I'm into tennis big-time, both as a fan and as a player.
Naturally I am following the U.S. Open that's currently underway.

What transpired there just a few days before it started is quite remarkable.
With most of the tickets sold, fans were notified last-minute that they wouldn't be allowed to attend unless they were vaccinated! The biggest tennis venue in the world.
This was the result of Mayor de Blasio going bonkers when he found out there were going to be no Covid restrictions whatsoever.

    Holy crap!
To be 'kind', organizers would refund tickets for those who weren't vaccinated or couldn't get vaccinated in time.

Of course this was reprehensible, but it opened up a fascinating test case. Why?
Because we now know that every single fan in attendance has been vaxxed.
Now the whole idea for only letting in the vaxxed is to theoretically have a politically correct, Blasio-approved 'safe environment'.

OK fair enough. So what's the test?
Well everyone and their second cousin knows that the clot shot does not actually stop infection nor transmission of the virus.

And so it's very interesting to observe the number of people in the stands, outside, who are wearing face masks.
    The masks are not mandatory.

I have been taking screen shots during matches and we can see that approximately 10-20% of the fans are wearing masks for any given match.

What does that tell you about the psychology of vaxxed New Yorkers today?

    Fascinating stuff.

Problem: Covid-19 #1 symptom: Breathing difficulty.
Solution: Make everyone in the world wear face masks which make breathing difficult.

I really honestly never knew until this last 18 months how masks have been deliberately used in the past. In a way, this horror show has been an education for me in a way I will never forget. Now I know, I KNOW!

This is what I did not know....

Masks and face coverings are historically associated with being owned by someone else or "less than" those who can impose masking. The expression of emotion is limited. The person is "diminished" in social standing.

I never had thought about this issue until now.

Islam added women covering themselves and it was cultural and again associated in the culture with the "class" of women compared to men.

Well, Delight (what a sweet pseudonym you wear!), why do you deem it necessary to make your point using the disgustingly slanderous presentations authored by "the apostate prophet"?

This is not the place for me to start a defense of Islam, although I am ready to do so any time in the presence of Christian bigots as I have always defended Christianity in the presence of Muslim bigots – but don’t you think that people who by their very religion are inspired to defend their and each other’s families against culturicidal and genocidal attempts may be highly valuable allies of Christians who do so for the same reason? And if you are against religion or even atheistically inclined – which I understand and respect – would it not be smart that we show ourselves worthy the support of everyone who believes in humanity’s dignity? And please, let us agree not to use references to crimes people have committed in the name of religion to condemn anybody who is religiously inclined.

Let us not mix up thinks. A mask may be thought of as a symbol for a muzzle, but it is not a muzzle itself. Masks do not muzzle, and muzzles do not mask.

I use Duckduckgo search. It's not perfect but way better than Google.
