    https://makeaustraliahealthyagain.org/legal-action/

"Legal Action against the Australian Government and all and any Agents implementing the Australian Government Criminal Coercive (and soon to be Mandatory) Vaccination Policies ...to banish these Australian Government Criminal Vaccination Coercion Policies and include correct Retribution for Vaccine Damaged Australians, Accurate Statistics gathering and analysis, Full disclosure before Vaccination, and Professional Vaccine Safety testing in Australia before Vaccines are allowed to be distributed and used in Australia."
Unfortunately, The High Court of Australia accepted, filed and dismissed the case against The Australian Government.

    And it gets crazier...

In Queensland it's a crime to take Hydroxychloroquine as a therapy for Covid. You may receive a fine of $1334 for doing so, or 6 months in jail.

A medicine that IS provably safe - used for decades for several ailments - has been made illegal for treatment of covid because it 'allegedly' doesn't work on it. This is next level disturbing. So if someone used say, penicillin for arthritis, would they also be fined or thrown in jail?

    From Queensland Government website:
    https://www.qld.gov.au/health/condit...uine-direction

This ludicrous assault on Hydroxychloroquine all but proves it's effectiveness at fighting covid. I've thought so for months anyway. It's a huge threat to the plan to roll out mandatory vaccines. Has to be. What else could possibly make sense?

I long for the day when these new world order parasites get kicked out of office. And more than that, thrown behind bars for life. They'd be lucky to get that. Lynch mobs are the alternative.

I swear that if I didn't see this stuff for myself I'd have a hard time believing it.

The same infection is beginning to surface in New Zealand as well (a deep state hang-out if ever there was one). Kudos to this guy for standing up to the thought police.

I don't know what is truly happening here in Victoria. We have been in pretty strict lock down for 3 weeks at this point and it is expected to go on for at least another 3. I'm not really optimistic that this lock down will be ending anytime soon in all honesty.

There has been a strong shaming campaign in our news media in regards to people not wearing masks, doing the 'wrong' thing etc.

I feel like a bit of a pawn but I don't really know what to do to be honest other than meditate, pray and try to keep my focus on higher power. I know people are saying we should not comply but I'm not yet ready to do that. I do believe the virus is real, and that these measures actually do slow the spread but it also feels like there is much more going on than meets the eye.

So for now I wear the mask when I leave the house (which hasn't been much as of late) and vaguely keep an eye on the numbers given to us by our media. We are still in the 200s daily apparently, and from what I have understood they want that number much lower before they will ease restrictions. Hence my lack of optimism.

What to do friends? Not sure, but I enjoy reading what people are posting

They have done 2 million tests with 17,000 positive reuslts which is a very small percentage. There have been 334 deaths in Victoria. 75% from aged care homes. ie people in their 80s and 90s. Co-morbidities are not published, so the figures are skewed to generate the most fear to make the population compliant

as for not complying I think it’s too dangerous. the situation is heavily polarised - those who believe what the government says, and follows their regulations unquestioningly. they think that if we all follow the rules, the virus will disappear and we can return to our pre covid lives. These people get extremely angry with anyone who questions the government and lockdown because they are seen as delaying the disappearance of the virus and the return to normality. You don’t want to face the brunt of this anger, even if it is a glare from behind a mask, far worse if you meet someone with a propensity for physical violence. A 75 year old man was seriously assaulted in a shop last week for not wearing a mask even though he had an exemption.

The rebuttal I have received from expressing something similiar has been along the lines of, 'Yeah and that is because of the strict measures. If not for them we would be in the same predicament as the US'. And maybe there is some truth to that, I really don't know.

Quote as for not complying I think it’s too dangerous. the situation is heavily polarised - those who believe what the government says, and follows their regulations unquestioningly. they think that if we all follow the rules, the virus will disappear and we can return to our pre covid lives. Yeah it is very polarized and stories like that are sad, but not surprising. If people believe, like you said, that those not complying are the reason why we are still in lockdown, that kind of reaction becomes somewhat understandable.

I do wonder how long people can stay in lockdown for?

The longer this goes on, I suspect most, even those who completely believe what the news media says, will reach their limit.

    Thanks for your reply leavesoftrees

    And the script rolls on.....

Prime Minister Scott Morrison says he intends to make a free COVID-19 vaccine “as mandatory as possible” once it’s available.

Aaaand..there Scott Morrison goes taking a step back, saying people overreacted to the "mandatory as possible" comment.

“No one is going to force anybody to do anything as a compulsory measure, but we certainly will encourage people to take this up," he said.

Guess they have to test that water before they dive in.

I still swing back and forth with Aussie politicians whether alot of thought goes into their choice of words, or very little.

A big hint for the general public, symbols on the plane @ 52 seconds in. There is also writing on the side of the plane that I can't make out. It might be nothing...

Update: The writing on the side of the plane says: Spirit of Australia. What my heart felt for the people of Australia upon seeing that....

The intention of these dark forces has been to break our spirits and what they are doing here is symbolic for what they want to do to us.

I have also just been informed that the Vic government has closed down all of the farmers markets in Victoria. I don't know if we fully understand the consequences of this yet.

The WHO advocates a pre-emptive pro-vaccination strategy that psychologically inoculates the population and maximizes uptake of vaccines as they become available [1]. This paper sets out the core elements of such a strategy. The paper explores key issues that relevant organizations must address and summarizes best practices that should be addressed when developing behavioral influence strategies to promote the uptake of COVID-19 vaccines effectively, efficiently, and ethically as they become available.

So, I think this Sky News segment in the linked Twitter may be an older broadcast ie predates today's posting?

In any case, more to be very wary of. You really do have my utmost sympathy and concern wherever you are in the Antipodes

Hundreds of Vic farmers spoke out after a snap decision was made yesterday by the Vic government to close all of the farmers markets. The Victorian government capitulated last night and the markets are back up and running again.

A man in Perth, Western Australia, was dragged from his home and has been detained after refusing to take a blood test whilst making his way back home from Melbourne. If he defies this order and escapes, the punishment will be imprisonment.
Perth has had its borders closed to the rest of Australia since it declared a state of emergency. The government has extended the emergency act until Sept. 3 2020. 9 people in W.A have died of CV since the beginning of the lockdowns.

Thanks for this dreadful report of what is happening down under. What I maybe missed: was the person Jim for any reason considered a ‘superspreader” of C19 for such extreme treatment?

You are in the southern hemisphere flewseason but realize that here in France after the lockdown was lifted in spring on May 11th , the government changed to a heavy scare campaign that the virus is still around and active ( a lie!). The wearing of masks is being ordered, now also outside in the bigger towns like nearby Montpellier. A depressing sight. A citizen has filled a court complaint against that. But the general public is subdued and not informed about the scam it all is. With the phony PCR test they can create an emergency status in any zone in autumn and force it in lockdown again. The suppression could now be directed on the children that may be forced to wear useless and harmful masks to return to school. Terrible.

The young man in your video is right that only pushback in a massive way can help. In courts and in the streets!

Thanks for your thoughts here Philipe. I honestly don't know. I haven't heard anything to confirm that he was a superspreader or any such thing.

I don't want to repeat myself here on Avalon because I have shared my thoughts elsewhere but what I will say is that there is nothing in society, worthy of a comment. We have the opportunity to create a new new world and leave the old one behind.

I would prefer to take action in a different way. Have you seen my Draw Your sword, things are about to get real thread?
