Haven't watched the video yet, but in my opinion, time travel can only go backwards. as the futre is altered every second due to the decission every single being is taking.

then you would end in up "a future" as likely as you would end up in "a past" which may not be one you like....although every consceivable event could alter a future some of them would by sheer fluke just end. Oh look the contre of the universe collapses.timeline ended.
