I think what is good about this is that they are having fun fighting the mandate. In tough situations, if you have decided to hold your ground you shouldn't be overwhelmed by paranoia and fear of the consequences. Have fun with it, the situation is farcical make sure you draw attention to this. For me a life fighting for what I believe in is way more rewarding than being lost on some commercial hamster wheel. Many police and instruments of authority have some humanity, Hold a mirror up to them, humour and resoluteness can break down barriers.

Meghan explained that the federal government failed to use its own Hierarchy of Safety and Controls; it implemented harmful and ineffective masks instead of I-Wave air filters to reduce aerosol pathogens, which skipped vital legal steps.

Tammy Clark provided information about their successes using Citizen Petition Initiatives. She said that this method was used to limit the emergency powers of Democrat Governor Gretchen Whitmer by terminating the declaration of emergency at 28 days, and only allowing an extension of emergency power through the state legislature.

Many workplaces around the nation are scrambling to figure out the requirements of the proposed OSHA Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) on Covid-19 Vaccination and Testing, and whether or not they must follow the mandates they are hearing about. This article is an attempt to clarify the illegality of the current ETS promulgation, the statutory authority of the Executive Branch, the regulatory rulemaking process, the legal and scientifically-accepted hazard control process, the aspects over which OSHA has authority and jurisdiction and those in which they do not, the liability placed on employers for enforcing workplace mandates as a condition of employment, and the constitutionality of the mandates within the ETS.

On November 6, The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, with a three-judge panel, issued a Temporary Restraining Order staying the approval and enforcement of OSHA’s ETS filed on November 5. The ETS was found to have “grave statutory and constitutional concerns” with the Mandate. The ETS covered vaccinations, testing, and face coverings. On November 12, an Appeals Court reaffirmed the stay on the Biden Administration’s push for this mandate, therefore, no employer in the United States is legally able to cite OSHA’s recent ETS as justification for forced vaccination, testing, or mandating face coverings in the workplace, neither is any individual state OSHA agency. This stay applies nationwide, not just to the states covered by the 5th Circuit Court. Legally, no individual state may create a standard where no federal standard exists, so no state within the United States may legally create a Covid-19 standard with any mandates regarding vaccines, facial coverings, social distancing, etc. Until there is an approved ETS, there is no standard. Where there is no standard, there can be no enforcement.

We are aware that most business managers are receiving legal advice to act as though this ETS is still viable and enforceable. It is not! In fact, following the mandates within the ETS actually puts employers at a greater risk of liability! We are highly credentialed and in-demand court approved Subject Matter Experts on OSHA standards and compliance, pandemic planning, preparedness and response, workplace health and safety, exposure control, risk reduction, hazard elimination, employer liability, and the authority given to OSHA through the OSH Act of Congress of 1970. Mega corporations such as General Electric, 3M, Verizon, and Oracle have hedged their bets and removed their vax requirements. Amtrack joined this growing list and cited the court’s decision to halt enforcement of Biden’s mandate just as the railroad company had begun cutting services due to staff shortages.

Author Alex Berenson wrote that only 15% of children ages 5 to 11 have received the Covid-19 vaccine, despite a massive advertising and media campaign. In addition, there has been an exponential decline in willingness to take a third booster shot.

Japan Rejects Forced Covid Vaccines, Adds Myocarditis Warning to Vaccine Labels

Japan’s ministry of health policy encourages taking Covid vaccines, but the shots are not compulsory or mandatory.

Japan’s policy requires informed consent and is committed reporting vaccine injuries to document potential side-effects.

Japan recently labeled the vaccines with a warning about myocarditis and other risks. The health ministry is against discrimination and states,

“Please do not force anyone in your workplace or those who around you to be vaccinated, and do not discriminate against those who have not been vaccinated.”

Japan’s policy places responsibility for the decision on the individual receiving the intervention and is much more ethical than most western countries.

They also link to a “Human Rights Advice” page that includes instructions for handling any complaints if individuals face vaccine discrimination at work.

Here is how it works: In ALL the countries that are giving the pfizer and other MRNA shots, agreements were signed by those countries saying their citizens cannot sue the vax producers. But if you are a stateless refugee, you are not bound by any such agreements and CAN sue. So vax mandates are not being applied to refugees, because they have more protection than citizens of subverted countries that sold out.

Dang, that is encouraging news.. they pushed hard, I'm sure they were planning on many more caving in. At the same time, this has brought the potential dangers of all vaccines to many more peoples attention, as well as more suspicion of drug companies.

For the first time in a long time I watched a movie on Tubie which requires one to watch commercials. The only commercials I have seen before this are ones on YouTube when I watch on a device that doesn't get rid of adds. I was blown away at the the number, I'd say 80% were "get your vaccine" ads. Many were from doctors trying different techniques to encourage you to get one.(I wonder how much they got paid?) One pointed out this is beyond political lines, another had a story of one of his patients that refused a vaccine had died of Covid. All kinds of techniques to influence you. The remaining few ads were from the drug companies promoting drugs. One even had little kids in it for some kind of rash treatment. They must be really desperate. I determined that no free movie was worth the whole experience.

