oh sorry guys for the wrong time frame and thank you Dick for catching it. Now it makes sense why people didnt think much. Folks check out the correct time frame and watch what the cops say.

Correct I was watching 3 min 22 sec marker not the "3Hr 22 min marker" and to me, that is 99,9999999999999999999999999% chance it is an airplane or chopper blinking which all do when it is dark.
