This guy has a view of the invasion crisis that will surely press a few buttons around here but it's a worthwhile listen if you want the whole human race to heal and find it's way forwards together.

The title was chosen by Mel, he would surely have titled it very differently.

In Blow To Biden, Supreme Court Allows Texas To Start Arresting And Deporting Illegal Aliens

    BY TYLER DURDEN
    TUESDAY, MAR 19, 2024 - 02:20 PM
The Supreme Court on Tuesday dealt a blow to the Biden administration's attempts to keep the US border open - allowing Texas to enforce a new law giving local police the power to arrest migrants.

With three liberal justices dissenting, the conservative-majority court rejected an emergency request by the Biden administration which claimed that states have no authority to legislate on immigration.

The ruling means that Texas' law can go into effect while litigation continues in lower courts.

The law, SB4, allows police to arrest migrants who illegally cross into the United States from Mexico, and imposes criminal penalties. It also empowers judges to deport people to Mexico.

"Texas is the nation’s first-line defense against transnational violence and has been forced to deal with the deadly consequences of the federal government’s inability or unwillingness to protect the border," Texas argued in court papers.

The dispute is the latest clash between the Biden administration and Texas over immigration enforcement on the U.S.-Mexico border.

A federal judge blocked the law after the Biden administration sued, but the New Orleans-based 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals said in a brief order that it could go into effect March 10 if the Supreme Court declined to intervene.

On March 4, Justice Samuel Alito issued a temporary freeze on the law to give the Supreme Court time to consider the federal government’s request. -NBC News

Solicitor General Elizabeth Prelogar said in court filings that Texas' law is "flatly inconsistent" with Supreme Court precedent dating back 100 years.

"Those decisions recognize that the authority to admit and remove noncitizens is a core responsibility of the national government, and that where Congress has enacted a law addressing those issues, state law is preempted," she said, adding that the appeals court did not explain its reasoning for allowing the law to go into effect.

    And what about the GDP?

The new ruling may put a crimp in the Biden administration's seeming plan to flood the country with low-wage labor in an effort to boost GDP, which Democrats now insist would benefit to the tune of $7 trillion thanks to illegal immigrants - who are allowed to work indefinitely whilst waiting for the US immigration system to process their asylum claims.

Recall that 10 million illegals have entered the US under Biden, while virtually all of the job gains under Biden have gone to foreign-born workers, looks like their 'great replacement' theory/scheme has just suffered a swift kick to the huevos.

    • Texas Can LEGALLY Arrest Invaders But Invaders Can LEGALLY Steal Your Home!

    • The Supreme Court upheld Texas law allowing the arrest of those crossing the US border illegally, impacting the immigration debate significantly.
    • Ken Paxton, Texas's Attorney General, played a crucial role in litigating against challenges to Texas's border laws, highlighting the resilience of individual action in shaping legal outcomes.
    • The immigration issue intersects with housing affordability concerns, with potential implications for squatters' rights and societal stability.
    • Concerns arise about both political parties' roles in immigration policy and their impacts on American society, with parallels drawn to historical empires' declines.
    • The immigration influx prompts debates on cultural shifts, systemic changes, and the future trajectory of the United States.
    • American interests appear to be sabotaged by actions benefiting a select few.
    • The World Economic Forum predicts the decline of US superpower status by 2030, favoring China's rise.
    • Instances like illegal eviction arrests showcase breakdowns in the rule of law.
    • Policies and practices, such as housing monopolies and squatter rights, erode private property rights.
    • Urban development trends, like 15-minute cities, may lead to communal living reminiscent of past socialist models.
    • Corporations like Tyson Foods hiring migrants, potentially illegal, for profit motives, raise concerns about American job displacement.
    • Concerns raised about health issues linked to processed meats like Tyson and Purdue chicken, prompting some consumers to turn to vegetarian alternatives.
    • Tyson Foods exploring alternative protein sources like insect protein for pets, poultry, and fish.
    • Discussion shifts to Gamergate 2, drawing parallels between the gaming industry's response to Dei and the larger societal impact.
    • Highlighting the importance of the Missouri v. Biden Supreme Court case, emphasizing its implications for free speech and government control over social media.
    • Criticism of attempts to curtail free speech on social media platforms, contrasting the approach to censorship in other countries.
    • Exploration of propaganda in video games, citing examples from Call of Duty and discussing the influence of game developers like Dave Anthony on shaping narratives.
    • Dave Anthony, a key figure in the video game industry, is highlighted for his involvement in coordinating video game issues with military and intelligence entities.
    • The Atlantic Council, funded annually by the Pentagon and other government agencies, plays a significant role in internet censorship efforts, with Dave Anthony involved in shaping policies.
    • Discussion shifts to the establishment of a domestic censorship bureau within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), based on the blueprint proposed by the Atlantic Council, revealing the influence of military-industrial complex on censorship policies.
    • Transitioning to Rumble for freer discussion due to concerns about censorship on platforms like YouTube. Topics include propaganda, the Russian collusion hoax, Elon Musk's spy satellites, and health-related issues.
10:00 Quote: It is bigger than "just the Democrats".

