A Florida sheriff has banned his employees and anyone visiting his offices from wearing a mask during the pandemic -- a move that is sure to cause controversy as studies have shown masks reduce the risk of transmitting the novel coronavirus.

Marion County Sheriff Billy Woods wrote in an email on Aug. 11 to employees that some exceptions will be made, including at courthouses, jails, schools and hospitals. But "masks will not be worn" by on-duty employees at any other time, he said.

Woods went on in the email, which was obtained by ABC News, to say that any person who walks into "any one of our lobbies (which includes the main office and all district offices) that is wearing a mask will be asked to remove it."

"Now, I can already hear the whining and just so you know I did not make this decision easily and I have weighed it out for the past 2 weeks. … This is no longer a debate nor is it up for discussion," he wrote.

Woods said for as many health professionals who would vouch for wearing a mask, he "can find the exact same amount of professionals that say why we shouldn’t."

His comments stand in stark contrast to overwhelming medical consensus, in addition to guidance from the CDC and World Health Organization (WHO).

The CDC recommended face masks in April, with the WHO following in June.

Now -- more than seven months into this global pandemic -- experts have said enough evidence has amassed to conclude that masks are critical in mitigating COVID-19 spread.

One study published in The Lancet, a peer-reviewed medical journal, found that wearing a mask may drop the risk of transmission from 17% to 3%.

Woods' order comes as the City of Ocala, located in Marion County, is working on putting a mask mandate ordinance in place.

Ocala City Council passed an emergency ordinance last week requiring people to wear masks inside businesses; however, Mayor Kent Guinn vetoed it Monday, according to the Ocala Star Banner.

The city council will meet Wednesday to consider overriding the veto, the Star Banner reported.

Florida, including Marion County, set a single-day record on Tuesday for the most deaths related to COVID-19.

Mask-wearing among law enforcement has been less consistent than in the general public.

An ABC News analysis found that only three of the nation's largest police departments require officers to wear masks and gloves while policing Black Lives Matter protests. The other six largest police departments ask, but do not mandate, that on-duty officers wear masks or gloves in public.

In Ocala, officers are advised not to wear masks while on duty so they can clearly communicate with people they encounter, according to the Star Banner.

Woods said as such in his email, telling employees that even if they are among the exceptions who can wear a mask, "the moment that enforcement action is to be taken … the mask will be immediately removed."

Woods concluded his email by saying, "My orders will be followed or my actions will be swift to address."

Chris Scheimann has owned Tangible Fitness for nearly 20 years, and he doesn’t want to see it shut down because of the pandemic.
Several fitness centers around metro Phoenix are open, despite orders from the state to remain closed until COVID-19 rates decline.

Gov. Doug Ducey issued an executive order weeks ago closing gyms, among other businesses, to prevent spreading the virus. Monday, he released detailed reopening guidelines that make it clear it will be weeks before gyms are allowed to reopen in many Arizona counties.

The governor's order states that "indoor gyms or fitness clubs or centers" shall pause operations. The order does not address the size of the fitness center, the type of fitness activity, or whether the gym requires memberships.

But enforcement is left to local law enforcement, and many agencies are not proactively patrolling for rogue gyms.

Instead, police departments are responding to complaints of businesses violating the governor's order and giving businesses that are out of compliance a warning, followed by a citation in some instances if they return and again find the business out of compliance.

Tangible Fitness in Phoenix
Owner Chris Scheimann of Tangible Fitness in northeast Phoenix is going against the executive order by reopening his gym one day after the state laid out the new path for gyms and bars to reopen.

He said Ducey's order was unclear and that the governor had promised to review the order every two weeks but hasn't done so.

Instead, the Arizona Department of Health Services posted recommendations for the "eventual safe reopening of paused businesses."

Scheimann said he has tried to contact the Governor's Office and the Department of Health Services for clarification, but no one has responded to him.

"I've been closed for four months. I can't stay closed off forever," Scheimann said.

His gym reopened only for a short period when the first stay-at-home order ended in May.

He said Phoenix police also have offered no direction on new guidelines. Two officers stopped by his gym on Tuesday and didn't give him a citation, he said.

Scheimann said the officers told him their captain instructed them to respond to the complaint, but they had no directive on what to do after that.

Tangible Fitness is operating at 17% capacity. If people want to work out, they have to make an appointment, wear a face mask, keep a six foot distance from others and get their temperature checked before entering the equipment area.

Scheimann said he strictly enforces the safety rules at his gym.

