Is every mind connected to form a peer to peer network that creates the illusion of a shared reality, making the appearance of material reality a simulation created through shared beliefs?

The WHO is speedily progressing with amendments to the International Health Regulations, and Australia is fully on board.

This will mean a COMPLETE global takeover by the WHO.

Aussies have collectively done a great job creating a resource for every Australian to take action.

    • Shocking update on the WHO Pandemic Convention:

The World Health Organization is refraining from adjusting international health guidelines that allow for mandatory vaccination and lockdowns, among other things. Australian Senator Malcolm Roberts, who follows developments closely, speaks of a 'rare victory'.

The pandemic treaty is not yet off the table, he notes.

In December, the Australian government voted in favor of the amendments, but many other countries voted against. The WHO made another attempt this year to push through the changes.

    • Big win

After months of heavy criticism, the critics won a major victory, according to Roberts.
The final report of the International Health Regulations Review Committee waives the proposed amendments. The WHO remains an advisory body.

This means that the WHO cannot oblige member states to, for example, require mandatory vaccination, quarantine procedures, vaccination passports and other freedom-restricting measures, the senator explains.

    • Infringement of sovereignty

In the report, the commission writes that it is "concerned that the proposals may unnecessarily infringe on the sovereignty of state parties" and that the guidelines become "binding" rather than non-binding.

When Roberts previously addressed this, he was called a "conspiracy theorist." “I was right,” he said. The senator calls the report a crucial first step to stop the unelected bureaucrats.

In addition, there is the pandemic treaty, which Roberts sees as an attempt to transform the WHO into the world health police. Our 'leaders' only have to sign it. We must do everything we can to ensure that this pandemic treaty is rejected, the senator emphasizes.

In a rare win, the World Health Organisation has backed down on proposed International Health Regulation amendments for compulsory vaccination and lockdowns. It is a win, yet the pandemic treaty that would do the same thing again is still waiting in the wings.

In a rare win, the World Health Organisation has backed down on proposed International Health Regulation amendments for compulsory vaccination and lockdowns. It is a win yet the pandemic treaty, that would do the same thing again, is still waiting in the wings.

    • Transcript:

This week represents a rare victory for Australian sovereignty.
A victory for common sense, decency and humanity.

And a victory against the sprawling monster of unelected, unaccountable foreign bureaucrats at the World Health Organisation.

You will recall the WHO proposed to change their health regulations that guide member states in the event of a disease outbreak, like COVID, from guiding member states to being mandatory on member states, including Australia.

This would have represented a complete destruction of Australian sovereignty, and a fundamental re-imagining of the powers of the World Health Organisation.
Last December the Liberal/National Morrison Government voted in favour of these changes, yet many sensible countries voted against, and the proposal was lost.
Undaunted the World Health Organisation tried again this year.

After months of heavy criticism, One Nation and those opposing these measures have had a big win.

The Final Report from the International Health Regulations Review Committee released this week has dropped the proposed changes.
The World Health Organisation will remain an advisory body.
Dystopian demands, such as allowing the World Health Organisation to make binding health orders overriding state and federal control, have been thrown out.

This includes the proposed powers that would have allowed the WHO to control:

    • systems for proof-of-vaccination or vaccination status,
    • quarantine procedures,
    • citizen travel & mobility,
    • forced vaccination,
    • lockouts,
    • lockdowns,
    • mandatory detention and,
    • other unacceptable infringements on people.

Gone is the universal ‘health passport’ – or vaccine passport – that was going to control the ability of citizens to travel between countries in a permanent capacity.
It was decided that this would raise ‘ethical’ and ‘discriminatory’ concerns. A global digital vaccine passport will no longer be developed under the committee’s powers.
    For now.

The committee will remain confined to actual public health emergencies rather than ‘potential health risks’ – removing the widely held fear that their scope could be extended to ‘climate lockdowns’ and other human rights abuses.
Which would have been possible because WHO had proposed to remove human rights from the regulations.

After a backlash the committee now strongly recommends the retention of the existing text, which is quote “full respect for the dignity, human rights, and fundamental freedoms of persons as an overarching principle”.
This is a critical back down.

The WHO committee working on these changes has just recommitted to its fundamental human rights pledge in defiance of the proposed amendments.
The findings of the committee agreed with the concerns that One Nation raised regarding threat to sovereignty.

