Roberts Halts End of Trump-Era Title 42, Gives Biden Admin Tight Window to Respond
    Martin Walsh - December 20, 2022

    https://conservativebrief.com/halts-...utm_medium=ABC

My tinglies are saying something big is about to go off in DC in the next 72 hours.

"Biden" is taking orders from the military high command ( under Martial Law ). If they have decided now is the time ( the situation is tight and the public are ready ), there will be no response from "Biden" and the Supreme Court will cancel the entire "Biden" regime using the Brunson case.

Wishful thinking?, you bet. Let's see what happens.

Roberts, and probably one or two others of the justices, need a redeemer of their own, and they, too, are taking instruction from the military high command, imo.

While making the journey and crossing the border.
The Biden immigration policy has resulted in hundreds of thousands of women being raped over the last two years, the Huffington post ran an article claiming that 80% of all women and girls crossing the border had been raped along the way. The New York Times reports that thousands of children are being sexually molested along the way. Even CNN recognize that fact that deaths are hitting an all time high and when you add in those killed in cars chases, overheating vehicles the totals get well into the thousands. Thousands of women and children (boys and girls) are being put into sex trafficking rings. Even the US Congress calls human trafficking a border crisis.

    Fentanyl
The Biden open border policy has resulted in almost 80%+ of the fentanyl that is being sold in the USA. Last year overdose of fentanyl caused 109,000 deaths. Methamphetamine is another drug being smuggled across the border in wholesale quantities but overdose and death numbers are not available. Deaths involving synthetic opioids increased by a whopping 80% over the past two years.

    Once the immigrants arrive
The infrastructure of the USA is already at breaking point but that is not good enough they want the system to actually break so the country can be remade into a socialist state. Crime through immigration is rising exponentially from coast to coast since the current progressive government has successfully demonized the police departments and defunded many of the big cities of their budgets. On top of that George Soros has installed district attornies across the country that have dropped cash bail and released in a wholesale fashion hardcore felons (a extremely high percentage are immigrants) in droves. Every single Soros back DA won their midterm election.

The Biden Border Policy has been and continues to be a humanitarian catastrophe on a colossal scale. For the Biden administration to call the border secure or closed is an insult to immigrants and to American Citizens.

Statement by Donald J. Trump, 45th President of the United States of America
    - December 19, 2022 -

    https://djt.nucleusemail.com/amplify/v/qwUhdGSM4v

Over the past two years, Joe Biden has invited millions of illegal aliens to infiltrate our country in a gigantic unlawful invasion. Now, after announcing on April 1, 2022 that he would end my Title 42 protections at the border, and declining to appeal numerous court rulings, Biden is getting what he always wanted: the termination of the most effective border security policy in modern history.

By abolishing what remains of Title 42, Biden is willfully and deliberately triggering a cataclysm of illegal immigration like the world has never seen before.

The border nightmare is happening for a single reason: because illegal aliens know that if they break into our country unlawfully, Joe Biden will do everything possible to ensure that they are not removed, and are allowed to stay here indefinitely.

This is one reason why the renewed push to ram through a catastrophic amnesty is so hideously destructive. Any form of amnesty now would be a historic disaster. It would reward Joe Biden’s lawlessness, it would reward the criminal cartels, it would reward child traffickers, and it would reward everyone who has broken the laws of our nation. Additionally, it would result in massively more illegal aliens and drugs pouring into American communities.

While the amnesty push is temporarily on hold for the lame duck, history shows that the amnesty lobby will be back with a vengeance in the new year. Every Republican must understand that any so-called “immigration reform” that gives Biden more resources will simply translate to even more releases. Biden inherited a flawless deportation system and he turned it into a mass-release machine. The border can ONLY be secured by confronting Biden’s lawless and criminal misconduct—and stopping his illicit crusade to set loose millions of illegal aliens into the interior.

To this end, Congress must immediately take three crucial actions.

