'899 People Given Defective COVID-19 Vaccine Doses in NYC’s Times Square: Officials'

'Several hundred people were administered doses of expired COVID-19 vaccines during an event in New York City’s Times Square, city health officials authorities said.

The New York City Health Department confirmed that 899 individuals got Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine at the former NFL Experience building between June 5 and June 10.

A spokesperson for the department told news outlets on Tuesday that those people should schedule another vaccination session as soon as possible.

“We have communicated with Pfizer, which recommended that the patients receive another dose as soon as possible,” the spokesperson said in statements to the media outlets. “While there is no safety risk for the patients, the re-administration is being carried out to ensure that the individuals are fully protected.”

Other city health department officials, including spokesman Patrick Gallahue, said that patients “have received e-mails, phone calls, and are also being sent letters to make sure they are aware of this situation,” reported The Associated Press.

Patients who got the defective vaccines were informed by ATC Vaccination Services, which said in emails that they need to receive another shot because the firm can’t guarantee whether the shot is effective at preventing the spread of COVID-19, otherwise known as the illness caused by the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus.

“We are contacting you concerning the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine you received at Times Square–NFL Experience vaccination site on June 5 to June 10, 2021. It was recognized after the vaccine was administered, that it had been in the freezer beyond the approved time frame prior to it being administered,” ATC’s David Savitsky said in an email to patients, reported the New York Post.

The firm contacted the city’s Department of Health and New York City Vaccine Command Center, Savitsky added in the email before saying that “there should be no adverse health consequences from the vaccine already received.” Those who got the defective doses can get their “repeated dose” right away “in the opposite arm,” he added.

ATC Vaccination Services issued a statement following the incident and apologized.

“We apologize for the inconvenience to those receiving the vaccine batch in question and want people first and foremost to know that we have been advised that there is no danger from the vaccine they received,” the firm said, according to The Associated Press.

The Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine for COVID-19 requires two shots to be administered about three weeks apart, according to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

The Epoch Times has contacted the city’s Department of Health and ATC for comment.'

On May 26, 2021, the Washington Post printed an “Exclusive” on ICAN’s legal efforts which it described as powerful and effective, having “accomplished what it set out to do” by making its “mark on the early legal context over vaccine mandates.” High praise indeed! The article is therefore aptly titled Resistance to vaccine mandates is building. A powerful network is helping.

The Washington Post article specifically references, among ICAN’s other legal efforts, employee letters, university letters, and lawsuits initiated by ICAN’s legal team and supported by ICAN. These letters and litigations challenge mandates of an unlicensed and experimental product – COVID-19 vaccines. Dorit Reiss, a professor at University of California’s Hastings College of the Law, has taken note of these letters and lawsuits, stating that in preventing mandates, “I think that works.” It does, in fact, work in preserving informed consent, which is why ICAN supports these ongoing legal efforts, because without the ability to choose, informed consent is meaningless. If you cannot get a job, go to school, etc., without a vaccine, you don’t really have a choice.

The article also acknowledged that the legal team’s focus was shifting as “it has accomplished what it set out to do. [ICAN’s] attorneys have made their mark on the early legal contest over vaccine mandates, through commentary as well as legal communications and filings.”

As the Washington Post article said, “ICAN’s legal team remains active on other vaccine-related fronts.” This is true now and will be until every individual is able to give true informed consent when it comes to vaccines – that means, complete transparency regarding safety and efficacy, and the ability to choose without any coercion.

Covid Vaccines are Toxic - Finnish MP

On June 9, Ano Turtiainen, member of Parliament of Finland, warned about possible COVID vaccine genocide going on in Finland. He warned all members of the Finnish Parliament they may be guilty of several different crimes, the most serious of these may be even genocide.

"In violation of the Nuremberg Code, Finns have not been told that this is a human experiment....So, now I ask you all: how many more people should die or get injured before we interrupt this killing of people?"

"Honorable Chairman, the committee's report mentions a wide range of real challenges to Finland's security. This report however omits a very serious challenge to the safety of Finland and Finns... I refer to these so-called COVID vaccines which have also divided our people in two; the awake and misguided.

You can never again plead ignorance about the risk to which Finnish citizens have been exposed. Finland is currently injecting its citizens with toxins disguised as COVID vaccines.

Listen carefully. None of these injected poisons disguised as COVID vaccines has a marketing licence in Finland but only a conditional marketing authorization from the European Medicines Agency (EMA). The terms of a conditional licence state that the authorization is conditional: "The available information must demonstrate that the benefits of the medical product outweigh its risks."

Secondly, dear colleagues, despite the repetition of the media we have so far officially zero COVID deaths in Finland. According to THL (equivalent to CDC) the official causes of death from the year 2020 will not be published until 2022. However according to Fimea (equivalent to VAERS) 78 people have died from COVID vaccines in Finland and there are 1,306 serious adverse reaction reports and 3,630 unprocessed reports. About 57% of processed reports are estimated to have serious adverse reactions. The source for this is Fimea (www.fimea.fi).

Thirdly, conditional marketing licence for these toxins... also says: "The applicant must be able to provide comprehensive clinical information in the future."

Now with this speech, I have made all of you, as well as the media, aware that this is a human experiment and that its results are terrible. By comparison, the previously failed vaccine experiment Pandemrix was stopped with 32 times fewer side effects than what we have now. Dear colleagues, you are now aware of this extreme severe security threat facing our nation and that the disadvantages from the injections outweigh the benefits. You no longer have a reason not to act to save our nation.

Finally, if you still continue misleading our citizens by telling them fairy tales that vaccines are safe and have a marketing licence, you are intentionally involved in several crimes, the most serious of these may be even genocide. Once again, I remind everyone of you here: a crime becomes intentional when it is committed knowingly. Now you are all aware. Thank you."

I can see the challenges for the average person coming to believe any of this -- it seems so far fetched, particularly because to most the enemy is unseen.
Most on Avalon have seen a progression from day one-- the notion that the virus was novel and dangerous on to vaccinate everyone to cure the problem.
Who on earth, new to this, could accept that this is genocide on a massive scale. Makes the world wars seem like small death toll by comparison.
We may win the war ultimately, but at what a cost to mankind in death and misery.

I was listening to this episode from the Richie Allen show. If you click at the 39 min mark, Comedian Tania Edwards talks about her own research into all of this and how she has been looking into the UK Government's contracts for Covid related services. She has been made aware that it appears the government has put out a tender for a 'big contract for a Coroner's Body Removal' as well as police manpower for 'disaster victim identification' for a mass event. This tender was requested for England and Scotland for this coming September onwards. She says its credible info but she needs to verify it. I really hope this info she has uncovered is false. First case of postmortem study in a patient vaccinated against SARS-CoV-2

Abstract
A previously symptomless 86-year-old man received the first dose of the BNT162b2 mRNA COVID-19 vaccine. He died 4 weeks later from acute renal and respiratory failure. Although he did not present with any COVID-19-specific symptoms, he tested positive for SARS-CoV-2 before he died. Spike protein (S1) antigen-binding showed significant levels for immunoglobulin (Ig) G, while nucleocapsid IgG/IgM was not elicited. Acute bronchopneumonia and tubular failure were assigned as the cause of death at autopsy; however, we did not observe any characteristic morphological features of COVID-19. Postmortem molecular mapping by real-time polymerase chain reaction revealed relevant SARS-CoV-2 cycle threshold values in all organs examined (oropharynx, olfactory mucosa, trachea, lungs, heart, kidney and cerebrum) except for the liver and olfactory bulb. These results might suggest that the first vaccination induces immunogenicity but not sterile immunity.
