    Quote COVID-19 vaccine claims scheme

The Australian Government is developing a claims scheme to reimburse people who suffer a moderate to significant impact following an adverse reaction to an approved COVID-19 vaccine.

    On this page

    About the scheme

    About the scheme

Vaccination against COVID-19 is one of the most effective ways to reduce severe illness and death from infection.

There are 2 COVID-19 vaccines currently in use in Australia – Vaxzevria (AstraZeneca) and Comirnaty (Pfizer). Like all medicines, vaccines can have side effects (also known as adverse events). Almost all of these are mild and resolve within a few days.

The Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) closely monitor adverse events for suspected side effects, and often find they are not caused by the vaccine itself.

Learn about the TGA’s COVID-19 vaccine safety monitoring and reporting activities or report a suspected side effect.

The Australian Government is developing a claims scheme for people who suffer a moderate to significant impact following an adverse reaction to a TGA approved COVID-19 vaccine.

The scheme will provide a simple, streamlined process to reimburse/compensate eligible people for their injuries without the need for complex legal proceedings.

The scheme will cover the costs of injuries $5,000 and above due to administration of a TGA approved COVID-19 vaccine or due to an adverse event that is considered to be caused by a COVID-19 vaccination. The recognised side effects to the COVID-19 vaccines are included in the approved Product Information and include thrombosis with thrombocytopenia syndrome (TTS) associated with the AstraZeneca vaccine and myocarditis and pericarditis associated with the Pfizer vaccine.

For claims between $5,000 and $20,000, claimants need to have been hospitalised for at least one night, will need to nominate they are seeking less than $20,000 and provide applicable evidence of:

the nature of the injury and medical documentation of its likely relationship to a COVID-19 vaccination
hospitalisation, due to a vaccine-related injury
    medical costs
    lost wages.

The evidence requirements for claims $20,000 and over, including death, are still being developed and will be advised as part of additional information on the scheme in the future. Claims relating to a death will not require evidence of hospitalisation.
Register your interest in making a claim

If you consider you have been moderately to significantly impacted and may want to make a claim under the proposed scheme, let us know now.

The Australian Government is developing a portal to submit claims and documentation and will contact you once this has been established and you are able to submit a formal claim. You do not need to provide any evidence now, that will be needed later.

Register your interest in making a claim

Once you register, we will tell you when and how you can submit a claim online when the application process is open.

    You will need to:

    meet the relevant criteria
provide evidence to support your claim.

Registering your interest in the scheme does not mean that a claim that is subsequently submitted will be successful.

Wow! 5000-20000 $ won't go very far for a vaccine injury. The main benefit I see is if they are absolutely bombarded by claims and this information becomes available to the Australian people.

I am so very sorry for what is happening to folks in Australia. We are all getting blasted in one way or another but they have come after Australians with an absolute wrecking ball.

It's very interesting. I have worked as a nurse for years in the US. The flu shot was offered annually to all nurses at no cost to us. Out of hundreds of nurses and technicians on staff myself and another person where the only ones to decline the flu shot. Most nurses didn't give it a second thought. There is a HUGE reason now that so many are saying NO and willing to lose a lucrative job. I guarantee you, most nurses are not antivaxxers or antimedicine. It is strictly because they have repeatedly seen the damage and the corruption.

Monica is absolutely right-throughout the world there are way more people declining this V.A.X than is being reported, they want us to think it is a stubborn minority, it isn't at all.
That is why they are so anxious, why they are all striving to get people to accept this.
And so desperate times call for desperate measures, if the vaccine was so good it would sell itself wouldn't it. I wonder whom the philanthropists (Bill Gates anyone) and corporations are ?

COVID-19 vaccine scheme offers $1 million cash prize

A new campaign is giving Australians a million reasons to get the COVID-19 vaccine in a bid to fast track the nation's push towards a key double-dose milestone.

The campaign will give away $4.1 million worth of prizes, with the big ticket item of $1 million in cash drawn on November 5. Some 3100 $1000 gift cards will also be drawn throughout October.

Funded by philanthropists and corporations, the campaign aims to boost national vaccination rates above 80 per cent, a key reopening target under the national plan.

But Craig Winkler of the Million Dollar Vax Alliance says it is not designed to convince vaccine hesitant Australians to get the jab...

"The promotion simply seeks to reward people who decide to be vaccinated now rather than waiting," he said in a statement on Sunday.

"The faster we reach higher vaccination rates nationally, higher than 80 per cent, the sooner we all can safely resume our full range of community and business activity."

Australia's vaccination rates have soared in recent months as supply issues eased, with 79.4 per cent of the 16-plus population having received at least a first dose and 56.5 per cent double dosed.

to provide body samples to the World Health Organization (108P).

While we understand that these changes are meant to be imposed upon groups arriving into the country by plane or vessels,

it does not expressly exclude the possibility of it also being applied to other "classes" of people such as the unvaccinated, or to certain ethnic, religious or politicosocial groups residing within Australia
    .

    Petition Request
We therefore ask the House to reject this bill. In its present form it does not offer adequate protections or limitations of overreaching use against certain classes of people, such as the unvaccinated.

THANK YOU TO OUR FRIENDS ACROSS THE POND FOR MAKING A STAND FOR US. GOD BLESS"

    - We need to restore our spirit in this country and the spirit of the ANZACs, Alex Kearny

    - The "Covid vaccines" are going to expire on the 15th of October and millions of them that cost millions of dollars are going to be thrown out.

    - This is about fighting for our rights, whether vaccinated or unvaccinated. We're here to respect each other for our choices. The people who go to protests are actually fighting for rights that we may all need in the future when we fight the climate crisis.

Those vehicles are not UN they Australian Bushmaster PMV, either repainted for the ADF or could possibly be on their way overseas.
