It sounds like great news for those who are employed and being threatened they will
lose their jobs if they don't take the jab.

In my situation, it doesn't seem like I will be able to benefit from this.
I want to enter a business, not as an employee, but as a customer.

I know the business owner will simply tell me he will not let anyone
in who hasn't been vaccinated.

As it is not a law, then we have to sue the stores for discrimination. Or for asking a person to divulge their health records, which is not allowed.

I think the real point is that although store owners might be scared and say that it is their right, but it is not within their rights to ask about your medical history. Put lawsuits on all these stores that will not let people in.

Lawyers are gonna make some coin.

Well I will be putting this to the test!

I have just been informed that my workers will need to be double-jabbed in order to work.

Now here is another thing showing the great minds at work here - they will still have to take a covid test. But won't they now test positive? But again, I thought that the test doesn't work anyway so it is like a dice roll? Or do they just pick and choose the result that they want?

If they test positive they won't be allowed to work.

I have read so many reports and watched/listened to so many videos that my mind is scrambled on this topic.

(LifeSiteNews) – A Canadian provincial government enacted Orwellian-like emergency powers in the name of fighting COVID that allow for officials to detain or remove people without a warrant and seize personal property at will.

Under new health orders, the Saskatchewan minister may “authorize the entry into any building or on any land, without warrant, by any person in the course of implementing an emergency plan.”

The government is also afforded the power to “cause the evacuation of persons and the removal of persons or livestock and personal property from any area of Saskatchewan that is or may be affected by an emergency and make arrangements for the adequate care and protection of those persons or livestock and of the personal property.”

The new Provincial Emergency Order under The Emergency Planning Act was signed September 13, by Premier Scott Moe. The orders were announced by the Saskatchewan Ministry of Health.

According to the ministry of health, the new orders are needed to “provide for health system labour mobility through greater flexibility in scheduling and redirecting health care workers to areas experiencing capacity pressures and in the use of supplementary resources.”

The new emergency health powers allow the government to “assume direction and control of the emergency response of a local authority.”

They also give the government the power to “acquire or utilize any real or personal property that the minister considers necessary to prevent, combat or alleviate the effects of an emergency.”

As part of this order, the government reactivated the terms of a Letter of Understanding with the Saskatchewan Health Authority and a slew of provincial unions, including the Saskatchewan Union of Nurses and Health Sciences Association of Saskatchewan.

The Letter of Understanding spells out how the government can force the “temporary redeployment of health care employees to meet the anticipated increase in COVID-19 health care needs.”

Every person residing in Saskatchewan is mandated by law to follow the new emergency orders or face severe penalties or possible jail time.

The new orders came about after the government declared a “fourth wave” of COVID-19 spurred by the “Delta variant.”

The province with a population of around one million currently says 262 people are in hospital due to COVID-19.

On September 17, Dr. Saqub Shahab, the province’s chief medical health officer, issued a mandatory interim isolation and face-covering order as a stop-gap until the province’s vaccine passport comes into effect in October.

Moe recently said his government was “too patient” with those who have not had the COVID jabs while introducing a vaccine passport.

Moe’s words against the unvaccinated also included a line that, although he never wanted to “implement” a vaccine passport, his “patience has come to an end” with the un-jabbed.

Starting October 1, one must show proof of vaccination or a negative test to eat indoors, go to entertainment venues, attend conferences or large events, or participate in indoor fitness centers.

All Canadian provinces have for a long time had the power to enact such draconian rules, which in effect limit people’s rights in a time of emergency, but using a “health” emergency to do so is unheard of in modern times.

The province of Alberta also recently declared a public emergency under its Public Health Act. Like Saskatchewan, the government can enter buildings without a warrant or seize personal property.

Alberta Premier Jason Kenney, despite promising his province would be open “for good,” introduced a COVID-19 vaccine passport recently. He has also enacted new rules banning “unvaccinated” people from gathering in their private homes.

