is no animal model for AIDS, and where there is no animal model, you cannot establish Koch’s postulates.”


Gilbert said that that alone wrecks the HIV/AIDS hypothesis, and that he “would not be surprised if there were another cause of AIDS and even that HIV is not involved.”

Koch’s fourth postulate, that the microbe can be re-isolated from the diseased organism, has also never been accomplished for HIV. Duesberg stated that after all of the great effort by the HIV/AIDS hypothesis advocates, they have not achieved even one of Koch’s postulates.

Kennedy had a section on viral load and AIDS. For viral diseases, scientists have measured increasing viral loads as the patient becomes sicker, such as for smallpox and influenza. That has never been seen with AIDS patients, as documented in multiple studies, all the way to their deaths. A 2006 study showed that HIV viral loads had nothing to do with immune status in more than 90% of the test cases, and a Lancet study concluded that decreases in viral load did not lead to “a decrease in mortality.” This fact caused that HIV/AIDS faithful to concoct fanciful guesses on how HIV wreaks its havoc. Gallo and Fauci originally claimed that HIV causes AIDS by killing CD4+ T-cells, but that has never been demonstrated. So, Fauci’s acolytes came up with a “Jim Jones” hypothesis, that HIV somehow programs cells to die many years later. Duesberg laughingly replied to that creative idea with, “No virus has ever behaved that way.” Montagnier said: “There are many shortcomings in the theory that HIV causes all signs of AIDS.”

Many critics state that there has never even been an image of HIV produced. What Gallo identified as HIV, specialists have called nothing more than cellular debris, and a 2006 study funded by Wellcome Trust announced that they had finally photographed HIV, but when independent scientists studied the evidence, it turned out to be nothing more than random cellular debris. The Wellcome Trust is the British counterpart of the Gates Foundation.

Kennedy then discussed “Farr’s laws” and AIDS. For epidemic diseases, the incidence over time roughly makes a bell curve when graphically presented, with an initial spike, a brief plateau, and then an equally precipitous decline. The AIDS curve looked nothing like that, and none of the dire AIDS prognostications, including humanity’s extinction, came to pass. It was an early case of Fauci’s crying wolf, scaring the world with horrific predictions that were pure fantasy.

Kennedy ended his chapter with a section on how the Fauci/media alliance silenced all opposition to the HIV/AIDS orthodoxy. Kennedy quoted numerous prominent scientists who dissented from the HIV/AIDS orthodoxy, including Nobel Laureate Gilbert, and Kennedy wrote:


“Instead of civilly debating these dissidents and writers and common-sense questions posed by Duesberg and other critics, Dr. Fauci’s strategy has been to exercise his frightening capacity to silence dissent and mangle reputations. History may credit him as the progenitor – even the inventor – of cancel culture.


Kennedy finished his chapter with:


“Over the years, Dr. Fauci has deflected and evaded scientific debate and transformed theories into quasireligious dogma, punishing and silencing dissent the way the Inquisition punished heresy. America’s Doctor has never given the American taxpayers – or AIDS suffers, 53 percent of whom are, in the United States, people of color – proof that AZT or its successive antivirals provide beneficial impacts on mortality. It seems fair, if not dangerous, to ask for that proof.”


Kennedy’s next chapter was about how Fauci and his minions wiped out all dissenters to the HIV/AIDS hypothesis. It was grim reading, but it gets far worse by the book’s end.

Here comes chapter 6.

Burning the HIV Heretics

Kennedy began the chapter with a quote from Kary Mullis:


“Why they did it,” he says, “I cannot figure out. Nobody in their right mind would jump into this thing like they did. The secretary of health just announcing to the world like that that this man, Robert Gallo, wearing those dark sunglasses, had found the cause of AIDS. It had nothing to do with any well-considered science. There were some people who had AIDS and some of them had HIV – not even all of them. So they had a correlation. So what?”


In 1991, Mullis and many other prominent scientists sent a letter in Nature, which was brief and to the point:


“It is widely believed by the general public that a retrovirus called HIV causes a group of diseases called AIDS. Many biomedical scientists now question this hypothesis. We propose a thorough reappraisal of the existing evidence for and against this hypothesis, to be conducted by a suitable independent group. We further propose that the critical epidemiological studies be devised and undertaken.”


Nature refused to publish the letter, which Kennedy wrote reflected the influence that Fauci and Big Pharma have on medical journals. Kennedy quoted Lancet’s editor, Richard Horton, who said: “The journals have devolved into information laundering operations for the pharmaceutical industry.” Those journals receive nearly all of their funding today from Big Pharma, so will not publish anything that might impact Big Pharma’s revenue, profits, and ideological dominance.

When Nature rejected the letter, Charles Thomas of Harvard, who initiated the letter, worked with Harvey Bialy (whom Wikipedia charmingly calls an “AIDS denialist”) to organize a consortium of scientists and doctors to pursue the question, including Nobel Laureates. Thomas said that for scientists to remain silent was “tantamount to criminal negligence.”

In an example of Kennedy’s folksy prose that is found throughout his book, he wrote:


“But the steady flow of money from NIAID was already annealing Gallo’s viral hypothesis into ironbound orthodoxy, and those dissenting voices met the hardened steel of fortified institutional resistance. Tony Fauci’s loosened purse strings had launched the HIV gold rush, and the government virologists and pharmaceutical PIs had circled their stagecoaches around Gallo’s sketchy hypothesis and were lined up for handouts at the NIAID chuckwagon.”


Thomas remarked: “They’ve got to hold onto HIV. Why? To hold onto their funding.” Mullis said:


“There’s something wrong here. It’s got to be financial. The mystery of that damn virus has been generated by the $2 billion a year they spend on it. You take any other virus and spend $2 billion, and you can make up some great mysteries about it, too.”


Kennedy had a section on Peter Duesberg, by far the greatest HIV/AIDS dissident, and who paid the heaviest price for it. The German-born Duesberg was a wunderkind, and it was assumed to be only a matter of time before he got his Nobel Prize, until he shot down his own theory on a genetic cause of cancer. Duesberg told his biographer, Bialy, “I would prefer to be honest even against my own interests.” Duesberg was the all-too-rare exception in medical science, which was being flooded with money for viral research.

Kennedy wrote:


“Fame and finance were driving the frenzy in viral research. With official and commercial encouragement, researchers were blaming newly discovered viruses as the culprits in an assortment of ancient diseases. NIAID and pharmaceutical companies readily funded this research, which often opened a straight path to patented antivirals. A virologist who convincingly linked a ‘new’ virus to an existing cancer or disease could enjoy relevance, rich financial remuneration, and professional glory. Pharmaceutical companies were minting profits from a pharmacopeia of patented antivirals devised by isolating those viruses and identifying compounds that could kill them. Every research scientist was aware of the Nobel Committee’s bias toward breakthroughs that boosted Pharma’s potential profits.”


From the outset, Duesberg was dubious of Gallo’s announcement, as retroviruses (Duesberg was the undisputed paragon of the retrovirus field), never behaved as Gallo alleged that HIV acted. Gallo had already tried to implicate retroviruses for several diseases, had failed each time, and became a laughingstock with his leukemia caper. After 18 months spent studying the issue of HIV and AIDS, in 1987, Duesberg published an article in Cancer Research titled, “Retroviruses as Carcinogens and Pathogens: Expectations and Reality.” Duesberg was trying to sober up virology, which was going off the deep end. Until Gallo’s announcement, retroviruses had never been implicated in any disease, either human or animal, and 98,000 of HIV’s cousins sit in human DNA (about 10% of human DNA began as retroviruses), and none of them were ever implicated in disease. From an evolutionary point of view, the idea that HIV was disease-causing made no sense whatsoever.

Duesberg’s paper has never had any substantial response from the medical establishment. In 1986, Duesberg was awarded NIH’s Special Fellowship and its Outstanding Investigator Grant, which is a short-step from a Nobel Prize. Until 1986, Duesberg never had a grant application denied. After his 1987 paper, he never got a grant again. Among retrovirus researchers, Duesberg’s paper was a revelation, and they were highly skeptical of Gallo’s announcement from the outset. One of Bialy’s colleagues told him that when he heard Gallo’s announcement, he laughed. He told Bialy: “A cytopathic retrovirus? This is just more Gallo bullsh!t. It will never fly.”

Kennedy wrote:


“Nobel Laureate Kary Mullis expressed his astonishment at the credulousness of the scientific community. For him, it defied common sense that, after hundreds of years of scientific research, one medical scientist, Bob Gallo, had suddenly discovered the true cause of thirty ancient diseases in the United States and Europe, and a retinue of at least thirty more in Africa, and traced them all to a simple creature with a hundred thousand relations, none of them known to cause any disease.”


Kennedy wrote how Duesberg’s skepticism of the HIV/AIDS hypothesis is likely the majority position of virologists, and even Gallo and Montagnier are included among the skeptical today. One of the few exceptions is Fauci, who has enshrined the HIV/AIDS hypothesis as unchallengeable dogma.


Kennedy wrote:


“Rather than airing and openly debating such critiques, Tony Fauci and his PI army moved actively and effectively to snuff out the careers and silence the arguments of any scientist or journalist who questioned the official canons of the new state theology.”


Duesberg’s paper should have made the entire HIV/AIDS hypothesis crumble, and the scientific world eagerly awaited the reply from Gallo and Fauci’s response to Duesberg. But one never came. Instead, Fauci led a frontal assault on Duesberg and anybody who agreed with him. About the only reason why Duesberg does not sleep in a homeless camp today is that he already had tenure at Berkeley when he wrote his paper. Duesberg and anybody who agreed with him were tarred with epithets such as “flat-earthers,” “denialists,” and even murderers. In Kennedy’s words, Duesberg became “radioactive.”

Farber noted about Duesberg’s treatment:


“The US military industrial complex – HHS, NIH, NCI, DAIDS – all of it, is designed along military command structure because it is. It is the military. It’s not ‘science’ and it’s not ‘merit.’ Fauci understands this and has mastered elimination of both dissent and any mercy for the destroyed. It’s a sin as he had now openly said, to question him – to question ‘science.’ He is so far gone that he has actually come out and said that he is science.”

“[…] Anthony Fauci should be brought before a criminal court and stand trial for destroying American science, and virology, and cancer science. A lot of the destruction was done through the wildly personal destruction of Peter Duesberg, and anybody who tried to ‘take him seriously,’ or even, for that matter, interview him. The true history is emerging now, and will emerge. Fauci will go down in history as a very dark figure. A travesty. He was obsessed with AIDS. Why? America needed this obsession like a hole in the head. All it was was a money trough, a global apparatus of colonial parasitism. We buckled under to Fauci and a handful of shrieking activists. It’s truly a tragedy.”


Kennedy wrote how our scientifically illiterate and servile media sainted Gallo and Fauci while assailing Duesberg and all like him. A decade after wiping out Duesberg, America got the outrage of federal approval of drug ads, which the UK, for instance, finds hard to believe.

In one of the more surreal aspects of this issue, Fauci was able to coopt the AIDS community with money, and they not only vilified Duesberg, but cheered along on their own genocide. March of the lemmings, indeed. I got alternative treatment information, primarily on Naessens’s treatment, into the hands of AIDS patients in the early 1990s, to watch them embrace certain death instead. It was the beginning of my awakening to that reality. People will embrace certain death over becoming sentient. If I had not repeatedly witnessed it, I would not have believed it.

Not only did Fauci make sure that Duesberg never got on national TV, and his minions worked to get every journalist fired who interviewed Duesberg, but when Reagan invited Fauci and Duesberg to the White House for a friendly debate, Fauci had a tantrum and demanded to know why the White House was interfering in “scientific matters.”

All scientists who took Duesberg’s work seriously kept their heads low, to protect their careers. Privately, Duesberg’s Berkeley colleagues told Faber how highly they regarded him and his work, but they would not state it publicly, or else they would find their careers over. As Farber said, “It’s like Ozark.”

