    Default Covid Caution

In my wildest dreams, I never thought I would start a COVID thread. Other than adding a few news stories to the Covid 19: Global Reports, News and Update thread I have been fairly ambivalent about the COVID situation. My feeling is that it is a personal choice to wear a mask, social distance or take the vaccine when it becomes available. There should be no shame regarding whatever choices you determine are best.

Two personal situations have prompted me to start this thread.

A friend of ours was diagnosed with COVID about 2 months ago. He tested positive and the doctor prescribed some meds and he was told to recover at home. He is 32 years old and in good health with no underlying medical conditions. After about 5 days of being very sick, he started to recover. At the end of two weeks, he said he felt fine but had some shortness of breath. At the end of a month, he tested negative for COVID and returned to work. This week while at work he felt a tingling sensation down the left side of his body, his coworkers thought he may be having a stroke so they rushed him to the ER. After they ran a series of tests they found significant scarring in and around his lungs caused by COVID. This is something that he will have to live with for the rest of his life.

We have another friend who was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer nine months ago. As most people know this has a very high mortality rate, above 90%. Two days ago she passed away. Yesterday I called her husband to check on him just to let him know that I was thinking about him and to see if I could offer any help or assistance. After a fairly long discussion, he mentioned that it will be three weeks before he can get her into the crematorium. In the USA most services and funerals are held within a week after someone dies, two weeks would be considered a very long time. They are overwhelmed at the number of deaths due to COVID. I understand that COVID may only be a contributing factor and the actual death may be from some other chronic disease but the point is more people are dying at an alarming rate and COVID appears to be the primary cause or at the very least a contributing factor.

As a side note, we do not live in a high-density region of the USA and we have some of the best medical facilities at our disposal.

I don't think that there is any question that politicians and in particular the mainstream media have weaponized this horrific disease but that does not make it any less real. The goal here is not to create more COVID porn fear, God knows there is enough of that but to relate two situations which have given us pause and provided us with a moment of caution.

I think this is an excellent idea for a thread, rgray222.
I really appreciate that we can share here on PA our actual observations of this health crisis.
It may help us gain more clarity on what exactly is going on.

Several people I know have had health crisis' lately, cancer in particular. Two have died quickly, with only about 4 weeks from diagnosis.
Others have started chemo treatments this year. Several others have had various other problems, although none with covid.

All of these folks have been over 50, and are not recovering well. To me, it seems that the elderly are not faring well. Possibly it is because they have not had regular health checks this year, due to the shut-downs. Or possibly it is a product of social isolation, as all their normal social activities have shut down. (mind/body/spirit)

Several covid positive young people I know have been quarantined at home, but none have had symptoms that I have heard, besides some with mild allergy-like symptoms.

Like many others, I have heard that there are many strains of Covid showing up during this latest wave (and possibly in the last wave as well). Perhaps they are releasing this latest virulent strain to the mix as a boost to give credence and garner cooperation for "their" isolation/separation reset campaign.

If there are many strains that adds another question to the vaccine. Which strain is it for? The slight flu like strain or the one that kills quickly?

I know a young man in his late 20's, Physical Therapy student, in very good health, weight lifter, runner, biker, excellent eating habits. Last March he got sick with all the usual signs of COVID: fever, chills, cough, muscle aches, diarrhea, extreme fatigue. He did not test at the time because tests were not available and he was not hospitalized. He is still recovering from fatigue, low thyroid, wacky blood sugar levels, weight loss, is barely able to attend classes 2x week in person. He has since tested negative, for whatever that is worth. Although he is slowly improving, his life is greatly reduced in quality. He was doing home visits for my husband in PT, on a private basis, and losing him in this way greatly isolated us. He is like a grandson to us. Just one story of how this has impacted in ways that will never be seen statistically. Diane

I suggest whoever get Covid-19 to call speakwithanmd.com to get the prescription online that will include HCQ or Ivermectin. Regular doctors will not give you anything except some antibiotics and Tylenol. This disease is treatable and need to be treated early. The current recommendation is to not give any early treatment which is insane and causing a lot of damage right now. In the late stage of disease, it causes pneumonia and blood clots all over body. So make sure to take an aspirin to prevent that. Supplement to take is vitC, vitD, zinc and Quercetin/green tea. Look up for Zelenko protocol. Take care.

Yes, the virus is real. And sometimes, under particular conditions (which are still not completely understood) it can seriously affect even healthy people, and some can definitely get it a second time.

