Default Sounds of terrible things to come

Don't know if you guys have seen or heard that on WW2 there were planes setup to bring up a terrible sound when they were going down to destroy towns with bombs and so on

Well it seems back home (my home) we have a similar thing going on

I mean this is meant to bring terror and despair, nothing else, it's meant for that only

And it's terrible, just to think the kids listening to that sound know what's coming..

    It reminds me of this

If i were my GF, i would probably ask something like "When.TF.Are you going to stop this?" And then go into an angry rampage away from everyone, in a path of rage no one would dare to interfere at all, until he would come out and be ok again

Then, When TF are grown up adults in control of the US, the UK, China, Russia and Germany, going to grow up? When?

Living in a bigger city I got used to it, when younger (and especially when in an altered state of mind) I always thought they were coming for me.

Fortunately, for me at least, and some friend, we were able to skip all that stuff

Instead, cops would be around and once they watched us, they would be so respectful and careful to not reach beyond lol, which also shows how hypocritical the entire thing is

What about Tibetan horns, not only the horns but also those throat chanting they have..

If I remember well it is gamma wave in the range of 80 to 120 Hz, creating different notes across 3 or 4 octaves.

The Horns here sound to me like a primitive attempt to recreate the advanced sounds of the underground boring machines in present use around the world. They are atomic driven and make terrible sounds heard all over the world. It may be a warning to us that at this time something awful will happen. Ask the Dahli Lama.

I don't know about you, but all those long, himalayan horns sound like standing next to a hippopotamus letting one go, passing some big gas, a very lower chakra emanation. You'd think someone would send them tickets, the monks not the hippos, to the European Alps to learn a little music from the alpine masters, maybe pick up a little yodeling along the way.

Some sound like elephants passing gas, but there seems to be some particular reverence amongst the eastern mountain folk for hippo colon songs....

Of all the mumblings of their prayers and their shrill musical instruments, those monks have certainly sold the idea of silence to me. Meditate on Bro...

Of course real siddhism, real powerful intentions that manifest do not need vocalization. Those holy robed dudes have proven it. Of course we find their separation from the rest of humanity more than a bit tied up in ego...but we honor their path and laugh with them when we see them. They too have been diverted for centuries.

The rest of us live in the beautiful healing mud, bodies in the water, heads above the waves singing with each other.....
We know a bit about how lotuses live and thrive.

Some cross the terrible world ocean seeking ships of solace and comfort,
While the adventurous ride the waves, touch the dolphins, and breathe in
The healing air ...... alive in the rides of our lives....

It's not as if we're demanding....not at all.
    We're not expecting any concertos,
But, if Le Petomane can sing Le Marsellaise out his bum,
It shouldn't be such a huge request to have a few monks
    Carry a tune or two.
Did they get how awful those Himalayan Horns sound?

I have chanted long enough to duplicate their chants, as I have done with some monks here in the states, some cool cats. However, I will not hang out, sit up, nor stand around if they whip out those junkyard horns and start humming.
Instead, I'll suggest they try a digereedoo or two, the next time we meet.
And no, I am not volunteering to help out.
Those dudes are not good at answering their inboxes.

One has to wonder, what kind of psychopath designs a plane and then says "and here's where the sound of the end of the world machine will be placed" and then spends 10 years or so testing the machine and making sure the sound comes out ok so that when the planes are coming in close the sound is truly terrifying and breaks the souls of the people who can hear them coming

Someone designed that feature into the airframe of that plane, it didn't happen by accident :/

Like the Aztec death whistle ... the purpose was to instill fear ... because fear is the real killer.

It’s nothing new in warfare I think. As another example, Nazi Stuka dive bombers during ww2 were fitted with whistles designed to terrify the enemy. The technique was to dive vertically downwards towards the target, only pulling away at the last second as the bomb was released. The aircraft at full throttle at speeds of up to 370 mph would make a terrible wailing sound which would have almost certainly stopped you in your tracks. Take a listen on YouTube.

