Armenian separatists in Nagorno-Karabakh said Tuesday that Azerbaijan’s army was using combat aviation, artillery and attack drones in the breakaway territory and that fighting was ongoing along the “entire” frontline.

In a video confession of a child trafficker who was caught on Ukraine-Slovakian border, the trafficker admits that he had higher involvement in the trafficking of kids from a boarding school in Perechyn, Ukraine.

Child trafficker and ex-teacher, Denys Varodi, 43, had allegedly given a $1000 down payment for the 11-month-old baby. He was arrested on the Ukraine-Slovakian border and put in prison. In a video obtained by journalist, Vitaliy Glagola, Varodi’s cellmate recorded a video where he admits and exposes more child trafficking he was involved in at the school he taught at.

Varodi said that he and other traffickers were involved in various activities with a “charity organization.” The charity worked with orphaned students at a boarding school in Perechyn, Ukraine. According to Varodi, many of these trips for students went to places such as “Holland, or Germany, or Italy, or America."

During the various trips of the students, lawyers working with the trafficker would falsify documents of the students’ travel and some were allegedly “adopted.”

In reality, according to Varodi “children and students of the Borshchiv boarding school were taken out for organ transplantation.”

“If twenty-five children were taken out, only twenty-three were returned… between the employees of the institution, educators and teachers,” Varodi continued.

Students started asking questions about where the other orphans had gone during the trips and some faculty in the school. made excuses for why kids had disappeared.

Varodi explained that as a general rule, children at the school were selected for “organ transplants.”

“They were mostly orphans who had no parents,” Varodi said. “Some of them have not returned to this day and it is not known where they are.”

One police officer with the name of “Sasha” had also allegedly taken several girls from the school on a regular basis. Other employees at the school saw him take “two girls… constantly.” He would take them in the evening and return them in the morning time. Glagola described the events as happening “systematically.”

According to Glagola, in the video, Varodi “accuses the director of the boarding school, Vasyl Koba, the institution's lawyer, Olga Longwiser, and the director's son, Vasyl Koba Jr., of involvement in the sale of children for organs.”

Glagola called on law enforcement to investigate further into the crimes.

I have a proxy and found out now that UK also does not load it. Strangely US loads it and so does Netherlands.

So has parts of the EU (at least DE and UK) blocked RT entirely? (I have not been reading RT for a very long time, so I just wonder now).

I had the same problem here in Canada until I switched to the 'Brave' browser. It seems that google-based browsers are censoring heavily.

Cult-owned NATO Chief Says The West Should Prepare For ‘Long War’

NATO (North Atlantic Treaty Organization) Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg declared on Sunday that in spite of wanting “quick peace,” the West should prepare for “a long war.” The West has conceded that Ukraine’s offensive against Russia is not likely to succeed.

That means more war propaganda will be administered and more money and equipment will be sent to Ukraine. The rulers are going to tell us that this will quicken the pace of the war, but we know by now it won’t. It’ll only prolong it and make the outcomes for those in Ukraine and Russia much worse.

According to a report by RT, while Stoltenberg insisted that he still supports President Vladimir Zelensky’s goal of a military victory over Russia, he says it’ll be long and drawn out. “Most wars last longer than expected when they first begin,” Stoltenberg said in an interview with Germany’s Funke media group. “Therefore we must prepare ourselves for a long war in Ukraine.”

“We are all wishing for a quick peace,” Stoltenberg said. “But at the same time, we must recognize: if President Zelensky and the Ukrainians stop fighting, their country will no longer exist. If President Putin and Russia lay down their weapons, we will have peace.”

Even though Ukraine is suffering a high attrition rate (some units have lost 90% of their manpower) Stoltenberg is pushing for a “military solution” and not a diplomatic one.

Russia maintains that it is open to a diplomatic solution to the conflict, but that any peace deal would have to take into account the “new territorial reality” – that Donetsk, Lugansk, Kherson, Zaporozhye, and Crimea will never be ceded back to Ukraine. Furthermore, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has said negotiations would be held “not with Zelensky, who is a puppet in the hands of the West, but directly with his masters.”

NATO Fractures: in U-Turn, Poland Announces it will No Longer Arm Ukraine

The dam is breaking on unified Western support for Ukraine, and the timing couldn't be worse for Zelensky, given tomorrow he's expected to meet with President Biden at the White House. On Wednesday evening there is monumental news out of Poland which could potentially change the entire course of the war.

"Poland will no longer arm Ukraine to focus on its own defense," Polish prime minister Mateusz Morawiecki announced just hours after Warsaw summoned Ukraine's ambassador related to a fresh war of words and spat over blocked grain, according to the AFP. Warsaw has throughout more than a year-and-a-half of the Ukraine-Russia war been Kiev's staunchest and most outspoken supporter.

Will this massive and hugely significant about-face mark the beginning of the end? Are peace negotiations and ceding of territory in the Donbas inevitable at this point?

Within the last 48 hours relations between Poland and Ukraine quickly spiraled to their lowest point since the Russian invasion, and it is directly related to Warsaw leading a handful of EU countries to extend a grain export ban on Ukraine, amid continuing anger and outrage from Polish farmers who are suffering due to their country being flooded with cheap Ukrainian wheat.