In 1993 Nature’s editor, John Maddox, wrote an editorial that not only announced that Duesberg would never be published again, but invited other scientists to defame Duesberg. The journal of the Proceeding of the National Academy of Sciences has refused to publish two papers in its 128-year history: one by Linus Pauling, and one by Duesberg. Maddox tried to bribe Duesberg into “co-authoring” a paper that Duesberg had nothing to do with, titled, “HIV Causes AIDS: Koch’s Postulates Fulfilled.” If Duesberg signed on the dotted line, all would be forgiven. With characteristic integrity, Duesberg refused the bribe.

Farber said:


“Duesberg’s problem was one that transcended science: It was career protection to partake in his bullying and degradation. The Fauci serf scientists were driven by fear that if they did not denounce Duesberg in sufficiently disgusted tones, and very publicly, they would themselves soon be punished by Fauci, possibly defunded, or worse.”


In a 2009 documentary, Duesberg took it fairly easy on his assailants, saying:


“They are prostitutes, most of them, my colleagues – and to some degree myself. You have to be a prostitute to get money for your research. You’re trained a little bit to be a prostitute. But some go all the way.”

Fauci’s iron curtain quickly descended to protect the HIV/AIDS dogma. Lauritsen tried for years to get any scientist at NIH to least respond to Duesberg’s paper. There were never any takers, but plenty of ad hominem attacks on Duesberg and anybody who dared ask for any evidence and discussion. The only response came from Fauci himself, reported in the New York Times: “The evidence that HIV causes AIDS is so overwhelming that it almost doesn’t deserve discussion anymore.” Lauritsen thought that, as a journalist, he should have been able to ask Fauci for at least one of those “overwhelming” pieces of evidence. Fauci’s retinue of PIs and other henchmen shut down any and all discussion of the issue. When NPR tried to stage a discussion between Duesberg and a defender of the HIV/AIDS hypothesis, it could not find anybody willing to talk with Duesberg. Fauci told NPR: “Critiquing a dubious theory would take time away from more productive efforts.”

The silence and disdain coming from the AIDS establishment made Mullis angry, who said in 2004: “All we have is Gallo saying, ‘Gentlemen, this is the cause of AIDS.’ That’s all we have.” Mullis discussed how Gallo has been caught in so many lies that he would never be a credible witness in a trial. In 1994, Mullis said:


“People keep asking me, ‘You mean you don’t believe that HIV causes AIDS?’ And I say, whether I believe it or not is irrelevant! I have no scientific evidence for it!”


In 2009, Fauci finally was induced to speak on the issue in a documentary on AIDS. Fauci said:


“When you put the combined findings of the initial characterization as a distinct retrovirus isolated by Montagnier and his group together with Gallo’s linking the virus to being the cause of AIDS, and they put those things together, that’s how we have a confirmation of the causative agent, of AIDS, namely HIV.”


Fauci’s explanation provoked laughs from HIV/AIDS dissidents, as his word salad amounted to, “Gallo says so.” Fauci’s double-talk assurances aside, Nobel Laureates Barbara McClintock and Walter Gilbert were few of a great many scientists who were publicly unhappy with the lack of evidence and the refusal to even discuss the issue amongst the Fauci-ruled AIDS establishment. In 1989, Gilbert said:


“It is good that the HIV hypothesis is being questioned, [….] it is absolutely correct that no one has proven that AIDS is caused by the AIDS virus. [Duesberg] is correct that the virus cultured in the laboratory may not be the cause of AIDS.”


In 1994, Mullis said:


“If a postdoctoral fellow were to write a review of the literature that showed without much doubt that HIV was the cause of AIDS, that guy would be famous. There are a hundred thousand guys out there who had the opportunity. Ten years have passed; we’ve been waiting for this star postdoctoral fellow to distinguish himself and get a lifelong grant from Fauci but he hasn’t shown up. No one has bothered to write the definitive review. Any journal would take it. That right there proves that HIV does not cause AIDS.”


The two scientists that Fauci cited, Montagnier and Gallo, both began dissenting from the HIV/AIDS hypothesis themselves. In 1990, at an AIDS conference in San Francisco, Montagnier said, “HIV might be benign.” Montagnier got the Nobel Prize for discovering HIV. The conference in which Montagnier made that monumental statement passed right over it as if Montagnier never said it, as they excitedly discussed the newest AIDS drugs.

Mullis said:


“Years from now, people looking back at us will find our acceptance of the HIV theory of AIDS as silly as we find the leaders who excommunicated Galileo, just because he insisted that the Earth was not the center of the universe. It has been disappointing that so many scientists have absolutely refused to examine the available evidence in a neutral, dispassionate way, regarding whether HIV causes AIDS.”


Of course, this entire issue is just one more example of my journey’s primary lesson, and scientists are just as susceptible as any other group. This seeming insanity among scientists is a close cousin to their crazed reactions to the idea of free energy, as they become Level 3s. Once in a while, people will encounter honest and open-minded scientists, willing to pursue the evidence, but they are few and far between.

Mullis said:


“Look, there’s no sociological mystery here. It just people’s income and position being threatened by the things Duesberg is saying. Their personal income and positions are being threatened and that’s why they are so nasty. In the 1980s, a lot of people started being dependent on Tony Fauci and his friends for their livelihood. All these people really wanted success in the sense of lots of people working for them and lots of power.”


Bialy said:


“First of all, there are tremendous financial and social interests involved. Billions of dollars in research funding, stock options, and activist budgets are predicated on the assumption that HIV causes AIDS. Entire industries of pharmaceutical drugs, diagnostic testing, and activist causes would have no reason to exist.”


In the 2004 documentary, The Other Side of AIDS, PI Mark Wainberg, an MD, called for Duesberg to be put on trial, called challengers to the HIV/AIDS hypothesis “perpetrators of death” and called Duesberg the “closest thing that we have to a scientific psychopath” before he stormed out of the interview. Kennedy wrote of a screening of that documentary:


“What happened next was revealing. The audience erupted in laughter, which turned to boos as the screen flashed a list of Wainberg’s patents and other financial ties to the HIV industry.”


Kennedy wrote: “If HIV does not cause AIDS, one is bound to ask, then what does?” Kennedy then surveyed three of the most convincing hypotheses, and those are coming.

The first AIDS hypothesis that Kennedy surveyed was Duesberg’s, as his was the first. Kennedy wrote:


“Subsequent theories – including hypotheses promoted, ironically, by Robert Gallo and Luc Montagnier – have equal persuasive power but enjoyed meager public interest or support. Duesberg’s battle royal had demonstrated Dr. Fauci’s power to destroy careers, and no one after Duesberg had the courage and appetite to challenge the ‘Little Director’ by advancing new theories.”


Duesberg, Mullis, and others have attributed AIDS to various environmental exposures that became common in the 1980s, and the most prominent of them is amyl nitrite, AKA poppers, the anal sex drug that swept the gay community. Kennedy wrote:


“Risk factors included promiscuous sex with multiple partners and cumulative toxic exposures from psychoactive drugs including methedrine, cocaine, heroin, LSD, and a cocktail of antibiotics prescribed to treat ubiquitous sexually transmitted diseases. On average, the early AIDS patients had been on at least three antibiotics courses in the year preceding diagnosis. Some 35% of early AIDS cases were among IV drug users. In his paper ‘The Role of Drugs in the Origin of AIDS,’ Duesberg cites over a dozen medical references documenting AIDS-like immunodeficiency symptoms among drug addicts since 1900. […] [Duesberg wrote] ‘From as early as 1909 evidence has accumulated that addiction to psychoactive drugs leads to immune suppression (clinical autoimmunity), similar to AIDS.’ Today, thousands of American junkies who are not infected with HIV are losing the same CD4+ T-cells and getting the same diseases as AIDS patients.”


In 1984 Fauci himself said:


“If I were to take drugs that would remarkably immunosuppress me, there would be a reasonably good chance that I would get pneumonia. That’s what happens to AIDS individuals.”


Kennedy had a section on poppers and drugs, and it was eye-opening. Before Gallo’s unethical press conference, the initial ideas around AIDS were that it was a drug-induced condition. Professor David Durack, in 1981, published an article in the New England Journal of Medicine, which asked: viruses and homosexuality are ancient, so how can AIDS be so new? Durack wrote that recreational drugs should be considered causes. Other than drug-using homosexuals, the only other AIDS patients were “junkies.” Duesberg specifically targeted poppers as the prime suspect, as its connection to autoimmune disease was well-known.

Dr. Michael Gottlieb was the first to identify AIDS, in LA in 1981. As I have written, I saw that LA scene, and it was something to behold. I had gay buddies. They were not drug addicts, but I heard many tales in those years, and not just about gays, although they may have been the most extreme. The casual gay sex and drug scene, in the words of Mark Gabrish Conlan:


“[…] created a situation where a handful of gay men were burning the candle at both ends and putting a blowtorch to the middle. It’s no wonder that after a while, their immune systems started to collapse and they started getting sick in these unusual ways that had previously had only been seen in older people whose immune systems had deteriorated from age.”


Lauritsen wrote:


“My first major AIDS article was in 1985. The very early AIDS cases were really quite sick, and there were very good reasons why they were sick.”


Lauritsen, like many medical researchers and government officials, concluded early on that poppers was the main cause of AIDS. Poppers began its rise to ubiquity in the gay community in the late 1970s. Poppers was sold everywhere that gays frequented, and at gay bars, last calls for alcohol were routinely accompanied by “last call for poppers.” Researchers consider poppers to be the direct cause of Kaposi’s sarcoma, which was the first prominent AIDS symptom. As I wrote earlier, there is a huge medical literature on how nitrites suppress immune systems. Before Gallo’s announcement, CDC considered poppers as the likely AIDS cause.

Immediately after Gallo’s announcement, Fauci initiated an effort to banish all discussion of drugs such as poppers as being AIDS causes. CDC followed suit, even began suppressing its own research on poppers and AIDS, and even concocted a paper to “prove” poppers safe. Lauritsen called CDC’s paper “utterly fraudulent.” One scientist whose poppers work was suppressed by CDC, Harry Haverkos, transferred to the FDA in 1984, and in 1985, his paper was published in the journal Sexually Transmitted Diseases, and the Wall Street Journal responded with an article that argued that substance abuse was so prevalent among AIDS patients that drug use, not HIV, is AIDS’s primary cause.

As Kennedy wrote his book, one of his researchers tipped him off to perhaps the greatest irony of AIDS. Burroughs Wellcome held the 1942 patent on poppers containers, and was one of the biggest manufacturers of poppers in the 1980s and 1990s. Burroughs Wellcome was the “developer” of AZT, which was only approved for use via mind-boggling clinical fraud. A standard idea among conspiracists is that problems are engineered by the very people who profit from “solving” them, so that they make money coming and going. I have actually seen this scenario play out in situations I encountered, such as Ventura County’s legal system, from sheriff’s deputies to the judges, who all got a cut of the drugs coming into Ventura County, and they then locked up their partners and customers, keeping the law enforcement racket going. They made money coming and going. So, when I read that Burroughs Wellcome made both poppers and AZT, it was almost funny.

The situation became far more evil than that, which I will cover later, Burroughs Wellcome and other poppers makers co-opted the gay press with poppers ads, which became the gay press’s primary source of revenue. The gay press and activists actually defended poppers while attacking Duesberg and any journalist who interviewed him. They actually enabled their own genocide. There was even a gay comic strip titled, “Poppers” (and the cartoonist died of AIDS, of course).