In their final report, the committee said that it was, quote: “concerned that the proposals may unduly impinge on the sovereignty of state parties” and make recommendations “binding” instead of voluntary.

In the end, the committee validated the fears raised on the international stage and within the free press.

Fears I raised and for which I was called a conspiracy theorist.
    I was correct.

Their decision to throw out this attempt to grab power from sovereign governments is a crucial first step in stopping unelected global bureaucracies from overstepping their purpose.

Pauline Hanson first raised the UN’s treasonous work in parliament in 1996. In my first senate speech in 2016 I called for Australia to exit the UN – AusEXIT.

We’ve been so strongly outspoken against ceding Australian sovereignty to the unhinged UN-WEF alliance that the WEF recently specifically called us out.
    We’re getting under their skin.

    This fight is not over.

All of the terrifying proposed powers that have been summarily rejected this week, are duplicated in the proposed WHO Pandemic Treaty.

The Pandemic Treaty is a second attempt to turn WHO into the world health police. The Pandemic Treaty is alive and well, sitting in the system waiting for our “leaders” to signed.

If the Pandemic Treaty were to be approved, it would enforce all of the binding health powers that others in WHO have just rejected. What a mess.

The World Health Organisation is too big, too bureaucratic, too removed from the people it is supposed to help, corrupt, incompetent, dishonest and above all else, too close to the Pharmaceutical industry.

The next step to protect Australia’s health sovereignty is to make sure that the Pandemic Treaty is rejected and that the Prime Minister does not sign it.

For concerned Australians who have written to their members of parliament and who received a stock reply saying the treaty has to go through Parliament first – that is actually not true.

The WHO Pandemic Treaty includes a provision that it becomes binding on Australia the moment our WHO representative signs it.

    No Parliamentary oversight required.

    Scrxw that.

    One Nation’s work continues.

Another hall of fame awakening effort.

From Ann Bressington in 2013. She is a former member of the Legislative Council of the parliament of South Australia.

    https://www.parliament.sa.gov.au/Sea...member&id=3128

Starting from the Club of Rome meeting in 1968 she explains how its goals coalesced through the UN's Rio Earth Summit in 1992 (Agenda 21) right up to events surrounding us today.

It's all in there: preconceived global solutions to manufactured local problems; the new world order; global communism; depopulation; sterilisation; corrupted goverments paving the way for a one world government; forcing people off the land and herding them in to cities; sustainable development and so on.

The single biggest public driver (fake excuse) for the above changes was to be a global climate emergency.

Remember this all goes directly back to at least 1968. Are you seeing it yet?

Queensland Police Target Divergent Thought Considered as Dangerous

    Sydney Criminal Lawyers
    20/2/23

The top brass of the Queensland Police Service (QPS) has issued a directive that all officers must report matters involving sovereign citizens, religious extremists and conspiracy theorists to specialist counter-terrorism teams.

The announcement was triggered by last year’s Wieambilla shooting, which the QPS characterised as ‘a religiously motivated terrorist attack’

Wieambilla shooting — ‘a religiously motivated terrorist attack’

To take a step back, Nathaniel Train, his brother Gareth and sister-in-law Stacey shot dead two QPS constables along with their neighbour Alan Dare at Wieambilla, more than 300 kilometres west of Brisbane, on 12 December 2022.

The trio was later shot dead by police.

Since then, the QPS has been conducting a lengthy investigation, during which it’s reported that police found camouflaged hiding places at the property, six firearms, three sets of bows and arrows, a number of knives, CCTV, radios, mirrors on trees, and a trap door under the house itself. Official reports show that Queensland police have also combed through Stacy’s diaries as well as the trio’s text messages and social media posts, along with conducting close to 200 interviews.

The evidence, Deputy QPS Commissioner Tracy Linford said, suggests that the Train family members subscribe to what we would call a broad Christian fundamentalist belief system, known as premillennialism and perceived the police “as monsters and demons”.

    Blanket directive

In response, QPS have issued a blanket directive that requires police officers to report members of the community who allegedly hold “a range of ideological beliefs”, including conspiracy theorists and religious-related ideology.

Officers must record all interactions with people suspected of holding these types of ideological beliefs in the central QPrime information database so that it can then be assessed by counter-terrorism investigation teams, and if need be, escalated and individuals “flagged.”