John Carpay, president of the Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms (JCCF), said that by “virtue” of the Kenney government limiting the fully jabbed to “indoor social interactions of no more than 10 people,” the government “acknowledges that vaccinated people are spreaders of viruses.”

“What evidence does the government rely on for its belief that unvaccinated people are worse spreaders of viruses than vaccinated people,” Carpay said in a statement sent to LifeSiteNews.

“Premier Kenney has joined Prime Minister Trudeau in scapegoating, demonizing and vilifying the minority of unvaccinated individuals.”

The COVID-19 injections approved for emergency use in Canada, including the Pfizer jab for ages 12 and up, all have connections to cells derived from aborted babies.  

All four have also been associated with possible severe side effects such as blood clots, rashes, miscarriages, and even heart attacks in young, healthy men. 

The list of FDA-recognized adverse events has grown from severe anaphylactic reactions to include fatal thrombotic events, the inflammatory heart condition myocarditis, and neurologically disabling diseases like Guillain Barré Syndrome. Meanwhile, the CDC reported a COVID-19 infection survival rate of greater than 99.95% for those under age 50.

'Liberals to Revive Controversial Proposed Laws When Parliament Resumes'

'If the Liberals’ election platform is anything to go by, several pieces of controversial legislation that died when the election was called will be reintroduced when Parliament resumes.

The platform promised to, “within the first 100 days, reintroduce legislation to reform the Broadcasting Act to ensure foreign web giants contribute to the creation and promotion of Canadian stories and music.” This was attempted in the last Parliament through Bill C-10. The legislation initially exempted user-generated online content, but that clause was later removed. Opposition MPs and Trudeau-appointed Sen. David Richards feared the legislation could unduly curtail free speech.

Such legislation dovetails with the Liberal promise to “require digital platforms that generate revenues from the publication of news content to share a portion of their revenues with Canadian news outlets.” Similar legislation was introduced in Australia.

Bill C-36 will be reintroduced to combat what the platform calls “harmful online content, specifically hate speech, terrorist content, content that incites violence, child sexual abuse material and the non-consensual distribution of intimate images.”

The bill creates new hate propaganda offences and restores the jurisdiction of the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal to hear cases on accused violations of Section 13 Charter offences. The legislation would also require platforms such as YouTube and Facebook to disclose their algorithms that filter content.

Nelson Wiseman, a political science professor at the University of Toronto, believes disputes over Bill C-10 and C-36 will continue in round two.

“If you’re going to do anything related to the internet, it’s going to be controversial because that controversy is swirling, not just here in Canada, but everywhere. Every government and society struggles with this,” Wiseman said in an interview.

“Whatever is in there, there’ll be debates over what its effect will be in practice.”

Robert Epstein, a behavioural psychologist in the United States who researches influence methods employed by Big Tech, told The Epoch Times that parts of the Liberals’ internet proposals are already proven failures.

He says that when Spain attempted to charge Google licensing fees for its news in 2014, “Google cut Spain off. That didn’t last long and then Spain backed off.”

“Australia passed a law two years ago giving the [Australian Competition and Consumer Commission] access to Google algorithms. That’s absolutely, totally useless. Algorithms are completely opaque,” Epstein adds.

“I’ve been a programmer almost my whole life. Algorithms are opaque even to the people who did the programming. We have large [research] teams working on programs—they’re absolutely opaque to anybody on the outside.”

The Liberals are also expected to launch another attempt to ban “conversion therapy,” defined in the former Bill C-6 as “practices, treatment or services designed to change an individual’s sexual orientation to heterosexual or gender identity to cisgender, or to reduce non-heterosexual sexual attraction or sexual behaviour,” including for children.

After the bill was introduced, some MPs raised concerns that such legislation could outlaw private conversations about gender and sexual behaviour between parents and children, or between children and guidance counsellors.

Bill C-22 proposed limiting or eliminating mandatory minimum sentences for drug crimes and some gun crimes. The platform promised to “reintroduce” similar legislation to curtail the overrepresentation of indigenous and blacks in the federal prison system. Two other justice bills, introduced but not debated this spring, may also be revived. These include Bill C-31 to allow incarcerated individuals with more than three indictable offences to apply for a pardon, and Bill C-23 to allow video technology to be used for jury selection and to make the use of telewarrants easier.

