    Default Mindful Breathing with Ed Harrold

    Came across this method of breathing which is not completely different than others but is a twist on them. I found it easier for me to do than some of the others as many others count each breath, hold and exhale. This one has a 2 count hold and allows inhale and exhale that is natural to the individual. Also explained are benefits and how it can evolve to be one's normal way of breathing.

    So...I have kept doing this breathing style and have found it helps to reduce stress and induce calm. Can't say I'm sleeping better, perhaps a bit later.