The internal memo is reported to describe the at-risk groups as ‘conspiracy theorists, religious, social or political extremists and sovereign citizens, as well as people with ideologies relating to capitalism, communism, socialism or Marxism’. It describes the sovereign citizen movement as a group of people who are not motivated by a single issue but believe they are not subject to government laws.

    Free thought under threat

The directive should run shivers up the spine of anyone who wants to see the preservation of justice in a Western democracy, particularly in light of the fact that several aspects of Australia’s counter-terrorism laws have raised human rights concerns, including the fact that the Australian Federal Police can detain a suspect without charge for 24 hours, and can seek a detention order from a court to detain the suspect for a further 24 hours.

These 24 hour capped periods do not include ‘dead time’ – time when the suspect is contacting a lawyer, taking meal breaks and sleeping.

The counter-terrorism laws also include restrictions on movement, allowing control orders to be implemented which can force a person to stay in a certain place at certain times, prevent them from going to certain places or talking to certain people, or require them to wear a tracking device, and the laws also allow Australian police to use secret evidence against a person, preventing a defendant and their legal counsel from accessing evidence which will be used against them in court, which is ordinarily allowed and considered a ‘normal’ part of the judicial process.

Broad judgements, implicit bias and the erosion of democracy

The new QPS directive – as much has been made publicly available at this time – allows police to make broad judgements based on religious practices, as well as other beliefs.

Putting the Wieambilla shooting aside for a moment, yes, absolutely, police have a duty to protect communities. Enabling and empowering them to carry out that duty and ensure safety for themselves, their colleagues and the community is paramount.

But so is balance. Australia is still a democracy. And, although that democracy is slowly being eroded, the constitution includes the presumption of religious freedom as well as the right to freedom of information, opinion and expression.

In terms of the Wieambilla shooting, Police have said that other factors highlighted in their investigation were that Nathaniel and Stacey lost their jobs within the education system because they did not get the Covid vaccine.

“They certainly had their views around anti-vaccination, and as a consequence of that, anti-government,” Deputy Commissioner Tracy Linford has said.

    The impact of Covid-19

Covid-19, lockdowns and mandatory vaccines created incredible community polarisation across Australia.

Since the ‘end’ of the pandemic (although Covid-19 is still around) socio-economic divides have grown deeper, there is still residual resentment about what some see as ‘Government overreach’, there is ongoing debate about the validity of vaccine injuries and the necessity of vaccine passports. We are in many, many ways, in a changed world, post Covid.

As divides grow deeper, people will seek to find comfort within groups which share similar views. This is basic human nature. And plenty has been written about the role that social media and its algorithms can play in skewing a person’s access to a wide range of information and therefore their perception.

But even so, implicit bias, the kind which the latest QPS directive appears to be based upon, can be a very dangerous thing. And, as we have seen time and again, giving police officers more powers (and more weaponry) rarely equates to safer communities.

The successful recruits must undergo training once enrolled, in order to ensure they meet the standards of the QPS before commencing on their first year as a sworn officer.

Foreign nationals with sufficient policing experience will be eligible to apply to the Queensland Police Service (QPS) under a new labour agreement between the State and Federal Governments.

The QPS has approval for 500 new international recruits to join the service each year, for five years.

The agreement, the broadest of its kind among Australia’s policing jurisdictions, allows the QPS to recruit international police officers without the requirement to be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.

All police officers recruited under the new labour agreement will be required to pass the QPS’ recruit testing and vetting.

Depending on the level and recency of their experience, successful recruits will be trained through either the existing Police Abridged Competency Education (PACE) program or the mainstream recruit training program, ensuring they meet the standards of the QPS.

At the completion of their training, the newest recruits will be stationed across Queensland to commence their First Year Constable program, with the opportunity to expedite this program and enter the service up to the rank of Senior Constable.

Quotes attributable to Police Minister, Mark Ryan:
“This is a commitment from the Queensland Government to bring international police talent to Queensland,” Minister Ryan said.

“This is a win-win. It’s an unprecedented opportunity for the Queensland Police Service to significantly expand the diversity of its workforce, while providing a unique opportunity for people around the world to join a world-class police organisation.

“There really is no better state to be a police officer and this new labour agreement shows the joint dedication of the Queensland Government and QPS to remove barriers for experienced talent to come into the organisation.”

“The ability to recruit beyond Australia’s borders will strengthen the Queensland Police Service’s efforts in recruiting police officers for the state.