"Open borders" this is a famous quote from Bernie Sanders in 2015 when he was running for president where he was asked about immigration, and he said that he was against open borders, he called it a "Right-wing Koch brothers" policy because it redounds the benefits of these Chamber of Commerce you know Blue Chip companies who get cheap labor, it breaks up unions, it reduces salaries ... Luke interrupts: "It brings up the cost of housing it brings down the cost of Labor, essentially scrxwing over a lot of blue-collar Americans I keep talking about this kind of Bernie Sanders stance that he flip-flopped on recently but sorry I cut you off ..." Yeah, but you know you have Republicans who've been pushing this as well as Democrats now (!) You have uh you know Nikki Haley has been pushing this John Corin.
    • Weird Alliance
There's this weird Alliance right now where you have:

    A. the Democrats benefiting politically ... and you have:
    B. these big business Republicans profiting commercially and then you have:
    C. this whole Military Class, which appears to be trying to use the influx of illegal immigrants militarily.

There's this new bill that was floated to give a pathway to citizenship if illegal immigrants basically sign up to be Pentagon cannon fodder ... this is a pretty extraordinary new development they've had a lot of problems with recruiting ....

Especially after purging the ranks of anyone who's mildly MAGA were populist in the military after January 6, and they've they've miserably failed on all their recruiting goals it looks like the military is trying to compensate for that by bringing in basically South of the Border militia muscle.

In addition to that and kind of threading through that is this kind of hero story of the Attorney General of the State of Texas Ken Paxton uh was marvelous on censorship issues he was one of the first people to really at the state level look into what States could do against government coordinated censorship obviously Missouri and Louisiana brought this big Supreme Court case that just had real argument yesterday, but Ken Paxton was you know was one of the forces behind the Texas antisocial media censorship laws that uh was passed in Texas a couple of years ago, and they came for his throat, and it wasn't when it with by "they" I don't mean the Democrats I mean the Big Business, Big Intelligence, Big Oil Republicans.
    • It continues 12:25 in the video!

How much does Elon Musk know about the The US commitment to the UN, legally ?

Is he just bolstering the fake/propaganda line that all the blame falls at Biden's feet, and it's a China influence thing at the back of that etc ?

    Fact:

It wasn't 'Joe Biden' or China who made the supreme court stop the Texas Governor ( who probably only did it for the theatrics knowing it would be stopped ) from closing Eagle Pass. The supreme court made the only call it could under the treaty with the United Nations. ( actually it's not a treaty but I can't remember the word for it ).

Similarly, It's not 'Joe Biden' or China that's behind the drive to ban guns, it's the UN.

Why am I bothering the make this point ?

Because all the time the whole country get's it's nickers bunched about Biden, Biden, Biden . . . no one is noticing that the politicians are doing nothing to get the US out of the United Nations. As far as I know, even Trump has been silent about getting out of the UN. Getting out of the United Nations is the biggy. It's bigger than getting out of the W.H.O. even. The WHO will go away with it anyway. The UN even has a back up plan in case the pending WHO treaty gets blocked, it's called the Pact For The Future. You can read it at the UN web site. Basically, a plan for a permanent state of emergency with appointed ex state heads running the whole world with absolute authority.

The panic and fuss the developments are causing, while being focused on the pantomime in US state politics actually serves as a diversion of people power away from the most important political cause they should have, and urgently, get the UN out of the US and get the US out of the UN.

One little saving grace, maybe, depending on how much trust you have in Trump, is that it only takes a letter from a state leader to the UN saying goodbye we are out of here because you've changed the nature of the UN structure and mission since we signed up, and it's all over and done with.

What's the chance of that ?

That Musk tweet above doesn't inspire much hope that HE's on the case.
