Default We Need An Alternative Independent Platform To YouTube

PJW explains how the writing is on the wall, in respect of censorship and deletion of any channel which is not leftist and approved.

As a consequence PJW is proposing a new independent platform as a alternative to Youtube, and calling for everyone to come together in support of this project, see the video below:

Mike Adams, the Health Ranger already did this last year. He built an alternative to YouTube and released it. But then he got de-monetized. (Perhaps Paul can join forces with Mike?)
Our destiny is in our hands. Let us visualise a world of truth, freedom and equality.

In keeping with the thread subject, I think this has potential:

    That would be Brighteon.

Yes It's in Beta testing mode at the moment, and, I am optimistic it will deliver.

I've signed-up and hope to be able to participate there appropriately in future.

Beyond bring this latest development about youtube to the fore, that is my hope Andre.

I sure some of these guys frequent Project Avalon and they could combine their resources to create an effective platform and completely bypass youtube.

For starters Brighteon plus Infowars studios.

I take it PJW still has Alex Jones backing, who's resources could possibly be available for such a "joint venture".

Bypassing Patreon, Paypal etc, donations could be made to a "trust" whom the beneficiaries are the video makers and their channel.
Make the trust account a high interesting earning account you could bypass the B.S., fees and make a little extra interest on the donations.

Regardless of the fact that POTUS Trump has called out Alex Jones as an operative, and yes I like Trump, I think Alex Jones has been instrumental in awakening alot of people and still has a huge amount to offer the alternative media and large following to bring to the table.

So hopefully they will combine forces for the greater good of the community and their back pockets.

There are some alternatives BitChute, Brighteon, Minds, Gab. i think there are in fact quite a few options, but of course the big problem is marketing these, and shifting the habits of 10's of millions of people.
I think this comes down to the 'digital divide' the average level of awareness concerning the World Wide Web is still disappointingly low.
The habits of consumerism, and the laziness of people determines the outcomes.
In 1989 the World Wide Web was gifted to humanity, Tim Berners-Lee made the incredible choice to make his invention available to you and I. He could have retired on the spot and made billions
by licensing the WWW, because it represents the means to publish. Many people just don't seem to understand what this means: It is the equivalent of inventing the Printing Press.
We can chart the beginning of the 'Modern Era' from 1439, when the printing press was developed.
We can chart the beginning of the Information Age from 1989 when the WWW was released.
Silicon Valley do not own the World Wide Web.
This is the major strength, and the means we have to defeat the tyranny of the legacy publishing world, the same owners and regulators of publishing.
Of course, with these alternatives, we also need the back-end resources, and the means to handle billions of users, but it is do-able!

I'm already on bitchute - works pretty good - only no self-generated subtitles, which I often use because people often mumble words, spit out complex referral names, or are sometime hard to decipher with bad quality sound (no excuse in this day and age).

We already have alternatives. The problem is everyone is on YouTube and that is not going to change. Even if the entire alternative community goes to another platform, what good is that going to do. The people that need the information are the people that are asleep and they are not moving from YouTube.

What has to happen is what Trump is trying to do. Regulate the monopolies that are in place.

The censorship is indeed so far leaning right, but what the outrage faction of the hard left doesnt realize is that the chickens, will come home to roost for them in due time as well.

    It goes something like this:

Quote First they came for the socialists, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a socialist.
First they came for the conservatives, and i did not speak out-

because i was not a conservative.

Then they came for... and i did not speak out-

    because i was not that.

    lather, rinse, repeat.

The left had better be careful what they wish for because they too will get it in like kind. We all will, not just the right. It's already happening.

I havent noticed much of that, more of allowing the dogs of war free run on the first amendment by going after the likes of Chelsea Manning and Julian Assange.

    Talk about setting the example.
