I ordered a *cool* mist humidifier. If I get any kind of respiratory problem I will use it with hydrogen peroxide added to the water. More details when I receive them.

I have 'Thieves Oil' already in my stock.

It was used in the middle ages to thwart the 'Black Plague' for the gruesome task of removing all the dead bodies at the time.

Thieves oil is a blend of Essential oils: Clove, lemon, cinnamon, eucalyptus and rosemary.

So it is one drop of thieves oil to four drops of carrier oil.
Great idea! Never heard of this before!
You use it by putting in tea? Massage? Infuser? Around the doorstep or gate?
They rubbed on just under their nose!

I'm actually making handmade soap bars with the thieves oil in it.

Infuser is a good idea, so is massage.

Earth Fare's going-out-of-business sales has helped me to stock up on herbal extracts and essential oils that I use and a few that I've wanted to get but just haven't. I also got several bottles of various colloidal silver, iodine, probiotics, and both magnesium flakes and gel.

I got Borax from Kroger, and masks from Lowe's and Walmart.

I've also started a binder to hold printouts of all the stuff I've read and bookmarked.

I just came back from Amsterdam , I was at the ISE show, big electronic show, lots of hands to shake...
So I started taking Liposomal vitamin C a week prior to the trip.
Back home now and all is well so far.
Will continue to take that 5000mg of vitamin C , 2-3 times a day.

I very much doubt it! It's just a chemical, nothing organic. It doesn't degrade or go bad.

Here's an MMS forum thread about just that:

After many trips to local markets and supermarkets I can now report that I have
half a year of food stored away so that we can self-isolate while cooking some gourmet meals!
I guess ALL food, at this point, will be Comfort food!

I still feel underprepared and hope to have a years worth of food, soon.

I would like to suggest to my neighbors to prepare,
but I really don't want them to know how much food I have.

What am I doing? - applying my experience and ignoring - and not infecting myself with the fear propaganda.

I sort of ignored the past virus, flu and measles scares but this one seemed especially propaganda aggressive and doomy. I decided to completely ignore any print 'following' the story and immediately turn off any tv reporter mentioning it and had a weird realization - the propaganda itself is a sort of virus!

If the 'fear-dread energy' gets into your head, the worry acts just like an attached infection that eats at you and grows, sticks and embeds itself into your mindset and then takes a lot of effort to fully get rid of when you finally realize it's over and it was all for nothing. I've long been pretty big on you attract what you focus on, so staying free of buying into fears has worked well for a long time and this is the same thing.

Of course I'll pay attention if it hits close to home, but in the meantime, it's affecting me as much as being loosely aware of the days' weather being mentioned again.

I read that people should not divulge the food prep to even extended family because of the fear reaction people have when realizing they did not prep. I never food prepped before earlier end of last year. Still have not bought much but this is a lsit that was informative for me....

Mountain House foil packages are very useful for those who only want to boil water to prepare a meal.

Good idea to sample before buying in bulk. There is much variety.

I met someone who buys these foil packages, a years supply at a time.
He said he never got sick while exclusively eating from this menu for a year. At the time I met him he was back to the store to resupply for another year.

I am sure it is not as good as homemade but the contents of the foil packages should keep you alive.

Here's an MMS forum thread about just that:

Lots of inorganic chemicals degrade over time. Anything that reacts with oxygen, for example, will react with the little bit of oxygen in the container.

I bought MMS maybe 8 years ago, and put it on a shelf. Years later, there is some "corrosion" on one of the two containers. (I'm not home, so can't check which one.) But it did make me wonder, and sort of made me make a mental note to snag some more. If someone is actually planning to use their old MMS to ward off or cure COVD-19, I'd think it prudent to recommend having some relatively 'fresh' stuff. It's not terribly expensive, and there's no cheap way to test the integrity of the old chemicals (certainly not by color or tasting, as some suggested in that linked thread.)

I have had MMS degrade to mildly salty water over time, one at room temperature and one in the refrigerator. I don't recall precisely how long they were around, but both were close to 2 years old. The tops were reasonably tight as well and they were in brown bottles with droppers - if that helps

the section of this thread is food and water....