“I’m excited to welcome international police officers to our Queensland community and hope they enjoy everything that our state has to offer.”

Quotes attributable to Minister for Immigration, Citizenship and Multicultural Affairs, Andrew Giles:
"This is the second labour agreement for state and territory police forces we have finalised since coming to Government,” Minister Giles said.

“The Albanese Government continues to take important steps to clean up the mess in our immigration system left by the former Liberal National Government.

“The visa backlog is down from almost a million visa applications to fewer than 600,000. The Albanese Government is focused on getting on with the job of getting our visa system back on track so that organisations like the Queensland Police are better able to do their job and protect the Queensland community.”

Quotes attributable to the Commissioner of Police, Katarina Carroll:
"This agreement is the biggest opportunity for internationally experienced officers to work in Queensland,” Commissioner Carroll said.

“The new labour agreement goes beyond what has been offered by any other police organisation in Australia, allowing experienced officers from any country the chance to work for the Queensland Police Service and bring their own unique experiences, knowledge and skills to our organisation,” Commissioner Carroll said.

“This is the biggest opportunity that we have offered for international police who are looking for a career in one of the most beautiful places in the world which has so much to offer – from fast paced operations within our major cities, to regional policing in communities in the tropics.”

“While the QPS is already a popular choice for internationals with permanent residency, I expect this agreement will remove barriers for others looking to move abroad.

“With this new agreement, I expect interest from international police officers to greatly increase.

“I joined the Queensland Police 40 years ago, and I can say from personal experience that policing in this state has everything to offer - there is something for everyone and every lifestyle.

“To officers out there who might be thinking about a move abroad, now is the time. Come and join the Queensland Police Service.”

Quote attributable to Queensland Police Senior Constable Lisa Harris:
Senior Constable Lisa Harris became a QPS officer in 2019, after several years in frontline policing in Scotland and West Midlands Police, she said the training provided made the transition very smooth with much of the work and learning based on familiar principles.

“I’ve felt very welcomed by the wider QPS since the very start of my time here; we have access to modern resources including the vehicles and technology we use to do our job, there’s good support on jobs and the salary is great,” Senior Constable Harris said.

“Of course, the lifestyle in Queensland is also a big draw card. When I’m not on shift I’m able to do what I love and get outdoors and soak up the Queensland sunshine.”

Quotes attributable to Queensland Police Union President Ian Leavers:
"We have been acutely aware police recruiting needs to be a priority and we have been working with Government to develop new ideas to attract applicants,” Mr Leavers said.

“500 additional police each year for the next five years, bringing a range of different experiences and skill sets will be greatly appreciated amongst those already on the frontline.

“I’m confident international police will see this as a rewarding opportunity to use their abilities in a new environment that can really assist in making our communities a better and safer place along with the added benefit of living in Queensland.”

Explainer/fast fact and or further information:

Foreign police officers are now eligible to apply to the Queensland Police Service under the new agreement.
    - The agreement is the broadest of its kind, with no restrictions on nationality of applicants.
    - Applicants must hold a substantive ENS visa issued under the labour agreement to be granted a position.
    - Applicants with comparable policing experience will be trained under the existing - - Police Abridged Competency Education (PACE) program, others will be required to partake in the mainstream recruit training.

    Get Out of the W.H.O.

Australia should exercise its own decisions regarding healthcare issues and emergencies, not walk in lockstep with the diktats of the World Health Organisation.

Yet, the government is set to sign us up to a WHO “pandemic treaty” which would make the WHO’s policies international law.

This is a power-grab by unelected international elites who care nothing for Australians.

Watch my speech to the senate supporting Senator Roberts’ motion on the topic below.

Meanwhile Bill Gates just drops by to give PM Anthony Albanese the lay of the land and his marching orders.

Mutual admiration as billionaire Gates meets PM Albanese in Sydney

    SMH
    21 January 2023

Billionaire Bill Gates had never met Anthony Albanese before Saturday, but he thought he’d drop in on the Australian prime minister to talk vaccines, energy and climate change.

Gates, who is in the country with his foundation and representatives from his company, Breakthrough Energy, has made it his mission to ensure world leaders are ready for the next pandemic.

Standing at 177 centimetres, the Microsoft founder didn’t have the physical stature of Albanese’s last celebrity drop-in, the 216-centimetre former basketballer Shaquille O’Neal, but the conversation was much bigger.

