As a New Yorker, I am appalled and disgusted, and my hope is that many, many people learn about the New York State abysmal isolation camp regulation and throw the aspiring totalitarians out of office. It is not about politics, agreements, or disagreements, it is about protecting our parents and our children from an unconstitutional regulation that can easily lead to separation of families and indefinite detention with no due process. It is that ridiculous and disgusting.

One Person Can Make a Difference
The attorney who filed a lawsuit against the unconstitutional regulation — and won — is Bobbie Anne Cox, a seasoned New York lawyer who has been practicing in the area of property tax law for nearly 25 years.

Early on, she became outspoken about the “COVD measures” by the former New York State governor Andrew Cuomo. When Bobbie Anne first found out about the New York isolation camp regulation, she rubbed her eyes — but it was there, and it was real.

Bobbie Anne started talking to other attorneys, and many attorneys recommended to wait until the authorities start pulling people out of their homes and throwing them into camps — and file a lawsuit then. But she couldn’t wait for the ugly, and after putting in a lot of hard work and legal research into how one could file such an unprecedented lawsuit, she figured out an angle, which was “separation of powers.”

As a result, she won, and the brave NYS Supreme Court Judge Ronald Ploetz struck the regulation down (court decision).

However, like I mentioned earlier, both the Governor and the Attorney General — who are up for ... hopefully, being voted out of office on November 8 — have promised to appeal the Judge’s decision. And now it’s up to all of us to spread the word like crazy and let people know what we are facing — since the media is not covering this at all.

What’s in the Isolation Camp Regulation?
Uniting NYS, a citizen group, has created a dedicated website that provides very detailed information the isolation camp regulation, the lawsuit, and how individual people can help fight the tyrants. Here is what they have to say about the regulation itself:

10 NYCRR 2.13 “Isolation and Quarantine Procedures”

•Allows the DOH to pick and choose who they want to force to isolate or quarantine, without proof that the person poses a health threat, for however long the DOH wishes to force the quarantine, and at a location that the DOH deems appropriate (which can include a quarantine “facility” or detention center).

•They do not need to prove that you are actually sick. They can just suspect that you MIGHT be harboring a communicable disease.

•There is no age restriction, so they can force you, or your child, or your elderly parent/grandparent into isolation or quarantine, for however long they want!

In the interview, Bobbie Anne mentioned that when the lawyer representing the NYS Attorney General’s Office (fighting to keep the draconian regulation in place) was asked how one would get out of isolation once placed in it by authorities, their answer was that the family could hire a lawyer. So, really, there is no due process!

A Throwback to Early 2020
On March 30, 2020, during a WHO media briefing, Michael Ryan mentioned the “need to go and look in families to find those people who may be sick and remove them.” Remember that media briefing? The “conspiratorial” internet blew up, and then the videos of the talk were mostly taken down, then a thousand other things happened, and it was kind of forgotten.

An Attack on Parental Rights
Another totalitarian move that Bobbie Anne Cox talks about in the interview is New York bill A9963, proposed by NYS Assemblyman Richard Gottfried and co-sponsored by five other NYS Assembly Members.

The bill strips parents of any control over medical, dental, or mental health interventions that their minor child may “choose” to undertake. They still get to pay for said interventions, but even the insurance companies potentially billing them don’t have to tell them what they are paying for, unless the minor child gives an explicit permission to tell the parents. We are at a critical juncture where we are being assaulted by tyrants like there is no tomorrow. "International arms dealer and former Soviet Army Lieutenant Colonel Viktor Bout, who was sentenced to 25 years in prison in the US has returned to Russia after a prisoner swap involving basketball player Brittney Griner. On Saturday, he sat down with Maria Butina from Russia Today (RT) in his first interview since his release from US prison.

When asked, he told Butina that he does not hate America and he said that Russians and Americans have much in common and that we would naturally be friends, if it weren’t for the elites and their propaganda.

He added wistfully of America, “They’re losing their Christian values. They’re losing their families. They’re losing, literally their country. It is not anymore the same country we knew. America used to be the model for the entire world and lead and be an example. Like they say, you know, a sparkling town on a hill.”

This short segment with the two speaking in English is a fascinating performance piece that is separate from the full interview, which was, of course conducted in their native Russian. RT is state media and it appears, here that the Russian government is making a personal appeal to the American People, to communicate that they are not our enemy, which any American with half a brain cell and who has not been completely brainwashed already knows.

The restraint and the sanity shown by the Russians in the face of the recent US proxy drone strike on a pair of strategic targets just outside of Moscow last week show that they know they are not fighting Americans. They are fighting the bankster Cabal.

We should ALL be fighting the Cabal and put an end this nightmare now.

Interviewer, Maria Butina is the Russian libertarian gun rights activist who was the victim of a political stunt to create the illusion that the “Trump-Russia Collusion” was real.

She had come to the US, she says, to foster good relations between her country and the US, meeting with the National Rifle Association and other conservative groups. During this time, she famously had a romantic affair with Overstock.com Founder/CEO Patrick Byrne.