One Phoenix gym never shut down
A training facility in south Phoenix near Ahwatukee has remained open throughout the pandemic. And the owners said they've never received any warnings from police, despite the governor's executive order and the city and county mask mandates.

But one of the co-owners of Self Made Training Facility, Tessa Mahaffey, said police harassed them daily at their Scottsdale location, which also remained open.

Mahaffey said police would drive around their parking lot and appeared to watch people come and go from the facility.

More than a week into the governor's second state gym closure, she switched her business to a "private members association," which she says excludes her business from the governor's order.

When she did this, she said, Scottsdale police stopped giving daily warnings.

She said no one is required to wear a mask in the building, even though Maricopa mandated face coverings in all public spaces for people older than 6.

Small pilates business reopens
Jackie Parks, co-owner of The Workshop Pilates, reopened her small Scottsdale studio on Monday.

Parks said her business opened earlier this year before shutting down in March and June to curb the spread of COVID-19. She says she can't afford to stay closed any longer.

At her studio, only six to 10 people can fit in the area at one time, which she says is a small enough number to keep people in a safe environment.

"We are not a gym. It's a small pilates studio," Parks said.

Enforcement a challenge
Enforcing the closure of gyms is more difficult that some other businesses.

Bars have more at stake because the state can revoke their liquor license, putting them out of business entirely. Gyms have no such license, making enforcement spottier.

"A unique thing about gyms is that, unlike some of these other industries, there is not a specific regulatory agency," said Daniel Scarpinato, Ducey's chief of staff. "That's why we specifically gave that authority in the executive orders to the county public health and local law enforcement."

It's been a problem since Ducey issued the order to close gyms, bars, water parks and tubing on June 29.

Several gyms initially balked at the order and remained open.

But the Department of Liquor Licenses and Control suspended the ability of some Life Time Fitness locations to sell alcohol in their cafes, and municipal police departments cited others, including a Mountainside Fitness gym near Shea and Tatum boulevards.

Phoenix police spokeswoman Mercedes Fortune said the governor’s order calls for warnings first.

“Our officers are leading with education, providing each business with an informational pamphlet,” she said in early July when Mountainside was cited.

She said the information didn’t deter the gym, and it was cited under A.R.S. 26-317 for violating the governor's executive order.

Scarpinato said "several" municipalities have taken such action.

"Several municipalities did take action on some of those businesses when the executive orders were first put into place," Scarpinato said. "We will continue to work with the local public health departments and our local cities and towns to make sure there is enforcement."

One possible origin of confusion over the gym closure orders may be the lawsuits filed over them, including one from Mountainside and EoS Fitness.

Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Timothy Thomason initially upheld Ducey's order that the gyms close, then later ruled that the state needed to give gyms criteria to reopen.

The Governor's Office did that Monday with a complex set of requirements that must be met before gyms and bars reopen.

That decision from the court did not mean the Governor's closure order was overturned, and it did not mean gyms could reopen this week.

"The order only gives the gyms a chance to apply for reopening," Thomason wrote in one decision. "It does not order that any fitness center be opened or that anyone be immediately put back to work."

Even Mountainside acknowledged this week that gyms in the county are not allowed to be open.

"As we digested yesterday’s release of the governor’s 'newest' version of protocols and the introduction of metrics, it has presented insurmountable hurdles for (Mountainside) to open tomorrow, Wednesday," Mountainside CEO and founder Tom Hatten said in a Tuesday statement.

He said the gym has filed a motion of contempt in its lawsuit with the governor.

LA Threatens Jail Time For Well-Known California Pastor John MacArthur Over In-Person Church Services



Pastor John MacArthur and Grace Community Church in Los Angeles, Calif., have retained two prominent attorneys in response to a cease-and-desist letter threatening jail time or a $1,000 daily fine for continued violations of Gov. Gavin Newsom’s (D-Calif.) order shutting down churches. Meanwhile, Mayor Eric Garcetti has allowed protests to continue nightly in LA and certain kinds of businesses remain open.

After Newsom ordered churches to shut on July 13, Grace Community Church released a statement on July 24 explaining that Grace Community Church would remain open. “Christ is Lord of all. He is the one true head of the church (Ephesians 1:22; 5:23; Colossians 1:18). He is also King of kings—sovereign over every earthly authority (1 Timothy 6:15; Revelation 17:14; 19:16). Grace Community Church has always stood immovably on those biblical principles,” the church said. “Therefore we cannot and will not acquiesce to a government-imposed moratorium on our weekly congregational worship or other regular corporate gathers. Compliance would be disobedience to our Lord’s clear commands.”

