Seems that the media is downplaying it in order to keep the economy afloat for as long as possible.

My intuition tells me we are seriously in for a bumpy ride this time around.

I pray that I am wrong. I am having a baby boy in the next 1-2 weeks.
Forget about all this for a while and concentrate instead on the wonderful times to come with your new baby boy! Btw, Ian is a lovely name for a boy!🤣 xx
You're right! We already chose Arthur, but Ian is amazing. We chose Arthur because our 4 year old's name is Aurora. Everyone in the family has an A name now haha (including parents).

(Sorry for the slight thread derail.. continue on...)

The content in this particular YouTube user's videos are unique and fascinating regarding Covid-19. Goes very in depth with trying to explain how this could all have started with the mandatory vaccines in China on December 1, 2019.

Take a look at this video
    https://www.brighteon.com/ba5d8d9b-c...b-7a31fc7ff13d

The first part shows how infected people are taken care of. When you are infected and kept in a medical prison with no medical help, sanitation of any kind, what do you think will happen to you after a few days?
The second part shows how citizens are treated.

Now take a look at this article titled
"Coronavirus 'could infect 60% of global population if unchecked'
Public health epidemiologist says other countries should consider adopting China-style containment measures":

    https://www.theguardian.com/world/20...lds-population

Do you see where we are headed?

This make even less sense when one considers that China has a very rich TCM. I do know that there are very effective chinese herbs that can curb most tenacious pathogens. When I feel I am going down with something I swing by Chinatown, grab some herbs for cheap in a day or two I am back to normal. I have seen people curing very serious chronic diseases with chinese herbs. Why the forced confinement and violence? Is the chinese government on it too? Is China the first chapter of the depopulation agenda?

I suppose you are aware that in New York state, a bill has already been passed that would force people to submit to anything the state wants in case of an epidemic. I am not familiar with all the state and federal statutes but others exist also.

    Quote A99 (ACTIVE) - SUMMARY
Relates to the removal of cases, contacts and carriers of communicable diseases that are potentially dangerous to the public health.
Medical marshall law is something that worries me. People have shown ignorance regarding communicable disease. I have seen the disconnect between real multi-discipline health CARE and the medical establishment (public health as misnomer). I also have read enough on posts by people regarding such infections as measles to suspect the reactivity of fearful people.

The violence I have seen is hard to swallow. beating people without masks (when there are no masks). Barricading people.... I wish I could feel sure this is not possible anywhere else. Also, I know that allopathic medicine thinks natural approaches are without merit and have no faith in the ability of medicine to quickly reorient.

IMO people will be better off outside large cities.

This report appears to confirm what I've been suspecting for several days now: that the new rapid-test coronavirus results are often very inaccurate.

This article may be too long to copy here, but it's worth reading.
A prediction: we'll hear a lot more about this in the next few weeks, as researchers and good journalists try to make sense of
    1. the fluctuating (and diminishing) numbers, and
    2. anomalies such as cases first testing negative, then infecting others, then testing positive a numbers of days later.
False negatives are the most dangerous kind of testing error, especially with hospitals and healthcare workers under immense pressure. That's because the patient, whatever their symptoms, might well be untreated, told to go home, and then
    • infect many other people, and/or
    • die, never being included in the statistics.

False positives and unreliable wick tested could explain the discrepancy with the cases here in the US. I'm on my phone, so going my memory, but about 330 negatives to only 12 positives. That does NOT like up with the high transmissibility. There's a disconnect somewhere.

Regarding TCM, I have read a couple articles that talk about success with TCM, but I've seen more articles condemning and outright vilifying it. There was at least one article from China supporting it's use and one from India supporting the use of herbs. I think both were talking about using herbs in conjunction with pharmaceuticals. The articles condemning were all Western publications.

Steven Hatfield is an army biological weapons expert and states this is an unusual infection (because of the way it initially is mild and then reaches receptors deep in the lung and causes ARD). Based on definition is a pandemic... and he discredits idea that Wuhan is a biological weapons lab (chuckled)? Hummm....listen from 30:59

Has anyone heard any statistics on the ages and conditions of people who have died from this virus? Are they mainly the elderly, already compromised from various illnesses, or are they also young and healthy as well?

From the above video , it sound like it gets deep in the lung and eventually you will suffocate.

Close to 200 Georgia residents are being monitored for coronavirus

Quote Nearly 200 Georgia residents are quarantined in their homes after returning from recent trips to China, where a deadly new coronavirus has sickened more than 40,000 people.

So far, Georgia authorities said Tuesday, none of the Georgia residents has shown symptoms of the virus. And none visited China’s Hubei province, the epicenter of coronavirus outbreak. They are sequestered because they traveled to other parts of that country, where the virus is also spreading rapidly.

    <more at link>
I know there is a sizeable Asian population in the NE Atlanta area, but while this is from the Atlanta newspaper, there's nothing in the article that says where those being monitored are from.

It is also interesting to note that there is also nothing in this article that says they are being tested. They're simply to stay home for the 14 days and report if they have any symptoms, at which point I got the impression they would be tested then.