FIRST, Congress must pass a TOTAL and PERMANENT BAN on Joe Biden or any other president using taxpayer dollars to release illegal aliens into our country. The best place to do that is in a federal spending bill. That is why Republicans must do whatever it takes to prevent Mitch McConnell from passing his sellout Omnibus Bill.

Congress should also defund Joe Biden’s lawless ICE memorandum that gutted ICE and halted criminal enforcement.

SECOND, having established a federal prohibition on all releases of illegal aliens, Congress needs to make permanent ALL of my administration’s groundbreaking border security reforms that allowed us to achieve the most secure border in history and to rapidly deport anyone who trespassed across our border. My Title 42 policy must be legislatively restored and made permanent, making clear that it can be used in any circumstance the president deems necessary for border management. Likewise, Remain in Mexico, our Safe Third Country agreements, expedited removals, 212(f), and many other vital Trump policies must be enshrined in federal law.

This way, when I am president, and forever after, we will have every authority to secure the border—and when Open Borders radicals like Biden are in the White House, they will be prohibited by law from returning to catch-and-release.

THIRD, knowing just how willing Joe Biden and his deputies have been to violate and dismantle the laws of our nation, Congress must establish CRIMINAL PENALTIES for any senior official or political appointee who orders, aids, or abets the mass-release of illegal aliens into the United States. What these Open Borders extremists are doing to our country is criminal—and it should be punished as such.

In the meantime, as we brace for a wave of illegal mass migration the likes of which has never been seen before, our prayers are with the brave Border Agents and ICE officers who Biden has so viciously betrayed. We thank them for their service, and we stand with them as they fight to keep bloodthirsty criminals, savage gangs, sadistic drug cartels, child and women smugglers, and human traffickers out of our country.

Texas National Guard ‘Border Force’ Blocking Illegal Crossings
    By Tom Ozimek

"Texas National Guard troops deployed to El Paso have constructed a razor-wire barrier along the Rio Grande and have been blocking people from making unauthorized crossings into the United States amid a migrant surge and legal back-and-forth about ending Title 42, a Trump-era rule that helped stem the tide of illegal immigration.

Acting under orders from Texas Gov. Greg Abbott, a Republican, several hundred soldiers that are part of a “contingency border force” have set up along the river channel separating El Paso from Ciudad Juárez, Mexico, with the aim of preventing people from crossing the border illegally.

“This morning, service members deployed to El Paso, Texas constructed a triple-strand concertina barrier near the border to secure the area from illegal crossings,” the Texas Military Department, which oversees the state’s National Guard, said in a Dec. 20 statement.

The Texas National Guard told media outlets that its service members are trying to funnel asylum-seekers to designated ports of entry while their “primary goal” is to prevent “illegal crossings into Texas.”

A group of around 75 people seeking to enter the United States through an unauthorized crossing faced off against National Guard members and state troopers on Tuesday, according to the Texas Tribune, which reported that a National Guard service member told them through a bullhorn that they would be unable to enter.

Abbott’s “enhanced border security effort” will include the deployment of a Security Response Force that includes elements from the 606th Military Police Battalion, which the Texas Military Department said is “trained in civil disturbance operations and mass migration response.”

Tens of thousands of would-be border crossers have assembled near the border amid expectations that the Title 42 restrictions would be lifted.

Abbott ordered more than 400 Texas National Guard personnel to El Paso on Monday as part of a “contingency border force” being deployed in response to high levels of illegal border crossings in recent times and the pending expiration of Title 42 restrictions.

Title 42 is the Trump-era rule that has been used around 2.5 million times to block people from making asylum claims in the United States and that has been widely credited as helping reduce the influx.

“The end of Title 42 is expected to lead to a massive influx of illegal immigrants allowing criminals to further exploit gaps while federal authorities are inundated with migrant processing,” the Texas Military Department said in a statement.

    Title 42 Back-and-Forth
Texas was among the 19 Republican-led states that asked the U.S. Supreme Court to extend Title 42 restrictions beyond its scheduled Dec. 21 end date.

Chief Justice John Roberts granted the request, prompting the Biden administration to ask the high court to lift Title 42 but give it some time to prepare for an influx in illegal border crossings.

