Imho, this guy is not a good public speaker, and he rambles a lot and goes some places I think he would do better not to go for the sake of his credibility. BUT in the mix I think there is some good science worth paying attention to. He gives credit to Ben Davidson, though I don't think Ben wants to be associated with Vogt particularly, largely I think because Vogt predicts the year 2046 will be when the big shift happens, and Ben doesn't think anyone can be that exact.)

We might feel like we are in a pressure cooker. Our skin might be itchy or burning from this wave. We might feel agitated. Not feeling comfortable in our own skin or have trouble sleeping. Unresolved issues will rise. Stay hydrated and stay grounded.
The good side of magnetic storms is that high magnetics highlights things that are needing attention. I am on the last day with with my group in Palenque, Mexico. The conversations were deep and powerful and many. We had many life changing deep activations and magical experiences within the group. It goes to show we can navigate these intense solar storms if we live in the heart and have strong unity and community. Division and separation, us versus them mentality, makes us vulnerable to these frequencies.