Kennedy wrote:


“If Duesberg and others are correct in that association, it means that Burroughs Wellcome was profiting from both causing the AIDS epidemic and then profiting from poisoning a generation of gay men with the AZT ‘Cure.’ Tony Fauci played traffic cop in this feedback loop. On the one hand, he was using his regulatory authority to promote AZT, and to kill its competitors, effectively orchestrating Burroughs Wellcome’s monopoly over AIDS treatment. At the same time, he was suppressing the study of the toxicity of poppers and directing blame for AIDS on a virus, thereby shielding Burroughs Wellcome from significant liability.”


This is one of those situations when Fauci played Morris Fishbein 2.0. Fishbein promoted cigarettes for a generation, while trying to monopolize the cancer treatments (1, 2). It is not much of a stretch to concoct a conspiracy theory about that, as it all happened in the same head. If Fishbein never figured out that he was promoting the single biggest cause of cancer while trying to profit from its treatment, so that he was buttering his own bread with the lives of millions, he was an idiot. The same goes for Fauci and poppers and AZT. So, my readers, were they idiots, or in on it?

Kennedy had a section on Kaposi’s sarcoma, which was the signature AIDS symptom, previously only associated with very old people on the brink of death. When young gay men began getting Kaposi’s sarcoma (KS), that began the era of AIDS. In 1990, in the Lancet, four prominent CDC scientists published a paper that stated that KS “may be caused by an as yet unidentified infectious agent, transmitted mainly by sexual contact.” That paper threatened the entire HIC/AIDS hypothesis.

In a 1994 meeting of American officials, titled, “Do Nitrites Act as a CoFactor is Kaposi’s Sarcoma?” Gallo confessed to his close colleagues that HIV may only be a “catalytic factor” for KS, and then he made a statement that may well have been taken from Duesberg’s work:


“I don’t know if I have made this point clear, but I think that everybody here knows – we’ve never found HIV DNA in tumor cells of KS. So it is not directly transforming. In fact, we’ve never found HIV DNA in T-cells, although we’ve only looked at a few. So, in other words, we’ve never seen the role of HIV as a transforming virus in any way.”


Harry Haverkos, whom I have mentioned previously, was at the meeting, and in Kennedy’s words:


“Haverkos observed to Gallo that not a single case of Kaposi’s sarcoma had been reported among blood recipients where the donor had Kaposi’s sarcoma. If blood transfusions couldn’t spread the disease, Haverkos said, then semen exchanges could hardly be a plausible culprit. In response, Gallo allowed, ‘The nitrites (poppers) could be the primary factor.’”


Kennedy discussed the “seismic” implications of Gallo’s confession. KS and a pneumonia known as PCP were the signature diseases for diagnosing AIDS, and KS was the first and most spectacular. That the signature condition of AIDS is not related makes the HIV/AIDS connection very shaky. Kennedy wrote that by 1990, government officials were trying to remove KS from AIDS definitions.

Kennedy wrote:


“Because its association with AIDS was so well established, the official concession that the two definitions are distinct has never penetrated the reigning orthodoxy.”


To this day, KS and a positive HIV test means that the patient has AIDS, according to the AIDS definition in industrialized nations.

The second hypothesis, also advanced by Duesberg, is that the vast majority of AIDS deaths were actually AZT poisoning. Duesberg described it as “AIDS by AZT.” Outside of the propaganda echo chamber, it is well known that most cancer patients are killed by the treatments. My college roommate Chris was killed by his cancer treatment.

Kennedy wrote:


“In a rational universe populated by critical thinkers, Duesberg’s suspicion that AZT causes immune collapse should never have seemed revelatory. The FDA, after all, had deemed AZT too toxic to use even for short-term cancer therapy. AZT is highly mutagenic, meaning that it destroys the genes themselves. It causes cancer in rodents. It targets the bone marrow where blood cells called lymphocytes are made. These are the very cells that an AIDS patient needs the most for immunity. AZT randomly destroys bones, kidneys, livers, muscle tissue, the brain, and central nervous system.”


It is easy to see why Fauci touted AZT. Cancer patients normally take chemotherapy for only a few days or weeks. As Duesberg said: “Chemotherapy is restricted to a few months. The hope is that the cancer dies before you die.” Burroughs Wellcome’s AZT insert (a sheet included with the drugs that lists side-effects) warned that it is:


“[…] often difficult to distinguish adverse events possibly associated with administration of [AZT] from underlying signs of HIV disease […]”


Duesberg said that AZT was actually the new killer on the block, exceeding those AIDS deaths of recreational drug users. Eventually other scientists agreed with Duesberg, as well as an investigation by the Independent, titled, “The rise and fall of AZT.”

Mullis said. “If you start taking any other chemotherapeutic agent for the rest of your life, it would be that agent probably to kill you.”

Kennedy wrote:


“If Duesberg is right, AIDS is an iatrogenic (doctor-caused) pandemic, and Dr. Fauci would be its author. It wouldn’t be the first one. Historically, there are many examples of prescribed medicines causing worse injuries than their target disease.”


Kennedy described the Tuskegee Experiment, which his Uncle Ted had helped end, which began as an effort to distinguish the damage caused by the syphilis organism and what the mercury “cure” that had been used for several centuries inflicted. They determined that the lethal stage was actually mercury poisoning.

Duesberg and others argued that AZT killed tens of thousands of Americans between 1986 and 1996, before less toxic drugs were used, and Lauritsen estimated 330,000 gay deaths from AZT, most of whom were healthy before they took AZT.

Kennedy then told the stories of Rudolf Nureyev and Arthur Ashe. Both were friends of the Kennedy family. They were two of the highest profile early AIDS deaths. Both took AZT because they were HIV positive but healthy. Nureyev’s physician warned him about taking AZT, but Nureyev insisted, became ill immediately after taking AZT, and was soon dead. Ashe was a heterosexual, tested HIV positive in 1988, and began taking high dozes of AZT. Ashe wrote a Washington Post column to voice his anxiety about AZT, acknowledging that it may “make matters worse,” but he felt captive to his doctors and kept taking AZT. He was not long for the world.

Kennedy had a section on AZT’s being an agent of mass murder. Lauritsen said that “murder” was not too strong a word to use for those hundreds of thousands of gay men who died after taking AZT, most of whom were healthy before they began taking it. Lauritsen charged Fauci with genocide against gay men and sub-Saharan Africans. Kennedy noted how “AIDS” deaths skyrocketed after the introduction of AZT. In the late 1980s, HHS prescribed 1,500 mg of AZT per day, and the life expectancy for AZT patients was four months. When they lowered the dose to 500 mg per day, life expectancy rose to 24 months in 1997, as deaths attributed to AIDS collapsed. The CDC then changed its metrics, so that AIDS deaths are not easy to count any longer. Kennedy noted how Fauci and the health bureaucracy played numbers games to either exaggerate or understate the statistics, depending on what effect they aimed for with the public: either scaring or lulling them, which we can see today with COVID, as vaccine and mistreatment deaths are covered up while COVID deaths are exaggerated.

Historian Terry Michaels wrote:


“[…] the CDC, for the years between about 1986 and 1996, created the illusion that tens of thousands in America died from AIDS or HIV in that decade, rather than AZT and other ‘monotherapy’ nucleoside analog drugs.”


Claus Köhnlein, an MD and co-author of Virus Mania, wrote:


“The treatment causes a very similar condition we would expect from an AIDS patient. That’s why nobody noticed that there was something wrong with the treatment.”


Kennedy noted the propaganda treatment of HIV/AIDS dissenters, calling them “denialists,” as if they were Holocaust Deniers. I have written on how Wikipedia has embraced that epithet, like they call Ed and Noam Genocide Deniers. Köhnlein treated several hundred AIDS patients in the 1990s, ignored the HIV/AIDS paradigm, instead treated by the symptoms presented, and only had a few patient deaths. Köhnlein worked in Germany largely beyond the long arm of Fauci, and wrote:


“Harm is usually underreported. To prove it you need three studies: The AZT licensing Fischl study, the Hemophiliac study in Nature where John Maddox showed that HIV positive hemophiliacs started dying only the very year AZT was introduced. And lastly, the Concorde Lancet study, which showed: the more AZT, the more death.”


In 2020, Wall Street Journal columnist Holman Jenkins wrote “The Other Media Blackout,” in which he charged that the medical establishment has refused “to acknowledge complicity in poisoning hundreds of thousands of human beings. The illness and death that resulted from high AZT doses in the 1980s and 1990s is irrefutable.”

Dr. David Rasnick, an AIDS researcher, said that he did not know of any HIV-positive people who lived longer and better lives by taking anti-HIV drugs versus those who didn’t, contrary to the glowing media reports on how those drugs saved lives. Duesberg noted that HIV-positive patients undergoing antiviral therapy have an annual morality rate of between 7 and 9 percent, far higher than the global HIV-positive mortality rate around the world, of between 1 and 2 percent.

Kennedy’s next section was a grim example of my saying that we are our own worst enemies, as it described how Fauci coopted the gay community, as they abetted their own genocide. That sad tale comes next.

My first big awakening moment during my odyssey with Dennis was when he had his Seattle company stolen. My boss helped engineer the theft, but the crowning moment was when a cheer went up from the crowd when the theft’s success became apparent. It was the first of several salient moments that I would have over the next few years. When it was over, my life was ruined, but I had been awakened, in ways that I never imagined possible. The day that that voice spoke in my head, suggesting that I move to Seattle, you could not have convinced me what lied ahead of me. My primary lesson was that personal integrity was the world’s scarcest commodity, and I resisted that lesson every step of the way, until it was pounded into my head in no uncertain terms. I have seen it play out in so many ways over the years since then. Noam said that there have always been people eager to sell out their societies for personal gain. This has always been evident with imperial behavior. The standard imperial model, particularly during Europe’s rise to global dominance, was to co-opt the ruling class of the conquered society, or elevate their rivals to positions of authority, so as to rule the new subjects a little more legitimately.

A far more brutal formula was used by the Nazis, as their death camps were largely run by the prisoners. Putting one’s fellow humans to death meant a few more days, months, or years of life for the kapos. Fauci used a more genteel version of the ploy with the gay crowd, to genocidal effect, and those that he co-opted abetted the genocide of those they represented. He first gave AIDS activists the finger, but after his dressing down on Capitol Hill, in a move born of desperation and self-preservation, he instead bought them.

Kennedy wrote:


“Beginning after his 1987 reconciliation with Larry Kramer in Toronto, Dr. Fauci quickly moved to build financial bridges to gay leadership and quiet dissent from AIDS activists. That year, he began by funding ACT UP and amfAR and leading AIDS activists, like Kramer and Martin Delaney. NIAID funneled extravagant annual public education grants to advocacy groups. The funding effectively muted their criticisms of Fauci.

“The AIDS establishment – hospitals, medical and research centers, and pharmaceutical companies – created opulently paid consulting contracts for important members of gay organizations. The gay community thereby became powerful gatekeepers for the AIDS establishment.


I certainly don’t want to pick on gays here; their leadership just got co-opted, like so many other groups’ have. I have warned free energy newcomers against running out and telling the world about free energy, hitting up NGOs and environmental organizations, thinking that their eyes would light up in recognition. They are among the greatest enemies of free energy, co-opted to one degree or another, just like captured regulators.

Kennedy wrote:


“Other political, economic, and ideological rationales helped Dr. Fauci recruit gay community leaders to his campaign to build a cancel culture against Duesberg and drown out his voice in the liberal mainstream press. In an era when Christian conservatism was so powerful that it credibly claimed to have put Ronald Reagan in the White House, ideology and medical opinions attributing the ‘gay disease’ to orgies and excess partying tended to feed anti-gay bigotry. The gay community, therefore, happily endorsed Dr. Fauci’s one-bug theory.”