The Biden administration wants the restrictions in place until the end of Dec. 27 if the Supreme Court were to act before Dec. 23. If the court acts on Friday or later, the government wants the limits to remain until the second business day following such an order.

“The government recognizes that the end of the Title 42 orders will likely lead to disruption and a temporary increase in unlawful border crossings. The government in no way seeks to minimize the seriousness of that problem,” a Department of Justice (DOJ) lawyer said in a Supreme Court filing.

The lawyer added that “the solution to that immigration problem cannot be to extend indefinitely a public-health measure that all now acknowledge has outlived its public-health justification.”

Lee Gelernt, a lawyer for the American Civil Liberties Union, who sued along with other organizations to end Title 42, said Abbott has no legal right to stop migrants from seeking asylum anywhere on the border. “What Texas is doing by preventing people from seeking asylum is patently unlawful and should stop immediately,” he said in an interview.

Before troops deployed to El Paso on Monday, hundreds of people had crossed the border and waited in line to be processed by Border Patrol agents, with many later released into the city.

El Paso Mayor Oscar Leeser, a Democrat, warned that shelters across the border in Ciudad Juárez were filled to capacity, with an estimated 20,000 people looking to cross into the United States.

Leeser on Sunday declared a state of emergency in El Paso amid a surge in unauthorized crossings that has left people sleeping in the streets.

He said the emergency measures will allow the city to access more resources and authority to shelter people, adding that the measures would be even more necessary after Title 42 ends, when he predicted that the rise in the number of illegal border crossings would be “incredible.”

Over the past week, border agents have encountered an average of around 1,500 illegal aliens a day in a 268-mile stretch of the border known as the El Paso Sector, according to figures published by the city.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) said in a statement on Tuesday that over the past week, agents have moved more than 3,400 illegal aliens by expelling them to Mexico under Title 42 or flying them back to their home countries via ICE expedited removal flights.

In a bid to ease pressure on El Paso, agents have also moved 6,000 aliens from the area to other sectors for processing.

“Average daily encounters have also dropped 40 percent—from roughly 2,500 a day to roughly 1,500 a day—over the last three days as we continue to work with partners in Mexico to discourage disorderly migration and disrupt criminal smuggling operations,” DHS said in the statement.

With cold temperatures gripping Texas, Abbott asked President Joe Biden on Tuesday to deploy federal assets immediately “to address the dire border crisis, particularly in the City of El Paso, as a dangerously cold polar vortex moves into Texas this week.”

In a letter to Biden, the Texas governor blamed “federal inaction” for putting the lives of migrants at risk, warning that the numbers of people crossing the border illegally would rise if Title 42 expulsions end.

Reporter Lara Logan said her contact in the UN told her the plan is to increase the US population by 100 million. Another rumour is that they want to make N. and S. America 1 country. Seems pretty apparent that Biden is taking his orders from elsewhere.

More than several years ago at a midatlantic university, I listened to the CFO present the university's new strategic plan during which he made a statement about the need to figure out how they are to educate the Mexicans. This little statement stood out in my mind because the university did not really have a significant Mexican student population, nor did it have a campus in Mexico. Well, the ah-ha moment came for me when the migration crisis began. As I said, this presentation was more than several years ago, sans Biden.

I understand from media stories we as Americans are tapped out for credit. Most Americans apparently have their credit cards maxed out, double or triple mortgages, car payments and children that are adults living at home based on the stories I've seen. It took me back to a history class I took in IL at SIU years ago! When Rome was wanting to finance another war and the elite, the military and the populace was tapped out for credit they didn't know what to do so they freed the slaves. This for a time saved the empire but once the slaves tapped out too the empire began to crumble.

We didn't have slaves but the border provided the banks new clean slates with no credit history and no debt to loan new money to so the FED can print print print. Best of all it's endless so as far as the FED is concerned and of course the "Banksters" (my word 🙂 ) these illegals are more valuable than the law abiding tax paying, but tapped out citizenry! Therefore I don't believe any closing of the border will take place anytime soon. The FED needs the new creditors and the banks need to make new loans. If they cannot do this with law abiding tax paying citiizens due to being tapped out what other course of action did they have? As stated we didn't have slaves but we did have an endless stream of foreigners that want to enter into the USA and become citiizens.