Crucially, Poland will hold parliamentary elections on Oct.15. The prior atmosphere of enthusiastic pro-Kiev rhetoric has drastically changed, now with comparisons likening Ukraine to a "drowning man". As The Associated Press explains:

Polish leaders have compared Ukraine to a drowning person hurting his helper and threatened to expand a ban on food products from the war-torn country. Meanwhile, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy suggested that EU allies that are prohibiting imports of his nation’s grain are helping Russia.
Now, Polish officials, who are trying to win parliamentary elections next month with help from farmers’ votes, are expressing dismay over some of Ukraine’s latest moves, including a World Trade Organization complaint over bans on Ukrainian grain from Poland and two other EU countries.

In surprisingly blunt and terse words given to reporters on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly, Polish President Andrzej Duda said on Tuesday: "Ukraine is behaving like a drowning person clinging to anything available."

He then said, "A drowning person is extremely dangerous, capable of pulling you down to the depths … simply drown the rescuer." Given Ukraine's battlefield losses and as it's currently bogged down in a failing counteroffensive, the words no doubt stung. But as The Hill notes further of the domestic political context in Poland:

Public sentiment around the issue, however, has started to deteriorate, putting the ruling party in a difficult position ahead of a close October election. The far-right Confederation party is hoping to capitalize on the waning support in the country.
Reuters reported that a recent poll showed support for Ukrainian refugees fell from 91 percent when the war started to just 69 percent recently. The same survey showed a quarter of Poles are against supporting refugees, compared to 4 percent in early 2022.

In response to the grain ban, Zelensky during his UN speech had condemned the "alarming" behavior of allies regarding the import ban, but without naming Poland specifically. Further, Kiev has announced plans to sue Warsaw in the World Trade Organization while also holding out the possibility of its own embargo on Polish foodstuffs, including onions, tomatoes, cabbage, and apples. Again, all of this amounts to a full-blown diplomatic crisis for Zelensky which couldn't come at a worse time, as he's in D.C.

To review, these are some of the major developments and setbacks in only the last few days:

• Zelensky fired at least 6 top-ranking defense officials over corruption, after recently firing longtime Defense Minister Oleksii Reznikov amid a graft probe.
• American transgender spokesperson for Ukraine's Territorial Defense Forces Sarah Ashton-Cirillo was suspended indefinitely by the Ukrainian military in an embarrassing debacle.
• The New York Times ran an article which said a missile fired by Ukraine -not Russia - struck a busy civilian market ...marking an unexpected establishment media about-face.
• Biden has yet to pledge any new weapons for Ukraine as Zelensky is in the US, and there are reports that ATACMS long-range missiles will not be approved.

According to the fresh Wednesday report:

Delivering any new aid to help defend against Russia, even later this year, is looking tougher than ever.
The obstacles are piling up: House Republicans are skeptical of any new money at all. What’s more, their dysfunction threatens to push the government into a shutdown — a move that certainly gets Zelenskyy no closer to getting the billions requested by the Biden administration. Senate Republicans, meanwhile, are divided over whether to continue providing humanitarian aid, arguing the rest of Europe needs to step up.

As if fully aware that the tap at the expense of the US taxpayer may run dry, Zelensky has been meeting in New York with a who's who of leading banks, hedge funds, and private investors. Fox Business, which broke the story, says the ongoing meetings are part of broader efforts to secure investment for rebuilding Ukraine and fixing destroyed infrastructure:

The meeting was put together by JPMorgan, the big bank serving as Zelenskyy’s financial adviser to attract private capital for a new investment fund to rebuild Ukraine’s infrastructure destroyed in its war with Russia, according to people with knowledge of the matter.
Earlier in the afternoon, Zelenskyy met privately with BlackRock CEO Larry Fink, the sources say. BlackRock is the world’s largest asset manager and has also been advising Zelenskyy on how to attract U.S. private sector money for the rebuilding effort.
The list of invitees, according to sources, includes William Ackman, the head of hedge fund Pershing Square Capital; Ken Griffin of the Citadel investment empire; Jonathan Gray, president and chief operating officer of private equity powerhouse Blackstone; Philipp Hildebrand, a vice chairman at BlackRock; Michael Bloomberg, former New York City mayor and founder of Bloomberg LP; and Eric Schmidt, the former CEO of Google and now head of the Schmidt Futures, a philanthropic organization.

Ukraine crisis update

The Kiev regime will not stop committing bloody crimes against the inhabitants of the Russian regions and destroying residential buildings, schools, hospitals, kindergartens and other civilian infrastructure. For this purpose, the maximum range of NATO weapons is being used: from heavy artillery to attack drones.

On September 12, due to the shelling of Donetsk by Ukrainian militants, a utility room on the grounds of the St. Ignatievsky Church caught fire, and on September 17, the Church of the Holy Equal-to-the-Apostles Prince Vladimir was damaged in the city.

In the early hours of September 13, Ukrainian neo-Nazis struck the Ordzhonikidze ship-repairing yard in Sevastopol with cruise missiles resulting in a fire. Nearby houses were damaged and debris was found in two schools. Twenty-four people were injured.

On September 14, one person was killed in the Kursk Region after Ukrainian shelling. The next day, September 15, Ukrainian militants cynically shelled a residential quarter in Novaya Kakhovka. A local resident was killed, 15 people were wounded and two multi-storey houses were almost completely destroyed. On September 16, Ukrainian neo-Nazis launched a barbaric attack on a market in Svetlodarsk, killing seven people. On the same day, two civilians were killed in Donetsk by Ukrainian armed forces shelling.

