The science of Radionics, which has been around for quite some time, could explain what technology was used to create the Havana Syndrome.
Based on using specific frequencies to target (or benefit) specific individuals, which can be effective even if broadcast from a distance.
Kind of like Rife technology, only for nefarious purposes rather than benevolent, though I don't think Radionics was developed originally as weaponry.

Considering the James O'Keefe was just fired from his own company, and this was a tweet that he put out on Twitter, I don't think he would have made it up, so that he could be further damaged by doing so.

Various sources are coming out and saying that O'Keefe has been an agent of Controlled Opposition all along, and it doesn't look like a ridiculous assertion to me, but I'd say at the least, the jury is still out on that.

Here is a more restricted analysis, about technical and piloting aspects.

Everyone is talking about the propellor blade that got bent, but Juan has noticed that another of the (4) blades was left in a/the full-feathered position. This means that the blade has axially rotated to align with the direction of the aircraft’s flight. Which means that it cannot provide any thrust, and that it will impede the rotation of the prop — thus reducing the effectiveness of the remaining 2 good blades and whatever the bent blade might be still producing.

About the piloting of (both) the Russian pilots, he notes poor visibility available in their (same) manoeuvres, similar to in the recent Texas mid-air collision at an air show. This suggests that they did not intend to collide with the drone, but that it occurred due to a bad choice of how they approached.

Related: I have not seen any explanation (anywhere) of what that dumping of fuel was intended to accomplish. They both started their dumps when behind the drone, and there has been no footage showing that the drone actually flew through any fuel.

The video doesn't look very authentic to me, but who knows?
Assuming it really happened, as far as why fuel might have been dumped on the drone, possibly the Russian pilots were thinking that when it landed, sparks from the landing gear hitting the tarmac could ignite the fuel, thus destroying the drone through fire.
But maybe they miscalucated and the fuel didn't land on the drone, so they decided to disable it instead via the propeller.
Very risky move, I should think!

I can take the vid as legit, tho I’ve never seen an airborne fuel dump that wasn’t ignited (ala F-111s performing for an air show).

I have since heard Scott Ritter’s explanation (from painterdoug’s post on the war thread), that the mass of the fuel was what caused the prop to bend, and so that was the reason, but I don’t buy that.

I think that the effect had to have been meant to be fairly immediate, as it seems (to me) that none of it would linger on the drone very long, certainly not for the hours until landing. All I can think of, is that it was intended to impair the (turboprop, which is a jet turbine) engine, to cause a forced landing in the Black Sea (same difference).

Paris (AFP) – Violent protests against pensions reform in France led to the postponement Friday of King Charles III's trip to the country, highlighting the growing security and political problems faced by President Emmanuel Macron.

The French president condemned the latest burst of violence overnight, while the Council of Europe criticised the "excessive use of force" by some police officers during recent demonstrations.

King Charles' first foreign trip as monarch had been intended to highlight warming Franco-British relations. Instead, it has underlined the severity of demonstrations engulfing Britain's neighbour.

Macron asked for the postponement during talks on Friday morning, a UK government spokesperson said, with the change blamed on a call for fresh strikes next Tuesday on the second day of the king's tour.


The royal visit was seen in part as an attempt to build post-Brexit bridges

The decision was made "to welcome His Majesty King Charles III in conditions which reflect our friendly relations", Macron's office said.

Police arrested more than 450 people on Thursday, according to interior ministry figures. In addition, 441 members of the security forces were injured on the most violent day of protests since the start of the year against Macron's bid to raise the retirement age from 62 to 64.

More than 900 fires were lit around Paris, with radical anarchist groups blamed for setting uncollected rubbish ablaze and smashing shop windows, leading to frequent clashes with riot police.



But rights groups, magistrates and left-wing politicians have also denounced alleged police brutality in recent days.

And the Council of Europe -- the continent's leading human rights watchdog -- warned that sporadic acts of violence "cannot justify excessive use of force by agents of the state" or "deprive peaceful protesters of their right to freedom of assembly".

In the northeast city of Rennes, regional officials denied claims by union leaders that police had deliberately targeted them with tear gas and a water cannon during Thursday's protests in a bid to intimidate them.

In Bordeaux, protesters set fire to the ancient wooden entrance to the city hall on Thursday. King Charles had been set to visit the southwestern city on Tuesday, after a day in Paris.

Some observers feel the cancellation would avoid further embarrassment for France, with protesters threatening to disrupt the royal visit and the streets of the capital strewn with rubbish because of a strike by waste collectors.

