Thanks! But doubtful, in my opinion. (I think I've heard this somewhere before, so I checked the date. It was published 7 years ago.)

Much there seems plausible, but the following things were red flags for me:

• No mention of the manned base on Mars.
• Jupiter, as a rocky planet "in anther dimension", would have such a massive gravitational field that barely anything could move on its surface. It's highly unlikely it could be "inhabited".
• The notion of "higher" and "lower" dimensions sounds suspiciously New Agey. Other dimensions, yes, for sure, but there'd be no hierarchy.
• Recording this in his own voice, he'd be instantly recognized by his superiors. If he was for real, he'd either have written it all out as text and then used a computer-simulated voice, or heavily disguised his own voice with filters (and even so, those filters can be removed in sophisticated audio analysis).