"Man cannot live by bread alone". is one of those truisms that can be endlessly dissected. The bible is full of things said like that. I am not a big bible reader but think it does transcend the common story. Understood, the words become mythic and metaphoric. The understanding comes when we have butt our heads against circumstances. Then hearing the "words" satisfies a deep trilling and inner knowing. What we went through was so much hardship, but was for a purpose. "Purpose" shows we are not simply biologic organisms.

I am ready to die except I am really worried about what will happen to my animals.

Last night I had a nightmare that was one close to when we awake but cannot shout. In the dream, I was in bed and my eyes were closed. People came in the room and were heard slapping on gloves. I knew they were taking me away. I was trying to shout "NO", "Help me".... nothing was coming out. then I felt the pinch of a hypodermic in my arm. I knew then it was a matter of time until I passed out from a drug. I was thinking that time would tell if I was going to wake up again. Then I did wake up and it was a dream and then I was sleepless.

What is happening that I am aware of seeing in China is so terrible that I am sick. It is like the concentration camps in WWII that I know were horrific, no matter how the apologists try to spin the tale. People are starving now. people are desperate. They are losing the internet and in the name of contaigen, many will just be sacrificed.

In the US, a plane load of passengers arrived with several people positively identified as carrying a viral infection which can easily be spread in close quarters. We already knew that this is the case. This does look like a scene where factions are just too happy to see a spread.

So how long is it until we face a crisis where some believe others are deadly carriers. I already saw the hysteria against "vaccine hesitance" from others who believe (wrongly) that vaccine free people are carriers of measles (a known simply benign childhood infection).

Threats to jail, murder and at the least 100% socially ostracize friends and families who refuse to vaccinate has been evident. What happens when this panacea is not available and some are seen as "super spreaders" or recovered but potentially infected?

Seriously I am ready to die. I know this is only a temporary experience. However, I don't want to die. I love living. I always wanted to accomplish a few more things. What is the most important at the moment? For one thing, I have determined already from study that living just to eat, drink and "be merry" is a superficial and actually insufficient reason. Living so as to rescue animals and people and save forests, watersheds and stop tyranny is much better as a "tonic".

Therefore, I am now open to the Universe to bring me a path to become heroic. In this present historic moment, I am asking to be courageous enough to spit in the face of the forces which are lining us up to be carried away. Sorry if that sounds extreme. I am now convinced that there is a plan that does not include the values I love. Therefore I must stand with whomever else was able to recocnize the evil and "go down" fighting.

I know others feel the same and yes, this present moment is not less than terrifying IMO. What is the heroic purpose in my life? This is the time to listen to the others like Victor Frankel who learned that when in the concentration camp, only those with GREAT PURPOSE survived.

Thanks for letting me put this statement out to the one verse choir....

I must concur about the FEAR element and all of this.

Below is a recent channeling we did with Lightkeeper, a Mantis Being, about planetary health, etc. The discussion turned to Coronavirus and how similar things have happened on the planet for generations. Combating fear which the broader media tries to instill in everyone is paramount, along with taking care of one's own health.

I stress - this is channeled information that came through my wife - ALL MESSAGES COME FROM SPIRIT (Who no person controls).

Dear Delight, To become heroic...wow! I am in awe of your clarity and courage. As I get older, I just turned 77, I find I must continually redefine what keeps me here. Not career, not family which is very small and scattered, except for my husband who is 10 years older than I and not in great health. A few very dear friends scattered around the country, few nearby. I focus on the spiritual power that we all have and which I feel called to trust in and bring to bear on our world. I believe that holding and nurturing Love and Light affects the world. I believe that facing my fears is where I do this most. That is about as heroic as I can get! Living outside Detroit which is very heavily internationally travelled, I think we could easily get caught up the Wuhan "thing", whatever that actually is. I pray that whatever turns up, I can meet it with the power of my convictions. We'll see! LOL Diane

I am trying to keep the highest personal vibration possible.. Good food, sleep, rest and positive thoughts. After a near death experience in May, I am well aware of the fragility of the physical body. I have a limited number of thoughts left in this form - so I try to choose wisely... A limited number of breaths left, so keep them as mindful as possible.
I hope the virus does not turn into a true crisis situation here in the US, but it is especially critical during those times that we "walk our talk". Good thoughts to everyone on the forum. Thanks for sharing thoughts and information.