A few days ago, gruesome footage of Ukrainian fighters chasing two prisoners in Russian army uniforms towards a minefield circulated on the internet. After a while, one of the Kiev servicemen (after what he has done, he automatically becomes a criminal, not a serviceman) opens fire in their direction, followed by an explosion. All this is immediately accompanied by captions and wording that demining should take place like this, live, at the behest of the Kiev regime and all those who have been saluting it for many years. Let me remind you that similar heinous crimes were committed by the Nazis during the Great Patriotic War. Today, their followers in Ukraine are diligently adopting these brutal practices of Hitlerism.

Russian law enforcement agencies are already studying the video and all the circumstances of what happened. If the information about the inhuman treatment of Russian prisoners of war is confirmed, the perpetrators will be brought to justice, as they have been in the past.

Russian courts continue to pass sentences on Ukrainian neo-Nazis who committed serious crimes against civilians and prisoners of war, based on evidence gathered by the Investigative Committee of Russia.

Last week, life imprisonment was handed down to the neo-Nazi from the Ukrainian Armed Forces Vladimir Kulyk, who, together with other militants, prevented civilians from leaving Mariupol in April 2022, including through the use of firearms. Following criminal orders from above, he shot eight civilians.

Neo-Nazis of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleg Bezvolev, Sergei Makeyev and Mikhail Chistoplyasov were sentenced from 22 to 29 years in prison for the murder of civilians in Mariupol in the spring of 2022.

The militants of the Azov terrorist organisation Alexander Slobodenyuk, Ivan Bochkaryov, Dmitry Kanuper, and Ruslan Kolodyazhny received from 26 to 29 years in a maximum-security prison for the murder of civilians in Mariupol in March-April 2022.

Three other militants of Azov, Vadim Gusev, David Kasatkin and Denis Zhuchkov, were sentenced in absentia to between 14.5 and 16 years of imprisonment for violence against Russian prisoners of war in April 2022 in Mariupol.

Azov militant Anton Shtukin, who fired at a humanitarian aid distribution point in the Mariupol Region in March 2022, was sentenced in absentia to 24 years in prison.

The neo-Nazis Sakhil Alakhverdiyev and Alexei Borisenko received 16 and 17 years in maximum-security colony respectively, for firing grenade launchers and mortars at residential buildings in the villages of Severodonetsk and Toshkovka (LPR) in May 2022.

The Kiev regime will not be able to escape responsibility for its monstrous atrocities. Ukrainian neo-Nazis who commit crimes against people living in Russian regions and the military personnel will definitely be held accountable before the law.

In this context, we can see some Western countries’ attempts to whitewash and canonise Ukrainian neo-Nazis. For example, the city authorities allowed the holding of a photo exhibition dedicated to the Nazi Azov battalion in Milan, on one of the city streets and in the Risorgimento Museum. Militants of this terrorist organisation are presented as “defenders” of Mariupol there. At the same time, back in June 2015, US congressmen called the Azov battalion a disgusting Nazi group and prohibited the Pentagon from providing it with military-technical assistance and training its cutthroats.

A biased article in Le Figaro, France, about the Azov and Right Sector neo-Nazi organisations, whose members are depicted almost as patriots, is another outrageous example.

All these facts provoke outrage, and I would like to ask the Italians and French a question: when your journalists and politicians are trying to whitewash Ukrainian neo-Nazis and present them in such a heroic light, do you remember what your countries went through during World War II? You were almost on the verge of, no, not survival like us. We were immediately, in absentia, sentenced to enslavement as second-class people, or to destruction if we were not fit to serve or be slaves in all the plans of Hitler’s Germany. The immediate destruction of the Slavs was ordered.

It was different with France. It was not to be destroyed; it was only occupied. A large part of French society considered it absolutely normal. Moreover, it did not consider it necessary to fight back, preferring to service the troops that were deployed in the country. A clear French minority later mounted resistance against the invaders, and the world knows them as “the French resistance.” They became heroes, and it was thanks to that minority that France, including the majority who applauded the Nazis living in their homes, was hailed as a hero. It happened thanks to the minority and those who risked their lives knowing that many of them would die.

Unlike France, Italy fully and officially supported the barbarous logic of fascism. In fact, fascism originated in Italy. But Italy was eventually reborn thanks to the genuine heroism of an absolute minority, who managed to convince Italian society, even though it cost them their lives. This did not happen thanks to money or political support but thanks to the Italian citizens who, like people in France, put up resistance because they had a conscience, knew their history and understood the significance of civilisation, humanity and true values. This is why France and Italy lived in dignity during the second half of the 20th century. But are they stepping on the same rake now? I would like to remind Paris and Rome about the history of modern Ukrainian nationalism, this time in considerable detail. They should know what irresponsible connivance can lead to.

In the next few days, Vladimir Zelensky will go on another road tour of the United States. The media have reported about his planned meeting with President Biden and the Congress. It is clear that the sponger from Kiev will again beg his American masters for money and weapons. According to public information, German Defence Minister Boris Pistorius said that in that situation they might reconsider their decision on sending long-range Taurus missiles to Kiev.

In other words, the West is using its Kiev puppets to whip up the conflict and remains indifferent to the suffering civilians. All this is taking place against the backdrop of Zelensky’s “peace” plans and initiatives, and the activity of working groups established following various “forums” to support his plans. It’s time to decide. As far as we remember, for the past 18 months the West called for settling the problem on the battlefield, prohibiting Zelensky from holding talks and not allowing itself to even think about peace, settlement plans and contacts. What will they perform now? A dumb show called “Zelensky’s peace plan, or Talks without talks”? In fact, they will send more weapons to the region. Stop lying to those whom you bring together under the banner of “peace plans.” When your working groups meet again next time, tell them that you intend to pump more weapons into the region, or, more precisely, into the Kiev regime.