In the 1970s, the gay press got a “huge chunk” of its revenues from poppers ads. The gay press refused to print anything by Duesberg, while its pages were filled with poppers ads and claims that poppers were completely safe. As the AIDS epidemic progressed, the poppers ads were increasingly accompanied by ads for AIDS medicines, for mind-boggling irony. It was Ed and Noam’s advertising filter in action. Burroughs Wellcome advertised its poppers as “the real thing.” I wonder if anybody will find two ads from Burroughs Wellcome on the same page or issue, one for poppers, and one for AZT. The gay press promoted poppers and censored anything that suggested that poppers might carry health risks. AIDS activists on Fauci’s payroll even tried to get any journalist in the USA fired who dared to even interview Duesberg.

Kennedy finished that section with:


“His historical cultivation of relationships with gay leaders was one of the factors that made Dr. Fauci a darling of liberals during the early COVID crisis. Numerous other historical and personal factors induced liberals to accept Dr. Fauci without scrutiny. Blind faith in Saint Anthony Fauci may go down in history as the fatal flaw of contemporary liberalism and the destructive force that subverted American democracy, our constitutional government, and global leadership.”


I have written it before, that because he is a Kennedy, IMO, he also subscribes to a rather rosy version of American history, when politicians were heroes. My reading of American history does not support that, from George Washington onward. I’ll agree that his Uncle Jack was the last American president with any spine, and he was murdered because he angered the Eastern Oligarchy with his policies. He was a decidedly lukewarm capitalist and imperialist, and for that, he had to go. So, when Kennedy writes of stuff such as the USA’s “global leadership,” it seems like our “leadership” is little different from Don Corleone’s, and I forgive Kennedy for his stance. None of us are all-enlightened.

What Kennedy has chronicled with the AIDS years is another example of what a world of scarcity and fear looks like. In the Fifth Epoch, such horrific situations will not exist.

The other two alternative AIDS hypothesis that Kennedy presented came from Gallo and Montagnier themselves, the very people whose work the HIV/AIDS dogma is built on. This reminds me of the dogma that the randomized clinical trial is built on. The very discoverers/inventors become outcasts, as dogma hardened around their work.

“As the HIV/AIDS hypothesis came under attack for its many consistencies and internal contradictions, scientists besides Duesberg were discovering bugs that provided more plausible culprits in the AIDS epidemic.

“Among these competing hypotheses were two advanced, individually, by Robert Gallo and Luc Montagnier. It’s probable that diplomacy, self-interest, and honed survival instincts prompted both men to introduce their pathogens as ‘cofactors’ that might work alongside HIV to trigger AIDS. Critics pointed out that the new pathogens these scientists uncovered were so clearly deadly on their own that they hardly needed HIV; the discovery of genuinely lethal germs made HIV superfluous and redundant to explaining the pandemic. But for these gentlemen, it was obligatory to genuflect to the inviolable orthodoxy that anointed HIV as AIDS’s ultimate cause. They may, in fact, have seen their discoveries as salvatory of the original HIV hypothesis. It was becoming increasingly challenging to claim that HIV, which remained dormant for decades within its host, could somehow suddenly become virulent – ‘the most deadly disease in history’ – without some external provocation.”


Kennedy first discussed HHV6, a human herpesvirus. In 1988 Gallo’s teams had discovered HHV6 in men with AIDS as well as people with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS). Kennedy noted that if Gallo had not stolen HIV from Montagnier, he might have legitimately won a Nobel Prize for HHV6. While HIV has never been shown to attack CD4 and T-cells, HHV6 readily killed them. Charles Ortleb was the publisher of New York Native, both of which are quoted plenty in Kennedy’s book. Ortleb told Kennedy that HHV6 killed T-cells just fine, so the association with HIV seemed superfluous and misleading, as if Gallo was still trying to prop up the HIV aspect of AIDS. In 1996 an independent study also gave HHV6 credit for wiping out immune systems, but the study’s lead author, Dr. Konstance Knox, in Kennedy’s words, “parroted the obligatory language that HHV6 was acting in concert with HIV. That language would preserve her from reputational and financial suicide.”

“NIH quickly cut off funding for Knox and for anyone else who wanted to research HHV6.”


Kennedy quoted Knox’s conversation with a Neenyah Ostrom, in which she admitted that the science around AIDS is “very inbred,” and anything that does not support the HIV/AIDS hypothesis will not get funding, no matter how enthusiastically the scientific community may embrace the findings. Also in 1996, an Italian researcher published a paper on HHV6, and inferred that AIDS and CFS may be the same disease.

“Such revelations could only have terrified Tony Fauci. Ever since the 1992 Amsterdam meeting, Dr. Fauci had been insisting that CFS was a psychosomatic disease. The suggestion that it might be related to AIDS threatened the entire HIV paradigm.”


Knox also found that HHV6 was also treated well with an existing herpes drug. Fauci killed all research into HHV6 and that herpes drug that could make AZT obsolete.

Kennedy again wondered if HHV6 might have won Gallo his coveted Nobel Prize, and he asked Ortleb why Gallo backed down when Fauci went on the warpath against HHV6, and Ortleb answered with: “Gallo is a classic sociopath. He knows that his survival means acquiescing to Fauci.” Kennedy wrote that normally voluble and fight-seeking Gallo refused to speak with him about HHV6.

The other AIDS hypothesis that Kennedy presented arose from the work of a military researcher, Dr. Shyh-Ching Lo, who was, like most scientists in the field, “baffled” by Fauci’s assertion that antibodies were a sign of impending death, rather than a sign that the infection had been successfully warded off.

In 1986, Dr. Lo announced that a newly identified organism, a form of mycoplasma, that he found in AIDS patients and HIV-negative people, killed lab monkeys. For three years, Dr. Lo’s results were ignored before they were finally published in a scientific journal. Fauci then sent a crack team to confront Dr. Lo and discredit his findings, but it backfired and his team concluded that Dr. Lo had made an important discovery. 35 years after Dr. Lo reported his discovery, NIAID has never committed a penny to research Dr. Lo’s finding any further.

In 1990, Montagnier not only made his “HIV is benign” statement, he said that HIV only becomes harmful when teamed up with a mycoplasma. Dr. Lo was in the audience, and became Montagnier’s immediate ally. Furthermore, Montagnier reported that the patent-expired tetracycline stopped that mycoplasma’s rampage. That once again threatened Fauci’s lucrative and deadly AZT racket. Of the 12,000 people who attended the conference, only a few showed much interest in Montagnier’s revelation. Duesberg said:


“There was Montagnier, the Jesus of HIV, and they threw him out of the temple.”


Virology legend Harry Rubin said:


“Who were these people who are so much wiser, so much smarter than Luc Montagnier? He became an outlaw as soon as he started saying that HIV might not be the only cause of AIDS.”


Fauci very publicly refused to discuss mycoplasmas and AIDS, stating with his usual assurance that all such “cofactor” ideas had been “debunked.”

Kennedy wrote:


“As usual, Dr. Fauci never cited the study that debunked the work of America’s top military AIDS researcher, or the Nobel Laureate who discovered HIV.

“Thirty-four years later, with over a half trillion dollars spent on AIDS research, Dr. Fauci had not budgeted one dollar to study the role of Lo’s and Montagnier’s mycoplasma or in Gallo’s and Knox’s HHV6 virus in the etiology of AIDS. Between 1981 and 2020, US taxpayers alone shelled out $640 billion for AIDS research focused almost exclusively on developing drugs to address Dr. Fauci’s sketchy HIV hypothesis. Yet the growing list of medications hasn’t demonstrably extended the life of a single patient, and the cure for AIDS is nowhere in sight.”


Rubin said:


“The minute someone suggests that the orthodoxy might be wrong, the establishment starts to call him crazy or a quack. One week you’re a great scientist; the next week you’re a jerk. Science has become the new church of America and is closing off all room for creative, productive dissent.”


Kennedy ended his chapter with a section titled, “AIDS and Fear.” Kennedy quoted Mullis, Bialy, Farber, and Culshaw on how American medical science had become a religion, and Fauci is its pope and Grand Inquisitor. Kennedy ended his chapter with a quote from Culshaw:


“The persistence of this intellectually bankrupt theory in the public mind is attributable entirely to the campaign of fear, discrimination, and terror that has been waged aggressively by a group of people who sole motivation was and is behavior control. Yes, the money and the vast interests of the pharmaceutical industry and government-funded scientists are important, but the seeds of the HIV/AIDS hypothesis are sowed with fear. If the fear were to end, the myth would end.”


After that chapter’s end, Kennedy’s book began traveling to real dark territory, with deadly medical experiments on orphans, genocides in Africa, and other outrages perpetrated by Fauci and his frequent partner in crime, Bill Gates. Buckle up.

Dr. Fauci, Mr. Hyde: NIAID’s Barbaric and Illegal Experiments on Children

Some have said that this is the most heart-wrenching chapter of Kennedy’s book. Well, nearly a million “COVID” victims, 330,000 dead American gay men and millions of dead Africans should give it some competition, but I can understand why people are the most horrified by this chapter of Kennedy’s book.

Kennedy appropriately quoted from William Shirer’s tome on the Third Reich:


“The Nazi medical experiments are an example of this sadism, for in the use of concentration camp inmates and prisoners of war as human guinea pigs very little, if any, benefit to science was achieved. It is a tale of horrors of which the German medical profession cannot be proud. Although the ‘experiments’ were conducted by fewer than two hundred murderous quacks – albeit some of them held eminent posts in the medical world – their criminal work was known to thousands of leading physicians of the Reich, not a single one of them, so far as the record shows, ever uttered the slightest public protest.”


The Nazi doctors and their handiwork comprise a near and dear subject for me and, as we shall see, the Nazis were amateurs, compared to the awesome toll that American scientists and doctors have inflicted onto humanity.

Kennedy began that chapter by noting how during Fauci’s reign, his NIAID has often used the USA’s most helpless children for its experiments, as Fauci gave his pharmaceutical partners and PIs free reign to test their toxic concoctions on children and other vulnerable populations. Kennedy sketched the HHS’s (and its predecessor, the Public Health Service (PHS)) well-established record of conducing evil experiments on prisoners, the mentally disabled, and orphans. In 1973, Dr. Stanley Plotkin wrote a letter to the New England Journal of Medicine in which he justified using mentally disabled children for human experiments, writing that they “are humans in form but not in social potential.” I decided to look, and my suspicion was confirmed, that there was nothing about Plotkin’s Nazi-style statement in his hagiography at Wikipedia, as usual. He is a vaccine legend, with a prestigious award in his name, and his Wikipedia bio credits him for working with Offit on the rotavirus vaccine that made Offit rich and kills more Americans than it “saves.” That is standard behavior for Wikipedia.

“These homegrown American medical Mengeles most often targeted impoverished American Indians and Blacks in Africa, the Caribbean, and in the United States as their laboratory rats.”


Kennedy’s father and his Uncle Ted shut down some of those evil operations. It is going to be hard to write about these events, and I will probably more or less just hit the “highlights.” I’ll have some observations to make, too, and my first one is that Nazis were actually more honest with their experimental subjects than Americans were. The Nazi experimenters gave their subjects a “choice”: death or become experimental subjects. The American Mengeles used secrecy and lies to secure their experimental subjects, and Kennedy wrote about some of that in his chapter.

Kennedy wrote of how Plotkin and friends worked with the Belgian colonial authorities in the 1950s and 1960s in the Congo to secure millions of child “volunteers” for their polio vaccine experiments, which they would not dare use on white children. Even in 1989, the CDC killed dozens of black girls with an experimental measles vaccine in Cameroon, Haiti, and South-Central Los Angeles. The CDC did not tell the subjects that it was an experiment. In 2014, CDC whistleblower Dr. William Thompson reported that the CDC had ordered him and fellow researchers to publicly lie and destroy data that showed a high incidence of injuries and elevated risk of autism. Of course, this incident, and a book written about it, is not notable enough for a Wikipedia article.

