Its almost if someone that took the shot needs confirmation for their own ego and decision when they took it so they aren't the only ones that had something injected into their body that they have no idea what the hell is being sent inside that needle into something so sacred ,your own body. Even some of my own close friends and family who are very successful and intelligent never did any type of research at all. They just got it because the government officials say so even with their own inconsistencies.

And yes there is an all out radio and tv campaign to be part of the team, do it for freedom, shame and guilt someone into it. Every time I hear any ad my middle finger goes up even if i,m by myself.

The absolute coolest thing in the world being here in the Avalon family is nobody calls anybody a conspiracy theorist. We all take each other's message or comment and accept, deny, or massage that message into something more detailed or constructive. Sometimes it gets put to rest because there is nothing to that message and other times it gets legs and goes in bunches of directions. All of us from around the world corresponding daily with open minds making educated decisions and none of us call each other crazy for standing our ground. I can tell you there are many many not taking this shot . My educated guess is 2/3rds of the u.s. population has not done so but you would never think that listening to the radio , tv and news. Why else would they be paying people in Detroit to bring in those not shot for a 50.00 bounty. There hitting a brick wall of resistance.

According to official statistics released in New Mexico (where I live), as of today 60% of New Mexico citizens have had the jab. About a week ago that statistic was 42%.

I recently saw a MSM headlines noting that NM leads the USA in the jab. One was titled “New Mexico leads U.S. in race to herd immunity.” The other was “The unlikely state setting the U.S. vaccination pace.” That was on Politico.

    It’s surreal in this state.

I had occasion to go to the New Mexico judiciary website to find an order posted on the NM Supreme Court page. The first thing I saw was a short video hosted by a “justice” of the NMSC and the Chief “justice” thereof. It was titled “The judiciaries top 10 reasons to get vaccinated”. If you have any interest in seeing it go to www.nmcourts.gov.

The video depicts 12 people on zoom or something. You can see and hear each of them. All of them are judges, or involved with the administration of the judiciary in NM. Most are judges. You have to see it to believe it.

A few reasons we should get the jab are: we can be patriotic and not have to sing the National Anthem; having a sore arm makes you feel alive; you can eat inside a restaurant; you can travel; you’ll be safe; you won’t die ...... isn’t it nice how they clap at the end. Mind you these are educated people who are leaders, so-called, of the judiciary of NM. But, none of them are doctors, yet a few of them essentially give medical advice.

The woman leading the freak show, bottom left hand corner, is Shannon Bacon. She and I were law partners before she became a judge then went on to be a “justice” of the NMSC. The man at the top right who speaks last and tells everyone to get the jab is the Chief “justice”. He’s a political hack idiot. (I like Shannon but she has gone off the deep end.)

    This is insane.

    Edit: to fix link.

Just a thought, but perhaps "It's for the best" is being flashed on TV screens subliminally.

Yes, to all of those who've replied.

My real question was about the mantra. The Hallmark Card catchphrase. As an analogy, it seemed maybe a little too close to the "Build Back Better" mantra that somehow started to be written simultaneously into politicians' speeches all over the globe last year. Who dreamed up THAT catchy little slogan and told them to say it?

So it seemed to be a valid question where this new one is coming from, as well.

But maybe there's nothing to it. Maybe all these people really do mean it, each of them as a self-determined sovereign being. My suspicion, extreme and unsubstantiated though it is, is that there may be some kind of manipulation afoot which is near-invisible and very pervasive.

It's also related to the apparent personality changes that many feel they have observed in SOME people who have been 'vaccinated'. There are some very, very strange things happening out there.
Memory is not reliable for anyone really, but I do seem to recall an Aunt using this expression at the funeral of a grandparent some 40 years ago. I really don't think it is a new saying like "Build Back Better".

It was a catch-all to mitigate feelings of bereavement, eg: it could have been worse, the suffering is ended.

However, unless (The member concerned may say something about this themselves: it's not my place to share that here.) does share that original context I can't really say any more.

I am a little surprised you are not familiar with this phrase from the past though?

Will add a caveat that I have no idea what goes on on FB, Twitter or any other social media as I just do not look at them, it could be that repetition there is being picked up and repeated, don't know.

Certainly the constant ads on radio (re: virus) are full of downright propaganda and the amount of times they are repeated must have an effect (absorbtion) on many.

I found myself musing today that if there really was a group of entities that can feed off fear then this last year must have been better than any war, the whole world was sucked into it. A year long high via planet Earth.

Saw an elderly asian guy today, driving in his own car with a mask on, putting on a glove before he touched the fuel dispenser in the garage. Must be millions around the world in a near constant state of fear.

    Interesting points, Onawah and Ewan.
With Onawah's subliminals, well, that is downright creepy. Reminds me of an old type sci-fi plot, like the "To Serve Man" cookbook.
And along with Ewan's point of those being the words often times used at a funeral - well, when you put them together, Yikes!

(sure hope that term isn't being implanted in the mass psyche!)

I've always associated the phrase with someone getting sent to a nursing home.

If when this all began, if i saw with my own eyes, consistently that we had a real pandemic, a bring out your dead situation, and if all the doctors that stepped up and testified and all the health agencies were all pretty much on the same page, and if the thousands of celebs , tv notables and public figures, sports people were dropping and we saw this, and if the numbers needed no fudging, no joining up with other pre morbidities, no joining with seasonal flu etc, if all the censorship of good and credible people wasnt happening, if all this was real to me, id be wearing a space suit and first in line for the vaxx being it our only agreed upon hope.

