More pressure being applied to get vaccinated.

In this article the vaccinated are described as doing "the hard work", implying that those who choose not to be vaccinated are bludging off the hard workers. A new form of the "bludger" to be scapegoated is emerging

NSW unvaccinated could be denied freedoms at 80% target

Unvaccinated people in New South Wales could be barred from locations and denied movement freedoms even after the state achieves 80% double dose vaccination, with the premier, Gladys Berejiklian, warning vaccine-hesitant residents they will not be able to “let everybody else do the hard work and then turn up” for equal freedoms……

“We’re still working on those plans. [But] I don’t want people to think they can sit back, let everybody else do the hard work and then turn up when it’s 80% and get everything else that vaccinated people are.
“That’s not the right message. I want to say it clearly that if you’re not vaccinated, you will not have the freedom or the freedoms that vaccinated people have even when we get to 80% double dose. And it won’t only be a government decision.
“I just want to send the very strong message that don’t assume you’ll get everything that vaccinated people get at 80%.”

Now, as a nation that once stood up in the UN in the 1980’s condemning human rights violations in South Africa, Australia now endorses the very same level of discrimination within our shores. Apartheid 2.0. That’s all it is. Let’s please drop the pretences. This is another version of Apartheid. There is absolutely no difference between the two[versions of government policy].

It’s a glib statement from our premier (small caps intended), and a cheap way of trampling upon the very blanket of freedom that our soldiers died to protect in years past.

Oh, and should I be so refractory to point out that, in accordance to the Constitution of Australia, no state law shall violate the Constitution. We may not have a “Bill of Rights”, but we DO have a Constitution. And according to the Constitution of Australia, the Premieres of the states DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT to trample upon the Constitution.

‘They’ can do this, you know. ‘They’ can cast decree after decree (I would not give them the mandate to call it ‘law’, for it is a violation of the Constitution for ‘them’ to do so), and ‘they’ will do this because they seriously believe that they can win. ‘They’ damn well know that there is no Bill of Rights built into the Constitution, and they’re using those loopholes to secure supreme executive power over the population.

What’s our ‘government’ trying to do? Divide us? Marginalise us? Are they seriously trying to drive a wedge between us? Make us fight amongst ourselves like kittens fighting over a ball of wool?

Oh, geezus people, can’t you see that this has NOTHING to do with a phantom virus, but it has EVERYTHING to do with dividing and polarising the population in a pathetic attempt to dissuade us, the Australian citizens, from doing what we know best - unity noncompliance. ‘They’re’ frigging scared of us. ‘They’ (the government (who exist only because we give them the power)) are gambling that we love our safety more than we love our liberty. They’re not stupid. They know many people will acquiesce simply because, in spite of our “laid-back” aptitude, our comfort is more desirable than individual will.

‘They’re’ wrong. And you [Australians] know it.

So what are you going to do, Australia? Like it or not, you’re now an occupied nation. Let that sink in for a moment. Nobody’s coming to save you. Hear me closely: It’s up to you. You need to do something (non-violent please). I know that’s a ****ty deal, but it’s the only thing standing between your freedom and an abject tyranny.

This could really live on any related thread but a reminder of what is really driving these measures.

See italicised extract at the bottom of this page from Patrick M Wood's 2015 must-read Technocracy Rising:

“If a man does not keep pace with [fall into line with] his companions, perhaps it is because he hears a different drummer. Let him step to the music which he hears, however measured or far away.” - Thoreau

Gotta fix post. Back later. Okay that's weird. Got blood test from GP for covid vaccine immunity and it's for chicken pox and the gov't data page is not for covid. I do have Sarcoidosis and Fibromyalgia so will be trying for exemption. Will report back in few weeks on how this pans out.

We actually have a Charter of Human Rights in Victoria, but that does not mean the government hasn't trampled on it.

The rights in the Charter are listed below.

Right to recognition and equality before the law (section 8)

    Right to life (section 9)

Right to protection from torture and cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment (section 10)

Right to freedom from forced work (section 11)

Right to freedom of movement (section 12)

Right to privacy and reputation (section 13)

Right to freedom of thought, conscience, religion and belief (section 14)

Right to freedom of expression (section 15)

Right to peaceful assembly and freedom of association (section 16)

Right to protection of families and children (section 17)

Right to take part in public life (section 18)

    Cultural rights (section 19)

    Property rights (section 20)

Right to liberty and security of person (section 21)

Right to humane treatment when deprived of liberty (section 22)

    https://docs.reclaimthenet.org/media...oosterhuis.pdf

Quote On social media, a Sydney doctor questioned whether vaccines and lockdowns would be effective in ending the pandemic while also scrutinizing how medical authorities were handling treatment. As a result of his postings, New South Wales medical authorities have taken action against Dr. Paul Oosterhuis by suspending him.

Oosterhuis’ social media activities have garnered at least two anonymous complaints to the medical council, the group confirmed on September 2nd.

“Over the last 18 months, I have been increasingly concerned about the misinformation and censorship creeping into science and medicine,” the doctor had stated.

Oosterhuis recommended that medical authorities advise COVID-19 patients to take vitamin D and zinc and to treat them with ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine.

He called the lockdowns “totalitarian” and causing “massive damage to society-wide.”

In a post, he wrote. “The risk of antibody-dependent enhancement of disease…driven by immune escape from the selective evolutionary pressure of vaccinating with a non-sterilizing agent is a real and present danger and needs to be discussed. The danger to millions is distressing me, and discussing that danger is, I believe, unarguably in the public interest.”