Kennedy wrote:


“So it was only natural that Dr. Fauci and his Pharma partners employed Black and Hispanic foster children for cruel and barbaric treatments in their efforts to develop their second-generation antivirals and chimeric HIV vaccines that provided the initial stepping-stones for his career.”


In 1989, Fauci declined Bush the First’s offer to become the head of NIH, citing his passion for solving the AIDS epidemic. In reality, Fauci’s position was far more powerful than the NIH director’s chair. By that time, Fauci had turned NIAID into a Big Pharma subsidiary, with billions flowing through his hands. One of Fauci’s admirers at NIAID told Kennedy:


“Everyone knows that Dr. Fauci runs the whole show at HHS. All other agency heads are figureheads. Tony Fauci pulls all the strings.”


That reminds me of how Morris Fishbein operated. Fishbein never practiced medicine for a day in his life, his only official position was as the editor of the Journal of the American Medical Association, but he was the face of American medicine and a household name. As I have written, both were the leading quacks of their respective centuries (although Fishbein’s mentor Simmons deserves honorary mention), although Fauci’s AIDS fiasco was mostly in the 20^th century.

When I began my career, there was a big privatization and deregulation push in the USA, which led to the Savings and Loan Scandal, among others. When I began my career, Reagan’s gang allowed doctors, lawyers, accountants, and the like to begin advertising, to bring “competitive” practices to those professions. It helped wreck them. It is like how Bill Gates is bringing “stack ranking” to education, so that teachers fight with each other for survival. One aspect of that push was to give regulators the ability to patent drugs made during their taxpayer-paid researches. Fauci has himself feasted at that trough, although it is likely that most of his garnered lucre has been covered up, hidden in shell companies and the like, such as SIGA Technologies. Enough of those billions have stuck to Fauci’s hands to make him a very rich man. He is the highest-paid federal employee in the USA, making more than Biden, but it is surely only a drop in the bucket.

A 2005 investigative report by the Associated Press (AP) showed how Fauci and friends were laundering their royalties. AP reported:


“In all, 916 current and former NIH researchers are receiving royalty payments for drugs and other inventions that they developed while working for the government.”’


Kennedy wrote:


“Financial conflicts of interest with pharmaceutical companies quickly became the defining feature of Dr. Fauci’s governance style. As early as 1992, a Department of Health and Human Services Inspector General investigation concluded that NIAID failed to police conflicts of interest by his PIs in a vaccine clinical trial.”


Fauci and friends were just getting warmed up. Holocaust survivor Vera Sharav has spent her life investigating human experiments performed by NIAID and other agencies. Sharav told Kennedy:


“Beginning around 1990, clinical trials became the profit center for the medical community. The insurance industry and HMOs were squeezing doctors so hard that it became hard to make big money practicing medicine. The most ambitious doctors left patient care and gravitated toward clinical trials. Everybody involved was making money except for the subjects of the human experiments. At the center of everything was NIH and NIAID. While people were not paying attention, the agency became the quiet partner of the industry.”


Kennedy wrote:


“Pharma’s ethics quickly pervaded and corrupted NIAID’s culture. The agency routinely overlooked and often sanctioned and engaged in routine manipulation of science to ‘prove’ efficacy of dangerous and ineffective drugs. Callous disregard toward suffering and deaths among clinical trial volunteers became a feature of NIAID’s modus operandi.”


The AP investigation reported deceptive tactics used by NIH researchers to recruit people into experiments that the researchers profited from.

Kennedy wrote about a 2004 investigative report by Liam Scheff on Fauci’s deadly experiments on American black and Hispanic orphans in facilities scattered across the USA. The introduction of Scheff’s report provides plenty to get a sense of the reality that he uncovered, and it deserves reproduction here:


“In New York’s Washington Heights is a 4-story brick building called Incarnation Children’s Center (ICC). This former convent houses a revolving stable of children who’ve been removed from their own homes by the Agency for Child Services. These children are black, Hispanic and poor. Many of their mothers had a history of drug abuse and have died. Once taken into ICC, the children become subjects of drug trials sponsored by NIAID (National Institute of Allergies and Infectious Disease, a division of the NIH), NICHD (the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development) in conjunction with some of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies – GlaxoSmithKline, Pfizer, Genentech, Chiron/Biocine and others.

“The drugs being given to the children are toxic – they’re known to cause genetic mutation, organ failure, bone marrow death, bodily deformations, brain damage and fatal skin disorders. If the children refuse the drugs, they’re held down and have them force fed. If the children continue to resist, they’re taken to Columbia Presbyterian hospital where a surgeon puts a plastic tube through their abdominal wall into their stomachs. From then on, the drugs are injected directly into their intestines.

“In 2003, two children, ages 6 and 12, had debilitating strokes due to drug toxicities. The 6-year-old went blind. They both died shortly after. Another 14-year old died recently. An 8-year-old boy had two plastic surgeries to remove large, fatty, drug-induced lumps from his neck.

“This isn’t science fiction. This is AIDS research. The children at ICC were born to mothers who tested HIV positive, or who themselves tested positive. However, neither parents nor children were told a crucial fact -- HIV tests are extremely inaccurate. The HIV test cross-reacts with nearly seventy commonly-occurring conditions, giving false positive results. These conditions include common colds, herpes, hepatitis, tuberculosis, drug abuse, inoculations and most troublingly, current and prior pregnancy. This is a double inaccuracy, because the factors that cause false positives in pregnant mothers can be passed to their children – who are given the same false diagnosis.

“Most of us have never heard this before. It’s undoubtedly the biggest secret in medicine. However, it’s well known among HIV researchers that HIV tests are extremely inaccurate – but the researchers don’t tell the doctors, and they certainly don’t tell the children at ICC, who serve as test animals for the next generation of AIDS drugs. ICC is run by Columbia University’s Presbyterian Hospital in affiliation with Catholic Home Charities through the Archdiocese of New York.”


These revelations of using “orphans” as expendable guinea pigs take me back to when I last saw Dennis in 2013. Dennis’s wife, Alison, is a Florence Nightingale kind of figure, always trying to help the downtrodden. When I saw Dennis in 2013, Alison and I talked for a few hours before Dennis came home from work. A picture on her wall was a drawing of Jesus on the cross that a Mexican-American man in Pelican Bay’s SHU (solitary confinement) drew for her, as she was his pen pal. According to the inmate, he was kangarooed into prison, and then further kangarooed into the SHU because he had a magazine that the officials said was a gang-member’s copy, which made him a gang-member, too, in their logic, so away to the SHU he went. Next to GITMO, Pelican Bay is the most notorious prison in the USA.

When Dennis got out of prison, Pelican Bay was new, and Dennis told me that the prison guards kept inmates in line with the threat of sending them to Pelican Bay for the slightest action that the guards didn’t like. The guards really didn’t care if the inmates killed each other (it only added two years to the prevailing inmate’s sentence, and Dennis saw violence daily, with many deaths, and barely survived the experience himself), but any backtalk to a guard meant a one-way trip to Pelican Bay. Dennis told me then, in 1994, that the Pelican Bay guards would place members of rival gangs in the same cell and have betting pools on which one would kill the other. Several years later, Pelican Bay had the first of its many public scandals, and it came out that, indeed, the guards did just that: putting the inmates together like that and betting on the outcome.

But what I wanted to report was something else that Alison told me. She worked with broken families, and she told me that the officials in New Jersey’s child protective services actually had quotas on how many children they took away from their parents. When I heard that, I tried to make sense of it. It seemed like something similar to Gates’s stack ranking, bringing more capitalistic ideas of “efficiency” to government. Now, I wonder if that quota was about providing experimental subjects for Big Pharma.

This post is just the warm-up for another very dark chapter of Fauci’s past, which helps explain this “pandemic” and the American government’s deadly response, which does not seem to have dimmed Fauci’s halo in the media, as it turns psychopaths into saints, and vice versa.

From what I have seen in the media, Fauci’s “moron” comment is being treated as a justified response, similar to how Dick Cheney’s “Go f**k yourself” tirade in Congress was treated in the media as some kind of hero move. It has not quite degenerated into cheering on fistfights on the floor of Congress, but it is getting there. Our propaganda systems turn psychopaths into saints, and vice versa. I have long said that the public cannot distinguish the psychopaths from the saints, and my first lesson in that was when I saw Dennis’s Seattle company get stolen, while the employees cheered. It was the first of many “Give us Barabbas!” moments that I have witnessed.

As I have been writing, the USA’s slaughter of millions across Earth has rarely registered with the American people. It has always been that way with all imperial citizenries. That the imperial citizens themselves are currently being targeted with genocidal policies one might think might wake some Americans up, and some are, but they are in the distinct minority, as the march of the lemmings continues. Fauci, Fishbein, etc., - I doubt that it matters who spews the lies: the public eats it up.

The only positive TV coverage that I ever saw of Dennis was the first, by a Canadian TV station. Virtually all media American coverage since then has been slanderous (TV) or libelous (in print). It is similar to the fact that the most popular Canadian documentary to its time was about Noam, and it has never played on American network TV. Similarly, it was a UK documentary that showed the fraud behind AZT. It sank AZT’s manufacturer, but that documentary has never aired on American network TV. Similarly, a documentary about the scandal around those children that Fauci’s crew used for medical experiments was made by the BBC, not in the USA. Of course, the AIDS establishment excoriated the BBC for daring to make that documentary. Celia Farber produced the documentary.

“Vera Sharav spent years investigating Dr. Fauci’s torture chambers as part of her lifelong mission to end cruel medical experimentation on children. Sharav told me, ‘Fauci just brushed all of those dead babies under the rug. They were collateral damage in his career ambitions. They were throw-away children.’ Sharav said that at least eighty children died in Dr. Fauci’s Manhattan concentration camp and accused NIAID and its partners of disposing of children’s remains in mass graves.”

“[writing about Farber and the BBC documentary], ‘I found the mass grave at Gate of Heaven cemetery in Hawthorne, New York,’ she told me. ‘I couldn’t believe my eyes. It was actually a very large pit with AstroTurf thrown over it, which you could actually lift up. Under it one could see dozens of plain wooden coffins, haphazardly stacked. There may have been 100 of them. I learned that there was more than one child’s body in each. Around the pit was a semi-circle of large tombstones on which upward of one thousand children’s names had been engraved. I wrote down every name. I’m still wondering who the rest of those kids were. As far as I know, nobody has ever asked Dr. Fauci that haunting question.’”


Farber talked of teddy bears and other such items around the pits, and a swarm of flies. She spoke of how NIAID in New York and the PIs stonewalled the BBC effort, and provided no estimate on the children’s deaths from their experiments. Farber later followed Fauci’s trail of corpses to Uganda, where NIAID worked with one of the greatest butchers of the past 30 years to use his subject population for experiments that NIAID would not dare try on Americans, and that genocidal tale comes later.

That chapter is far worse than I am presenting here. Most of the children were healthy before “volunteering” for the deadly experiments, and many of the “volunteers” were less than three days old. While the AIDS establishment has tried mightily to sweep this all under the rug, a Congressional hearing in 2005 concluded that NIAID had violated federal law with its experiments. Those experimenters often did not even try to see if the children were HIV positive before “volunteering” them for the experiments. Sharav founded the Alliance for Human Research Protection (AHRP), and the prevailing fiction by Fauci’s crew was that those experiments were really last-ditch efforts to save children dying of AIDS. It was a Big Lie, as usual.

In 2004, after the NIH rejected a Freedom of Information Act request to get the adverse event reporting from the NIAID trials, while citing the “trade secrets” and “privacy” exemptions, AHRP complained to the FDA that NIAID was not providing foster children with the legal protections against research hazards, which two subsequent investigations validated. That AP investigation finally blew the lid off of the situation, and the AP (John Solomon was the investigative journalist) identified at least 48 AIDS experiments on foster children by NIAID in seven states, and NIAID rarely provided the child advocate that law required. One trial killed at least ten children. Fauci’s crew was testing HIV vaccines on infants only a month-old, and allowed them to proceed without a positive HIV test.

