Satori asked me to post this on his behalf, as the PDF had to be uploaded to the Avalon server first.

First comes his letter to his attorney friend Ana, who Satori has mentioned in earlier posts.

The attachment is an Opinion from the Louisiana Attorney General telling LA governor and other politicians that the mask mandates etc and such are unconstitutional. The Opinion is almost a year old. Ana Garner, the NM lawyer, sent it to me.

This AG Opinion makes me think of something that occurred to me long ago when this criminal, anti-constitutional, traitorous nonsense started.

The big picture is this: The idiot in the governor’s mansion in NM is doing by executive order to all citizens of, and visitors to, NM that which she could not do to any individual person without first petitioning the district court and obtaining proper orders, all temporary and limited in their scope, per statutory law.

The EO’s clearly violate the US and NM Constitution, as well as the statutory provisions that have not been compiled with and which are in fact skirted around by the EOs.

A few of the details are:

When this crap first started in early 2020 the NM State Bar reached out to lawyers and solicited their assistance to represent individuals who the state sought to isolate or quarantine under the relevant statutory provisions re emergency health measure, so called. These statutes are cited in the EOs as the authority for the EOs, but have been ignored by the dictates and mandates set forth in the EOs.

Because I knew the CV-19 scare was BS, when I saw the solicitation I volunteered. I received a package of information from the AG’s office that consisted of forms petitions, etc., summary of the statutes and guidelines and check list for the lawyers. These materials provide for due process and equal protection, theoretically at least, in accordance with applicable statutes.

My thought was I could challenge the EOs etc…in court on an individual, case-by-case basis. I hoped that public awareness of the scam might follow from this process. I waited and waited for an assignment. One never came. (I doubt any lawyer got an assignment, but I do not know that. Maybe a few did.)

Then the big picture struck me. I’ve always felt that this observation, coupled with well-crafted pleadings, motions/arguments are an avenue of attack that could successfully demonstrate the illegality and anti-constitutionality of the EOs…. (Of course, we need judges with a few brain cells to rub together and who give a shit. That is a problem in its own right.)

If I may add, the LA Attorney General who signed that Opinion letter is an example of what a real AG should be and do. Kudos to him.

The Opinion is nearly a year old. July 2020. I wonder if he is still in office. The AG of a state is an elected office. So he’s still there I assume.

Also, an Opinion from a State AG is most typically prepared because an official, such as the governor or department secretary, asked the AG for a legal opinion on a pending issue(s). Here, it seems that not only was the AG not asked to attend the initial meetings in 2020 on LA’s planned CV-19 response, but the PTB in LA may have ignored his Opinion, that someone asked for, for some period of time, and maybe to this day.

However, at this time, LA seems to be with states like TX, OK, TN and other states in the heartland of the US that have lifted most, if not all, of the restrictions.

In contrast, tyrannical dictates from the NM usurpers at this time do not require a mask outdoors, but only if you’ve been jabbed. They still have other stupid, criminal, anti-humanity restrictions in place for everyone, jabbed or not.

About 70% of NM’s adult population has got the jab. Nice, dutiful and compliant citizens they are.

Wonder if they're ready to throw Fauci under the bus because they need a distraction from the vaccine? Fauci is the envelope and the payload has been delivered, so its not needed any more. But he is a juicy distraction though, a real bit of meat. Children's approval has been passed I heard.

At one point in time I owned a Residential Home for the Elderly and was on a committee with DR Colin Barron (SACHO)
We came to the conclusion that the push towards "Care in the Community" which saw thousands of care homes forced to close due to funding going to home care visit-- was to cull the elderly. They die sooner at home than under 24 hour care in Residential Homes.
