A clever student has secretly recorded a teacher in Adelaide trying to bully students into getting a vaccine. He states that many adults will not get one and they should take on this burden.

His manner is extremely worrying yet the students call him out multiple times.

The school has been blurred out by the owner of the video.

The actual charges are leveled by Clive Palmer, an Australian Party who launched the United Australia Party. The actual charges against Berejiklian come at the 10:00 mark in this video:

They are pretty vague charges but it seems Palmer is promising that to come forward with more information to back this up. The video was posted on September 15th, almost a month ago and I don't think there have been any better charges or evidence against Berejiklian that have been presented.

I sure do hope so and if I'm not mistaken there's a smell of desperation permeating the air being put out. As though some-they were growing increasingly impatient which has me wondering why?

I, Adjunct Clinical Professor Brett Sutton, Chief Health Officer, consider it reasonably

necessary to protect public health to give the following directions pursuant to section 200(1)(d)

of the Public Health and Wellbeing Act 2008 (Vic) (PHW Act):

PART 1 — PRELIMINARY

1 Preamble

(1) The purpose of these directions is to impose obligations upon employers in

relation to the vaccination of workers, in order to limit the spread of severe

acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) within the

population of those workers.

(2) Key definitions are contained in clause 8.

(3) Worker-specific definitions are contained in clause 9.

(4) Other definitions are contained in clause 10.

(5) These directions must be read together with the Directions currently in

force.

(6) These directions replace the COVID-19 Mandatory Vaccination (Workers)

Directions.

2 Citation

These directions may be referred to as the COVID-19 Mandatory Vaccination

(Workers) Directions (No 3).

3 Commencement and revocation