On July 29, the City of Los Angeles sent a cease-and-desist letter, threatening Grace Community Church and MacArthur with a daily fine of $1,000 or arrest. The letter gave him one day to respond. On Sunday, August 2, health officials came to the church, asking to inspect the premises. The church declined to let them in without a warrant and told them to speak with the church’s counsel. At that, they left.

MacArthur is not budging, and he plans to bring legal action if the city carries out its threats.

MacArthur and his church have hired Jenna Ellis and Charles LiMandri. Ellis is the senior legal adviser to the Trump 2020 campaign, private counsel to President Donald Trump, and served on his legal team for the impeachment trial. She also serves as a senior fellow at the Falkirk Center for Faith & Liberty and is the author of The Legal Basis for a Moral Constitution. LiMandri began the Freedom of Conscience Defense Fund in 2012 and has litigated high-profile cases in California for decades, including the ACLU’s effort to remove the Mount Soledad Cross and San Diego’s effort to force firefighters to participate in a gay pride parade against their sincerely held religious beliefs.

“Pastor MacArthur and Grace Community Church are not disobeying the Constitution; it is California’s Governor Gavin Newsom and Mayor Eric Garcetti that are defying their constitutional obligation to protect religious freedom and church assembly,” Ellis said in a statement.

“Our American system of government specifically recognizes that our individual, fundamental right to free exercise of religion and freedom of assembly is a pre-political, God-given, inalienable right. That right is not given by the government or the Constitution, but rather, government is mandated by the Constitution to preserve and protect it for the church,” the Trump lawyer added. “Grace Community Church has every right to assemble without impossible and unreasonable infringement from the state, and the state has absolutely no power to impose the restrictions it is demanding.”

OK, I have fullfilled the requirements for posting on this thread

My initial thoughts after reading this thread for the second time are…

1. Nesara is not a hoax in the sense it was generated by some A-hole(s) making it up for kicks or to purposefully: mislead, confuse or obfuscate a real truth. I have been aware of this story for several years and note the content is consistent with repeated proclamations made by: Simon Parkes, D. Wilcock, B Fulford and Q.

Granted, based on the last 6 months, these names alone will cause many to justifiably chuck it all in the circular file... or reflexively move it into the “hoax” section 😊

After reviewing the entire thread over the last week, I believe there is real smoke coming from this smoldering fire for the following reasons:

1. The same history has been meticulously documented and repeated from several sources.

2. Overall the history follows a logical/believable sequence (cloning of the US deed owner excluded )

3. It does provide an excellent framework for an envisionable, logical and workable, National financial reset.

4. Most importantly, it provides what is desperately needed right now – HOPE.

5. It can used to collectively envision a new, better, more equitable financial system and higher standard of living for all.

The problem is not in believing the documented evidence, rather, the problem lies in believing that it could ever be implemented.

My primary reasons for believing that it will not be implemented lie with DJT for the following reasons:

1. He is heavily backed by the MIC and remains financially committed to Israel.

2. His recent overall Pro Deep-State position on the Covid hoax ( Conversely, It should be noted that his initial stance was admirable, as he appeared to want to do the right thing, for ex: he was the first to mention HCQ, he did say, "Not everyone is going to want to take the vaccine".. etc.]

It now appears that Trump is complicit with the Technocratic elites desires for the NWO. He is now advocating all the Covid Bull++++ mandates such as: social distancing, mask wearing, and using the military to expedite administration of the faustian vaccine.

So GB, here is where I think the hoax lies: Most who study the subject believe there is truth in Nesera’s creation/ existance, but they cannot believe it could ever be implemented. Unfortunately, I'm sleeping on this campsite unless;

1.The swamp is drained of the ruling Luciferian, human trafficking, pedophileing criminal cabal bastards (CCB).

2. The 60,000 US Grand jury sealed indictments are opened/revealed and acted upon. (It should be noted – the very fact that they exist, implies that something epically historic was planned and may possibly be carried out.)

3. Jeffrey Epstein/ G. Maxwell were arrested which means the prosecutors have the evidence. The question is how far down the rabbit hole will they go? Does anyone believe Prince Andrew, Bubba Clinton, or Ellen Degenerate will be wearing orange onezies at Gitmo within the next 2 years? We can only HOPE.

