Last night Alex Jones of Infowars.com did a special broadcast regarding an October, 2019 video that they had just become aware of that was a panel discussion hosted by the Milken Institute discussing the need for a Universal Flu Vaccine.

The video clip that they played of this event was a 1 minute and 51 second dialogue between,

the moderator, Michael Specter, a journalist who is a New Yorker staff writer and also an adjunct professor of bioengineering at Stanford University

Anthony Fauci, the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases

Rick Bright, the director of HHS Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA)

In this short clip, which was extracted from the hour-long panel discussion, Anthony Fauci explains that bringing a new, untested kind of vaccine like an mRNA vaccine, would take at least a decade ("if everything goes perfectly") to go through proper trials and be approved by the FDA.

He would know, because he had been trying to do it for about a decade already by then (October, 2019), trying to develop an mRNA based vaccine for HIV.

But now they were discussing something much bigger than just a vaccine for AIDS patients. They are talking about a "Universal Flu Vaccine" that everyone would have to take - a huge market for Big Pharma!

Christine Dolan from CD Media was joined by Katherine Watt and Sasha Latypova and she asks Sasha point blank if there is any doubt in her mind that these shots are bioweapons and Sasha replies, “Absolutely not. I know for a fact these are bioweapons and actually, we should think broader. These are biochemical, radiological, nuclear weapons, potentially…because they’re designed and developed by the Medical Chemical Biological Radiological Nuclear consortium and ordered from those companies…

“We should have a more open mind and broader investigation into what is being delivered under these contracts. What is actually in the vials? Because that’s still an open question. We still don’t know what it is and how it functions, how it injures people, because we have such a gigantic variety of injury, we’ve never seen before. We need this information, we need to investigate it, because we don’t known how to treat these people. We don’t know what they were injured by.”

Katherine identifies Biden appointee, Dawn Johnsen, who served briefly as the Acting Attorney General for the Office of the Legal Counsel at the DOJ as the lawyer who provided legal cover for the Biden administration to mandate EUA products, by being asked the question, “Is there anything in the law that would prohibit this?” Instead of asking if there was anything that would give them the right to do it. Also, Johnsen classified the shots as medical products, when they are, in fact bioweapons and therefore, they need to be regarded in a different way.

Top government lawyers like Johnsen and others at the HHS Office of General Counsel knew what was going on but they wrote legal opinions that created a lot of blind alleys for those on the outside of this conspiracy. As Sasha says, “We allowed criminals to write laws and law enforcement guidelines for themselves, so what did you expect? That’s exactly the product that we have right now.”

Katherine doesn’t think that most people in Congress are aware of this or of how they funded this over the years and legislated their oversight roles away, “So I think the project has been for a while – and still is – getting them to understand what it is they have done without knowing that they’ve done it, so that they can take a stand and say, ‘We’re not gonna do it anymore and we’re gonna roll back the things we put in place to make this possible.'”

Sasha says, “The Department of Defense has taken over practically all of the pharmaceutical industry, through so much money that they’re throwing at it, through these OTA, BARDA-driven countermeasure exercises. They’re now delivering about 50% of the R&D spent on the pharma industry through this method and if you’re one buyer buying 50%, of course you control the whole industry. So now, the pharma industry is completely captured by this and they’ve done the same to practically all the scientific fields that relate to this. Academia was captured long before Pharma was captured…

“They just call it ‘dual use’ and start classifying the research that people are working on. And that’s how they capture it. And by throwing huge amounts of money at it. The [legit] pharma industry cannot compete with this.”

Katherine doesn’t think that the runaway train of the vaxx can be stopped until it is taken out of the regulatory framework and put into the criminal, WMD bioterrorism framework and this is what she’s been working on for the past several months. There is no halt point in the regulatory arena because it is not a medical product. It’s a weapon. So, the only stopping point is for people to understand that it’s a war, that these are weapons, that we are under attack and to treat it that way, in war crimes/treason-type settings, like Nuremberg.

Katherine and Sasha explain that the bioterrorism attack known as the COVID vaccine rollout has been coordinated by PHEMCE, the Public Health Emergency Medical Countermeasures Enterprise, which is the biomedical/pharma equivalent of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, which is to say that it’s a public/private enterprise that was set up in 2013, consisting of 10 federal agencies, including the Department of Defense, HHS, FDA, NIH, Department of Agriculture, Energy, Veterans Affairs. PHEMCE is where all of them get together and very secretly discuss these ‘countermeasures’ aka bioweapons aka “vaccines”. PHEMCE is where the funding gets funneled through and Katherine thinks it may even be exempt from FOIA, because it’s a semiprivate organization.

Sasha describes the Death Shot as the biggest crime in human history but she says that she and Katherine are not afraid of the potential repercussions from coming forward. However, as mothers, they are in grief and in anger that this is the world that’s being left for their children.

Sasha says, “I’m extremely angered and devastated but this can be resolved through criminal prosecutions and there’s mechanisms and…all these illegal laws can be undone, easily by Congress, as long as they start exercising their power that they have – or state-level governments can start exercising the power that they have,” and she cites the example of the Province of Alberta, which has now stopped complying with Canada’s federal mandates in Trudeau’s dictatorship.

It’s up to the state governments to say, “We’re not going to comply with this BS from the federal government, they’re criminals,” and they should start prosecuting them.

Florida has laws against bioterrorism and they can be invoked to confiscate shipments of the vaxx from the DoD across the border and they can immediately declare them as bioweapons, declare their distribution to be criminal and destroy them or keep them for evidence – and maybe then, once they’re seized for evidence, we can find out exactly what’s in the vials.

