I have been looking into China more the last few weeks. I watch many of the videos by the two guys on China, but I've been looking further afield as well. onawah's above talks about the high numbers of death. It really looks like it could be as high as 400 million, possibly more. This woman does a pretty good job of presenting her case for these numbers. She draws on a number of sources, including studies done by Russia and Japan.

It's shocking, horrifying and heart rending. Seriously, get out your Kleenex, it really is that bad. Things are rough all over and I know people are suffering everywhere, but things are extreme in China.

(This episode of the China show has some good info, though lately their shows have been devoted to more trivial info, ridiculing the CCP and just joking around in general. It's unfortunate the two hosts don't know more about what is going on in the rest of the world to give them a better perspective. But they do still have unique insights into how toxic the CCP is and how their influence is creating a lot of negative situations around the world, which does bear watching.)

"On 17 January, China's National Bureau of Statistics released economic and demographic data on China. According to the data, in 2022, 9.56 million babies were born and 10.41 million people died, which means that China's population decreased by about 850,000 people, down to 1.41 billion, with a natural population growth rate of -0.6%. This is the first time since 1961 that the number of births in China has fallen short of the number of deaths, or what demographers call a "mortality crossover". Additionally, this negative population growth trend is almost irreversible for the foreseeable future.

This historic turning point in China's demographic change has generated much debate. Economists say that as China's population ages and declines, the demographic dividend on which the Chinese economy has relied for so long, will soon disappear, with far-reaching consequences for the Chinese economy and the world. The possibility of China overtaking the US to become the number one economy is diminishing as the demographic dividend disappears, and Xi Jinping's "Chinese dream" of world domination is gradually fading away.

The entire country operates under close monitoring and control, functioning like a labor farm. It is well known that prison-like management is the most effective way to achieve a demographic dividend, as the cost of wages for reformed laborers is close to zero. By transforming China into a controlled prison-like environment, free laborers become captive laborers under supervision. This is how the powerful and wealthy in China and their families can reap the benefits of the demographic dividend for generations to come. North Korea serves as a prime example of this concept. Some have even referred to China as "West Korea," which does not seem an unreasonable comparison.

Although the Chinese Communist Party's mouthpiece always talks about common prosperity, it is a lie to deceive the people. The so-called common prosperity is a robbery of people's wealth, and the result is common poverty and a new demographic dividend."