In July 2018, she was arrested by the FBI at her apartment in Washington, DC as part of Robert Mueller’s “Russian Collusion” investigation. After weeks of interrogation, she was convicted of being an unregistered foreign agent and she pled guilty to the felony charge of conspiracy to influence a gun rights group in the United States. She served 4 months in solitary confinement and a total of 15 months in Federal lock-up before being released.

In her own first interview upon her return, she told RT that the American justice system is lost. “Lost, not just for me as a Russian but for the average American, too.” The January 6th defendants would certainly agree.

Butina has been banned from ever reentering the United States, to which she says, “I guess, because the peace-building activities that I was performing without registration is such a bad crime and – being sarcastic, here – that I can’t go back…I still don’t understand why it was necessary…I guess they were trying to break my will – but for what? I didn’t have any secrets. I was just a student believing in peace-building between the two countries.”

She says she took the plea because she was facing 15 years in prison during the height of anti-Russian hysteria in Washington DC and the whole thing was so terrifying and surreal, she felt that were she to fight the charges, she would have been sentenced to all 15 years.

As a result of her traumatic experience, Butina determined to use her accidental notoriety to shine the light on prisoners’ rights, saying, “A country should be measured on how it treats its prisoners. They [the US] treat their prisoners very bad…if I never talked about this, it means I betrayed all these girls who asked me to be their voice. All these souls in prison, who had never been heard and many of them were unjustly accused. I feel obligated to talk about this.”

Just after her 2018 arrest, Patrick Byrne made appearances on several news shows, in which he abruptly announced his resignation from the company that he’d founded and built for 20 years, while also suggesting that he’d been compelled by the FBI to spy on his then-girlfriend, Butina.

Byrne said that it was while he was watching Peter Strzok’s July 2018 testimony before Congress that he realized that he’d been used by the FBI as a tool in “political espionage” for the 2016 presidential campaign. He later revealed that he’d been sent out to bribe Hillary Clinton with $18 million so that James Comey, John Brennan and Barack Obama could blackmail her during the 8 years of her presidency. (They thought she would never lose).

Byrne went on to spent tens of millions of his own dollars investigating the theft of the 2020 Election and last month, while in Branson, Missouri on the Reawaken America Tour, he told an emotional story about how he was offered $1 billion to keep quiet about the election.

He was simultaneously offended and ecstatic to have been presented with this bribe, because he’d been looking for these ultimate power players of the Deep State for 16 years – and now he’d got them!

He also announced during the same speech that while he was working recently in the Middle East, he was told that Hunter Biden had been reaching out to the Iranian government through a loose-lipped intermediary, the son of the Defense Minister of Pakistan with the following offer: ‘You Iranians have $8 billion frozen in a South Korean bank. My father will release it for $800 million, shipped to a numbered account for us and if you do this, it will lubricate other discussions which have started between us,’ referring to the recent nuclear discussions in Geneva.

Byrne also claimed that the powerful DNC law firm, Perkins Coie (which still represents Twitter) was trying to inject Ukrainian child pornography into Trump’s cell phone.

He explained, “The Praetorian Guard of the Deep State is a group of corrupt people out of Seal Team Six…And after 9/11, they got sprinkled through the rest of the Government. They have formed a Praetorian ring around the Deep State…

“This group of Seal Team Six bad guys, that got sprinkled throughout the Government are using the National Security State to protect the Biden-Clinton ring. And they have all the tools that are available to people who work across the NSA, CIA, NRO, FBI…we have a huge counterintelligence problem.” "

More than two months into FY2023 and in the dark hours of the early morning, hoping no one would notice, Congressional appropriators unveiled their egregiously wasteful omnibus spending plan that includes another $45 billion of hardworking American taxpayer dollars to fund a proxy war in Ukraine.

Commenting on the budget “deal,” Senator Mitch McConnell stated that the “number one priority of the United States” is to send another $45 billion to Ukraine to defend its borders. I have news for Senator McConnell: America has 99 problems but the Ukraine ain’t one!

Over five million illegals in two years and counting have broken our laws and illegally entered our country. Fentanyl continues to pour in, killing more than 100,000 Americans last year.

Inflation is rampant. Real wages are in decline. We have, for the first time since World War II, shortages of items and supply chain problems.

We have record crime in many cities across the United States.

The Department of Justice is being weaponized. The FBI is engaged in illegal censorship and political persecution.

We have a monopoly of Big Tech companies that engage in collusion with the FBI to censor, and punish, political dissidents.

We have the most direct evidence of political corruption contained on Joe Biden’s son's laptop revealing illegal bribes from Ukraine and other governments, suppressed by the very law enforcement agencies charged with investigating these crimes.

We have broken families and a confused young populace wondering if they are a boy or girl and a sustained effort to eliminate Jesus Christ from our public sphere.

We have men pretending to be women simply to win at sports.

We have failing infrastructure across our land.