The Liberals will also reintroduce Bill C-32, “An Act for the Substantive Equality of French and English and the Strengthening of the Official Languages Act,” which, despite its title, makes French Quebec’s official language but not English.

‘They Need a Splash’

The government will offer more than recycled legislation, Wiseman said.

“They’re going to introduce stuff with a splash because they need a splash, because you can’t just go back into the House and pull up all those same pieces of legislation that never got through,” he said.

“The whole point of the speech from the throne is you got a fresh agenda here. That doesn’t mean that you’ve ditched the things that died, but now you’re adding things, things that are shiny, that are in the window, that are out there to keep the image of the government positive.”

“What if they decide to revise the Canada Health Act? That’ll get attention.”

Vaccination and health-care proposals fill the early pages of the Liberal platform. The document promised to revoke “charity status to anti-abortion organizations (for example, Crisis Pregnancy Centres) that provide dishonest counselling to women about their rights and about the options available to them at all stages of the pregnancy.”

The validity and implications of the proposal are unclear to Wiseman.

“Does this mean the Catholic Church loses its charitable status? And does it fit the allegation that it provides dishonest counselling?” he asks.

“‘Dishonest counselling’ is a very loose, meaningless sort of thing. … It will be controversial, because then you’ll have a big debate over different organizations, what it is that they’re actually doing. I don’t think it’s dishonest that anti-abortion groups, like the church, give counselling, [such as] ‘you’ve got other options.’ There’s nothing dishonest about that.”

In the English-language leaders’ debate on Sept. 9, Liberal Leader Justin Trudeau said there could be another election within 18 months if he did not get a majority. Wiseman expects the Liberals to make a second attempt at changing the Election Act before then.

“I doubt the Liberals will act on changing the method of election, which is first past the post, but they will make some other changes, including maybe the length of a campaign,” he said.

Among other promises are 10 days of paid sick leave for all federally regulated workers and an “anti-flipping” tax on residential properties “requiring properties to be held for at least 12 months” before being resold.'

“We could have put our foot down, collectively, and we didn’t. OWEN SOUND, Ontario (LifeSiteNews) – Dr. Rochagné Kilian recently resigned as an emergency room and family practice physician due to her concerns that the Ontario health system and Grey Bruce Health Services (GBHS) crossed ethical lines throughout the pandemic.

In a virtual meeting that included GBHS CEO Gary Sims and other staff members, Dr. Kilian asked Sims a series of questions about what she believes is unethical behaviour on behalf of the Ontario health system at all levels. Sims appeared to be unprepared for difficult questions pertaining to the ongoing rollout of vaccination mandates and vaccine segregation restrictions the Ontario heath system is championing.

Kilian estimated that 80 percent of the patients she saw in the ER during the past month who had inexplicable symptoms were “double vaxxed.”

Dr. Kilian relocated to Owen Sound – a small city in Grey County, Ontario – from South Africa after previously working in British Columbia. When she resettled in Owen Sound with her family, she expressed to a local paper how happy she was to live there: “Our recruitment to Owen Sound might have been by chance, but our choice to settle here was definitely not. Our four months in Owen Sound have been blessed. A little town with lots of soul, surrounded by beautiful landscapes, filled with welcoming residents and businesses, and exciting festivals, programs and activities. We truly feel fortunate to raise a family here.”

The first issue that Dr. Kilian brought up during the meeting was informed consent regarding the COVID jab and what she considered to be a coercive mentality of pressuring people to accept medications that she pointed out are still in “clinical trials.”

An GBHS administrator did not answer her question directly, but instead passed the buck to the provincial government and stated they do not have “oversight or input” regarding consent mechanisms presented to patients.

Kilian added that having more input into what patients are consenting to is something that GBHS “should consider,” especially in light of enacting the government-recommended vaccination mandates with their own staff.