Yes. There are some that can be fooled all of the time. And there are some that can't be fooled any of the time.

How do we get the 'some of the time' majority group to get collectively woken (and not 'woke' lol)?

But back to topic, "It's for the best" seems like a vague, meaningless politically-motivated phrase that is also maybe deemed psychologically effective, much like former British Prime Minster Gordon's Brown's beloved "It's the right thing to do" phrase/mantra.

I have had two unrelated people tell me "It is for the best". One of these people is my son. Just out of the blue they both said it in a conversation about the jab. I instantly thought of the Stepford Wives when I was talking to them.

Yes, exactly. I like how you said that. It's a kind of weary resignation...to pander to the existential fatigue everyone in the world is going thru at the moment. It's designed to make giving up seem not only ok but noble. And when you're close to giving up already, that might be the little push you need.

It’s a term I heard often growing up from people who had zero empathy or an inability to deal with emotions...it’s far easier to answer everything with “it’s for the best” than have to explain your reasoning and show compassion.

Quite often it isn’t for the best, it’s just a nonchalant get out clause that requires zero justification behind the statement.

It’s certainly something I’ve heard a few times too many during the last year, even with regards to wearing masks, staying away from loved ones, not hugging and now having the jab.

    “Welllllll, it’s for the best!“

“Is it? Why do you think that?“ (*cue tumble weed moment and blank stare as they can’t actually think WHY any of it is for the best)

The subliminal theory is a good one, there is so many terms being flung around that have no solid sense behind them these days.
I drove past a demolition of a property recently and someone had graffiti’d on the boarding “Please, Build It Back Better”...pretty sure it was tongue in cheek but then again it could just be Boris taking heed of his other slogan “Rethink Reskill Reboot” and doing something more worthwhile with his career now like being an Urban Street Artist.

    Hi Friends,

Among many other "classifications", I guess we can put people in to two categories:

    1. "Animal" human being;
    2. "Real, sovereign" human being.

By 1. I mean regular people, who live their lives completely focused on the material world, have no knowledge nor desire to learn or experience anything above material world. They are like pack animals, or a flock/herd of sheeps. Or we can call them unconscious robots who follow the matrix. They are not aware of themselves, as we all know, body is just a vessel, even our brain is just a tool. We are something else, something much "more than meets the eye".

By 2. I mean people like us, people open to spirituality, people who question everything, people who have more questions than answers, and even when you get an answer, you still search for it in a way. People who are free to live their lives as they see fit, who are free to think how and what they want to think, no matter what the "animals" will say or do because of it.

Now, there is something called a collective subconscious. What if the effect of that collective subconscious is much more powerful and much more obvious with 1. type of people than with 2. We are all subject to it, maybe the "enlightened" ones aren't, but I guess 99% of people are affected by it. While people type 2. can in a way fight that collective subconscious "programming" with their own will, I believe that people type 1. can't do it, they are not "free" enough in their minds to resist it.

That would in a way explain things like fashion and social trends, completely unreasonable and unjustifiable beliefs, using the same expressions and exhibiting same behaviours and thought patterns.

    What do you guys think?

    Kind regards friends...

    ¤=[Post Update]=¤

    Just to add:

What if that collective subconscious can be manipulated?

Many think that there are some non-physical entities running the show on Earth.

If they can somehow manipulate our collective subconscious, plant ideas in it, well than...

Just a thought, but perhaps "It's for the best" is being flashed on TV screens subliminally.
    See: https://oregonstate.edu/instruct/soc...a/sublmgs.html

    That's exactly what I was thinking -

Maybe a syringe with the words written on it - (and a smiley face or something similar for people who have English as a second language and might not instantly take in the phrase...)

I absolutely agree with you. My husband is type 1 and I'm 2. His attention is focused on watching the same programmes nightly on tv while drinking cider and I'm in the bedroom doin my glass painting and researching all the topics that are discussed on this forum . I long for stimulating conversation but it never happens. His brain doesn't want to go past the the point of what if ....I guess there's a reason we're together ..just wish I knew what it was..sorry if I sound depressing x

    Hi janette,

You do not sound depressing, just honest. That is the world we live in. I'm in the same situation, I have no one close to me (family or friends) who are type 2, all are type 1. I do know a lot of type 2 people, but we are not so close at the moment and don't have a chance for a nice and long conversations. I love my family and friends very much, but there is no room for any sort of "higher level" discussion about any subject, only movies, job, politics, sport, money, celebrities etc.. It pains me, as some of them have serious potential, but it is all wasted.

I unfortunately can't guess what is the reason that two of you are together, there probably is a reason. There is always a reason.

But I know one thing for sure, Avalon is an awesome place for stimulating conversations

It's always fun to try to label people as either A or B (or 1 or 2).

On the whole I agree with the gist of what you are saying, but it's not exactly black and white.
There needs to be at least one other category; those who fall through the cracks (or straddle both sides).

I was one of those people. I was doing my own thing after 9/11. Ready to be awoken, but still
    dormant.

When I finally woke up I realized just how messed up our world really is.

    So I believe there is a substantial pool of people who currently are in the 3. category;
    "Potential Real, sovereign human beings".

    Hi DaveToo,

Yes, you are absolutely right. The type 3 category (Potential Real, sovereign human beings) definitely exists. Probably in big numbers, and I hope that those numbers will constantly increase, until all humans become type 2

My apologies for presenting my view as black and white, I should have put more effort in that post

Than it could be said that type 3 is also like type 1 under constant influence of collective subconscious, but are much more powerful in battling it. And that struggle will perhaps push them towards type 2, or revert them to type 1?