Unfortunately it's all about money and our usury system of $$$$ creation demands the FED print new money constantly or it dies. I think this is why they all but give a credit card to them as soon as they get over here, along with all kinds of other benefits, all of which just give the FED that open to print more $$$. The tapped out native citizens are of no use to the banks or the $ system. Anyway, sorry I got on the pedestal there a bit
The genius consistently stands out from the masses in that he unconsciously anticipates truths of which the population as a whole only later becomes conscious! Speech-circa 1937

I recently did an informal survey of the ones that have left Costa Rica heading north to the open border.
And they seem to have one thing in common - nearly 100% of them abandon their pets, dogs and cats when they leave. They simply put them on the street and walk away.
My family and some friends have adopted some of them recently, but the numbers are becoming more than we can handle (I have four in my family as of today).
Does that speak to the character of those crossing over? I think it does. I can tell all I need to about a person by the way animals react to him or her.

Even with the policy in place the invaders are still streaming across the border. The Cartel cuts holes for them to go through. The border patrol is so overwhelmed they can do little.

If everything Christine Hutcherson claims is true, things are a lot more complicated than a fight about a wall and visible processing facilities and associated political policies.

I find it telling and very ironic that even Joe Biden's hand-selected Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Jackson and Trump's hand-selected Supreme Court Justice Neil Gorsuch issued scathing words for President Biden and his administration regarding immigration and title 42.

Supreme Court justices issue scathing Title 42 dissent: 'We are a court of law'

Supreme Court Justices Neil Gorsuch and Ketanji Brown Jackson made an unlikely team on Tuesday by issuing a dissent against the majority's opinion to indefinitely keep Title 42 in place while the high court considers an argument from 19 mostly Republican-led states.

Those states challenged a district court's ruling last month that would vacate Title 42, which was enacted by the Trump administration in March 2020 to allow officials to expel migrants on public health grounds.

Gorsuch, a Trump appointee, wrote the dissent and was joined by Jackson, who President Joe Biden nominated earlier this year.

The two justices argued that the Biden administration and Congress have failed to adequately address the immigration crisis that is likely coming after Title 42 is vacated, but they wrote that it is not the Supreme Court's job to issue policies where elected leaders fail.

Ho-hum. As always, nothing will come of this. He may be forced to resign, which simply means he'll be forced to retire. He will "ride off into the sunset" with full pay and benefits. Just like Fauci is doing.

Record Number of Border Deaths During Biden’s First 2 Years
    1/20/23
    By Charlotte Cuthbertson
    https://www.theepochtimes.com/mkt_ap...75PZWcJL3jM%3D

"DEL RIO, Texas—As the number of illegal immigrants flooding across the southern border continues to increase, so does the number of illegal immigrants who die while crossing into the United States, or soon after.

Customs and Border Protection (CBP) recorded a total of 880 illegal immigrant deaths in fiscal 2022, which ended on Sept. 30, 2022. It’s the highest number of deaths since data became available in 1998. The second-highest number on record was fiscal year 2021, with 566 deaths.

The Epoch Times submitted a Freedom of Information request in October 2022 to obtain the data for the past two fiscal years after the Biden administration broke a long-standing policy and stopped publicly releasing the numbers. CBP responded to the Freedom of Information request on Jan. 18.

Previous, publicly available CBP data show 247 illegal immigrants died near the southern border during fiscal 2020, the lowest on record, while 300 died in fiscal 2019.

The Rio Grande Valley in Texas and the Tucson Sector in Arizona have traditionally been the most deadly border sectors, as the river and the summer heat claim the most lives, and smugglers leave injured and sick migrants to die.