Referring to informed consent and mandating experimental vaccines that been linked to thousands of deaths and injuries, Sims explained that because of the “pandemic,” certain procedural normalities will not take place.

“In a pandemic, some of those pieces that you think would be there [mechanisms of informed consent from the government] when you have lots of time to review stuff … in a pandemic, they’re going to pass mandates, and they’re going to pass laws, and they’re going to pass directives as needed to manage that pandemic,” he said. “And some of the things … will feel like they’re infringing on or taking short cuts … they are doing that directly to save lives.”

Sims then stated that there is a “massive scientific group” that has reviewed all the issues pertaining to the vaccines and their usage and rollout. This meeting took place August 23. Since then, the Ontario government has admitted that at least one of the vaccines pushed on the public has caused serious heart problems in young men, who are at virtually no statistical risk of suffering severely from COVID.

Dr. Kilian pressed Sims about claims that protocols of informed consent can be skirted due to an emergency, and clarified that the Tri-Council Policy Statement stipulates that an emergency situation does not warrant skirting protocols that protect the population from being put at risk due to medical experimentation. The Tri-Council Policy Statement is a Canadian guideline for the ethical conduct of research involving humans and/or human biological materials. As the vaccinations are still technically under experimental trial, they are being implemented under a research-based framework on the population.

It was Kilian’s opinion that the ethical framework is being ignored, thus health workers and citizens are being forced to take something against their will that is not proven to be safe or effective in the long term, as a result of vaccination mandates.

Sims reacted sharply to Kilian and said, “Nobody is forcing you to do this, you have a right to say no, but the reality is the government has the right to say that you’re not employed.”

“When the law looks at it, the law is saying you have the right to do it [enforcing vaccine mandates],” he added.

Dr. Byram Bridle, a University of Guelph professor, recently released a letter he sent to the president of his university that called into question the legitimacy of vaccine mandates, both from a medical and legal perspective. He stated in the letter that he is “confident there will be lawyers willing to test this in court.”

Dr. Kilian asked a final question in the virtual meeting about the claims that Sims and others at GBHS have made about the majority of COVID-associated cased in the region being among the unvaccinated. She asked if there was a detailed database that could be shared to prove this point. Sims stated that the vaccination status of the individuals who have been admitted in his region could not be released due to privacy reasons, but that the provincial government would have the information.

He then claimed that provincially, “less than 0.7 percent of people who ended up in ICUs were vaccinated.”

He referred to the “third wave” of COVID in Ontario that he said was due to the Delta variant, and stated that “it was all unvaccinated” who fell seriously ill at that time. The third wave in Ontario is reported to have happened in April and May. The vast majority of Ontarians had not received their second dose of any COVID jab by that point, and the province has made it clear in numerous places that a person only counts as “full vaccinated” for clinical purposes after 14 days have passed since they have received their second dose.

During the month of May in the Grey Bruce region, there were a total three confirmed hospitalizations with COVID-19. Five people in the region died that month with a COVID-positive diagnosis, and two of the deaths were residents who died outside of the county.

Sims said on the call that a minimum “80 percent” and up to “97 percent” of ICU patients with COVID across the province were unvaccinated. It is impossible to reach that number given the Grey Bruce statistics because there are too few people for calculations to be mathematical doable.

He then intimated that there will be great fears among pediatric physicians regarding autumn COVID numbers “if children start to die.” There is no evidence to suggest that COVID is dangerous to children in any statistically significant way.

Dr. Kilian resigned from her position while on the call with GBHS administration and spoke about her situation on the The Strong and Free TruthCast, where she criticized the state of health care in Canada. She expressed that care for the individual patient has gone by the wayside during the “farce that we have been living through.”

She said that throughout the entire time that the pandemic has been declared, she has only admitted two patients to the ICU that tested positive for COVID. She then clarified that this did not mean they were in the ICU due to COVID, but only that they had tested positive. She stated that her emergency department was “dead” throughout all of the declared waves of COVID, and that she took pictures of the official numbers to prove that they “had nothing to do” with lack of patients.