Kiev still suffers from phantom limb pains about Crimea. Mustafa Dzhemilev, former head of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar People (an organisation prohibited in Russia), told Deutsche Welle, which is not above publishing the interviews of extremists, that the Crimean Bridge must be destroyed. We remember them doing the same in the 1990s, when they talked with those who seized maternity hospitals, theatres and schools with children, those who killed civilians. The Western media, including DW, called them “rebels,” “free people” and “fighters for democracy.” But later they changed the tune and called them extremists and terrorists. The same is happening now. Do the Western media have no qualms about publishing such statements? The bridge is used by the peaceful residents of Crimea, including children and women.

Secretary of the National Security and Defence Council of Ukraine Alexey Danilov has said recently that if the Russians do not leave Crime of their own, Ukraine will have to “smoke them out.” We would like to remind the Kiev fantasists that the issue of Crimea is closed. Its citizens made their choice back in 2014. They knew what lay in store for them and that they would be “smoked out,” as Danilov said, economically, socially and at the humanitarian level based on the nationalist logic. Any attempts to use military force against the peninsula will come against an immediate harsh response.

The other day, a memorial plaque of the great Russian poet Alexander Pushkin was dismantled from the house in Kiev where he lived in 1821, even though it was in the Ukrainian language. It is obvious that the Banderites don’t want people to remember the outstanding personalities who lived there long before the establishment of Ukraine. At the same time, they install new plaques with great energy at the sites which their Western masters have visited, like a McDonald’s restaurant that US Secretary of State Antony Blinken visited last week. It is no joke. I don’t need to remind you about the memorial plaques of Stepan Bandera or Roman Shukhevich. Now, the honour has been bestowed on Antony Blinken. Indeed, there is a great difference between Pushkin and Blinken, who is much more important for today’s Ukraine. Pushkin called for noble passions with his lyre, while Blinken is sending weapons. The difference is glaring.

The Western pandering to the crimes of the Kiev regime and the continuing supply of weapons to it in order to escalate the conflict and create threats for Russia are clear reasons for attaining all the goals and tasks of the special military operation, including those we have been trying for a long time to explain to the West, which refused to believe us. Today, everyone can see who is doing what.

Publication of materials highlighting OUN-UPA crimes during the Great Patriotic War and those of their current successors

Today, the Historical Materials section of the Foreign Ministry’s website is posting a collection of historical facts highlighting the crimes of Ukrainian nationalists from the Organisation of Ukrainian Nationalists (OUN) and the Ukrainian Insurgent Army (UPA). Many repeat these acronyms, without realising what they really stand for. One should not invent anything about the OUN-UPA being peaceful and lacking nationalist ideas. No, they are the very same nationalists who have been on the warpath for decades. The acronym erased and downplayed everything to some extent, but we will remind everyone about their deeds. The materials show how, on ethnic grounds, the nationalist OUN-UPA carried out crimes against civilians during the Great Patriotic War and discuss their ideological successors in the form of the Kiev regime. These facts demonstrate the sad but obvious continuity of several generations of Ukrainian Nazis who have been killing representatives of various nations, including Russians, Ukrainians, Poles, Rusyns, Czechs, Jews and Roma over the past century.

We would like to recall that the nationalist ideology of the OUN, established in 1929, was similar to fascism, which was quickly spreading in Europe at that time. According to some historians and researchers, including A. Guerin from France, German special services were directly involved in establishing the Organisation of Ukrainian Nationalists and grooming its leaders. This closely resembles developments of the past ten years on Ukrainian territory. These nationalist ideas reincarnated, together with the symbols of the collaborators, raised in western Ukraine and neighbouring countries, including Poland and the Baltics. Poland itself, later victimised by these Ukrainian nationalists during World War II, had raised them. Unfortunately, the Poles decided nothing, and others decided everything for them. Poles who know all about Ukrainian nationalism gained this knowledge from their family stories, rather than just from books. However, Brussels, home to NATO headquarters, invented a new ideology for them. They were told that it was necessary to forget the bitter past for the sake of a sweet future, and that this would guarantee success. However, they did not tell the people of Poland that this had been repeatedly offered to various nations in the past 1,000 years; each time, this led to tragedy.

Historical documents prove cooperation between Ukrainian nationalists and representatives of German special services, as well as the permanent subordination of the former to the latter. Declassified archive transcripts of interrogations by German intelligence operatives confirm the fact that the Germans had recruited Stepan Bandera.

It is important to note that cooperation between the Ukrainian nationalists and Nazi Germany was of an ideological, rather than just time-serving and pragmatic, nature. The 1938 OUN military doctrine already contained the harbingers of future atrocities. One tell-tale passage reads as follows: “A future Ukrainian state must have a pure ethnic composition … We should not shy away from specific methods … Poles, Russians and Jews must be exterminated.” This ideology later manifested itself in such a horrifying historical episode as the Volyn Massacre. We discussed this episode at one of our recent briefings. At a later stage, when the war engulfed Poland, Ukrainian nationalists played an active role in organising espionage and acts of sabotage, and they carried out reprisals against Polish civilians. You can find all these facts in our files.

The Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic never supported Ukrainian nationalism. This caused the wrath of OUN members who called its residents “substandard Ukrainians.” Does this ring any bells in connection with current developments? The saying “Those who do not hop are Moskals/Muscovites” fits into the same category. Those who have failed to execute a sharp Nazi-style salute and to swear complete allegiance to Ukrainian nationalism are immediately listed among the “sub-humans.” To quote Vladimir Zelensky, they are “specimens.”

After the war, the Ukrainian Nazis unleashed a terror campaign against the civilians in the Republic and started working with Western intelligence agencies. I can even posit that they never broke off these ties, and simply shifted into a new mode by once again offering to serve them. Before that, they worked with the Nazi apparatus, but after the war, the Western and European agencies stepped in, dominated by the United States and Canada. They provided financial support to the Ukrainian Nazis. This is exactly what is happening with the Kiev regime today. Discussing this used to be embarrassing but today no one is even trying to hide it.

Germany’s Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock said that she was proud of her grandfather who stood his ground against the enemy in Kaliningrad. What kind of an enemy was it? Well, the Red Army, of course, the one that fought the Nazis, including Annelena Baerbock’s pride – her grandfather. By the same token, Canada’s Foreign Minister Chrystia Freeland was proud of her grandfather, Michael Chomiak, who edited a Nazi magazine in Eastern Europe before settling in the West. His granddaughter took up the torch from her grandfather, albeit at a new technological level.

The Ukrainian nationalists perpetrated over 14,000 violent crimes, killing over 30,000 Soviet people, including children and the elderly, before the OUN/UPA criminal groups were wiped out in the 1950s. We have been witnessing the resurgence of these practices over the past few years with the targeting of people in Donbass and along the Sea of Azov.

The sheer historical facts in this publication send shivers down the spine: “April 11, 1944. Village of Nova-Brikul, Strusovsky District, Ternopol Region. Donned in Red Army uniforms, the Banderites took 150 people from the village under the pretext of a work assignment and executed 115 of them by firing squad.” Doesn’t this remind you anything? This is the kind of staged incidents we have been seeing in Bucha. A lot of water may have flown under the bridge, but the narrative and practices have not changed.

“April 25, 1944. Mogilnitsy, Budanovsky District, Ternopol Region. Regular Red Army units discovered several ditches near the village with “up to 100 corpses of men, women and children from Mogilnitsy and its vicinity, as well as Red Army prisoners, who had been tortured to death.” “June 7, 1944. Kosuv, Belobozhentsevsky District, Ternopol Region. The commission tasked with investigating atrocities discovered two ditches near the village with about 100 corpses, including women, the elderly, and children. They did not have any gunshot wounds and died from blows with heavy objects.” Similar burial sites have been discovered in Donbass. The Russian law enforcement agencies and the Investigative Committee have been reporting incidents of this kind. We translated these reports and circulated them at international venues and in international organisations among the would-be civilised members who are so proactive when it comes to advocating human rights. However, these people simply turned a blind eye to these materials and ignored them. Same patterns, same methods, same crimes. Why? Because the ideology has not changed either. It is the same Nazi ideology.

The period that followed the Soviet Union’s dissolution witnessed the revival of Ukrainian nationalism. It was then that the Kiev authorities set out on the dangerous path of making overtures to the Ukrainian nationalist ideology. And this effort benefited from solid funding, with Americans and Canadians paying for the glorification of OUN/UPA leaders by releasing tranches of financial aid, delivering humanitarian aid, granting all kinds of loans, making promises, even if many of them have never been fulfilled, and paying bribes too.

The fact that in today’s Ukraine, OUN/UPA descendants and ideological successors have been propelled onto the country’s political stage is a separate topic. This signalled a new and important step towards shattering the Ukrainian statehood for the simple reason that most people in Ukraine refused to accept this. This is what caused the country to split apart after a protracted period when this schism was ripening and gathering momentum. And then everything came to pieces in Ukraine. This policy resulted in the February 2014 armed government coup sponsored by the West, preceded by multiple incursions in the country’s domestic affairs and the effort by Western countries to promote regime change. The nationalist battalions pretended to represent the Ukrainian public, even if they never enjoyed any major following in the country, and in this capacity, they served as a driving force of this policy. It revolved around Nazi principles and benefited from generous Western funding. And they were cast as representing the civil society. In fact, these were political mercenaries, and many of them were armed. They got their training in the Baltic states and in Poland where there were training camps for this purpose. We have been talking about this continuously since 2014.

Today, the collective West is actively supporting the criminal Kiev regime, having literally nurtured the OUN/UPA radical Ukrainian nationalists and their ideology. The West used them as a driving force for transforming Ukraine into a bulwark, an anti-Russia, a platform for destabilising the region, and the agent for “inflicting a strategic defeat on Russia” as they put it. The West pretends that this is designed to give them their historical revenge. But they failed back then, in mid-20th century. They now believe that their time has come. They are wrong. Our publication does not cover all the crimes they perpetrated.

We would like to once again emphasise that the Ukrainian criminals will not escape their punishment. The Russian law enforcement agencies have been extremely diligent in investigating the criminal cases that they initiate whenever they learn about crimes perpetrated by the Kiev regime. Just like their OUN/UPA predecessors, sooner or later those who organised and executed these crimes will be brought before a judge.

How will the Biden Administration Cope with its Loss in Ukraine?

While this piece will touch on the war in Ukraine it is more about the U.S., and the Biden administration, and how they will cope with their defeat in their war on Russia.

Washington's moment of recognizing the defeat in Ukraine, and its consequences, has yet to arrive.