Sitting in the living room of Kirribilli House, the two men discussed climate action, the energy transition, international development and health, and the need for Australian innovation to help solve global challenges.

Albanese told Gates he was “very welcome here”.

“We haven’t met before. But I’ve admired your work and your contribution, not just financially, but in raising debates, including the need to deal with health issues,” Albanese said.

“We’ve just been through the pandemic, but we need to prepare for future health challenges, and the work that’s being done on eradicating malaria and other diseases in our region is very important.”

Albanese told Gates that his government had been “elected on the platform of taking climate change seriously”, which was backed up by its emissions reduction target of 43 per cent by 2030, and net zero by 2050.

    “That’s fantastic,” Gates replied.

He thanked Albanese for the Australian government’s increased commitment to the Global Fund to fight HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria.

“As you say, the preparedness for the next pandemic is still a discussion that hasn’t been figured out,” Gates said.

“You know, malaria in the long run, we want to do the same thing we’re doing with polio, which is eradicated regionally, and then eradicated all over the world.”

Gates has also influenced previous Australian prime ministers.

    Albanese’s predecessor, Scott Morrison
, was inspired to commit to a 2050 net-zero emissions target after reading the billionaire’s book, How to Avoid A Climate Disaster. Morrison regularly quoted large slabs of the book to advocates and critics of stronger action on climate change.

Gates also met then-prime minister Julia Gillard and foreign minister Bob Carr on a trip to Australia in 2013.

EXCLUSIVE: Dan Andrews is ordered to front court for 'concealing TREASON and fraud' in an extraordinary win by anti-lockdown campaigners who convinced a bush court to accept a private prosecution

    - Daniel Andrews is accused of 'concealing an overt act of treason'
    - The matter has been listed with the Myrtleford Magistrates Court on Friday
    - Mr Andrews is charged with, but not limited to, concealing treason and fraud
    - Myrtleford is a town in northeast Victoria, 280 km northeast of Melbourne
    - The hearing will take place over video link due to ongoing Covid-19 concerns
    - In Victoria, ordinary citizens can pay $85.70 and file a criminal charge in court.

Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews has been summoned to appear before a criminal court on a charge of concealing treason was successfully filed with a court.

The charge was successfully filed with the Myrtleford Magistrates' Court and Mr Andrews - or at least his legal representative - is listed to face the court on Friday at 9.30am.

While the prosecuting agency on the court record is listed as 'unknown', it is understood anti-lockdown campaigners Jim Rech and photographer Dezi Freeman had the matter listed privately.

Sources have told Daily Mail Australia the private prosecution had been rejected from several Victorian courts before finally being put into the criminal justice stream in Myrtleford - 280 km northeast of Melbourne.

Addressing 'freedom' protesters last month, Mr Rech claimed to have been successful in having the matter brought before the court, but it had since been suppressed to the general public.

Mr Rech, who refers to himself as a 'Commonwealth Public Official' is known to have tried similar proceedings against other members of parliament across the country, reportedly arresting 'those sitting on the bench without any Crown authority'.

Daily Mail Australia noted the matter is in fact listed on the court's Electronic Filing Appearance System, which is accessible to the wider community.

'He was charged with, but not limited to, misprision of treason and fraud. And as a result of those charges being filed and served, they were served at his electoral office,' Mr Rach told protesters.

'The police have been given notice … The courts have been told to suppress the listing but we put it out there, we’ve been to the court registrars.'

Mr Rech told the mob the Victorian premier faced the 'death penalty' if convicted of treason.

'Now that means any politician on indictable criminal offences which is a life penalty but under martial law it’s a death sentence – it has to go to a grand jury,' he said.

Under the law in Victoria, ordinary citizens can pay $85.70 and file a criminal charge in court.

While many private prosecutions are described by legal professionals as 'wacky', they have a long history in Victoria.

Sydney Law School associate professor Tyrone Kirchengast told The Age in July private prosecutions were 'the cornerstone of the early justice system in the 12th century king’s courts'.

The practice goes back to a time before police and prosecutors where private citizens would apprehend and charge crooks themselves.

In those days, hanging the criminal was seen as a favourable option, but more often offenders were branded with hot irons or thrown into the stocks.

Today, private prosecutions are mostly used by municipal councils, building authorities and animal welfare groups.

But they are also brought into play by members of the public who believe the authorities have dismissed their claims for justice.

