The 3am hour, or witching hour, or devil's hour,etc... We all know what it feels like at this hour. It's the 'heebeejeebee' hour. It's spooky and silent and electrical and it feels,,, different.

Depending on the time period, one is surely considered a witch for practicing Anything not approved by a Church. If I remember right, sometime in the late 1800s, any kind of religious worship or practice was Banned between the hours of 3am and 4am. Damn witches!!!

Another way of thinking about 3 am is in Chinese Medicine, your energy shifts at that time, as it does every 2 hours, and your lungs begin their daily detox process. It is right in the middle of your deepest sleep and when you begin begin to connect with your earliest memories.

Indeed, our bodies/minds are conditioned to wake up at anything'different'. We recondition our instincts to stay calm and still, and 'relax into' the difference sensations. It's all quite couner-intuitive, and takes some getting used to.

Regarding the lungs, I’ve seen a picture once (and also some not too easily graspable explanation around it) that that’s where we produce most of our body’s DMT.

It’s great that we will use the dreamstate, I just got back to keeping my dreamjournal throughout this year!

I had another realization regarding the „intense vibrational“ state. When talking about Trauma we now understand that there dissociation can happen, which can have different levels to it, but as far as I know, some people do get shot out of their body and watch themselves from above.

Now here comes the intriguing part. One mechanism of the body to „get rid“ of Trauma is intense shaking. Not sure how related this is to the intense vibrations you were talking about, but I feel there might be some crosslinks between these phenomena.

I will set out more specific instructions on what you'll need to prepare for the first day, but journals are required. For a host of reasons. Folks should get used to the idea of keeping a journal , at least for the length of the course.

Interesting for me that you mention kind of 'violent' vibrations or energy events with people 'shot' out of body.

When I started and in my two first consciously induced projections (back in 2009) I had these 'intense vibrations' that were actually not vibrations at all, LOL. I thought people were crazy on OBE forums stating that vibrations are a pleasant thing. Only with my third projecion I had the 'normal' vibrations then.

Only later I found out that the violent experience was most probably some form of Kundalini (spine/snake) energy going through my body in trance / sleep paralysis state, thereby possibly 'loosening' my energy body/chakras for me to project, well, at least that is my theory. However, the fact that I only found out later about Kundalini and its energy (did not yet know the word or concept then in 2009) on forums, websites and books has some really high proving value for me.

Moreover, this projection was the very one that got me out of my body to the ceiling looking down at my 'sleeping' body. So I think it was necessary and 'intended' (by whomever) for me to happen - an initiation of sorts. I did however not shoot out of body it was more a majestical floating out and slow rise up to the room's ceiling.

Btw, it also remained the only time I saw my own body from 'up there', never happened again in later projections, also because these were then mostly projections into 'astral' realms and rarely to the physical real time zone where my bed stood.

I'd be interested in reading it.. The vibrational state can be violent and extremely intense. I've described this state as being strapped into a giant paint shaking machine, shaking violently, while a thousand volts of electricity courses from head to toe. It's not a physical vibration. It can also be a mild rocking back and forth. This state comes hand in hand with OBE exit. Inducing this state is part of the plan.

Hi Jake, I assume the 03:00 hrs is relevant to one's personal timezone and not tied to yours - has to be really, silly question.

I'll come right out and say it. I'm scared to try. I did leave my body once and, after a moment or two of complete wonder, got such a fright I snapped back in a second flat and now have a pschological block about going out again. (I can expand on that if you wish).

I have enjoyed lucid dreaming though, where some part of me knew I was dreaming and took on a more spectator role rather than participant. It always ended the same way when I tried to control something too much it would end, but to a certain degree I could imagine things would occur and they almost immediately did. As if I was the architect of the entire thing in the first place.

I'll be watching with interest. Thank you.

Hey Jake, thank you so much for this kind offering. I'm definitely up for it.

I started aligning myself to the idea of your AP course throughout yesterday, and then, during the night I had a pretty interesting experience.

I spent a few hours being restless in mind and body, until, at around 3 AM, I finally found I could relax into a position where I was on my back, with my arms by my side, and combined with deep breathing into all of my torso, I fell asleep, for a short while.

Next thing I know I'm catapulting up and along the ceiling towards the window, thinking 's**t!', then turned around and moved back from the window towards my bed.
I then jolted awake, and was a bit shaken.

I really do feel that when one makes a decision to start on work like this, it's already working through you. It's been my experience that ayahuasca in particular begins to work with you as soon as you make a commitment.

Really looking forward to partaking in, and sharing this course with all who have expressed an interest.

Thanks Jake, for taking this initiative. Looking at the number of interested participants, there was and is a great need for something like this.

As for my personal experiences, I had 1 important OBE which was during an NDE. That was "different" from anything else I experienced, but then again, I really almost died, silver cord not broken though. So, I am still here, it happened 44 years ago.

Most other OBE's were in dreams. And as others have said before here, it can be difficult to see a difference.

My first book about "Astral Travel" was by Yram. It was in the 70's and I remember it was a really good book. later on I met Bruce Moen, who continued - as a few others - Robert Monroe's work. Ever heard about him?

During astral travel, it can happen that one has 360° sight, being like a point of consciousness. It doesn't happen thàt often I think, but it does exist. Some have coined doing that "soul travel" (like the one author - a contemporary of Ron Hubbard - that started a Way Of Life/Cult/Religion). Have you ever experienced that?

You know there are many planes of consciousness. Depending on the source, whose books you read, you have first the astral (in lots of different layers), the causal, the mental, the etheric... and so on. Sometimes with other names. Once you travel as the "point", you don't have a body anymore. Before, in any other plane, you do have one, but always "finer", of a higher vibration. Did you travel into those planes?

During the NDE I had, I still had a body besides the physical body (I was looking at it from behind, about 10 feet away). It was whitish, but I had still arms, legs, a torso, a head... I remember I had my arms crossed!

I think it also is possible to astral travel during a "cat nap". I could do that easily in the past. Nowadays it is a lot harder. I just used to lay down, close my eyes and a few minutes later I was "out"...but never noticed the separation. I was just "elsewhere", whenever/wherever that was. The flying excursions were great fun (I once waterskied behind an airplane! That was close to flying as well).

So, I will definitely follow the course too! Not sure whether the 3am will work out, but we'll see.
