Default Auditing: The Bleeding Edge of Monitoring Power

Social media has inadvertently created many different sub-genres as it has grown over the years. Around a couple of years ago, I became aware of a concept, known as auditing, not in the traditional financial sense, but rather monitoring power via social media in the hope of resisting encroaching tyranny and as a vehicle for exposing abuse of power.

Here are a few “auditors” at the forefront of the genre:

This was particularly telling. AB (Auditing Britain) was videoing door to door testing in Birmingham. The soldier who was assisting the testers was extremely polite. However, the bus driver who was transporting the testing team around took it upon himself to be the white ("Made In England" tattooed on the back of the neck) knight and threatened to call the police. He then called who I presume was his superior and before you could sneeze, they were gone. Hmmm......

To me, this implies guilt. Consider being a member of an ethnic minority who has almost no ability in spoken English as is the case with many in the inner cities currently being targeted. A C-19 test unit turns up at your door with a soldier on hand and a Nazi driving the bus. Are you going to refuse the voluntary test? Will they be kind enough to inform you of the voluntary nature of the test?

And then there are all the problems with the efficacy of these tests which we are all aware of on Avalon. They were engaged in dubious activity at best and possibly illegal at worst, not to mention increasing the risk of contamination from one household to another by enacting such a scheme. No wonder they scurried off when put under the keen eye of scrutiny.

Another great example of auditing. Kudos, AB!

This guy is a Class A, no nonsense, 1ST Amendment auditor. In this one, he makes it a 1ST and a 2ND Amendment audit. Two vital keys to doing this successfully are 1) Know the laws behind what you're doing inside and out. 2) Be firm but polite at all times.

He puts on a clinic with this one (Only 8 minutes):

Northern Audits, as you might have guessed, is from the north of England and specialises in drone footage. He flies a sub-250 gramme machine which, legally, gives him cart-blanche (with some exceptions: airports and such), much to the dismay of security and police who are under the false assumption that they own the airspace as well as the property below. The B.S they come out with is something to behold as they try to coerce and manipulate when they have no actual clue about drone laws, but rest assured, our man always gets his shot