As of Monday, the CDC is reporting only 68 cases pending test results. We'll see how that updates today, but it looks like there's a lot of monitoring that's not including tests. So if there's 200 just in GA, how many cases are really being monitored across the country when many states (west coast states, Illinois, New York) have much larger Asian populations than us?

Meant to add to above post: I don't care what that article says, GA is in NO WAY PREPARED for an epidemic in spite of being home to the CDC. Our rural hospitals in particular are already overloaded. And Atlanta just has problems all over the place. (Probably every major city does.) A surge in people needing hospitalization is going to be bad.

I agree. I have always seen hospitals full - because if they have room to treat and/or take care of someone they usually will. There is only an empty room or bed for a very short time.

This might be the reason why the virus does not appear to be spreading to any large degree outside of China - a huge curiosity imo. The timing and the resulting infection could be considered circumstantial evidence for a vaccine gone wrong.

This might be the reason why the virus does not appear to be spreading to any large degree outside of China - a huge curiosity imo. The timing and the resulting infection could be considered circumstantial evidence for a vaccine gone wrong.
    Outbreak date : December 1, 2019
    Mandatory vaccine date : December 1, 2019

    Strange.

    Predicts Coronavirus-like Outbreak And Origin"

"In a bizarre coincidence, a 1981 fictional novel "The Eyes of Darkness" by Dean Koontz predicts a Coronavirus like outbreak and its origin. The book talks about how the virus called Wuhan-400, was developed in military labs around the Chinese city of Wuhan from where it got its name. The top secret information of the Biological weapons Program is later acquired by US intelligence from a Chinese defector. The American military is ultimately successful in creating a vaccine which the Chinese could not.

Plot: The book focuses on a mother who sets out on a quest to find out if her son truly did die one year ago, or if he is still alive. A mother sends her son on a camping trip with a leader who has led this trip into the mountains 16 times before without mishap; that is until this time. Every single camper and leader and driver die with no explanation. As the grieving mother who is the protagonist begins to accept the fact that her son, Danny, is dead she starts getting vicious bully-like attacks from nowhere saying he is not dead, such as writing on chalk boards, words from printers and other various ‘signs’. Along with her new friend, Elliot Stryker, Christina Evans sets out to find out what could have possibly happened on the day that her son ‘died’.

"The Eyes of Darkness" by Dean Koontz, a 1981 novel predicts Coronavirus like outbreak called Wuhan-400 Coronavirus.

Excerpts: "To understand that you have to go back twenty months. It was around then that a Chinese scientist named Li Chen defected to the United States, carrying a diskette record of China’s most important and dangerous new biological weapon in a decade. They call the stuff “Wuhan-400” because it was developed at their RDNA labs outside of the city of Wuhan, and it was the four-hundredth viable strain of man-made microorganisms created at that research center.

Wuhan-400 is a perfect weapon. It afflicts only human beings. No other living creature can carry it. And like syphilis, Wuhan-400 can’t survive outside a living human body for longer than a minute, which means it can’t permanently contaminate objects or entire places the way anthrax and other virulent microorganisms can. And when the host expires, the Wuhan-400 within him perishes a short while later, as soon as the temperature of the corpse drops below eighty-six degrees Fahrenheit. Do you see the advantage of all this?

The Chinese could use Wuhan-400 to wipe out a city or a country, and then there wouldn’t be any need for them to conduct a tricky and expensive decontamination before they moved in and took over the conquered territory.

And Wuhan-400 has other, equally important advantages over most biological agents. For one thing, you can become an infectious carrier only four hours after coming into contact with the virus. That’s an incredibly short incubation period. Once infected, no one lives more than twenty-four hours. Most die in twelve. It’s worse than the Ebola virus in Africa – infinitely worse. Wuhan-400’s kill-rate is one hundred percent. No one is supposed to survive.

The Chinese tested it on God knows how many political prisoners. They were never able to find an antibody or an antibiotic that was effective against it. The virus migrates to the brain stem, and there it begins secreting a toxin that literally eats away brain tissue like battery acid dissolving cheesecloth. It destroys the part of the brain that controls all of the body’s autonomic functions. The victim simply ceases to have a pulse, functioning organs, or any urge to breathe.

After Li Chen defected with all the data on Wuhan-400, he was brought here (US military facility). We immediately began working with him, trying to engineer an exact duplicate of the virus. In relatively short order we accomplished that. Then we began to study the bug, searching for a handle on it that the Chinese had overlooked.

Someone got careless and stupid. Almost thirteen months ago, when the boys were on their winter survival outing, one of our scientists accidentally contaminated himself while he was working alone one morning in this lab. You’re trained what to do from the day you start to work here. In the event of accidental contamination, you immediately set off an alarm. Immediately. Then you seal the room you’re working in. If there’s an adjoining isolation chamber, you’re supposed to go into it and lock the door after yourself.

A decontamination crew moves in swiftly to clean up whatever mess you’ve made in the lab. And if you’ve infected yourself with something curable, you’ll be treated. If it’s not curable... you’ll be attended to in isolation until you die. That’s one reason our pay scale is so high. Hazardous-duty pay. The risk is part of the job."