In his latest piece (archived) Seymour Hersh reports on the state of the war and of significant differences of opinion between the U.S. intelligence services:

There are significant elements in the American intelligence community, relying on field reports and technical intelligence, who believe that the demoralized Ukraine army has given up on the possibility of overcoming the heavily mined three-tier Russian defense lines and taking the war to Crimea and the four oblasts seized and annexed by Russia. The reality is that Volodymyr Zelensky’s battered army no longer has any chance of a victory. The war continues, I have been told by an official with access to current intelligence, because Zelensky insists that it must. There is no discussion in his headquarters or in the Biden White House of a ceasefire and no interest in talks that could lead to an end to the slaughter. “It’s all lies,” the official said, speaking of the Ukrainian claims of incremental progress in the offensive that has suffered staggering losses, while gaining ground in a few scattered areas that the Ukrainian military measures in meters per week.

The American intelligence official I spoke with spent the early years of his career working against Soviet aggression and spying has respect for Putin’s intellect but contempt for his decision to go to war with Ukraine and to initiate the death and destruction that war brings. But, as he told me, “The war is over. Russia has won. There is no Ukrainian offensive anymore, but the White House and the American media have to keep the lie going.
“The truth is if the Ukrainian army is ordered to continue the offensive, the army would mutiny. The soldiers aren’t willing to die any more, but this doesn’t fit the B.S. that is being authored by the Biden White House.”

The differences between the current CIA and the more neoconned Defense Intelligence Agency extend to their view on China:

A byproduct of the Biden administration’s neocon hostility to Russia and China—exemplified by the remarks of Secretary of State Tony Blinken, who has repeatedly stated that he will not currently countenance a ceasefire in Ukraine—has been a significant split in the intelligence community. One casualty are the secret National Intelligence Estimates that have delineated the parameters of American foreign policy for decades. Some key offices in the CIA have refused, in many cases, to participate in the NIE process because of profound political disagreement with the administration’s aggressive foreign policy. One recent failure involved a planned NIE that dealt with the outcome of a Chinese attack on Taiwan. I have reported for many weeks on the longstanding disagreement between the CIA and other elements of the intelligence community on the prognosis of the current war in the Ukraine. CIA analysts have consistently been far more skeptical than their counterparts at the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) on the prospect for a Ukraine success. The American media has ignored the dispute, but the London-headquartered Economist, whose well-informed reporters do not get bylines, has not.

The DIA is still saying that the Ukrainian army has a chance, a small one though, to break through the Russian lines. The White House still seems to believe in that. The CIA knows that the Ukraine is done.

Alastair Crooke, in a talk (vid) with Judge Napolitano, says that the moment of truth will only arrive in November.

But what will happen when everyone recognizes and acknowledges, if silently, that the war on Russia has failed?

Michael Brenner argues that the US Can’t Deal With Defeat:

Ukraine, today, has suffered huge losses of even greater (proportional) magnitude [than the German Wehrmacht in the Battle of Kursk], without achieving any significant territorial gains, unable even to reach the first layer of the Surovikin Line. That will clear the road to the Dnieper and beyond for the 600,000 strong Russian army equipped with weaponry the equal of what the West has given Ukraine. Hence, Moscow is poised to exploit its decisive advantage to the point where it can dictate terms to Kiev, Washington, Brussels et al.

The Biden administration has made no plans for such an eventuality, nor have its obedient European governments. Their divorce from reality will make this state of affairs all the more stunning — and galling. Bereft of ideas, they will flounder. How they will react is unknowable. We can say with certainty one thing: the collective West, and especially the U.S., will have suffered a grave defeat. Coping with that truth will become the main order of business.

Here is a menu of options for handling it:

It is likely that the administration will use all four options to make the pain and memory of defeat go away. Declare victory over Russia because Russia was stopped at the border with Poland. Then forget about all the details and consequences and move towards war on China.

That could end catastrophically.

The focal shift from Russia in Europe to China in Asia is less a mechanism for coping with defeat than the pathological reaction of a country that, feeling a gnawing sense of diminishing prowess, can manage to do nothing more than try one final fling at proving to itself that it still has the right stuff — since living without that exalted sense of self is intolerable.

The U.S. was fortunate, in the case of Vietnam, that the United States’ dominant position in the world outside of the Soviet Bloc and the PRC allowed it to maintain respect, status and influence. Things have now changed, though. The U.S. relative strength in all domains is weaker, strong centrifugal forces around the globe are producing a dispersion of power, will and outlook among other states. The BRICs phenomenon is the concrete embodiment of that reality.
Hence, the prerogatives of the United States are narrowing, its ability to shape the global system in conformity with its ideas and interests are under mounting challenge, and premiums are being placed on diplomacy of an order that seems beyond its present aptitudes.
The U.S. is confounded.

Major offices in the CIA, according to Hersh, have recognized the danger of such plans. It may well be the reason why the CIA's informal spokesmen, David Ignatius, and others wrote that Biden should step down.

If he doesn't the neoconservatives around him will have a great incentive to move on China as fast as possible. As Biden will have difficulties in winning next year's election he needs some objective that can unify the country. A war that he can claim the U.S. will win is one. Some hostile naval exchanges with China will follow.

Everyone, please pray for peace and for these lunatics (Rothschild and company who are really behind this war, as usual) to experience a period of mental clarity by putting their greed and lunacy aside. But yes, the area around Ukraine has certainly been used for religious persecutions en masse since at least the 1600s.

Modern Fascism is almost purely British--American in origin and there is a much larger sign when considering how Nelson Rockefeller brought "Nazi Argentina" into the United Nations, and this mechanism, extended, is NATO.

