This could have easily lived on any number of related threads but as it originates from India I'll place it here for now.

Here's an impassioned anti-Covid vax (injection) rant from an Indian citizen

That's a great post there Jill and a much more accurate representation of what's really happening there, as tragic as it is, and far too often an occurrence in the poorer areas.

Indian people are amongst the very smartest when it comes to knowing how to protect themselves and certainly with natural prophylaxes. The government a few months ago approved and supplied home kits so it does again look like fearmongering propaganda being fed to the western populations, coupled with next-to-no actual journalism.

Mainstream sources have now become almost completely untrustworthy in every way imaginable around anything to do with Covid. I've kept them at arms length through the duration of this t0 date and there's no reason to trust them, at all at face value on anything, anywhere being supposedly reported. It's pretty disgusting frankly.

On a more positive note, the Indian government have revised their guidelines to include the use of Ivermectin. It ought to be happening here in the UK as well but the more worldly wise of us aren't really surprised that it isn't, for typically obvious reasons.

Any road up, here are the guidelines:

We will survive, no worries 🙏 I’m in India, you know and India has lived through countless calamities, invasions of power, famines and epidemics.
Anybody who has travelled through India in the past knows that epidemiological and hygiene situation used to be little difficult here in the past, especially in big cities.

There’s been huge improvement on that side through last 20 years or so, everyone who can have hot water in their bathrooms, computers, latest appliances of all sorts, houses are built with modern ecological materials and following expert advice of architects.

Kids go to school and work on computers or tablets and many schools give them for free.

Healthcare system has been introduced number of years ago so people are entitled to cost free visits at GP, scans or surgeries that they struggled to pay for under the previous transition epoch ( independence from British rule, tongue in cheek, still ongoing ).

The so called middle class grew exponentially larger through last only two decades, people tend to have “smart jobs” ( carriers in computers and business management, among else) , smart cars, smart cloth , smart devices.

Most are family oriented but money driven and social competition taking care of consumer market is the old-new norm,

But India is country of 1.5 billion people and this new smart middle class can not contain all in the same speed.

So there still exists residual poverty and beggars in the street ( though begging is officially prohibited ) and millions of people living under poverty line with insufficient access to hygienic facilities, medical care and proper housing.

Some medical experts had estimated that cross vaccinating whole population of India will take 7 years.

There is huge diversity of population and opinions in India.

No one is very brainwashed here I can assure you and people can and are used to THINK FREE about anything that is going on in this world.
They won’t agree with you for no reason.

Of course the media picture of what’s going on is largely overblown ❤️

It’s not that it all wouldn’t be happening but it’s sort of happening at other times too, without you have been checking it,
Yes more medical equipment IS NEEDED in many Indian hospitals.

Care is needed for those who are poor, homeless or disabled but it is India’s internal matter to tackle the situation and redistribute resources accordingly to prevent their own humanitarian crisis.

It is important not to let millions forgotten people die under the wheels of your million dollar cars.

I’m not willing to get more emotional because the bloody richest people jumped on their private jets and flew themselves “to safety” as soon as Covid 19 started peaking up recently, in case it all goes rogue (?).

We are grateful for all the oxygen tanks and international help promised and sent and if I was at the wheel I would perhaps, dare to admit that more help is necessary in that area.
If the situation unrolls even faster - it’s beginning of summer here - we all could end up in yet larger human catastrophe since fumes of dead bodies fill the atmosphere and are carried across the globe.
Brazil is also reporting big numbers of people dying in emergency.

This all pandemic situation could have one big wave after another , whichever we can’t predict.

There is no “army pressing orders” as some suspect or falsely reported, unless they guard traffic and human movements they never intervene.

We are obliged to follow social protocols such as cover your mouth in store but no one will kill you if you can’t do that.

There’s night curfew imposed in the state of Himachal but it really is only from 10 pm to 5 am and it’s up to you what you do with that time anyway.

Some shops shut. Most are opening as they can. You know in India people start crying “oppression” even if the “lockdown” lasts just today between 9 and 11 . It’s already something to make you think about life, yourself and who is running the show 😅

Nothing lasts too long in the heat, including lockdowns.

No one wants to let people die, I can assure you. In my genuine opinion, more medical aid and distribution of all kinds of essential resources to the poorest classes of society is needed.

    🙏🌟🙏

Well, we are receiving some initial international help with Grace 🙏

Sweden is sending million doses of Astra-Zeneca vaccine,
priceless as we are currently short of vaccines.
The UK, US, China and many other countries including the Czech Reoublic sent oxygen cylinders and generators, some portable beds etc.

    https://www.google.co.uk/amp/s/www.i...206-2021-05-03

Indian serological company claims they’re unable to ramp vaccine production to match requirements.

Numbers of Covid 19 cases are slightly lower than on Saturday but still very high ( about 368000 recorded cases from yesterday) and acute Covid related mortalities are in thousands per day.

Oxygen shortage in Delhi is also real, long term suppressed air pollution problem in big cities that due to high amount of traffic and toxic emissions and tons of dust turned the environment to “deadly zone”.
Delhites and other inhabitants of megacities all over the world got used to chronic respiratory syndrome all over the year, with or without infection insufficient oxygen saturation of chronic leads to many other chronic metabolic dysfunctions , fatigue, hypoxia, confusion, lack of concentration among the less mentioned.