The case against Mr Andrews faces significant challenges, with the Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions likely to take control of the matter before it gets off the ground.

Under the law, the CDPP has the power to overtake and discontinue private prosecutions should it find it has no reasonable prospect of a conviction being secured on the available evidence or was 'not in the public interest'.

In July, a private prosecution against the Chief Magistrate of Victoria Lisa Hannan was dealt with in Victoria under similar laws.

Despite the obvious hurdles, the application has already caused significant inconvenience across sections of the State Government, which is expected to provide a lawyer to appear on Mr Andrews' behalf on Friday.

A staffer for the Victorian Director of Public Prosecutions will also be on hand, although the matter is out of its hands due to acts of treason falling under the Commonwealth's umbrella.

Mr Andrews' office failed to respond to Daily Mail Australia's questions about the upcoming hearing.

Just been visited by a Gov worker (a nice lady otherwise) stating she's from the Australian Bureau of Statistics and failing to reply to their 5-7 sent letters, she needs to conduct an interview with me face to face. Apparently, the property I reside at was "randomly" selected for something.

Her first question was "Is either you or anyone residing at this address having any C19 symptoms or awaits for a C19 test results so I'm not risking getting it and passing it to others?" My reply was "How was your day so far?" We went back and forth on this one for a while but gave more of the same answer.

Her next questions were "What is your name?" and "Who else lives here?" My answer was "Not your concern.".

She than proceeded to threaten me stating that fines may apply if I do not comply. My reply was "No, they won't." She than showed me a laminated piece of paper with the Au seal and a text (didn't read it) saying that it's written right there that fines may apply if I don't comply. My reply was "I have a similar letter stating I'm a Jedi master" (I don't think she got it.. )

She than started to question if I got her last 5-7 letters. I replayed interfering with other people's mail is a federal offense and it is not her concern what mail am I receiving nor from whom.

Finally, she said she's coming back and hopefully I'll change my mind. My reply was "Have a lovely evening!".

Should I get an official letter or fine with my name on it, I'll let you know.

I glimpsed a press release that indicated Andrews has been appointed as the Australian Delegate to the WEF but unfortunately I didn't save the post, so can't verify it.

This Daniel Andrews is different to the Dan Andrews already listed as the Deputy Head, Structural Policy Analysis Division of the WEF.
Our destiny is in our hands. Let us visualise a world of truth, freedom and equality.

So employers are to be held liable for injury to employees that were forced to get the jab to keep their job, now lets see big pharma being held to account.

So that would imply getting the jab is no longer a mandatory condition of employment.

Tribunal orders compensation for SA government employee who developed pericarditis after COVID jab

    In short:
    - A former youth support worker has won an appeal against the South Australian government after he suffered pericarditis from a COVID vaccine.
    - A tribunal found he was entitled to workers compensation because he was mandated to have a booster shot to continue employment.
    - What's next? The man will receive weekly income support and medical payments.

A South Australian government employee who fell ill after getting a mandatory COVID vaccine has won compensation against his employer.

Daniel Shepherd worked as a child and youth support worker with the Department for Child Protection when he had a third dose of the COVID vaccine in February 2022.

Directions made under the Emergency Management Act in January 2022 required certain workers such as Mr Shepherd to get a booster shot to continue working.

SA Employment Tribunal documents showed Mr Shepherd experienced aching joints, cold and flu symptoms and minor chest pain after his first COVID vaccine in August 2021.

He had similar symptoms following his second shot.

He had those shots when he was employed by Baptist Care SA which encouraged, but did not require, COVID vaccinations.

In February 2022, Mr Shepherd felt severe chest pain the day after he had his third shot, which grew steadily worse until two weeks later he experienced pain so "unbearable" he thought he was having a heart attack.

The 44-year-old was taken by ambulance to Ashford Hospital where cardiologists diagnosed Mr Shepherd with post-vaccine pericarditis – an inflammation of the membrane around the heart.

The employee has been off work since March 2022, except for a period of two months when he worked in a part-time administrative role.

He made a claim for workers compensation, claiming vaccine-related injury, but was rejected.

Tribunal deputy president Judge Mark Calligeros ruled that the vaccination mandate and Mr Shepherd's employment were "both significant contributing causes" of the applicant's injury.

"Mr Shepherd was required to have a third dose of the vaccine to continue performing duties and be paid," he said.