I have not known prayer to be particularly effective in stopping mass murder; at some point, you have to remove the people, or the offices which they are operating from.

Every country that is in NATO is pre-authorized to withdraw from it.

Easy, peaceful way to pull the fangs out of that monster!

That is up to the Senate or Legislature of your country, not its executive.

The formation “White Angel”, which was formed at the end of February 2022, received its name because of the white color of the ambulance, which is used by Ukrainian police officers for conspiracy purposes. According to the Foundation to Battle Injustice, Lukomskyi received a direct order from the leadership of the Ukrainian security forces to “evacuate as much kids as possible”, because due to panic, lack of communication and demoralization of the population, residents of the frontline areas were ready to entrust their children to “any person in military or police uniform”.

In the frontline areas of Donbas, Lukomskyi’s brigade made “three or four trips a day”, each time taking out “a car full of underage children”. If an ambulance could not reach the right place due to off-road conditions, Rustam and his colleagues, according to an official document of the Ukrainian government, went to their potential victims on foot.

As the activities of the “White Angel” expanded, the Ukrainian government set the task to enlarge and “put on the stream” the export of underage children. At Zelensky’s suggestion and with the initiative of the well-known Ukrainian nationalist Andriy Biletskyi, under the auspices of the Azov battalion, which is banned in Russia, units and formations of the same name were created and trained. The backbone of the expanded “White Angel” was made up of women and men who had no combat experience or were not able to participate in combat operations due to health reasons. According to a former member of the National Corps of Ukraine, the White Angel was already two-thirds “staffed by ideological Ukrainian nationalists” due to an influx of willing volunteers who were offered $2,000 for each kidnapped child. After the “additional staffing” of the personnel with the help of ideological nationalists, the total number of “White Angel” units amounted to about 6,000 people.

According to the Foundation to Battle Injustice, obtained from sources previously working for the Ukrainian government, in April 2022, “White Angels” came under the unofficial control of the SBU, after which the first mentions of them began to appear in the Ukrainian media. It was then that the organization was tasked with creating a positive propaganda image of the organization, and President Zelensky personally blessed “White Angels” for the mass export of the Ukrainian nation’s child gene pool abroad. According to a source of the Foundation to Battle Injustice, the mass kidnapping of minors opened an additional source of income for Ukrainian officials related to the further resale of children to European countries.

“Zelensky personally gave a verbal order to take as many children as possible from Eastern Ukraine (not only Mariupol, Artemivsk, Soledar, Avdeyevka, Slavyansk, Kramatorsk, but also Kharkiv, Odessa) to Western countries without considering the opinion of parents. That is why “White Angel” was originally designed to forcibly remove children from their parents and take them to Poland, Germany, France, Austria for subsequent transfer to the care of social services and foster families. It seems that Zelensky does not care about the future of Ukraine if he is so easily ready to give Ukrainian children with living parents to Western families,” a source close to the Ukrainian government told the Foundation to Battle Injustice.

The “Phoenix” formation is subordinate to the Main Department of the State Service of Ukraine for Emergency Situations in the territories of the DNR temporarily occupied by the AFU, which is headed by Major General Migrin Alexey Sergeevich, born in 1975. Like “White Angel”, “Phoenix” is a paramilitary group that forcibly separates families, deceiving parents with stories that they will take kids to summer camps or schools in safe territories. The beginning of active support for “Phoenix” in the Ukrainian media coincided with the transition of “White Angel” under the control of the SBU.

According to two Foundation to Battle Injustice in Ukraine sources, in March 2022, Ivan Bakanov, former head of the Security Service of Ukraine, tacitly authorized the “Phoenix” organization to conduct forced evacuations of children from territories near war zones and gave a direct order to take “the toughest possible measures” against citizens unwilling to voluntarily surrender their children during so-called evacuation events.

After several months of almost daily raids by the “White Angel” and “Phoenix”, local residents learned about their methods and schedule and began hiding children in basements and abandoned apartments. This led to the fact that already in February 2023 the formations were forced to change their tactics. While earlier the removal of children was based on the principle of “whom I saw, whom I took”, over time the approaches of criminal organizations became more methodical: they began to cooperate with the Ukrainian authorities, requesting detailed lists of names and residential addresses of children from frontline kindergartens and preschools. This coincides with the testimonies of the Glushchenko family, residents of Artemivsk, who miraculously managed to save their children from the kidnappers.

“Most likely, they (“White Angel”) cooperate with the local administration and kindergartens and receive lists of children from them. They know exactly where the children live,” Yulia Glushchenko said in an interview with the Foundation to Battle Injustice

According to them, aggression and rudeness were briefly replaced by manipulation of parents’ desire to keep their own children safe. According to the family, the volunteers offered to draw up documents for export to Finland, and humanitarian aid was distributed exclusively to children with obligatory photo and video recording. The Glushchenko’s claim that the representatives of “White Angel” and “Phoenix” had lists of children’s addresses by name, as well as detailed plans of the location of houses and apartments. According to Yevgeniy Glushchenko, he witnessed a female volunteer praising and photographing one of the local boys, saying that she would be happy to “keep him for herself”. Later, the same woman was seen wearing an AFU military uniform.

