‘Catastrophically wrong’: German court declares regional lockdown UNCONSTITUTIONAL in ‘politically explosive’ decision

A German district court has declared a strict lockdown imposed by the government of the central state of Thuringia last spring unconstitutional, as it acquitted a person accused of violating it.
A trivial case about a man violating strict German lockdown rules by celebrating a birthday with his friends has ended up in a decision the German media described as “politically explosive.” A district court in the city of Weimar did not just acquit the defendant but also stated that the authorities themselves breached Germany's basic law.

Thuringia's spring lockdown was a “catastrophically wrong political decision with dramatic consequences for almost all areas of people's lives,” the court said, justifying its decision. It particularly condemned a restriction limiting private gatherings to the members of one household and one person outside of it.

British legislator calls for widespread vitamin D rollout following 82% reduction in COVID-19 deaths in Spain

(Natural News) British Member of Parliament David Davis is urging the British government to strengthen its vitamin D supplementation program for people at-risk of COVID-19 following an impressive precedent set by Andalusia in Spain.

Speaking before the House of Commons on Thursday, Davis said that Britain should follow the lead of Andalusia, which distributed calcifediol, a vitamin D supplement, to care home residents last November. Since then, the Spanish region’s COVID-19 deaths dropped by 82 percent.

Because of this, Davis is imploring the British government to increase its dosage recommendations and implement a widespread vitamin D rollout.

The state already provides free vitamin D supplies to care home residents under the Public Health England‘s advice that they get 10 micrograms (mcg) daily for protection. However, Davis said this amount is too small to have a significant effect and the program should be for all at-risk populations.

Looking for answers to the question "What's taken them so long?" would no doubt open endless cans of endless worms. But at least it is some progress. Better to add K2 as well, to prevent calcification in the wrong places.

I remember hearing on the radio that people who stayed in their homes during the lockdown were getting covid symptoms at a much higher rate than those who didn't stay locked down. Vitamin D is a likely explanation. Every winter people get the flu because they stay indoors.

“We are licensed as individuals. It’s actually against the law to have a corporate practice of medicine…it has to be the individual doctor physician, that’s why patients go to multiple doctors.

“It’s very, very scary stuff. I’ve been a doctor for a very long time. Before me, my father was a doctor. I’ve never seen anything like this, where we have groups of physicians or scientists or government bureaucrat agencies essentially lying to the American people and people across the world.”

The publication of fraudulent studies in the world’s pre-eminent medical journals, including The Lancet and the draconian decrees have crashed the world economy and resulted in hundreds of thousands of deaths.

The experimental vaccine has not been shown to reduce mortality, in a disease which already has an almost non-existent mortality rate and there’s no evidence that it stops transmission. Why is the vaccine being mandated, again?

Dr Gold raises the very real security threat of mandating an experimental vaccine. “What if, for example you’ve given that vaccine to all of your healthcare workers and you’ve given that vaccine to all of your military and all of your police officers. I find this shocking, as a public policy matter, that we would even consider giving anything to our healthy first responders and frontline people who defend our country…It’s so shocking to accept that kind of risk.”

She ends her talk with a call to action. “We, at America’s Frontline Doctors intend to fight th urge that’s sweeping the globe to mandate people taking an experimental biological agent. This is a big fight we have on our hands…we’re very concerned with private businesses mandating this; employers, schools and travel – airlines, in particular.

“You can imagine if all the airlines got together, the CEOs and said, “You know what? We’re just going to mandate this – the 6 biggest ones all got together and said that. It’s just like the masks, right? You can’t avoid their mandates. This is a very big problem. So, America’s Frontline Doctors is tackling this. We intend to talk to the decision-makers in the airline industry.

“One of our tools in that battle will be to go in armed with at least 1 million signatures of human beings who are going to say, “No! We are not going to do business with anybody – and we’re not going to comply with anyone who’s going to mandate this…everyone hearing this can agree, we don’t need the CEOs of big companies forcing experimental biological agents on anyone…

“We are going to be at their mercy if we don’t get ahead of them. We must get ahead of that bad decision that they seem headed towards making. Qantas Airlines has already said that they’re going to do this…

181 reported deaths to CDC
A study from Harvard estimated that less than 1% of cases are even reported.