White House Chief Medical Advisor Dr. Anthony Fauci said that he can get more Americans to comply with vaccine mandates if they’re rebranded as “requirements.”

Asked by CNBC whether coronavirus vaccine mandates are “counterproductive,” and might make Americans more hesitant to take future vaccines, Fauci said on Friday that dropping the word “mandate” seems to make people more willing to get jabbed.

“Mandates – that's a radioactive word,” he said. “‘Requirements,’ people seem to respond better to that. They work.”

Fauci then praised companies like United Airlines for requiring or mandating employees to get vaccinated, and boasted that the federal government’s vaccine mandate has led to a 97% vaccination rate among employees.

In addition to rebranding mandates as the friendlier-sounding “requirements,” Fauci also suggested that the definition of “vaccinated” could be changed from meaning anyone who’s received two doses of Pfizer’s or Moderna’s vaccine, or one dose of Johnson & Johnson’s shot, to someone who has received this initial dose plus a booster shot.

“There’s no doubt if you want to be optimally protected, you should get your booster,” Fauci stated.

Fauci’s shifting positions on vaccines and masking throughout the pandemic have angered conservatives. After initially advising people not to wear masks, Fauci then became a proponent of mask mandates. Likewise Fauci promised Americans last year that ‘herd immunity’ to the coronavirus could be reached if 70% of them got vaccinated, before admitting that this was a lie to boost uptake of the vaccine.

With the new Omicron variant of the virus spreading in the US, Fauci has stuck by vaccination and booster shots as the most effective way of stopping the spread of Covid-19, as President Joe Biden predicts a “winter of death” for the unvaccinated. However, preliminary studies, including one from South Africa where the variant originated and another by Columbia University, show that the current crop of vaccines are markedly less effective against Omicron.

Despite being highly transmissible, data suggests that the Omicron variant causes mild to moderate symptoms in most patients, and is less likely to hospitalize those it infects.

In discussions about "Covid-19" and "vaccines" a very important and problematic concept is never raised. At least I have not seen or heard it raised. This is the problem of moral hazard.

The conscious decision by policymakers, medical and scientific professionals and providers and others (e.g. insurance industry, courts and Congress) to ignore the well-established principle of moral hazard plays a critical role in allowing toxic, deleterious and often deadly medical products to be placed into and pushed on the market. This intentional oversight also protects Big Pharma from civil and perhaps criminal liability for the harmful and often deadly consequences of mandates or "requirements" (a word that Fauci would like to use in place of "mandates" for the "vaccine") that anyone, much less everyone, take the jab and all boosters indefinitely.

Here is a link to a definition and brief discussion of the concept of moral hazard in the medical context. The focus here is on the insured (patients), the providers (doctors, hospitals...) and the insurer (insurance companies providing health insurance).

What is not discussed in this piece is the application of moral hazard to pharmaceutical companies. Yet the concept applies with equal if not greater force in this context.

In very simply terms, moral hazard is the legal, political and economic application (but not necessarily moral or ethical application) of the recognition that it is within our makeup that a person will do things, including and very often bad things, and take risks that we would not otherwise take if a person (including, and especially, corporations) believes that the effects, results or influences of one's conduct and risks thereof will not fall on you as the bad actor(s), but rather will fall on others. The risks that the bad or responsible actors seek to avoid include financial risks, as well as criminal prosecution.

On the flipside of moral hazard is immunity. That is, if one is immune from the consequences of one's conduct, then one (not everyone but far too many) is more likely to engage in conduct that he, she or it would not engage in if they were not immune from the consequences of their conduct. In short, civil and/or criminal liability will frequently deter moral hazard and incentivize a person towards doing the right or better thing. Conversely, where there is immunity, e.g., no risk of civil or criminal liability, moral hazard is not deterred and bad conduct happens at a higher rate. The costs of the bad conduct are passed onto others and the benefit are retained by the bad actors. Think, for example of "socializing losses and privatizing profits."

Those who do not have, cannot understand or are deceived by the information that the bad actor possess and are controlling, while censoring the truth, become the victims. If the victims had clear, unambiguous, truthful information, they would very likely not do business or otherwise deal in any way with the bad actors. But, that is not good for business for the bad actors.

In the arena of Covid-19 (and its so-called variants) and "vaccines", in large and important part because of the immunity granted by Congress to those involved in the development, production, marketing and use of the so-called vaccines, the very serious and deadly problem of moral hazard runs rampant. The control and profits are privatized among the stakeholders (in the broadest sense), and the losses are socialized among the multitude of victims (also in the broadest sense).

Immunity must be revoked and the principle of moral hazard recognized and applied.