I have started to think about decreasing levels of oxygen in the atmosphere years back and would there be a way to “pump it back” if necessary.

Planting more trees certainly fixes the trouble for generations but not unless we are able to reduce mega-infra-structures and mega car traffic.

I recall seeing an analysis of mortality in europe which tracke very closely to high pollution areas. Northern Italy for instance had bad air pollution levels.

Yes high pollution levels and resulting number of chronic respiratory syndromes in city areas is high but people in India -especially manual workers- often go untreated for years.
It’s humanly , catastrophic situation for someone like me and it always was but over the years, it’s on the way of improving.

Actually if you look at this huge pandemic disaster filling media pages with numbers every day, in my estimate probably at least 80-90% of those people have underlying condition , often chronic or undiagnosed that is revealed after they bumped to coronavirus and they end up in hospital.
I say 75% of those people probably needed some medical help before .

The same is true for the rest of the world. What has happened in the UK , especially in senior homes did not surprise many people , or did it.

They now want to impose another full lockdown in India, following Dr Faucis “best advice”.

The people trying to impose lockdowns are usually on the top and have their hands free while everyone else is stressed to the brim.

It’s not a surgical cut and we don’t have even full amount of medical material to cover the situation fully.

    It’s a difficult situation regardless.

    🙏

    Is this true Agape...

‘You're not being told the truth about India. There is currently a genocide taking place. People are being forced to take the vaccine against their will and unvaccinated people are being killed. The water supplies have been turned off for the poorest regions. This is genocide by any definition. Over 200,000 dead so far - over 3,000 a day are going down sick daily. Millions in India could end up dying from the vaccine and the covid-19 pandemic. ‘

Sorry Viking, this is 54 second video filmed in the street someone anonymous posted with generalised statement about “how bad things are”.

It’s not a riddle or objective statement besides that India is a subcontinent with at least 1.5. billion people and huge diversity of habitats and cultures.

If you’ve never been to India ( or say you were but on 3 weeks “guided tour” that absolves you from seeing people and scenes “like this”) it’s probably more shocking but that’s because you don’t know India.

The woman was taken to the van not “to receive vaccination” but because found positive of Covid 19 and will be taken to Covid infectious ward.
The kids and her qualify practically as homeless. They’re illiterate and difficult to communicate with about something “as complicated” as coronavirus.

From internal perspective it’s unworthy commenting on, if the author of the video was so concerned why wouldn’t they provide us with factual information.

There is political infighting going on right now and attacks on the PM for not imposing full lockdown and not handling this and that right.

I say shame on anyone trying to undermine united effort to defend just about everybody, 1.5 billion people, that’s not right.

India has huge many residual humanitarian problems to tackle, left over from previous centuries of endless subjugation and dominion of foreign powers.

    So what to do.

I’ve never been reporting myself while on my spiritual journey in India because most people including my late mum would never understand the truth. Of course I reported myself after that’s till it was possible or necessary.

My own status is obviously still “live”.

If the phone kicks in I won’t be posting either.

Personally I’ve got strongly discharmed with prevalent level of human intelligence/ignorance over the years and I’m just one vulnerable individual, not party to anything, here for a moment I feel.

    🕊

It could have all been very different kind of experience for me if not for what has happened in Uruguay and things that followed.
Some of it I’ve posted in my threads in the witness section. Unfortunately this forum is public forum. The people who were after me in some manner “after Uruguay” could be probably tailed as ultra-alt-right.
They’re certainly more dangerous than Covid 19.

    This all is also ‘true’...

Have India super rich done enough to help in the country’s fight against Covid 19

8 lions tested positive for Covid 19 in Hyderabad ZOO

If you put only two words to the google search such as ‘India news’ and click on ‘news” tab on the top of the screen,
you won’t miss the numbers, photos, and scale of the disaster.

Nepal is also experiencing high load of Covid cases, including outbreak at Mt Everest camp, they are also short of vaccines and essentially shutting their borders again till the situation outlasts itself.

    The BBC undercover report:

India’s Covid crisis: rural hospitals unable to cope

Clearly the situation is worse in some of the vast rural areas and states of India running low on medical personnel and equipments.

Overall case load curve is still very high, 400 000 new cases of Covid infections but recovery rate is almost 75%, if 4000 people die per day it’s almost 1% mortality rate.

Most mathematical predictions based in cluster theory of social dynamics and inter-feedback between diverse groups/parts of society and viral spread sheet ( remember the movie Andromeda strain ?) suggest there may be another bigger wave of infections coming up,
    both nationally and internationally.

We can’t know that exactly NOW. It seems we have reached certain new platform with the virus load as of the moment that continues to propagate in steady velocity.

Even with all vaccination effort available it’s fairly impossible to say how long does it take to end this epidemics, globally.

Flag of India COVID-19 in India

The Covid outbreak in the neighbor states of Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and Maharashtra started several weeks apart.

However in all of them as soon as ivermectin was included in COVID-19 protocol the tendency changed.(graph showing reduction in 'case incidents' when Ivermectin was introduced into the national protocol, late April)

With the biggest respect Agape, Hugs x...
Citing the BBC for your information in regards to what is happening in India is no longer to be believed. They have over this last year (and many before that ) proved themselves to be totally biased in their information... They only show a one sided narrative which exclusively follows what the government (or who ever is in control) tells them to do so...