“Another HIV Phase 1 vaccine trial, ACTG #230, tested two experimental vaccines […] This time, the protocol openly declared ‘Accepts Healthy Volunteers.’ As Solomon discovered, the ‘volunteer’ subjects of that unethical experiment were newborns aged three days or less.

“Dr. Fauci was certainly aware of the peril to which he was subjecting his gallant infant ‘volunteers.’ Most of the drugs that his PIs tested on these children were previously approved for adults with AIDS and carried Black Box warnings of potentially lethal side-effects […]”


Kennedy wrote that Scheff’s investigation showed that the ICC children’s facility in New York was used precisely because it was not a medical facility, so that they could engage in conduct that trained medical professionals would immediately recognize as unethical and illegal. That reminds me of Mother Teresa’s murderous operations.

Scheff quoted one employee at ICC, Mimi, on what she saw while there:


“One girl, a six-year-old, Shyanne – she came in for adherence. She was the most delicate little flower – beautiful, polite, full of life. Her family never gave her meds. So, Administration for Children’s Services brought her into ICC [..] she came in and started the meds. And it was three months, maybe three months. And she had a stroke. She could not see. She was a normal girl, singing, jumping, playing. Then, poof, stroked out. Blind. We were freaked out. Then, in a few months, she was gone – dead.”


A subsequent federal investigation revealed that 94% of the children experiments on at the ICC were black (64%) or Latino (30%), which Kennedy wrote suggested “discriminatory practices consistent with HHS’s long history of medical racism.” The ICC was paid well to host those experiments, by both the NIH and a bunch of drug companies that Kennedy listed. Sharav said, “Fauci pooh-poohed all those deaths. The best thing you could say about Dr. Fauci is that he failed to get involved when problems emerged on his management watch.”

As a result of the 2005 AP report, in 2006 the Federal Office of Human Research Protections mounted an investigation of NIAID, and it confirmed the AP’s and AHRP’s charges. In 2005, New York State commissioned a four-year investigation by the Vera Institute. The Vera Institute’s report, released in 2009, confirmed the same thing: 80 child deaths among 532 experimental subjects, and there usually was no parental consent or an advocate assigned to the children, as required by law. The Vera Institute’s investigation was hampered by NIAID’s stonewalling, which included the involved hospitals, which received many millions of NIAID dollars, so the Vera Institute likely only uncovered a fraction of the crimes.

Even after those scandals, Fauci did literally nothing to address the situation. In 2008, an NIH article in Pediatrics concluded that there still were not safeguards in place to protect such children.

Kennedy wrote:


“During the decades since Dr. Fauci took over NIAID, he has sanctioned drug companies to experiment on at least fourteen thousand children, many of them Black and Hispanic orphans living in foster homes. He permitted these companies to operate without oversight or accountability.

“Dr. Fauci presided over these atrocities, collaborating with pharmaceutical company researchers and winking at their loose definitions of ‘informed consent’ and ‘volunteer.’ Instead of looking out for the best interests of children, Dr. Fauci gave outlaw drug makers free reign to torture vulnerable children behind closed doors, with neither parental permission not requisite oversight from child welfare authorities.”


Kennedy wrote of when his father worked at getting the “snake pit” of Willowbrook State School on Staten Island shut down in 1965, where Big Pharma was running vaccine experiments on children, and his father promoted legislation to end child abuse in that manner.

Kennedy wrote:


“Fifty-five years later, national media and Democratic Party sachems have beatified a man who presided over similar atrocities, somehow elevating him to a kind of secular sainthood.

“What dark flaw in Anthony Fauci’s character allowed him to oversee – and then to cover up – the atrocities at Incarnation Children’s Center? At very best, there must be some arrogance or imperiousness that enables Dr. Fauci to rationalize the suffering and deaths of children as acceptable collateral damage in what he sees as his noble search for new public health innovations. At worst, he is a sociopath who has pushed science into the realm of sadism. Recent disclosures support the latter interpretation.”


Kennedy then listed some of the evil animal experiments that Fauci has funded on beagles, mice, gerbils, and rhesus monkeys.

Kenned then wrote:


“These disclosures beg many other questions: From what moral wilderness did these monsters who devised and condoned these experiments descend upon our idealistic country? How have they lately come to exercise such tyrannical power over our citizens?”


Kennedy then argued that such people would have had no qualms about killing off millions of people for a global power play, which this “pandemic” has afforded them, or for spending $48 billion dollars on vaccines rather than promote sensible public health measures. Kennedy finished with:


“Did similar hubris – that deadly impulse to play God – pave the lethal path to Wuhan and fuel the reckless decision to hack the codes of Creation and fabricate diabolical forms of life – pandemic superbugs – in a ramshackle laboratory with scientists linked to the Chinese military?”


Kennedy devoted his final section of his chapter to Eisenhower’s warning on the rise of the military-industrial complex, and finished the chapter with:


“Just as President Eisenhower warned, Dr. Fauci’s COVID-19 response has steadily deconstructed our democracy and elevated the powers of a tyrannical medical technocracy.”


Again, the USA is idealistic in some small ways, if one can overlook the awesome hypocrisy. I find myself quite sympathetic to Kennedy’s stance, particularly with his pedigree, although the USA has never been “great” in my eyes. Americans are rich and powerful like no other people in history, of course, and industrial societies are far more humane than agrarian ones, but theory and practice regarding the American state has a huge gulf between them. Dark pathers are everywhere, and in a nation like the USA, psychopaths do great as politicians and corporate executives. I see Fauci as just another opportunist in a world of scarcity and fear. The comparisons of Fauci to J. Edgar Hoover make sense, as he was another bureaucratic empire-builder, and also like Allen Dulles, both of whom likely had a hand in JFK’s murder.

White Mischief: Dr. Fauci’s African Atrocities

While some readers consider that chapter on using American children for human experiments to be the most harrowing one in Kennedy’s book, the next three chapters were the worst for me.

Throughout his book, Kennedy quoted Nobel Laureate Kary Mullis a lot, and he began this chapter with one:


“They increased the number of diseases from two to nearly thirty that could be classified as AIDS, and after that they started a global testing program of ‘vulnerable populations,’ which just coincidentally happen to be people not in a position to defend themselves easily. They started to find AIDS everywhere, including in Africa, but including in the United States – and wouldn’t you know, one of the communities they found was the African-American community, and they tested a lot of women and they found a lot of HIV-positive women, and they decided, well, let’s go forward.”


Kennedy began his chapter by quoting several people that he had previously quoted: Sharav, Ortleb, Bialy, and Farber. Racism has long been behind how the American medical system has worked, in history’s most racist nation, going back at least as far as Sims. Bialy said:


“The fearful fascination with the contagion was amplified by the official narrative that the disease originated in Africans doing weird things with monkeys, and spread to the voodoo kingdom of Haiti, and that the sexual depravity of homosexuals drove the disease to the United States.”


Hitler accused Jews of spreading tuberculosis, and Ortleb said, “There was always this undertone of bigotry with AIDS. I don’t think we can dismiss as coincidence that the population that they targeted for their toxic concoctions were gays, Blacks, Hispanics, and Africans.”

Kennedy wrote:


“Dr. Fauci’s PIs targeted developing nations that lacked strong institutional structures for protecting impoverished citizens from the abusive practices of powerful pharmaceutical multinationals. According to Vera Sharav, Dr. Fauci had NIAID and its pharmaceutical partners move his most controversial and risky studies offshore ‘because they can do stuff that they could never get away with in the United States.’”


Kennedy quoted Farber, who said:


“The racism is cloaked inside carefully crafted philanthropic manipulations such as ‘access’ to drugs, it’s never access to clean drinking water, education, sanitation, nutrition. It’s a very blighting message for the US to be constantly browbeating Africans with our self-serving messaging that they are so sick, and we have just the drugs to ‘save’ their lives. When the opposite happens, it’s swept away and hidden behind a false front of charity. I call it Pharma-Colonialism.”


Bill Gates is the primary proponent of this kind of “philanthropy,” and he gets increasing coverage in Kennedy’s book as the African chapters of Fauci’s reign are examined. As I have written, I kind of gave Gates a pass on his “philanthropy” before reading Kennedy’s book. Not any longer. Many odd aspects of his “philanthropy,” such as hanging out with humanity’s greatest war criminals and murderers, took on new relevance for me after reading Kennedy’s book. Now, I don’t scoff at the most crazed conspiracy theories about Gates. I don’t know for sure, but nothing much would surprise me about him.

While taking in these revelations, one pal noted something that I really had not thought about much. When the electric companies began throwing their weight around to wipe Dennis out in Seattle, they first operated through the banks, killing any deals that Dennis put together. I met Dennis the same month that Microsoft did its IPO, and Gates was soon a billionaire. I figured that Gates was probably too busy chasing his billions to notice what happened to Dennis’s company, but in my recent studies, I learned more about Gates’s blueblood background. His family first made it big in banking in Seattle, and one pal suggested that the Gates family may well have helped take out Dennis’s Seattle company. I’ll never know for sure, but now, it would not surprise me.

Kennedy wrote about Fauci’s rise to fame and fortune around the same time that Gates did, when Bush the First mentioned Fauci in his presidential debate in 1988:


“You’ve probably never heard of him. He’s a very fine researcher, top doctor at National Institute of Health, working hard doing something, research on this disease of AIDS.”


It was an accolade regarding Fauci’s triumph on getting AZT approved, of all things. Fauci was able to get Bush the Second to create a $15 billion AIDS package, including $500 million to buy Nevirapine for African mothers and their children. Kennedy then wrote on Nevirapine, which was like AZT and remdesivir, a drug “too big to fail,” with similar safety and efficacy as those other drugs, which is to say that it did not help the patients it was used on, but killed them instead. In ways, Nevirapine was worse than the deadly AZT and remdesivir. It never won FDA approval, as it was so horrific. Farber told Kennedy about Nevirapine:


“Dr. Fauci had to know all about the safety problems, but he must have either omitted or whitewashed them when he sold the program to Bush. […] Dr. Fauci seemed confident that he eventually could get FDA to give him anything he wanted.”


This is where Kennedy began writing about African dictators who happily made their subjects human guinea pigs for Big Pharma, beginning with Yoweri Museveni, Idi Amin’s minister of defense who overthrew Uganda’s elected government and has ruled as its dictator ever since. This area overlapped with my bio work on Ed. In fact, I am attaching a picture of Gates with his good buddy Museveni, who is one of the world’s greatest butchers over the past 30 years, who mentored Paul Kagame, who may be the greatest butcher in the past 30 years, who is also a pal of Gates’s, and Rwanda is another guinea pig nation for Gates and Fauci, making their dictators even richer. Here are more pics of Gates and his pal Museveni, but even Museveni put his foot down on Gates’s neat new schools for profit, in another instance of Gates’s “philanthrocapitalism.”

Kennedy wrote:


“In the early 1990s, Ugandan dictator Yoweri Museveni rolled out the red carpet for Pharma. Uganda became one of many African nations seeking to cash in on the lucrative business of farming out their citizens for the booming clinical trial business. In 1997, Uganda granted Dr. Fauci’s John Hopkins-based PI, Brooks Jackson, permission to run clinical trials on Nevirapine in Kampala.”


Kennedy wrote about the Uganda trials, which Fauci’s crew soon trumpeted the amazing results of, and Congress soon showered NIH with even more money. Kennedy wrote:


“But the study’s sunny conclusions concealed glaring methodological deficiencies. When they can get away with it, Pharma researchers employ the highly unethical gimmick of eliminating the placebo control group to mask injuries of the study group.”


