Ukraine’s Astronomers Say There Are Tons of UFOs Over Kyiv

Ukraine has used equipment in Kyiv to study the skies. The results are bizarre. See link to science paper below

Ukraine’s airspace has been busy this year—that’s the nature of war. But scientists in the country are looking to the skies and seeing something they didn’t expect: An inordinate number of UFOs, according to a new preprint paper published by Kyiv’s Main Astronomical Observatory in coordination with the country’s National Academy of Science.

The paper does not specifically address the war. However, the Ukraine paper is particularly notable because it not only shows that science has continued to occur during the war, but also explains that there have been a lot of sightings.

The Canadian government has a plan if questions about unidentified flying objects are raised in Parliament.

Transport Minister Omar Alghabra would lead the response to UFO-related questions in the House of Commons, according to documents obtained by CTVNews.ca. Acquired through an access to information request, the documents also include UFO talking points prepared for the minister's office and emails about a May 11 UFO briefing attended by his staff.

"(The minister's office) has requested a brief on Unidentified Aerial Phenomena, specifically (Transport Canada)'s role and additional pertinent information," reads a May 6 email to Transport Canada's safety and security group.

CTVNews.ca published an article on a UFO briefing former Canadian defence minister Harjit Sajjan received nearly a year prior, in May 2021. That briefing came in advance of a U.S. intelligence report on military sightings of "unidentified aerial phenomena," or UAP, which was made public in June 2021.

The National Center for Space Studies (CNES) recently held its long-awaited second CAIPAN conference, under the authority of the Information and Study Group on Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (GEIPAN), on October 13th and 14th in Toulouse, France. The attendees, ranging from the military to private researchers, represented visitors from 13 countries, several of whom presented what they believe to be among the best data and technical analyses involving unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP).

One of the oldest active governmental groups to study UAP, GEIPAN is a fully-fledged department of the CNES, as opposed to being merely a public desk, as expressed during the event by Technology and Orbital Systems deputy director Philippe Lay. The current head of GEIPAN, Vincent Costes, a former CNES project manager appointed to GEIPAN one year ago, said the goal of the conference was to provide an estimate of the situation regarding the current developments in UAP research.

The unprecedented decision to hold the conference jointly in French and English language is a sign of the times: UAP research has been blossoming in many countries like Germany, the United States, China, Japan, Spain, Argentina, and several others. GEIPAN’s decision to host a multi-lingual event came as a pleasant surprise for international representatives, especially in a country where language barriers remain prevalent.

The use of multi-languages also allowed for more comprehensive presentations of information by the speakers in attendance. Ongoing projects from the National Aviation Reporting Center on Anomalous Phenomena (NARCAP), the Julius-Maximilians-Universität of Wûrzburg, and the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics Unidentified Aerospace Phenomena Community of Interest (AIAA UAP COI) which made its official debut recently through a statement by Chairman Ryan Graves. Also presenting at the event was the 3AF (Association Aéronautique et Astronautique de France) Sigma 2 technical committee on UAPs, which presented its 350 pages analysis, among others.

NATIONAL, PUBLIC AND SCIENTIFIC UAP STUDY GROUPS: NASA JOINS THE CLUB

One of the most eagerly awaited speakers at the event was the NASA Science Mission Directorate’s Daniel Evans, who spoke about the American space agency’s UAP Group, which he will be managing. This group, presented as high-risk research, will act under the authority of NASA and will be lending its repertoire of instruments and personnel, as well as its international network of partners, all in the pursuit of one of its goals: understanding the science behind the mysteries of the universe.

“NASA is commissioning an independent study group to examine unidentified aerial phenomena,” Evans said, mentioning one of the conclusions in a June 2021 ODNI preliminary assessment which conceded that some UAPs represent a potential threat.

Hi, Guys, please listen up for a moment.

This thread is inspired by one of the recent 'disclosure prediction' threads that turned out to be yet another deliberate hoax.

This is not a shot any any individual member here: but I strongly feel that Avalon members should have a responsibility NOT to forward fake or hokey predictions or 'channeled messages' - which is currently happening at a rate of one or more a week.

We don't need this kind of nonsense in a climate of the times that could not be more serious. There ARE very critical things happening quietly in the world, and the real signals get lost in all the 'noise'.

Be very sure that this is intended.

Folks, I ask you: don't needlessly add to the noise.

I always wanted Avalon to be about quality rather than quantity: for people to be able to come here quickly and find a digest of good information and intelligent discussion.