I know someone here in Ecuador who, together with his wife, both middle-aged but not elderly, contracted Covid and have both suffered lasting heart damage.

You don't want to get this thing
    .

But most people reading this DO know how to take good preventative care of themselves. And a number of Avalon members have already had it and recovered, though for one or two people the recovery has been very slow, demanding and difficult.

There must be a factor at play that decides ones reaction. Its either that or its different strains going round.
Hypothesis: previous flushots (or dna?) is what gives the worse kind of symptoms.
As a side note: Im probably having it as I write this and its been like a flu/ cold for 5 days. My friend who I contracted it from ( totally sure) lost his tastebuds as an addition.
(Havent vaccinated myself for 20 years and im a male 48 years old.)
It would be interesting to know about the cases mentioned here if they have had the flushot, this or earlier years.
Just speculating wildely, but I mean flushot season is in full swing and suddenly cases spike again

Good thread rgray. Per the comment about funeral homes being overwhelmed, having to stack dead bodies in a hospital morgue is not an experience I will long forget.

Despite having come in contact with covid patients hundreds of times back in March-may, I never got sick outside of a brief sore throat that was gone in two days. Given that I have seen the sick Qi inside the auras of those afflicted however, the best I can say about my situation is that I probably got lucky and have T cell cross-immunity. By no means am I letting my guard down yet though, I stay cautious the same as when driving on clogged highways during winter.

Metaphor, I have really wondered about the correlation between flu shots and COVID. I would love to see those stats, which probably don't exist to any great extent. In the case of our dear PT friend, he had the flu shot because it was required of him due to being in health care. It sounds like blood type is a factor, also.

Wondering. The DOD, the Dept. of Defense, here in the states completed a study from 2017-2018, released to the public in 2020, on the differences between those service members who took the annual flu shot and those who did not.

This report has been referenced several times on Avalon and in other reports on other sites that are focused on the dangers of vaccinations. I'd look on Del Bigtree's The Highwire, Dr. Sherry Tenpenny's site, Dr. Rashid Batar, etc.. to find it.

Those who received the annual flu shot had a 51% higher incidence of contracting pneumonia and a 36% higher incidence of contracting 'a corona-type' virus in comparison to those who did not receive one.

You don't want to get this thing
    .

In the early 90's, I got a nasty case of influenza A, which also led to pneumonia and months of symptoms and recovery. I really do believe I was close to death then, and vowed to never let that happen again, so I did a whole lot of research about viruses, pneumonia, nutrients, etc. and discovered so much about respiratory illnesses.

Also, my sister was hospitalized with influenza 5 years ago when she went into severe afib, and came out with permanent damage from that bout, so yes, permanent injuries can occur from viruses in general. Novel germs are always a threat when they are first introduced to a population, let alone an unhealthy, undernourished population.

Most of the preventatives and treatment info for respiratory illnesses is right here on PA already. Covid-19--and-flu---Treatment-and-Prevention

What I constantly question is why this info is not widely distributed, publicized, and is even literally squelched if our governments truly wanted to save lives? And it would cost so little to distribute the proper nutrients to a population to at least help people better survive a novel onslaught. Wouldn't it be great if our media would actually air life-saving info that could help the public?

rgray, thank you! and I'm sorry to hear of the misfortune of these individuals.

my take is this, yes there is a virus, yes it will kill and injure people and is doing so. . i suppose that could be said for swine flu, MERS , and all the other influenzas. so its a matter of degree.

my problem is the lying, the fudging of covid numbers , the $$ incentives to label slipping in the tub as covid, the politicization , the shaming, the hypocrisy such as shown by Gov Gavin Newsome at dinner, the lack of common sense , hoards of people wearing masks while alone in their car? and all the rest of the insanity that has gone on with this.

the censorship of the many accredited doctors with alt prevention, cures, and the rest such as hydroxy C. and all the natural remedies.

if we were really in a desperate search for a solution, then all would be considered if doctors could show compelling results.
    so why all the censorship?
when i add it all up, , it smells of agenda sorry to say.

I heard in a video on Odysee.com that the virus was probably created by the Institut Pasteur in France and accidentally released in China. I had shared the video on the forum, there are plenty of documents that are presented. Fear, prolonged mask wear is a risk of disease trigger ... I am fortunate enough to walk in nature and I have not had anyone around me or in my family affected by covid. What can I say, a neighbor who did not come out of her house for 3 months because she was in the covid panic, she fed the fear of the disease, then caused Urinal problems, it was not the covid, but its perpetual state of fear ...

