Through a modified DNA or RNA vaccination, the mRNA vaccination, the person ceases to be human and becomes the OWNER of the holder of the modified GEN vaccination patent,

because they have their own genome and are no longer “human” (without natural people), but “trans-human”, so a category that does not exist in Human Rights.

The quality of a natural person and all related rights are lost.

This case does not stand for any such proposition. I read it. There is no holding or ruling by the court that vaxxed people become the property of the patent owner. Not even close. That claim is absurd. The case merely recognizes that something that does not occur in nature but rather was created by man is patentable. Including cDNA.

Injecting the patented product into a person does not make that person the property of the patent owner and this case does not hold that it does. A holding would read something like: We hold that because cDNA does not occur in nature it can be patented and that any person who has had the patented product introduced into their body is thereby the property of the patent owner.

That is a holding or ruling. That, or something like that, is not found in the case. There are bits of dicta, which essentially means an observation or statement in an opinion that do not form part of the holding, but even that does not come close to signaling that anyone on the court thinks a person becomes the property of a patent holder when a patented product is introduced into a human body.

Stop to think for a minute: many medical devices are patented and put into humans. Eg, artificial hips and other joints, artificial hearts or valves, etc... No one has ever claimed that people who have these products in them are owned by the patent owner.

A patent simply allows the owner to be paid for the use of the product and to enforce the patent rights.

What is happening is dire enough without injecting nutty things like this into the equation.

I think your post is useful. This claim is floating around out there and there may be some value in dispelling it.

There is so much nonsense put out there in conspiracy research and this might be one example of it. Certainly we are kind of 'owned' on this slave planet in a way, but not this way.

These are two completely different issues.

Moreover, the claims and so-called facts put forward by most people as support for the claims about our upper case names, contract, SSN etc..., are usually wrong and cannot be verified.

But, that is not to say we are not perceived by them as their property and it is not to say that they have not monetized, collateralized, hypothecated, tranced, etc... humanity as chattel.

We are sovereign. They can’t stand that.