I have written plenty on how eliminating the placebo group is a Fauci specialty, and for the Uganda trial, the “placebo group” was given AZT! So if Nevirapine killed fewer women and children than AZT did, it was a “success.” I am not making this up. Literally, the AZT killed 22 babies in that study, while the Nevirapine “only” killed 16. Again, this is why such trials were run in Africa, as they could simply make it up as they went along, twist the data this way and that, when they simply were not making it up, to pronounce great success in saving women and children in the Dark Continent. With that study, Fauci got WHO to provide Emergency Use Authorization for Nevirapine to prevent mother-to-infant transmission of HIV. The German company that made Nevirapine was trying to get FDA approval of Nevirapine based on the Uganda study, but Kennedy wrote:


“However, stories were already trickling back to Washington that Dr. Fauci’s Kampala trials that underpinned the Lancet paper were a three-ring circus of flimflam fraught with serious accuracy and ethical issues.”


The FDA mounted its own investigation, and what happened next just might have been the worst of all of the clinical trial outrages documented in Kennedy’s book, even worse than the AZT trials. That comes next.

I have been seeing Fauci’s and the media’s replies to Kennedy’s book: no response at all. To my knowledge, there has not been a mainstream media review of Kennedy’s book, and instead, there have been smear jobs on Kennedy. Fauci’s only responses that I have seen have been to call Kennedy a “very disturbed individual” and say that whenever he is criticized publicly, he gets death threats. The heroic Saint Fauci, just trying to do his job amongst the death threats. That is a well-worn stratagem to avoid dealing with the substance of the criticisms. I think that I am making it clear that Kennedy’s book is not a bunch of conspiracist rumormongering. The bestselling book in the USA is not going to be reviewed in the media, and that says it all about the media. Oh, if Ed was alive to see the outrages of the past two years.

With those American orphans, they often didn’t even test for HIV, which is a shoddy test anyway. In Africa, it was far worse. Several hundred pregnant women were “recruited” for the Ugandan study, and Kennedy wrote:


“[…] at its best, HIV diagnosis is Africa is a casual affair seldom verified by blood tests, and NIAID’s team had a particularly cavalier approach to determining HIV infection. [..] From day one, the researchers trampled virtually all of the safety protocols, including the most critical requirement in ‘dosing safety’ studies – a genuine placebo control group.”


The Uganda trial’s report in the Lancet was filled with fraudulent language, such as that the “two regimens were well tolerated,” because the infant deaths in the two groups were similar. That was just the top of the iceberg of the fraud and mayhem in the Uganda study. The German company that ran the trials and made Nevirapine, Boehringer Ingelheim, filed for FDA approval based on the Uganda study, but the rumors were so rife that the FDA decided to mount its own investigation of the Uganda study, which displeased Fauci. Boehringer pre-empted the FDA by rushing its own audit team to Uganda, and promised to share its results with the FDA.

Boehringer’s own investigators reported, “serious non-compliance with FDA regulations,” and Kennedy reported:


“In its efforts to win FDA approvals for the dangerous and ineffective concoction, DIAID’s team had violated virtually every good clinical practice, including unlawful failure to employ the standard informed consent procedure of disclosing serious risks to study participants.”


Boehringer’s report only heightened the FDA’s concern, and in another attempt to forestall an FDA investigation, NIAID hired a private company, Westat, to also audit the Kampala operation. This happened in 2002. While Fauci hoped for a whitewash, Westat’s auditors were experienced and had conducted audits for the FDA. The Westat audit confirmed the worst suspicions and then some, including the “loss of critical records,” including the logbook that documented the adverse events and deaths, which conveniently vanished. The records were a complete shambles, and the records that survived an apparent purging before the audits didn’t even record which mothers got which drugs, or even if they survived the study. Westat randomly chose 43 infants from the study, all of them had “adverse events” a year after the study terminated, and only 11 were HIV positive.

When Westat presented its findings to NIAID’s team that ran the Uganda study, they admitted that they did not use FDA rules for safety studies, but kind of made it up as they went along. They admitted that they had a different scale of reporting adverse reactions. What would have been classified as “serious” or “deadly” for American trial subjects became “minor” when describing Ugandan subjects. When they even reported them, actual deaths were called, “serious adverse events,” and even then, 14 deaths were unreported among the thousands of unreported adverse events. Fauci’s PI, Dr. Brooks Jackson, admitted to failing to report thousands of adverse reactions.

The FDA demanded to see the Westat report, and after they did, they “read the riot act to NIAID and Boehringer’s officers.” Boehringer then withdrew its FDA application for Nevirapine. In Kennedy’s words:


“FDA’s refusal to rubber-stamp Nevirapine’s approval meant the collapse of the Bush administration’s most visible foreign policy program. Dr. Fauci had persuaded the president to make abolishment of African AIDS his moonshot project, his career legacy, and Nevirapine was the foundation stone of that project.’


The scandal spattered all participants in the sham, and characteristically, Fauci let his underlings take the brunt of the ignominy at the meeting where this was all aired out, which Fauci did not attend. Because so much was at stake, Fauci plowed ahead with getting Nevirapine approved.

Farber said:


“Tony Fauci knew that Nevirapine had fundamental safety and efficacy deficits that went way beyond recordkeeping. Those problems were existential: the drug didn’t work, and it killed both mothers and children.”


Farber’s investigation resulted in the 2006 Harper’s article, “Out of Control: AIDS and the Corruption of Medical Science.”

But Fauci went into cover-up mode, and NIAID issued a press release that whitewashed the entire Ugandan operation, calling the findings the uncovering of some minor recordkeeping errors. A few months after the humiliating withdrawal of Nevirapine for FDA approval by Boehringer, Fauci mounted another effort to raise the Ugandan atrocity to some kind of credible trial, with a “remonitoring protocol.” The reassessment was run by Fauci’s leading AIDS henchman, Edmund Tramont. Unfortunately for Fauci, NIAID’s Medical Officer, Dr. Betsy Smith, and the Regulatory Branch Chief, May Anne Luzar, were not part of the cover-up. Their draft reports chronicled what Westat’s report did, including the liver damage among the infants, inflicted by Nevirapine, and the fact that many infant deaths were not even reported by the Ugandan team. It turned out that the Ugandan team was not even trained in how to report adverse events. Farber said: “Their on-the-ground solution to the Nevirapine toxicity problem in Africa was simply to not monitor for safety.” Smith was well aware of the implications of the Ugandan study’s failure, so cautiously worded her conclusions in her report.

Farber said:


“Dr. Fauci had sold his Nevirapine enterprise as a heroic moment for American greatness. Dr. Fauci said he was going to save African pregnant women and their babies. It turns out that this is an extremely dangerous drug with no demonstrated abilities to save a single life. This isn’t rocket science. Dr. Fauci knew all along about the ‘safety problems,’ but for Fauci and his cult of HIV drug worship, no drug is ever ‘unsafe.’”


For Fauci, it was full-steam ahead, no matter what atrocities had been reported for the Ugandan operation. In January 2003, mere months before Bush authored the greatest crime of the 21st century so far, in his State of the Union speech, Bush said:


“On the continent of Africa, nearly 30 million people have the AIDS virus […] Yet across that continent, only 50,000 victims – only 50,000 – are receiving the medicine they need […] I ask Congress to commit $15 billion over the next five years, including nearly $10 billion in new money, to turn the tide against AIDS in the most afflicted nations of Africa and the Caribbean.”


Kennedy wrote:


“His power to deliver a $15 billion health program and to summon unprecedented accolades from a sitting president gave Dr. Fauci unchallengeable power over the US health bureaucracy unmatched in American history. He now enjoyed consolidated power over HHS and all its subsidiaries.”


Tramont then took Smith’s and Luzar’s reporting and performed quite an editorial feat. Tramont, in the words of Dr. Jonathan Fishbein, whom we will hear far more about later:


“rewrote the safety section, minimizing concerns about the toxicities, deaths, and record-keeping problems that had been highlighted by his medical safety expert.”


Tramont’s masterpiece became the basis for the FDA’s approval of Nevirapine for global use on pregnant women, in December 2002. But the icing on the cake was that Fauci convinced Bush to travel to Uganda to witness the miraculous operation that proved Nevirapine safe! As I write this, I am astounded at the evil audacity of it all. Fauci had the Kampala site reopened for the July 2003 visit by Bush, staffed with temporary workers for the occasion.

Farber said:


“NIAID officials rushed to reopen the site to paper over the disgrace and to impress and deceive the President. It was really straight-up – Potemkin’s Village, a vast PR campaign, and nothing behind the Hollywood façade, except death. Dead babies, dead mothers – we will never know their names.”


In order to bolster the entire sordid operation, Tramont asked Fauci to compel his theoretical boss, NIH director Elias Zerhouni, to present the Ugandan team with an award! Tramont tasked his underling, John Kagan, with a military background, to ram though the NIH award for the Ugandan team. As we will see, Kagan was an obedient “bagman” for Fauci, but giving an award to the Ugandan team was carrying it too far, even for Kagan, who wrote back to Tramont:


“We cannot lose sight of the fact that they screwed up big time. And you bailed their asses out. I’m all for forgiveness, etc. Not punishing them. But it would be ‘over the top’ to me, to be proclaiming them as heroes. Something to think about before pushing this award thing […]”


Fauci, Tramont, and Kagan had a problem: Smith and Luzar were not part of their conspiracy. Kagan ordered Dr. Fishbein, NIAID’s ethics officer, to formally reprimand Luzar for not cooperating with the cover-up. Fishbein’s investigation concluded the opposite: Luzar had acted heroically in not compromising her integrity. Instead of formally rebuking Luzar, Fishbein filed a sexual harassment complaint against Kagan, which helped lead to the end of Fishbein’s career, but more on that later.

Kennedy wrote:


“Boehringer Ingelheim never resubmitted its application to the FDA for preventing maternal-to-child transmission of HIV. Nevertheless, WHO – which, as we shall soon see, was by then under the control of Bill Gates and Anthony Fauci – began shipping this lethal concoction to developing nations globally to use on their pregnant women.”


Farber said:


“It’s a mystery why Nevirapine was ever developed, launched or marketed to the developing world the way it was, since it was rejected by every Western drug safety agency – every single time. Why then was it re-purposed and shipped to non-Westerners? The double standard is quite stark. We need to start calling it what it is.”


Fishbein said:


“The tragic irony here is that the Kampala Nevirapine research was performed to a level of standards that would be insufficient for supporting the drug’s approval for use in the United States, but Fauci fervently defended the study as adequate to justify giving Nevirapine to Black Africans. Frankly, it strikes me as racist.”


Kennedy then quoted Jesse Jackson, who said:


“This was not a thoughtful and reasoned decision, but a crime against humanity. Research standards and drug quality that are unacceptable in the US and other Western countries must never be pushed onto Africa.”


This ride through Kennedy’s masterpiece will get far rougher before it finishes.

After surveying the Uganda obscenity, Kennedy’s next section was titled, “Profits to Die For.” Kennedy began that section with:


“The pharmaceutical and the medical cartel’s historical preference was to test dangerous drugs and medical procedures on people of color. But by the late 1990s, Black Americans were increasingly suspicious of medical authorities. President Clinton’s belated 1996 apology to the victims of the Tuskegee syphilis experiments (1935-1973) had reminded blacks of other historic atrocities, including the barbaric gynecological experiments on Black women by Dr. Mario J. Sims (“Father of Modern Gynecology”) [whom I have written about]. In 1992, a Los Angeles Times exposé revealed that the CDC had been conducting unlicensed experiments with a deadly flu vaccine on Black children in Haiti and Cameroon, and on 1,500 Black children in South Central Los Angeles. Blacks were therefore understandably reluctant to sign up for clinical trials. Despite vigorous efforts by pharmaceutical companies and regulators to recruit Blacks, less than 4 percent of clinical trial enrollees in America were Black. Nevertheless, Dr. Fauci seemed to have a genius for finding Blacks, both American and African, to participate in his HIV chemotherapy drug experiments.”