Dr. Kilian added that since the rollout of COVID jabs, she has seen a striking uptick in patients who have been admitted with heart issues and do not fit risk categories. She stated that as more and more people have received the jab, she has seen a host of strange events in her patients. She spoke of “people coming with newly diagnosed high blood-pressure, diabetics that was controlled that are no longer controlled – their sugars are either through the roof or they’re down in the ground … The only factor … constant that changed in their life was the injection of an experimental biologic.”

Canadian Doctor Says ‘Something Malicious is Going On’ After He’s Punished For Treating COVID Patients with Ivermectin

A Canadian emergency room physician has been banned from practicing medicine in Alberta after he defied the province’s COVID treatment protocols by prescribing Ivermectin to three patients.

In a powerful speech last week, Dr. Daniel Nagase vented about the shoddy way COVID patients were being treated in a rural hospital in Alberta, and concluded that “something malicious is going on.”

Nagase spoke on the steps of the Vancouver Art Gallery during an event commemorating the 75th anniversary of the Nuremberg trials. The event was hosted by a nonpartisan local group called “Common Ground.”

Nagase told American Greatness that he has been a doctor for over 15 years, and has been an emergency doctor for 10 years. Although he lives in Vancouver, he has been working as an emergency room doctor in rural underserviced communities throughout Alberta since 2015.

In his speech Friday, the doctor shared what happened when he tried to treat three patients in a small rural hospital with Ivermectin during the weekend of September 11. He blasted doctors and surgeons “who are standing in the way of life-saving medicine.”

Nagase said that he gave his elderly patients one dose of Ivermectin, along with antibiotics, vitamins, and inhalers—which set two out of the three on a quick road to recovery. But when health authorities caught wind of what he was doing, all the medications, including the inhalers were taken away, and Nagase was relieved of his duties.

Brian Peckford, a former Premier of Newfoundland, provided the text of the doctor’s speech on his blog, Peckford42.

“Let me tell you what happened in Rimbey Alberta, a small town couple hours west of Red Deer,” Nagase said at the beginning of his speech. “It shocked me.”

I started on Saturday morning in the ER, and when it came time to round on the ward patients, the charge nurse informed me that 3 of the patients on the COVID wing had deteriorated overnight.

All the patients were on Oxygen and extremely short of breath. The only medication these patients were on were steroids—a medication that will decrease inflammation but increase the chances of a bacterial infection by suppressing the immune system. That’s right, the only medication the COVID patients at this hospital were on were immune suppressants.

One woman said it felt like we just put her in a corner to die. We weren’t doing anything for her. I told her, I can’t speak for the usual doctors during the week, but it’s the weekend, and I’ll do everything I can to help. I offered Ivermectin. She wanted to try it because she heard nothing but good things about it. All 3 patients wanted to try ivermectin.

The hospital didn’t have any, so we had to ask Red Deer Hospital’s Central Pharmacy for the medication. They refused to send Ivermectin. Red Deer’s central pharmacist said Ivermectin was useless for COVID. He even had the Pharmacy Director for all of Alberta contact me to tell me Ivermectin didn’t work.

The Pharmacy Director for Alberta Health services is Dr. Gerald Lazarenko. Remember that name. He is both a Pharmacist and a Doctor. And he insisted that Ivermectin had no place in the treatment of COVID. So we checked the local pharmacies. And God bless that charge nurse, although both pharmacies in town did not have ivermectin, there was one pharmacist who would do everything he could to get some even if it took all day.

We didn’t have all day, my patients were sick. So I started everyone on the next best thing, Hydroxychloroquine which the hospital did have. I also started Vitamin C, Vitamin D, and Zinc. And because the patients were coughing and short of breath I gave them inhalers… Salbutamol and Flovent, the same inhalers that have been used for asthma for over 50 years. I also gave them Azithromycin.

Surprisingly by late afternoon, the town pharmacist finally found some ivermectin.