Antibody dependent enhancement (ADE) is an issue that was shown to be a problem during the 10+ years of vaccine trials for SARS and MERS.
ADE often leads to death because the antibodies backfire and aid a virus in infection and replication.

There has not been enough time to be sure either way if ADE will be an issue with Sars-Cov-2 but currently available data seems to indicate that this should be a problem .
Because it takes time for a vaccinated person to begin producing antibodies and THEN get infected with the virus this has seemingly gone unnoticed until now.

Social distancing is slowing down this process as well.

It is a legal requirement that people give INFORMED consent when they are vaccinated which is why I am sharing this data as collected by the CDC

But from an ethical and medical point of view, it's very questionable. The World Medical Association in the Helsinki Declaration recalling the Nuremberg Lessons stipulates that an experimental treatment [4] should only be administered if it is likely to render a personal service to the person receiving it after fair information.

However, among those under 45 without comorbidity, which represents 70% of Israelis, the benefit-risk balance can only be unfavourable; at this age, the natural risk of the disease is very small, while serious complications, particularly allergic ones, have been observed and it is still not known whether the vaccine is likely to prevent contamination, or whether it is capable of reducing mortality. Close monitoring of the epidemic by examining the incidence of contamination and post-vaccination mortality is therefore crucial.

And in at-risk elderly people (who are extremely poorly represented in trials) the risks of serious vaccine complications were highlighted by the recent alert issued by the Norwegian health agency [5].

It's hard to be Cassandra [6]

The disturbing development of the epidemic observed since vaccination according to data published by WHO had led me to sound the alarm [7], widely criticized in the media and quickly drowned in a slew of articles touting the success of this vaccination based on antibody levels or the favourable evolution of small groups. And these journalists did not seem to be interested in the evolution of the epidemic on the entire population. However, a vaccination campaign aims to prevent the transmission of the disease and reduce mortality in the population. These two criteria are the only relevant ones.

Since vaccination, according to the WHO [8], daily incidence and mortality have soared with the incidence of new cases from 2792 on 20 December to 4924 on 25 January and daily mortality from 18 on 20 December to 69 on 26/1, setting the absolute monthly record (more than 1000 deaths in one month [9]) and daily (69) since the beginning of the epidemic.

Why are the media always quick to release press releases from the communications services of the firms no longer interested in the objective facts published by WHO? Do they censor themselves spontaneously or do they give in to external pressure?

It is true that vaccination is solely responsible for this outbreak of the disease. For the time being, this is only a temporal correlation, but a strong alarm.

After reviewing the FDA file, Peter Doshi, the University of Maryland's Pharmaceutical Health Services Research Officer, estimated that "actual efficacy is much lower than that stated to date, well below the 50% efficacy threshold set by regulatory authorities for approval."

However, the risk of such an outbreak after the first injection of the Pfizer vaccine was precisely underlined by a press release from the Academy of Medicine on 11 January [11]:

"In the current context of epidemic resurgence, it is the persistence of a low or insufficient immunity rate in the extra weeks prior to the second injection that must be taken into account. The individual risk of aggravation by "facilitating antibodies" should be raised when infection occurs in a person with low levels of neutralizing antibodies."

The same press release also drew attention to the risk of favouring variants:

"At the collective level, obtaining expanded immunization coverage, but weakened by a low level of immunity, provides a favourable ground for selecting the emergence of one or more variants beyond vaccination-induced immunity."

We sincerely hope that the fears of this considerable escalation of the epidemic since vaccination do not herald a vaccine catastrophe and that after the second injection, things will improve for our Israeli friends by the shift in the curves of contamination and mortality.

But this case shows that it is dangerous to play the sorcerer's apprentices and to accelerate marketing at the expense of health security.
