Study Finds Biden Vote Spikes Highly Suspicious

Researchers studied 8,954 individual updates to the vote totals in all 50 states and found that four individual updates were profoundly anomalous. Those spikes deviate from a pattern which is otherwise found in the vast majority of the remaining 8,950 vote updates. Researchers say even more oddly, all four updates occurred within a five hour window when circumstances on the ground were (and remain) contested and highly suspicious.

The study identified four suspect vote spikes in Michigan, Wisconsin, and Georgia:

1. An update in Michigan listed as of 6:31AM Eastern Time on November 4th, 2020, which shows 141,258 votes for Joe Biden and 5,968 votes for Donald Trump
2. An update in Wisconsin listed as 3:42AM Central Time on November 4th, 2020, which shows 143,379 votes for Joe Biden and 25,163 votes for Donald Trump
3. A vote update in Georgia listed at 1:34AM Eastern Time on November 4th, 2020, which shows 136,155 votes for Joe Biden and 29,115 votes for Donald Trump
4. An update in Michigan listed as of 3:50AM Eastern Time on November 4th, 2020, which

shows 54,497 votes for Joe Biden and 4,718 votes for Donald Trump




According to researchers, it is indisputable that Joe Biden’s margin of victory in these three states relies on four most anomalous vote updates identified by the metric developed in the study.

Researchers say “…the anomalous behavior of the updates is “particularly extreme. That is, the vote updates are “outliers of outliers.”

According to the study, the most concerning spikes came from Michigan. Researchers say that to accept the results as seen in Michigan as legitimate, one would need to believe that the one or two most possible pro-Biden areas of the state somehow each counted their ballots entirely in one or two vote updates.


The report says: “Absent a compelling explanation of why this particular update — at such a crucial time, in a crucial state [Michigan], which improved Biden’s standing in the state so dramatically — also had non-two-party votes performing so unusually relative to Trump votes, it seems unlikely that this vote update reflects an honest accounting of the legitimate votes.”

What I find especially disturbing in this whole situation – and whatever the final outcome – is this. Most western democracies pay at least lip service to the notion of independence of the judiciary. To the extent that they are truly democratic, this is extremely serious: government or party interference does of course happen, but rarely goes unnoticed. What we are seeing in the US is total disillusionment with regard to the above. From the Republican viewpoint, there is no point lingering in the Democrat-controlled lower courts: just get the matter to the Republican-controlled Supreme Court. Presumably on the Democrat side, the reverse is the case: demolish everything on sight. Given this situation, there is no way of establishing the objective truth, i.e. the ‘simple’ matter of who collected more votes. I would expect the Supreme Court to ‘trump’ the lower courts; its verdict may well be in line with the truth, but it can never be presented as being objective. If everyone votes on party lines, then the outcome is subjective and weighted in favour of whoever. If anyone were to vote the other way, then that would become suspicious: they were bribed/threatened… The judiciary has absolutely no leverage to reach its own decisions. While the Constitution is certainly the best way forward, the founding fathers clearly had no idea of the depths to which their successors might sink, when no one, but no one, could be trusted to reach an independent, authoritative verdict.

Georgia govt lawyers defended Dominion's 'trade secrets' to stop forensic analysis of machines/software

A buried lede in Judge Timothy C. Batten's order released late last night from an Atlantic District Court describes Georgia state lawyers - ostensibly acting on behalf of the public via the local government - defending Dominion Voting Systems' "trade secrets".

The court ordered that voting software and information contained therein should not be destroyed, or erased or altered in Cobb, Gwinnett, and Cherokee Counties.

But the order also revealed:

"Defendants' counsel also argued that allowing such forensic inspections would pose substantial security and proprietary/trade secret risks to Defendants."

The bizarre nature of government lawyers defending a private, foreign company's "trade secrets" instead of attempting to secure the vote of the American public will raise further questions about the company's involvement in U.S. voting systems.

The simple and legally sufficient response to a claim that information should not be produced to an adversary in a lawsuit is for the parties to enter into and the judge sign a confidentiality/protective order. Such orders protect the legitimate interests in preventing actual trade secrets or other truly confidential information from being disclosed to an economic competitor and are routinely entered into in litigation all the time.

The first question, though, is whether what Dominion wants to hide, excuse me, protect, is in fact a trade secret(s) that is subject to protection.

Edit: Also, there may be a legal question whether the defendants have standing, that is, the legal right, to resist disclosure of the information based upon alleged trade secrets claims that belong, if at all, to Dominion. I'm sure that the contract between GA and Dominion attempts to obligate the State of GA to assert a variety of reasons why the vote machines and software etc, should not be produced. But, the question is whether GA can do that. Often, the entity seeking protection has to intervene in the lawsuit to try to prevent information that it claims is protected from being disclosed. Dominion probably does not want to intervene if it can avoid that.

Bumping this. It's still Live, so I can't give a timestamp, but the testimony from Dr. Shiva is very revealing, concerning how the Dominion voting program made it possible to count some votes as having a value of less than one, and other votes as having a higher value than one.
And he gave evidence showing that that was how it was done to make it look like Biden won.
That will doubtless show up in future videos, but it's kind of cool to hear it live, and there will no doubt be more riveting testimony to come today during this broadcast.

i really hope that is the case and that the same, therefore, would be true for the certification that took place this morning in Arizona. ... what disconcerts me though .. is the participation of even Republicans standing by as witness and (to me) indicate solidarity and consent. in my post i noted

they must feel pretty confident of the success of their actions to unify to do this while the hearings are still going on ... by unify i mean, Republican governor and attorney general, Doug Ducey and Mark Brnovich, and Supreme Court Chief Justice Robert Brutinel were ALL a party to this ...

THAT is the part that is puzzling ... the penalty for treason hasn't changed, right?