In regards to HOPE,

I was recently confronted with posts on a thread that inferred: there is no hope, all is lost, "they" have won, there are no solutions, the CV and its' mandates will be with us forever. One even advocated escapism by forgetting all about it and spending our time in nature. My reaction to this is - WTF!!!.... This is unacceptable, it is a losers mindset, a losers creed, a losers method of handling adversity and one I have no time for!!!! Not one GD second!!!

We are not going to turn this around by sticking our heads in the sand. The only way to create our future is through continued focus on transcending the current/future ABnormals by becoming the best versions of ourselves, while simultaneously connecting with others in appropriate resistance done in mass, along with focused/intentioned group networking/ prayer/meditation.

By now, we are all aware of the CCB’s plan for the world. I am here to tell you - that is not how this going to end. We do not have to live in that world... I refuse to acquiesce, I refuse to give in, but most of all I refuse to give up – HOPE!

There is HOPE in:

1. 60,000 US grand jury sealed indictments which could shift the balance of power away from the current luciferian control.

2. A new financial system that will soon be replacing the old one. I choose to envision the new system being inherently fair, just, equitable, and geopolitically efficient. If we can create such a financial system it will harbinger harmonious ways of living throughout our global communities while simultaneously manifesting a much higher standard of living for all.

3. The human spirit no longer allowing itself to be enslaved..

4. Grace

5. The Baron Trump books written by Ingersoll Lockwood which talk exotic technologies and the silver city...

Yes, in Germany we are very active in questioning the offical narrative.

In Berlin on 01.08.20 there were several hundred thousand people demonstrating (officially 17,000 to 20,000 but the police told organisers on teh day 1.3 million people). It was way over 20,000 (I was there) but it doesn't matter if it was 100,000 or 1 million, we were many and we are a complete cross section of the country.

In german there are doctors and medical experts who have made an Extra-Parliamentary Inquiry Committee (www.aerzte-fuer-aufklaerung.de) but as Chris wrote they have also created a website in multiple languages. The first 3 and a half minutes of this video give a great impression of the Berlin demo (Festival for Freedom and Peace) on 01.08.2020.

Later in the video are german interviews and from 16:39 onwards you can see how the police went on stage and stopped the speeches. At 16:40, you can see the view from the stage, tell me does that look like 17,000 people to you (and it was the same number of people on the opposite side of the stage too, plus people in the park on both sides?! And the media around the world repeated the lie about the number of people there.

Whatever you resist, persists...

The only thing we have to do is put back what is missing from our lives.

If you are in the dark, you don't ask someone to make the darkness go away.
When the Light comes on, you don't consider in any way whatsoever where the darkness went.
We know that darkness is only the absence of Light.
Cold is the absence of heat.
Ego is the absence of Soul.
Grief is the absence of gratitude for the connection to Nature and Love.
Anger is the absence of laughter and the connection to light-hearted and enlightened company and the ability to forgive.
Fear is the lack of connection to the celebration of the gift of Life, and the inability to honour Divine Laws, and to forget.
Pain is the absence of Love and the inability to apologise.
Confusion is the absence of a connection to the Soul and True Knowledge.
Exhaustion is the absence of a connection to the forces within the Breath of Life.
Tiredness is the lack of connection to purity and the inability to detoxify
Sleepiness is the lack of connection to natural routine and the lack of sunlight.
Lacking energy is the lack of connection to raw, fresh, whole, organic food and correct breathing.

We don't ever need to mention confronting our inner demons or purging darkness - doing such things are a bottomless pit.
We only ever need to focus ALL our time and energy on putting back what is missing - starting with purifying ourselves, then consciously creating together.
When we do that, all stress and issues naturally, automatically and effortlessly disappear.
When we stay present and spontaneously address what our duties require us to do in each moment -in other words, when we consciously fulfil our Dharma - we are automatically in the Divine Flow, so all the determination, courage, skills, knowledge, wisdom, love and faith in ourselves, each other, and humanity spontaneously arise in the fullness.
If we are not yet awake to The Nature of Life, then until we are, we can surrender by dying in each moment and living what Grace presents in the next.
The only way we can 'forget' everything to do with the past and move on to a new paradigm, is to replace what was missing.
The Law is: First, BE; then DO; then, if necessary - only when asked - TELL.
Be whole and complete within yourself, then do everything you need to in celebration of that state, then share that state with whoever comes into your Life.
Who comes into your life in each moment determines your role and the required actions.
This is over above acting on all your Inward Coming Thoughts, and doing, devoting yourself to doing whatever it takes to Love All, Serve All.