Minister of State for Energy Affairs, President and CEO of QatarEnergy, Saad Sherida Al-Kaabi, says they found a new oil reserve in Namibia.

This is their third discovery there. And he congratulates Shell and NAMCOR, and thanks the Namibian government for their support.

Shell and its partners discovered two new sites in the Orange Basin off the coast of Namibia last year. They hold the PEL 0039 license for the area, with Shell as the operator and a 45% working interest.

QatarEnergy and Namibia's NAMCOR also have stakes in the permit.

TotalEnergies discovered light oil with associated gas on the Venus prospect in the Orange Basin last year. And they said it could be a huge oil and gas find in Namibia.

TotalEnergies also plans to appraise and test the discovery in 2023.

The Namibian petroleum commissioner, Maggy Shino, suggests that if the recent offshore oil discoveries are commercially viable, Namibia might join OPEC.

Namibia shares borders with OPEC member Angola. And Namibia aims to increase its economy by twofold within the next 20 years with the help of the newfound oil.

In addition, Namibia's economy is currently valued at approximately 11 billion dollars. Shell has also found gas at Pensacola.

Shell also discovered natural gas in the Southern North Sea at the Pensacola well on License P2252. Deltic Energy reports that Pensacola's discovery might be one of the biggest in over a decade.

Shell UK operates well 41/05A-2, which has reached a depth of 1965m below sea level.

Wireline logs confirmed the presence of mobile gas and oil in the primary Zechstein Hauptdolomite carbonate target interval.

The well confirmed a reservoir thickness of 18.8 meters with better-than-expected porosity averaging 16% upon encountering the top Hauptdolomite reservoir at 1745 meters.

Graham Swindells, Chief Executive of Deltic Energy, reports a highly positive outcome from the company's first exploration well at Pensacola.

The discovery amounts to approximately 300 billion cubic feet. And it would be one of the biggest natural gas finds in the Southern North Sea in the last ten years.

Swindells believes that the Pensacola discovery will uncover a new Zechstein play in this mature basin and demonstrates the remaining potential of the North Sea as a source for further domestic natural gas discoveries.

And once the well test program is complete, the well will be plugged and abandoned following standard procedure. The jackup rig Noble Resilient will then be demobilized from the site.

Furthermore, Shell has achieved its highest profits in 115 years. Shell has achieved record-breaking profits by reporting 39.9 billion dollars in adjusted earnings for 2022.

The integrated gas division is the main reason for this success, as it took advantage of the fluctuating gas prices worldwide. This year's profit is twice as much as the previous year.

Shell CEO Wael Sawan says the world needs a reliable source of energy that is affordable and low in carbon.

Shell's strategy is the right one for this balanced energy transition. They are also progressing on their climate targets, with over 50% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 emissions achieved by the end of 2022.

Additionally, they continue to improve their portfolio. Meanwhile, Greenpeace UK's Senior Climate Justice Campaigner, Elena Polisano, accuses Shell of making profits from causing climate destruction and immense human suffering.

AMMAN — Two members of the Israeli Knesset have introduced a bill that would ban all efforts to spread Christianity in the land where the Jesus Christ was born, Jo24 reported.

The bill, introduced just before Palm Sunday and Passover, two important holidays in the Christian calendar, threatens violators with imprisonment, according to the All Israel News outlet.

The proposed legislation would ban "all efforts by persons of one faith who wish in any way to discuss or attempt to persuade adherents of other faiths to consider changing their current religious beliefs", according to the outlet.

The bill applies to people who have spiritual conversations with Israelis of any religion, and the penalty for violating this law would one year in prison, and, if the conversation is with a minor, two years in prison.

The bill was presented last week by Representatives Moshe Gafni and Yaakov Asher, ultra-orthodox Jewish members of United Torah Judaism party, which has seven seats out of 120 in the current Knesset.

The two deputies are part of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s ruling coalition, consisting of 64 seats.

Warning against Christians
In their official explanation of the bill, the two lawmakers emphasized a warning against Christians, in particular.
The bill could cause widespread international condemnation of Netanyahu’s far-right government, as well as a “serious clash” with evangelical Christians in the US and around the world

The outlet said Evangelical and Messianic Jewish leaders are “concerned” that the bill presented by Gafni and Asher could become law in the current Israeli political environment.

They stated that in the 120-seat Knesset, the current government coalition is made up of a large number of Orthodox and ultra-Orthodox members, who are “far more aggressive in this legislative session than ever before in pushing for legislations to be passed that advance their theological worldview”.