Karen Kingston is a biotech analyst and former Pfizer employee who understands complicated medical and biological contracts. Kingston also understands what it takes to make or defend a legal case against Big Pharma. She has years of experience on multiple levels. Kingston contends you do not need new laws to stop the CV19 mRNA technology. Everybody simply needs to understand the CV19 vax and the mRNA technology are proven bioweapons. The data shows millions have been disabled or murdered by the CV19 bioweapon/vax so far. Is it going to get worse? Kingston says, “Unfortunately, it is going to get worse. The worst is yet to come. . . . The FDA did have to prove that these were safe. Based on the information that they had in October and November of 2020, they should have never moved forward . . . with the trials. So, they broke the law. They knew it would cause all these disabilities and deaths. . . . I predicted a 25% myocarditis rate in July of 2021. I have heard experts say we may be looking at 100% . . . if they got two or three shots. So, it’s going to get bad.”

Big Pharma and government are allowing mRNA technology (the same deadly bioweapon in the CV19 injections) to be put into the entire food supply. Kingston contends this is to turn humans into trans-humans in something called “Directed Evolution.” Kingston explains, “Directed Evolution is forcing the evolution of humans to merge with DNA from reptiles, insects and artificial intelligence. It’s the bio-digital merger. This is what this is, and there are multi-trillion dollar industries around this. . . . There is a whole bio-data division in DARPA in the U.S. military. It is about merging the bio-digital with humans.”

Many have been calling the CV19 bioweapon/vax that features technology poison such as graphene as a genocide. Kingston contends it is far more than that. Kingston says, “This is not for the benefit of humanity. This is going to lead to our extinction. I just do not know why people do not understand that.”

Kingston demonstrates the electromagnetic properties of mRNA on a beef steak. The quarter she uses sticks to a part of the meat where the mRNA had assembled because the mRNA creates a magnetic field. (All patents Kingston has reviewed prove, without a doubt, mRNA is an electromagnetic device.) Kingston says there is no need to pass new laws to stop evil Big Pharma, government and food producers from putting this in our food. mRNA is a bioweapon, and it is illegal to put this in anyone’s food. Kingston says, “It’s not that you want informed consent about mRNA technology in your food, every state has laws on the books where weapons of biowarfare cannot contaminate the food supply. I think what is most important is that we seize these mRNA injections. Once we seize the shots and we get legal custody of that to show American citizens and global citizens what the technology is in the shots, then we can start shutting it down around the globe. Not just in the ‘vaccine’ market, but show this is what is being put into our food supply and why all of this needs to stop.”

Kingston contends the FDA and CDC knew early on mRNA CV19 bioweapon injections were going to cause a long list of serious debilitating and deadly diseases. They continue to push the mRNA bioweapon on every aspect of our lives with no end in sight.

Kingston predicts by 2030, there will be 200 million disabled or murdered Americans by mRNA and CV19 bioweapon/vax injections.”

When I recently found the work of Dr. Robert Duncan, I studied it with great interest, because I finally saw someone who could explain what I have been researching in the possibility of the nanotechnology to mind alter and control and even hijack the soul. I have seen things in people that I could not explain with my common medical experience, effects on their body and brain that mimic torture, like extreme stabbing pains, pulsatile tinnitus, chest pains, extreme neurologic dysfunction in previously highly functional individuals, rapid health decline, extreme fatigue in young people, the sense of doom and evil possession and more. Many people have such extreme symptoms but normal medical evaluations cannot quantitate what is happening. However autonomic nervous system testing and functional brain EEG’s show significant abnormalities. I was always explaining to people that this is a spiritual war in the first place and that the weapons used affect us in the spiritual sense.

It certainly seemed to me that the synthetic biology filament structures found in the blood have a contributing detrimental effect - not just on physical health but also emotional and spiritual wellbeing.

I read his book Project Soul Catcher Volume Two: Secrets of Cyber and Cybernetic Warfare Revealed. I believe every adult human on this planet needs to read this. It is beyond horrifying what our own CIA and other secret agencies have done to torture and terrorize innocent civilians. They truly are the agency of S.A.T.A.N - which happens to stand for their Silent Assassination Through Adapting Networks Artificial Intelligence weapon. Interestingly they also have C.H.R.I.S.T. program which is the Common Human Routines Interference Software Technology.

I believe the only way we can survive as humanity against this Artificial Intelligence Satanic rise that is happening everywhere is via information and truth sharing of this kind. How do you know that it is not that same satanic military intelligence that has developed the C19 shots? How do you know what this demi urge AI will not turn the kill switch on billions of people… after all it is fully automated and conscious? When Elon Musk said AI is like summoning the demon… and that humanity may not survive the rise of AI … what do you think that means? The 5G Network and GPS Satellite system with HAARP and other ELF frequency installations are weapons used by our own governments against its people.

Read the book and be informed. And maybe then the nanotechnology and synthetic biology will not seem so strange to you, that we have uncovered in the C19 vials and human blood.

I am reminded that years ago the very last words that Julian Assange ever spoke live on the internet were about 'intelligent, evil dust'.... his live feed was abruptly cut off and that was it...gone.... it makes you wonder if this was the last straw for those plotting our demise - and it was this that 'did for him' more than anything else else - 'they' have concocted espionage charges for his extradition but maybe it was the subject of 'intelligent, evil dust' that caused the real alarm... because it's central and fundamental to the Internet of Things, the 'Great' Reset, One World Government etc...

Then @7:45 there is a recorded meeting of the Department of Defence in 2005 talking about a vaccine and viruses that can change the brain and the way a person feels about religion (and spirituality...) named Funvax as in vaccine against fundamentalism the speaker talks about using it in the Middle East - in vaccine form or to be spread using a respiratory virus to stop religious fanaticism - but do we really think it would just stop there? and of course we had the Covid shenanigans 15 years later in 2019...