According to the Medical Council of New South Wales, Oosterhuis’s social media activity was flagged. He was asked to attend an “immediate action panel” on September 3rd and the anesthetist was questioned by the MCNSW.

“The Council deals with individual doctors whose conduct, performance or health may represent a risk to the public and works with them, where possible, to reduce that risk by for example, placing conditions on their medical registration. Section 150 or immediate action panels are held by the Council when a complaint or notification prompts serious concerns about risk to public safety or the need to otherwise act in the public interest. Panel members include community representatives as well as medical practitioners,” the MCNSW statement read.

Intelligent, well read no BS type character who is well aware of many of the truths we have been discovering here on Project Avalon.
I looked into Riccardo Rossi he was a Special Air Service Regiment (SASR) Lieutenant Colonel.

I listened to this interview below recently I was pleasantly surprised to hear what Riccardo had to say he is on the same page as myself and many of us.

On the back of that claim that Canberra is under military control and the fact that Riccardo is a former Lt Col in the SASR and probably well connected makes me wonder what he may know that we are not privy too.

Now this out of character move by SCOMO and our political group.

The french submarine deal with all the kickbacks is being terminated after SCOMO said we were going ahead with this deal regardless of the opposition to it. Finally some common sense we are going nuclear with the submarines in collaboration with US & UK using US technology.

Something seems afoot, like Riccardo video says WWG1WGA.

Naval Group responds to Future Submarines overhaul

    DefenceConnect
    16/9/21

    Quote:
" The technology sharing and support agreement forms part of a new “trilateral security partnership”, dubbed AUKUS.

As part of the AUKUS alliance, nuclear-powered submarines would be built in Adelaide, leveraging skills and resources provided by stakeholders in the US and UK.

Further details regarding the fleet’s capability, project logistics, and the delivery timeline are to be fleshed out over the next 18 months.

The new plan scuppers France-based Naval Group’s multi-decade contract to deliver 12 diesel-powered Attack Class submarines to replace the ageing Collins Class fleet as part of its $90 billion SEA 1000 contract. "

    Link: https://www.defenceconnect.com.au/ma...rines-overhaul

P.S. ASIO in your next report tell SCOMO to go "Green" to save the environment by utilizing mini nuclear technology to generate cheap electricity for the electrical power grid.

Also tell SCOMO to sell our best coal to India at a fair price, and coal to China at an inflated prices (say a 333% tax) call it a compensation tax for all the grief Xi has been visiting on our country in this COVID-19 pandemic.

That would be another step in the right direction. BTW ASIO WWG1WGA.

an interesting update for terms of service for mygov accounts

    Quote Terms of use

    Version 2021-1

myGov is an online digital service run by Services Australia, on behalf of the Australian Government. We'll refer to Services Australia as 'we' or 'us' in these terms of use.

We think of the myGov service as a 'portal' or 'gateway' for you to sign into, so that you can let other organisations know who you are and access their online services. We'll refer to these organisations as 'Member Services'.

A Member Service is an organisation, or part of an organisation, that provides online services to you, when you 'link' them to your myGov account.
    1. Why terms of use are important

By having a myGov account, you agree to be bound by these terms of use.

Importantly, this means making sure you know and follow your responsibilities.
    2. Changes to terms of use

When we make changes to these terms of use, you will need to accept the new terms of use, if you want to keep using your myGov account.

These new terms of use replace any myGov terms of use you may have previously accepted.
    3. Who can have a myGov account

To have a myGov account you must be a "natural person" and have your own email address (because an email address can only be used once to create a myGov account).

Being a "natural person" means you are an individual human being, not a corporate entity, a robot, a software program etc.
    4. Privacy and your personal information

By having a myGov account, you agree to Services Australia's collection, use and disclosure of your personal information as set out in the Privacy Notice.

    5. Your responsibilities

It is important to understand your responsibilities when using myGov.

If you do not comply with the responsibilities set out below, we may lock, suspend or terminate your myGov account and in some instances, it is possible you could face civil or criminal penalties.

If you do not keep your personal information secure, it is possible someone could try and pretend to be you online and obtain services from Member Services.
Provide correct and up to date information to myGov

You are responsible for making sure your personal details (such as your name, contact details etc.) are correct and up to date in myGov. If your details change, you should sign-in to myGov and update your details.
Keep Member Services up to date as well

You are responsible for making sure your personal details (such as your name, contact details etc.) are correct and up to date with Member Services.

In some instances, you may be required by the law to make sure you update a Member Service about a change in your personal information.

Updating your personal information in myGov does not mean that Member Services connected to your myGov account will be told about your updates, or that their records have been changed. If your details change, you should sign in to myGov and Update Your Details with your linked Member Services, as well as with myGov.

Using the Update Your Details feature does not mean that a Member Service will automatically update their records. It is your responsibility to check if your update or updates have been accepted by a Member Service.
    Keep your myGov account safe

You are responsible for your myGov account and making sure only you can access it.

You must not allow someone else to sign-in or use your myGov account.

You must keep your myGov password, myGov PIN and your selected secret questions and answers safe. Do not share these details with anyone else.

If you do not take reasonable precautions to keep your myGov details safe and someone is able to sign into your account, or if you give someone your details so that they can sign into your account, you are responsible for everything that person does with your account.