Sorry the video is in French, a letter would have been sent to Trump and other personalities.
You can see the official documents

Like many others, I have heard that there are many strains of Covid showing up during this latest wave (and possibly in the last wave as well). Perhaps they are releasing this latest virulent strain to the mix as a boost to give credence and garner cooperation for "their" isolation/separation reset campaign.
DR Klinghardt talked in March about at least 2 strains:1 seems to be pretty contagious (and widespread)but similar to the flu,and 1 that is not very contagious (rare)but much more deadly then the widespread corona variant, wich ,in his speculation ,gives you probably immunity for the more 'deadly' one.

rgray...In the current US political environment covid-19 is definitely being politicized especially in the lockdown and mask area. I so much would like for it to be "like the fly" but in my small company 375 employees we already have 7 family members (mother, father, sibling, grandparents) who have died subsquent to covid-19 symptoms and a positive test. We also have had several employees and/or family members hospitalized some up to several weeks.

To be totally transparent, we have also had quite a few employees test positive and go on about life normally with no symptoms and we (our company) have been unable to determine which outcome will be the one after a positive test. These facts are what prevent me from a "go back to normal approach". I am at risk due to age and still trying to keep from getting the virus.

But most people reading this DO know how to take good preventative care of themselves. And a number of Avalon members have already had it and recovered, though for one or two people the recovery has been very slow, demanding and difficult.
I'm also certain the virus is real. And I'm fairly sure both myself & my partner have had it, caught just after last Christmas, just before it blew up big in the rest of the world. My story is that I think I caught it from a regular traveler in our office who'd just returned from a trip to the far east & came back sick as a dog, and who then, without any concern for the rest of us, came into work each day & passed his sickness around until we all had it. The reason I say I think it was COVID is that the symptoms weren't like Flu, or even a cold. I was tired, slept much of the time while I was off work, had mild cold-like symptoms, coughed a lot & struggled for breath much of the time, all of which I've never had before combined like this (I'm fairly fit). I knew at the time it was something different. I got over it in a week or so and have been left with some shortness of breath at certain times, but generally I've not been affected too badly, and not at all when exercising, nor if room ventilation is good.

...and no, I won't get tested to prove whether I had it or not. For obvious reasons of not possibly being infectious now & also getting 'dragged into their system'.

Moreover, I personally don't know anyone who's had COVID, let alone died from it, neither friends, family nor strangers. Indirectly just two people have told me they know of someone who have had to self-isolate, although these were just precautionary as none had symptoms; these incidences came from Track & Trace. My experience in this seems to be, I have to say, typical.

For some, COVID is nasty, this is also true, but what I am certain about is that just not going into work when you are sick, coupled with simple hand-washing, would mean a lot of transmission can be avoided. Additionally the vulnerable & the elderly should, if they feel they need to, take their own precautions to avoid catching it. More generally, supplements can be taken to generally boost health & strengthen the immune system. But these are actions which, I honestly believe, many of us should've practiced routinely long before COVID came along!

From this perspective the current global draconian 'health protection' measures are completely unwarranted, and what's happening at the moment has gone much further than needed just to prevent the spread of COVID. It's obviously now not at all about COVID... it's plainly now about population reduction, & ultimately, total population control. COVID is a deliberately-timed tool (one of many, with maybe others yet to come) being used to propel us down the road of the least resistance towards that goal. This disease just isn't serious enough to justify what's happened to us this past year. Anyone who takes a step back from the morass of daily events & has an internet connection should be able to see for themselves that the authority's reaction to COVID is completely disproportionate to the general risks from it. And since their over-reaction is both coordinated & global, and largely & provably-based upon falsified evidence, one can only suspect the authority's actions have been pre-planned and have a different agenda to that publicly stated, by both our 'leaders' & their lapdogs, the MSM. This coupled with the numerous globalist speeches & writings on the 'opportunity' COVID presents to enact a 'Great Reset', and what the nature of that reset should be (to 'build back better'), aught to by now have convinced remaining skeptics of what the hidden purpose & true agenda of COVID actually is.

Yes it's good to pause, to reflect, be cautious (for better or for worse, this is part of my nature anyway). But there is also a time for action. For me the time for action is now, and we need to start to push back or face being overwhelmed. Collectively we can stop this nonsense & win.

In that vein I'll just leave an example of a small action by a brave individual, one of many, building in number by the day, that're now beginning to turn the tide away from the self-appointed controllers and back in favor of humanity...