But, Texas’s Del Rio sector, which includes Eagle Pass, bore the brunt of the deaths last year with 255 recorded. Most of the deaths in this area were due to drowning in the deceptively swift Rio Grande. But the total also includes 53 deaths of illegal aliens being smuggled in a locked tractor-trailer unit near San Antonio last June.

Deaths in the Del Rio sector over the past two fiscal years were higher than the previous 15 years combined. The sector also became the epicenter of mass illegal crossings.

The CBP data include a footnote indicating that the “data may be subject to change based on new discoveries of remains and possible dates of death as determined by a medical examiner.”

Not all migrant deaths are counted in the CBP data, as Border Patrol agents aren’t always involved in the discovery. Sheriff’s offices have their own tally of bodies discovered by ranchers, hunters, or others.

The bodies are often from those who are walking in remote ranchland to circumvent Border Patrol highway checkpoints, sometimes 60 to 100 miles from the border.

Former CBP Commissioner Mark Morgan said the CBP numbers are the “tip of the iceberg” for migrant deaths.

“When you increase the number of illegal aliens coming by 500 percent, you’re going to increase all the suffering, tragedies, and inhumane actions associated with that,” Morgan told The Epoch Times on Jan. 19.

“Everything expands—the numbers of those that are thrown into trafficking expand, the number of those that are sexually assaulted expand, the numbers of those that die expand. It’s a game of numbers.”

Border Patrol apprehensions of illegal aliens along the southern border increased exponentially after President Joe Biden took office.

More than 1.6 million illegal aliens were apprehended in fiscal year 2021 and 2.2 million in fiscal 2022, according to CBP data. In comparison, fiscal 2020 saw just over 400,000 apprehensions along the southern border.

The number of illegal crossings has more than tripled since 2020, as have the number of deaths.

“Biden’s got blood on his hands. He knows this is happening. And he knows migrants are dying. He knows migrants are being assaulted. He knows migrants are being raped. He knows migrants are being thrown into the life of trafficking,” Morgan said.

Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas has maintained the border is secure.

“I have been to the border nearly 20 times, and I can attest to the steadfast commitment of the DHS workforce to secure our border, enforce our laws, and build safe, orderly, and humane immigration processes under extremely difficult conditions,” Mayorkas said in a Jan. 5 press conference.

“Let me be clear: Title 42 or not, the border is not open,” Mayorkas said, referring to the public health order that allows Border Patrol agents to quickly expel some illegal aliens back to Mexico.

CBP declined to provide a comment to The Epoch Times on the increase in deaths.

    Deadly Brooks County
In south Texas, Brooks County sheriff’s deputy Don White of Remote Wildlands Search and Recovery volunteers his time to search for the injured and dead. Most often, he says, he finds males, aged 19 to 40, from Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, or El Salvador.

During 2022, he found 91 bodies—a decrease over the record-breaking previous year of 119. In comparison, 34 bodies were found in 2020.Brooks County Sheriff Benny Martinez estimates that for every body they find, another 5 to 10 are never recovered.

“I’ve spoken to a lot of mothers over the telephone, or they’ve been here in my office, crying for their loved ones that have been lost for 10, 15 years,” Martinez, a Democrat, said in an earlier interview.

“Our terrain is real sandy. We’re about 100 foot above sea level. So once that sand starts going over that body, and that body starts getting torn apart by the feral hog, by the coyote … the only time it’s recovered is when they’re moving cattle and they turn the soil over… [and] a skull would pop up, or something. Body parts would pop up. That’s how we’re going to find out that something laid there for a while. I mean, what is compassionate about that?”

In Kinney County, southwest Texas, the sheriff used to handle one or two deceased illegal immigrants per year.

In 2021, the county dealt with 17 bodies, and 10 in 2022. In one case, the county judge had to leave a county meeting to officially pronounce dead the body of an illegal alien found on his own ranch.

“The thing is, it’s 17 bodies in a small county,” Sheriff Brad Coe told The Epoch Times in December. Kinney County sits on the border with Mexico and has a population of about 3,600 people.

“Brooks County will always lead the state in the number of dead, but for us here, 17 was an astronomical number when we’re used to one or two.” "