We have a crisis of confidence in our government and a two-tiered legal system, akin to an apartheid state, that defines anarcho-tyranny.

We have elections in which both democrats and Republicans agree are riddled with incompetence, fraud, or both. We have a completely rigged system with election interference by the DOJ and the FBI against American citizens and against President Trump in particular.

We have inept public health officials who are responsible for malpractice on a scale never seen before resulting in over 100,000 deaths due to COVID-19 malpractice or due to an untested rushed vaccine that caused more harm than it prevented.

We have a failed military leadership that is preoccupied with promoting homosexuality and cross-dressing.

Our failed military leadership got its butt handed to it in a humiliating defeat in Afghanistan where, for the first time, we left men and women behind and abandoned them as well as over $80 billion in top notch military equipment.

We are broke, broken and over $31 trillion in debt and counting.

Yet the Omnibus bill failed to remedy a single one of these very real problems. None of them. In fact, it rewards the DOJ, the FBI and the failed military leadership with more money and no reforms and no investigations. Not a dime is allocated towards securing our own border.

These comments by a Republican are an insult to America and to the American people that Mitch McConnell fails to represent. This is the epitome of America Last. In all my travels across Arizona, not one of my constituents said that defending Ukraine should be our first priority. Not one. Congress should be looking at ways to solve the very real problems within our own borders. For that reason, I will be voting against this bill when it is considered on the House floor later this week.

The big question I ask myself this last 24 hours or so is this.

Has 'NAZI Global' exported everything it needs (from China) to be able to safely and willingly throw China under the bus in order to take down Russia ?

Taking down America would be a lot easier after that.

They've already done that trick 75 years ago with Germany. While the world celebrated 'beating the NAZIs', they chugged on in an even higher ( and super stolen loot financed ) gear, growing towards doing the same trick again with China, but getting ready to jump up from 'international' to 'global'.

The obvious trajectory almost doesn't make it a question at all, BUT, Trump, and whoever got him into the White House, got in the way.

I cross my fingers and hope that Cheyenne Mountain is on the right team and knows what it's doing.

So, he has some kind of point, except we already know it is Chatham House, Council on Foreign Relations, and U. S. State Department. Generally closer to the Democratic Party.

Yes, I am pretty sure that Welch's train of thought has a devout following. At least I have been made very aware of it more than once. In my experience, they are "slippery", they will toss you a factoid or three and read your reaction and then they may decide to give you the "strong message".

Looking forward to 2023, I see considerable realignments amplifying throughout multiple aspects of our lives.

The persistent exposure of truth and lies will continue to shake many Americans. While we may see breaks in foundations that have been built over decades, an untouched and promising vision of America is also emerging.

Often, confusion precedes clarity, and together we can shape the America that our children and grandchildren inherit. A nation and a people with an increased understanding of our founding documents and a newly ignited respect for freedom and our country’s guiding principles is a force to be reckoned with.

It may be difficult to see at times, but Americans have begun to reach out to one another, and we must continue to push forward with that trend. As truths are exposed, more people wake up to question the current narrative. They may question why their doctor won’t prescribe ivermectin or why certain businesses no longer accept cash and coins as payment.

Crowds of citizens now fill what were once empty school board and city council meetings. Mothers and fathers have found their voices and find themselves earnestly involved in their children’s education. Concerned community members are building bonds at public meetings and creating a new vision for the future, together.

Homeschooling coalitions are gaining momentum in every corner of the United States. The time spent with our youth is valuable, and many parents needed that reminder. Homes with two working parents have found a way to make it work, for the sake of their kids.

Leaders at every level are being questioned and held accountable by their constituents. Everyday Americans are learning the rules within their governing bodies, and when certain rules are disregarded, communities are learning how to overcome adversity. Patriots are seeking each other out and setting small disagreements aside to focus on our country’s future.

Churches are starting to acknowledge that their congregations are wanting more. We are no longer satisfied with attending churches because they are across the street. People are driving across town to find places of worship that offer the Word of God but are also not afraid to address current events.

Americans who have never read our Constitution are beginning to understand its virtue. There is a thirst for knowledge. We are becoming aware of the importance not only of our founding documents, but also of our federal and local laws and rules. We are all developing and growing at different speeds, but we are doing it together.

People are waking up across the country and the world. There may be uncertainty ahead, but I do believe that we are here, in these times, for a reason. In the new year, do not fear the changes surrounding you. Instead, embrace the transition and seek out your place in the community.

A new normal sounded frightening three years ago, but now I walk down an unknown path full of hope and strength with newfound friends and fresh young leaders. No matter what side of the political aisle we stand on, we need to move forward together. Left or right, there is a beautiful future WE THE PEOPLE can preserve for our children.

Per the 10th Amendment, “the powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.” And WE THE PEOPLE are realizing this power.

We the people have responsibilities, and if we believe in the Constitution, if we believe in America, if we believe in freedom and individual rights, we need to do more than sit around and complain.

I know it’s tough enough to raise a family, earn a decent living, etc., but sacrifices come in all forms.