Have there been any good predictions of “disclosure”? Can’t say, because it has not happened yet.

I appreciate and support the general intention of this thread, so this next question is only tangential in mention: what does it mean, that “disclosure” is nowadays usually understood as being about Big Government disclosing the UFO evidence? Has the word been hijacked, taken out of general use, to take pressure off any of the other many consequential secrets? I estimate that control of words is like re-writing history ‘in real time’. So who started this, this instance of word-basturization?

Canadian air force responds to UFO 'threats' by deploying CF-18 fighter jets.

While the Canadian government and military usually don't respond to reports of unidentified flying objects, there have been some recent exceptions, including cases where CF-18 fighter jets were scrambled.

This week, the U.S. intelligence community is set to release a new report on unidentified aerial phenomena, or UAP, the term American officials use for what are more commonly known as unidentified flying objects and UFOs. In the U.S., both the Pentagon and NASA are currently researching the topic.

For its part, the Canadian military routinely states that it does "not typically investigate sightings of unknown or unexplained phenomena outside the context of investigating credible threats, potential threats, or potential distress in the case of search and rescue."

UFOs exist! Secret document, the government does not want to tell us the truth.

This was recently announced at a UFO Symposium at the Republic of San Marino.

The Republic of San Marino has gone through the first phase of accepting the initiative through ICER’s Project Titan of announcing the UFO project to the United Nations. The next phase is the San Marino Parliament will be discussing the initiative as a UN event and New York office on UFOs. There is optimism that the San Marino Parliament will accept the initiative and announced it to the UN. It provides the opportunity to set up annual symposia for government agencies and an Office on UFOs.

UFOs exist and the scholars who gathered talked about them in the "World Symposium on Unidentified Flying Objects and Related Phenomena", the results of which were disclosed to the press today, October 24, in Rome, at the Cavour Congress Center. The congress has reached its thirty-first consecutive edition and the two days on UFOs took place on 21 and 22 October in San Marino with the coordination of aerospace journalist Roberto Pinotti, president of CUN, the Italian National UFO Center active since 1967, and ICER, the International Coalition for Extraterrestrial Research born in 2021 which brings together experts from over 30 countries.

The Symposium saw the participation of delegates from the USA, the United Kingdom, Portugal, Germany, Italy and Sri Lanka, who deepened the theme from a technical-legal point of view as well as military and political, without neglecting the psycho-sociological aspects.

The common goal of all, "to address the issue at international level and at institutional level, also promoting a different approach by the media". The ultimate goal is to obtain the aegis of the United Nations.

Roberto Pinotti explains: "The news is that after 31 years the symposium could turn into a UN event that sheds light on UFOs, specifying that for decades the initiative has united experts from thirty countries with the aim of acting towards institutions and the media". The UFO phenomenon, according to Pinotti, now has its own history and sees Italy in the front row.

The UFO as it is investigated today, therefore, is no longer a harmless unidentified object but, on the contrary, a phenomenon that is intertwined with current issues such as the militarization of space and the future of human society. For this reason, the scholars of the CUN and ICER do not renounce to ask for the aegis of the UN. Those who already strongly support the initiative is the Republic of San Marino, which not only has always hosted the initiative but is considering supporting the request of ufologists to the United Nations.

The Secretary of State for Tourism of the Republic of San Marino Federico Pedini Amati, told AGI: "The Republic of San Marino is proud to host, for years now, the Symposium on ufology. It is an event that brings many people to the country and attracts attention from the media around the world. A conference that is organized by Roberto Pinotti in a serious and coherent way despite dealing with issues that have always been discussed".

With a local legislative instrument of popular initiative, the so-called "Instance of Arengo", scholars have in fact asked the Titan to activate its delegation to the UN headquarters in New York. The request has already passed the scrutiny of the two Captains Regent of the small Republic and now awaits the green light of the Great and General Council, that is the San Marino parliament

An Australian Senator has gathered a hearing of the military forces to seek out there awareness of the UAP issue.

Senator Whish has just said "are you aware of US military exercises being cancelled because of concerns around air safety and observation's of UAP's" before Senator Wong obviously tries to 'make little' the Senator's concerns with the "Is this a UFO question" remark.

From China to San Marino: The Story behind the recent UFO Disclosure at the UN. There are some rumors that the UAP issue has been discussed in the UN. This may have been triggered by the recent UAP proposal to the Republic of San Marino parliament.