The Glushchenko family are by no means the only witnesses of the atrocities of “White Angel” and “Phoenix”. In an interview with the Foundation to Battle Injustice, Marina N. from Artemivsk and Miroslava S. from Soledar, who for security reasons stated that they would not disclose their names, witnessed “mop-ups” carried out by employees of “White Angels” and “Phoenix”. Miroslava S. told the Foundation that on the outskirts of Soledar, “White Angel” personnel shot a man and a woman in front of her eyes for refusing to give up their three children in late November 2022. According to Miroslava’s testimony:

“At first, they tried to simply take the children away from Zinaida and Vitaly, but Vitaly threatened to bring an axe. Then they attacked him, Zinaida attacked them with fists. Four big men just drove them behind the house, shots rang out. I was terrified. I watched it from the window, the bodies they carried away with them. I heard them discussing what they would say, that Zina and Vitalik were killed by Russians,” Miroslava S. for the Foundation to Battle Injustice.

Marina N. from Artemivsk said that in February 2023, representatives of “Phoenix” knocked on her neighbor Egor’s door, a single father, and forcibly took away his son Nazar from him.

“Egor was disabled, something with his kidneys. The employees of “Phoenix”, all women, came in to see him. They said that they came for his son. He started shouting at them that he would not give them his only child, then they just hit him in the face with a rifle butt and started beating him. Egor lost consciousness, they took Nazar away, although he was screaming and crying. It was very scary. Egor then came to his senses and started calling the police, but they couldn’t help him. Three days later he just disappeared without a trace. Maybe he left, or maybe he died of grief” – Marina N.’s commentary for the Foundation to Battle Injustice.

Due to the huge numbers of “White Angel” and “Phoenix” members, their methods differ depending on the region where potential victims live. Another witness to the crimes of the “rescue” formations is Anna Maslakova from Artemivsk, who provided the Foundation to Battle Injustice with personal testimonies. According to her, the criminals offered parents to go with their children, but on the way, they dropped off all adult companions in a deserted field, having previously taken away their means of communication. Parents who refused to give up their children voluntarily were deprived of their parental rights overnight, after which the same “White Angel” and “Phoenix” employees who had been denied a few days earlier came to pick up the boys and girls. Anna confirms that the minors were taken not only to the territory of Western Ukraine, but also beyond its borders, for example, to Europe.

“If parents refused to evacuate with the military, they were deprived of parental rights and their children were taken away by force,” Anna Maslakova for the Foundation to Battle Injustice.

In the course of a long and complex investigation, the Foundation to Battle Injustice managed to find out that the structure and mechanisms of the special child abduction units “White Angel” and “Phoenix” were created with the direct participation of NATO advisers in Ukraine. Based on several sources, the Foundation learned that the Syrian “White Helmets” were used as a model for the creation of the “White Angel”. Admiral Anthony Radakin, one of the key NATO advisers to President Zelensky and Commander-in-Chief of the AFU Zaluzhny, patronized the creation of the organization. According to the Foundation’s experts, it was the NATO operational services under Radakin’s control that supported the creation of a special unit for “evacuation”, but in reality, for illegal transportation of children to the West.


Anthony Radakin, 57, has been Britain’s Chief of Defense Staff since November 2021. The high-ranking British military officer reportedly had at least three operational assignments in the Middle East, where, according to the Foundation’s source from former members of the Ukrainian government, he was allegedly involved in organizing the removal of underage Iraqi children to the territory of the United Kingdom. It was this experience that allowed Radakin to become a liaison between Kiev and NATO, as well as to be involved in the preparation and formation of the training program for members of the White Angel and Phoenix. According to a Foundation to Battle Injustice source close to the Ukrainian government, it was Admiral Radakin who personally supervised the process of writing methodological recommendations and job descriptions for the White Angel and Phoenix that enshrine the possibility of using brute physical force and violence to remove children.

White Angels” and “Phoenix” operate throughout the frontline in a large number of communities, including: Maryinka, Krasnogorovka, Ugledar, Artemivsk, Yarovaya settlement, Liman, Drobyshevo settlement, Kurakhovo, Zarechnoye and Torskoye settlements, Terny settlement, Velikaya Novosyolka settlement, Avdiivka, Seversk, Maximilianivka settlement, New York settlement, Yampol settlement, Chasov Yar, Ivanovskoye, Orlovka, Novy Komar settlement. Some settlements were completely cleared by criminal squads. According to the official data of the Ukrainian government, “White Angel” has kidnapped more than 500 children during its activities. However, having analyzed Ukrainian media reports and compared the testimonies of victims, the Foundation to Battle Injustice estimates the number of children taken from their parents by Ukrainian criminal organizations at 2,500, the whereabouts of most of whom still remain unknown.

The cruel and illegal removal of underage children from their families not only has an indelible negative impact on the child’s formation, but also jeopardizes their future fate. Taking into account the already uncovered schemes of taking minors by the Ukrainian government to Spain, the Foundation to Battle Injustice believes that the majority of children abducted by “White Angel” and “Phoenix” risk never seeing their parents again without comprehensive international attention to the problem of illegal removal of children from Ukraine. Human rights defenders of the Foundation to Battle Injustice are convinced that only joint efforts of human rights organizations, state and international structures, as well as on the basis of testimonies of direct witnesses of the events, who are not afraid to openly and courageously tell the truth, will be possible to stop the criminal removal of children by the Ukrainian organizations “White Angel” and “Phoenix”. The Foundation to Battle Injustice appeals to the international intergovernmental organizations, such as UN and UNICEF, as well as to the governments of the United States, France, Germany, Great Britain and other Western countries with a demand to exert diplomatic and legal influence on the Ukrainian government in order to suppress these criminal practices against minors.