He couldn’t get it from his usual chemical supply, because it was a Saturday. He had to get it from an agricultural supply. He checked to make sure that it was the exact same Ivermectin a pharmacist would give to a person, brought it back to his pharmacy and checked it again. He then called me with the good news. I handed Ivermectin to each of my 3 patients with their exact dose of according to their weight.

And you’ll never guess what happened next. Within hours of getting Ivermectin, I got a call from the Central Zone medical director, Dr Jennifer Bestard. She called me to tell me I was forbidden from giving Ivermectin to patients. I told her she’s never met the patients, she’s not their doctor, and had no right to be changing the care of my patients without the patient’s permission.

She said Ivermectin was forbidden from the hospital. Even if the patients had their own Ivermectin. (Which I would have happily given to a relative so they could to hand it over to them), Patients would not be allowed to take their own ivermectin. She said it was a violation of Alberta Health Services Policy to give Ivermectin for COVID.

But that wasn’t good enough. The next day she called the hospital and gave me 15 minutes notice that I would be relieved of my duties. I told her that it was unreasonable. I had an emergency department full of patients who can’t be sorted out in 15 minutes. An hour later another local doctor came to replace me. They didn’t even want me to check up on the patients who I gave Ivermectin to.

Not even 24 hours after getting Ivermectin, two out of my three patients were almost completely better. They were out of bed walking around and all the crackles I heard in their lungs from the day before were gone. All it took was about 18 hours and one dose of Ivermectin. The third patient who was 95 years old, stayed the same. She didn’t get any worse like she had done the night previous.

I found out later that no sooner had I left Rimbey hospital, the next doctor who came to replace me stopped the antibiotics, stopped all the vitamins, she even stopped the patient’s inhalers. Within hours of my leaving the hospital this doctor even took away the patient’s inhalers, to help her breathe. The patients were not even allowed vitamins.

Thankfully, both my 70 year old patients who had immediate recoveries after a single dose of ivermectin left the hospital that week. I’d like to speak briefly to the healthcare professionals in the crowd: No doctor would take away antibiotics and inhalers for ANY viral pneumonia, never mind COVID. No doctor would do that to ANY patient with a pneumonia. Unless they were… Well I’ll let you think about that. We are remembering Nuremburg after all. And for healthcare professionals, I want us all to think very deeply about that.

But it gets worse, In my brief day and a half in the small town of Rimbey, I saw 2 patients who had recently been discharged from Red Deer Hospital after being on the COVID ward.

They were sent home with NOTHING. Not even an inhaler. These patients ended up in ER at a small hospital wanting help. Just days after being sent home from a tertiary care hospital with nothing.

There is something malicious going on. I hope you can all see the bigger picture. This is more than me having all my assignments to take care of small communities cancelled for the rest of the year. This is more than the medical director, Dr. Fraincois Belanger banning me from hospital practice throughout all of Alberta.

Just a week after giving ivermectin and then filing a complaint against the Alberta Pharmacy Director, a complaint sent to the College of Physicians and Surgeons, about the Pharmacy director for an entire province denying 11 pages of studies showing 0% mortality for patients given Ivermectin.

In study after study after study, 0% mortality, 0% mortality, 0% mortality… with Ivermectin.

And in “Severe” COVID? A 50% reduction in mortality with Ivermectin.

Just a week after I filed a complaint that Dr. Gerald Lazarenko was withholding a life saving medication from an entire province, the Alberta college of physicians and Surgeons forbade doctors and pharmacists from giving patients ivermectin.

We must remember.

We are here to remember.

Not just the people who died from medical experimentation.

We are here to remember the people today.

We are here to remember every single doctor, lawyer, and medical ethicist that sits on the board of the BC college who is investigating Dr. Charles Hoffe for speakng the truth.

We are here to remember every doctor who stopped patients from having a live saving medication.

And what for? To boost mortality? To create an ICU “crisis”? To create a state of emergency?

All to push a vaccine?

We must remember, the people of the past. And the people of today.

History repeats itself.

Nuremburg will happen again.

We must remember.