The most terrifying thing I can recall however, in regards to this subject matter, was the siege at The Branch Davidian ranch at Waco in Texas. The sect led by David Koresh was surrounded by U.S. federal government, Texas state law enforcement, and the U.S. military, between February 28 and April 19, 1993. I’m sure you all know the story.

The thing that really turned my stomach at the time (apart from the fact that the sect were eventually burned to death including the children) was to learn that the military had surrounded the ranch with loud speakers and had been blasting out ‘These Boots Are Made For Walkin’’ by Nancy Sinatra 24/7 to psychologically destroy them first.

Also in Vietnam some helicopters were equipped with loudspeakers too right? The most direct refference that comes to my mind now is Apocalypse Now, but If I recall properly its based on an actual thing.

Here's another one for your collection, a US police siren, catching on around the world.
I have stopped listening to the radio in the car for a very simple reason.

I can hear the injection of police and ambulance sirens very subtly into the broadcasts which can be anything from talk radio to news to music. Although with current pop music is it very often not circumspect. It "seems" I am the only person I know that hears this. I wondered if I was delusional or paranoid, maybe developing a problem so I tested this at home with internet radio and listened to live and recorded sessions from around the world.

I did not really hear anything out of sorts...through internet replays or live broadcasts so I turned on a basic radio and learned that during news breaks sirens do sound as part of "intro" mudic. But then again I heard sirens.....

I cannot explain the rest, it is almost like I cannot really hear it and it is very difficult to pinpoint as it sounds like it originates from quite far away and as city person I tend to block out some city noises as a matter of course. Sirens, horns, construction, garbage trucks...etc.

I feel I have proven to myself that this actually occurs and I am not insane, what bothers me was when I recorded the radio the siren noises were not there. Is something piggy backing on the radio carrier waves.....? I have no idea.

I can only posit that this someway somehow induces stress responses as even we cannot hear something consciously it can still have an effect on us. If this occurs over a prolonged period of time I would think it is quite unhealthy.

I do not hear "voices" I have heard technicians in the background talking to show hosts when no one else has but the only "stand out" auditory experiences to me are

    A. I can hear when a performer at a live concert has recorded their show in advance and is essentially lip synching or singing along.
    B. I can also very often hear that many artists have counterpart singer in their recorded music. AND they often sing over a prerecorded session of their own vocals almost as an odd duet.
C I can hear fluoresent lights. Now most people can when they are failing but I hear the buzz of most of them most of the time. I do not even need to be in the same room. I am visually sensitive to them, as well they drain me and make me fall asleep. Rarely I can see them flicker, thankfully I do not suffer from seizures. But it is akin to looking at a strobe light.
    D. I have intermittent tinitus, I sometimes get a ringing or buzzing in my ears for no apparent reason. This happen a few times a year and not for very long.
    E. If things are quiet I can hear my heart beat and my circulation, this is not highly unusual from what I have been told.

The only thing I have learned from medical testing is that I can hear as well as a 15-25 year old who has not been exposed to damaging high volume noise.

This article includes sound frequencies only younger people can hear. You can test yourself.

    https://www.buzzfeed.com/daves4/soun...eople-can-hear

So....back on pojnt I prefer to play my own downloaded audio.

PS I am aware that TV newscasts intros are high energy visual and assaults on the senses with everything thrown at us. In those we can all clearly see ambulances and police cars with officers and flashing lights with sirens, I prefer to read "news" now, not to be spoon fed drivel and end up in a low grade unacknowledged panic attack.

Default Re: Sounds of terrible things to come

From my perspective it really wouldn't matter about the precusor sounds.

I remember in my mid teens, at my Grandfathers house in the glens of Scotland. The RAF out of Lossiemouth would practice low level flying down that particular glen and probably several others. These planes were so low that there was no warning, just an explosion of noise from directly above us. My sister and I ( maybe 13 and 14) both screamed, doubled over from the waist with hands clamped over our ears.

Terror will arrive from a multitude of sudden cacophonous sounds that are unexpected, be it engines, bombs, horns or wing design.

Following the premise of the US 'War on Terror' the the planes will probably be destroyed imminently. Or not.

    The 'Walls of Jericho' anyone?