"The vaccine mandate would not have applied to him had he not been employed by DCP and working in a healthcare setting.

"The connection between employment and the injury is a strong one given I have found that Mr Shepherd would not have had a third dose of the vaccine if he had not been required to in order to continue working."

His employer argued that his injury was a result of the Emergency Management Act directive and liability would be excluded under the same act.

    JN.1 explained
Several states have warned of another COVID wave driven by a new variant called JN.1. Why is it so infectious, and what is it doing to case numbers around Australia?

An illustration of a SARS-CoV-2 virus particle showing the protruding spike proteins on the virus's surface.
But Judge Calligeros rejected those arguments.

"It is not surprising that some people who receive a dose of COVID-19 vaccine will sustain injury as a result," the judge said.

"The state required Mr Shepherd to be vaccinated to continue working in a healthcare setting, because it sought to protect and reduce the risk of infection to the public and general and those members of the public receiving healthcare services in particular.

"It would be ironic and unjust if Mr Shepherd was denied financial and medical support by complying with the state's desire to preserve public health."

The judge ordered the state government to pay Mr Shepherd weekly income support and medical payments.

In a statement, a state government spokesperson said they would review the decision.

"This decision means that if a state government employee is required to become vaccinated as part of their job, and they fall within the very small cohort of people who experience an adverse reaction to a vaccine, any injury they experience may be covered by workers compensation laws," a spokesperson said.

"That is consistent with ordinary principles of workers compensation, which ensure that workers are given appropriate support for injuries which arise from their employment.

"The government will consider the court's decision and obtain advice on any implications for the effectiveness of the Emergency Management Act."

A Global Reckoning Is Coming: A Retribution Of The 5th Kind

    The South Australian

Employment Tribunal has found that employers who mandated their staff to take the COVID-19 vaccines can be held liable for injuries caused. The ruling implies that employers will no longer be able to claim that they are protected from compensation because they were complying with a lawful state government directive.

Do you want to know why the situation with Damar Hamlin was so strange?

Do you want to know why you keep seeing articles as to why people are dying from everything else but the vaccines they took?

Do you want to know why you are not getting the accurate count as to how many have died post vaccinations?

    The answer is very simple.

    Lawsuits!

Do you know how much billion dollar companies stand to lose when they are legally held responsible for mandating a drug that went against constitutional rights?

This is why the news media will never report that a professional athlete has dies from a vaccine related cause no matter how many drop dead on the field from cardiac arrest.

Do you know how many sports leagues are sitting on the edge of bankruptcy? This is why the Damar Hamlin family went silent even though his name showed up in the local online obituary.

Do you all remember that? This is why we were being strung along by the media as to his condition. The NFL came up with a way to cover for themselves. Why do you think they couldn't explain the missing tattoo on his neck?

These companies will either buy you off.

Buy off the media to prohibit any news coverage.

Figure out a way to stall the court process which is why they got rid of the unions.

On the back of the South Australia precedent being set, another has been set in Queensland.

COVID-19 vaccine mandates 'unlawful' for emergency services, court finds

    27th February 2024

COVID-19 vaccine mandates for Queensland police and ambulance service workers were made unlawfully, the state's Supreme Court has found.
The court on Tuesday delivered its judgments in three lawsuits brought by 86 parties against Queensland Police Service and Queensland Ambulance Service for their directions to workers issued in 2021 and 2022.

The judgments did not make a ruling or attempt to make a decision about the transmissibility of a particular variant of COVID-19 or the efficacy of a particular vaccine.

The prior directions required emergency service workers to receive COVID-19 vaccines and booster shots or face potential disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment.

The court found Police Commissioner Katarina Carroll failed to give proper consideration to human rights relevant to the decision to issue the vaccine mandate.
Former Department of Health director-general Dr John Wakefield was unable to prove he issued the vaccine mandate under an implied term of the employment agreements for ambulance service workers.

As a result, both vaccine mandates were found by the court to be "unlawful" and to have no effect.

The court also found the directions limited the human rights of workers because they were required to undergo a medical procedure without full consent but it was reasonable in all the circumstances.

Senior Judge Administrator Glenn Martin said the police and ambulance services were trying to prevent their employees from suffering infection, serious illness and life-changing health consequences.

"The balance between the importance of the purpose of the limitation, and the importance of preserving the human right... is complicated by the fact that these directions were given in what was, by any measure, an emergency," he said.