Kennedy then told the story of a black American mother who died in 2003 in one of Fauci’s trials. At her doctor’s suggestion, she took an HIV test, which came back positive, which she believed, with the propaganda of the times, was a death sentence. She signed up for Fauci’s Nevirapine trial (yes, Fauci was still trying to rehabilitate Nevirapine after the Ugandan atrocity). She was perfectly healthy and four months into her pregnancy, but her health began its decline to her death immediately after her first dose of Nevirapine. The woman never signed the consent form for Nevirapine’s risks, which meant that she was likely never informed of them. She died in 41 days from liver failure, which is a typical effect from Nevirapine, and her daughter was delivered by Caesarian section three days before she died. AP reporter John Solomon obtained DAIDS documents through a Freedom of Information Act request, which showed that the DAIDS official openly acknowledged that Nevirapine killed the woman.

The doctors put the daughter on AZT for three months, but the doctors and hospital refused to release the medical records. The family believes that the stonewalling was to conceal the likely fact that neither the woman nor her daughter were ever HIV positive, and the evidence is that babies born with HIV antibodies shed them at 18 months. That woman was the focus of Farber’s Harper’s article.

Farber said:


“The death of Joyce Ann Hafford in Memphis was a methodical calculated homicide of a black woman by Fauci’s henchmen. They had to know they were killing her when they saw her go into jaundice and they just watched her liver crash. They wouldn’t let her off the Nevirapine. It seemed like very clear medical murder at Dr. Fauci’s doorstep. I’m still trying to recover from it.”


Kennedy wrote:


“It is an embarrassment to me, to my family, and particularly to my deceased aunt and godmother that NIH’s Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development was a collaborator in this fraud.”


The day before I became Dennis’s partner, I worked as an accounts payable clerk at one of Eunice Kennedy Shriver’s facilities in Boston, so this spatters me a bit, too.

Dr. Jonathan Fishbein got involved in Hafford’s case, which was the beginning of the end of his career, and that tale comes next.

In the Nevirapine trial that killed Joyce Hafford, for the 21 pregnant women in her trial, four of 22 infants died, and 12 suffered “serious adverse events.” A 20% death rate for the infants (and probably a smaller rate for the mothers) may well have been in the ballpark of what happened in the Uganda Nevirapine trials. Not only was Nevirapine deadly, it was also ineffective, as it did not reduce viral loads at all in the test subjects, and they terminated the study early, because of Nevirapine’s “greater than expected toxicity.”

Dr. Jonathan Fishbein was the first director of the Office for Policy in Clinical Research Operations at DAIDS. He was in charge of monitoring ethics and enforcing their compliance, in accordance with federal law. Fishbein only met Fauci once, when he was hired. Fauci told Fishbein to directly contact him whenever he needed to.

Fishbein sent a memo to Ed Tramont, to inform him that Nevirapine had killed Hafford, and Tramont tried to sweep it under the carpet. What derailed Fishbein’s career, however, was the trial of interleukin (IL-2), which was a test of asymptomatic HIV-positives. In December 2003, Fishbein was contacted by the Medical Officer of the IL-2 trial, who noted that the side-effects included capillary leakage and suicidal thoughts. The Medical Officer was concerned that trial participants were not being notified of those side-effects, which are formally declared in the Investigative Brochure. The leadership of the trial was not updating the brochure for those side-effects. Thousands of people were enrolled in the trials at the time, and NIAID officials were concerned about a high dropout rate and difficulty in attracting new recruits if the Investigative Brochure disclosed those side-effects. The IL-2 trial was one of NIAID’s most expensive ever, at over 4,000 subjects, $36 million dollars, and eight years. In the end, the trial concluded that IL-2 provided “no benefits” to HIV positive patients.

Fishbein waltzed right into career suicide. Farber said:


“His big problem is that he thought that his job was legit. Dr. Fishbein’s personal virtues were all character flaws within the NIAID institutional culture.”


Fishbein’s efforts began irritating NIAID’s brass. Fishbein later said:


“It was a serious violation of protocols and the researchers were ignoring their legal duty to report the signal. They omitted and whitewashed all these safety problems. You can’t just focus on efficacy and ignore safety. The ones that were in the study, and those that wanted to get in the study, neither were being informed. NIAID feared that if they understood the risks, they would drop out.”


Tramont warned Fishbein that he was ignoring the NIAID culture with his Boy Scout approach, telling Fishbein, “We need to act more like a pharmaceutical company; we need to get patients, and studies done.”

As Fishbein dug into the IL-2 issue, he discovered that Fauci himself owned patents on IL-2, and stood to make millions if it became FDA-approved. That blew Fishbein away, and was a breach of ethics of the highest order, in a mind-boggling conflict of interest. When AP investigated, it found that 51 NIH scientists were secretly receiving royalties for drugs that they helped develop. Fishbein had stumbled into a racket. On the bright side, if there is one, Fishbein’s discovery and subsequent battle caused HHS to limit the royalties that federal officials could earn from those private arrangements to $150,000 per year.

In February 2004, Fishbein formally requested an update of the IL-2 trial brochure to reflect those recently-identified risks, and in his words, “From that point on, the floor came out below me.” In the halls at DAIDS, Fishbein became radioactive, a ghost that everybody avoided.

Fishbein said:


“All sorts of alarms went off. I came into government very naïve. At the very least, I assumed that since Dr. Fauci wanted me to make sure studies were properly done, safety came first and that the participants are protected. I was wrong [which he said with a laugh].”


Instead of the open door that Fauci promised Fishbein when he hired him, the door had been slammed shut. Within a few weeks, Fishbein was fired. Fishbein fought his firing. First he tried the formal paths open to him to challenge his firing (he had an exemplary and decorated record at DAIDS before his IL-2 brochure recommendation), and was repeatedly stonewalled, so he took his case to Capitol Hill and got the attention of two Senators, who urged an investigation into NIAID. Several Senators got involved, including Arlen Specter and Maryland Congressional representatives, where NIH was headquartered. Fauci and crew simply brushed them all off, which Kennedy wrote:


“It’s illustrative of Dr. Fauci’s overwhelming power that he and his bosses decided to ignore and defy these remonstrances. After all, these three representatives were the royalty of NIH’s home state delegation.”


In May 2004, under Capitol Hill pressure, NIH agreed to appoint a supposedly impartial investigation by the Institute of Medicine, which had the reputation as the incorruptible player in that milieu, but they were on Fauci’s take, too. Six of the nine members of the panel to investigate Fishbein’s allegations were already getting Fauci money for their own trials. With a stacked panel like that, the outcome was predictable. They framed the investigation absurdly narrowly, to ignore the misconduct in the Uganda Nevirapine trial and the trial that killed Hafford, and they incredibly ruled that the Uganda trial was valid. Fishbein received his termination letter the same day. Fishbein was in the midst of a whistleblower hearing at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission at the time. Senators were furious with Fauci, and he shrugged them aside, as he was in Bush the Second’s good graces.

Back around 2004, I remember reading an article by a federal employees union, which chronicled that under Bush the Second, whistleblowers were crucified instead of protected, so Fishbein was one of many in those days, and it has deteriorated greatly since then, as “kill the whistleblowers” has been the government and media’s theme for many years now.

As Fishbein fought back, his legal actions got NIAID’s internal record subpoenaed, including emails, and they chronicled Fauci’s involvement in railroading Fishbein for getting in the way. Fishbein eventually settled for an undisclosed amount, but he could not get a job in the field for five years. Fishbein discussed how the system was rigged against people like him. Kennedy’s chapter is rich reading, and oh-so-familiar to me, as I have witnessed and borne the brunt of such corruption plenty in my lifetime. Farber said:


“They unleash such violence over your whole existence if you cross them. You never walk the same again. They make you feel like you are a dead person, totally devalued. They put a lot of money into these attack campaigns over my article. They went nuclear. Their crusade to discredit and destroy me had lasting impacts on my life. But you know what? I didn’t get murdered. Joyce [Hafford] did. I think of her all the time.

“And the real losers in that battle were the millions of African women and babies forced to take Nevirapine, a drug that does not prevent AIDS but sickens and kills people who take it.


In a letter to Nature in 2005, Dr. Valendar Turner, a surgeon from Australia, noted that the only Nevirapine evidence came from a trial with no placebo group, and even with the awesome irregularities in the Uganda trial, those who took Nevirapine had a higher incidence of HIV transmission than if nothing was done at all. In other words, Nevirapine had negative efficacy. Farber said that doing away with the placebo group is “perhaps the outstanding characteristic of AIDS research in general.”

Kennedy finished his chapter with a quote from Fishbein:


“Dealing with Tony Fauci is like dealing with organized crime. He’s like the godfather. He has connections everywhere. He’s always got people that he’s giving money to in powerful positions to make sure he gets his way – that he gets what he wants. These connections give him the ultimate power to fix everything, control every narrative, escape all consequence, and sweep all the dirt and all the bodies under the carpet and to terrorize and destroy anyone who crosses him.”

This will be another one of those posts, that I was just driven from my sleep to write. This series of posts on Kennedy’s book is really about Medical Racket 2.0. Anthony Fauci sits on his throne today, playing little Caesar, or Don Corleone, whatever your illustrative preference is, but the only reason why he sits where he does is that he gives great service to Big Pharma. As Bucky said about politicians, Fauci is a “stooge” of the economic interests that he serves. If he was not busy helping out a multi-trillion-dollar racket, he would have never risen to such seeming power and prominence.

In a world of scarcity and fear, psychopaths and sociopaths come to prominence, although at the high levels, such as at the GC level, invisibility is good for business. There are many like Fauci, willingly playing the public face of the evil enterprises. Bill Gates is playing the “philanthropy” game, just like John D. Rockefeller did, with his ill-gotten billions. Before this thread is finished on Kennedy’s book, it will get more into the genocidal games that Gates is playing, although I have already mentioned them plenty. IMO, Bill Gates and all retail elites, like retail politicians, are sitting down the food chain a ways of power on Earth. I doubt that the GCs micromanage what happens on the world stage, or even care that much about what Gates and Fauci are doing, as long as it does not upset the applecart. As long as they are grubbing for money and power, they will never be a threat to the world order. Their activities align well enough with the GCs’ activities that they have free reign to play their games, even if they are genocidal, threaten to topple the world’s governments, etc. The GCs are playing a much bigger game, interacting with the galactic economy and the like.

But as Brian noted, focusing on elite machinations, no matter what level of the game they come from, is hacking at branches at best. If we focused on what was important and took action, it would be Game Over for all of this world’s elites, of every stripe, and an unprecedented Epoch of the human journey would be here, which almost nobody on Earth can even imagine today, and that is normal. Humanity will die or thrive on the energy issue, everything else is noise, and few people on Earth really know or care.

My unbelievable odyssey brought me to that place of understanding, and virtually nobody who ever went through the free energy meat-grinder still kept trying, if they survived the experience. I have to thank my youth and idealism for my survival with my sanity intact, when I began to understand how this world really works. After many years of trial and error, some of it life-risking and life-wrecking, I developed my current approach. I am not looking for heroes. There are not enough of them on Earth today to make it happen. Nobody needs to play Indiana Jones like Dennis did, they just need to care and be awake, have just a little mental horsepower and gumption, and I can help with the rest, for my little plan to have a chance. The people I seek are rare, but not that rare. There are enough of them on the planet, I see my task as making my work the best that I can, and finding them. I plan to write in a fury over the next several years, which I think will be my life’s most productive writing years, like they were for Ed, in that window between his career’s end and when age caught up with him. I plan to make some hay while I still can.

As in-my-face this so-called “pandemic” is, it is really just a sideshow, even with all of the evil plans that Gates and Fauci may be executing. There is lot more to say, but I have said it all before. Back to bed for a little while.
