答案就是，完美心灵花园。入住家园的禅院草都把完美自己的心灵花园当做第一要务。

人的言论行为受意识支配，而意识是比较抽象的，如果把意识比作一个花园，就好理解了，真、善、美、爱、信、诚等犹如心灵花园里的鲜花让我们的品质如钻石般闪耀，而嫉妒、埋怨、自私、比较、懒惰、浪费等就像心灵花园 里的杂草妨碍着我们的幸福。

心灵花园的鲜花有：感恩、赞美、虔敬、守信、诚实、善良、勤劳、淳朴、灵动活泼、干净整洁、纯真、谦和、虚心、宽容、坦荡、无私、积极乐观、热情奔放、幽默风趣、慈爱和蔼。

心灵花园的杂草有：嫉妒、愤怒、怨恨、猜忌、诅咒、相互比较、相互指责、相互攻击、争斗、埋怨、消极、颓废、自私、贪婪占有、傲慢、狂妄、懒惰、邋遢、冷漠、无法无天。

想象一下，你是愿意与心灵花园里鲜花多的人在一起，还是愿意与心灵花园杂草多的人在一起？

每个入住第二家园的禅院草都按照禅院理念生活，在家园的集体生活中，更容易发现自己的心灵花园杂草，然后按禅院理念不断完美自己的心灵花园，当心灵花园越来越完美的时候，在家园体验和感受到的开心快乐自由幸福也越 多。比如夫妻间恩爱尊重多了，相互的折磨埋怨少了；父母与子女间理解多了，隔阂更少了；同龄人之间赞美友爱多了，嫉妒比较少了等等。

我们的五分院木之花，“耕田先耕心”的理念与“完美心灵花园”有异曲同工之妙。心净国土净，心美世界美，建设“美丽中国”的前提，也要先美丽自己的心灵。

完美心灵花园还有一个秘密，就是通过完美心灵花园，提升了自己的生命品质，除了可以享受更幸福的人生外，还为生命可以升华到高层生命空间奠定了基础。

The picture of Xanadu in each person’s heart could be different and unique, but at least two points are the same: one is the graceful, serene, clean, tidy, and natural environment, with abundant food, no worries, quarrels, troubles, or noise, and the other is the harmonious human environment: people are simple, kind, friendly, and diligent, there is no mutual guarding among people, but only family-like love and sharing from their hearts.


When you calm down, you may think, what are the sources of your worries, troubles, and pain? Do they come from Heidi’s earthquake, Philippine’s Typhoon, the coldness of North America, extreme heat of Australia, or the poverty in Africa and the conflicts in the Middle-east? Probably not. Are they because you do not have enough food to eat, clothes to wear, or a place to sleep? These are not likely the reasons either. They are mostly coming from the chatter of family and relatives, the gossip between neighbors, the stress and competition among companies, and the misunderstandings among friends and coworkers. These are the main elements that bring out your worries and troubles and that even exhaust you.

There are those who say, “Man has a selfish nature. As long as there are people, there are contradictions, fights, and conflicts, therefore troubles and pains cannot be avoided”.


So how does this Xanadu — the Second Home — achieve such deep harmony among people and how does it become a home without contradictions and conflicts?


The answer is to, “beautify your soul garden”. All Chanyuan celestials living in the community consider this to be their number one priority and their most important task. People’s words and actions are led by their consciousness, while consciousness is relatively abstract. If we look at consciousness as a garden, it will be much easier to understand. Sincerity, kindness, love, beauty, honesty, and trust are beautiful flowers growing in our soul gardens and they make our qualities shine like diamonds, but jealousy, complaining, selfishness, comparison, laziness, and waste are weeds living in our soul gardens and they prevent us from being happy.


The flowers in soul gardens are gratitude, praise, sincerity, respect, maintaining faith, honesty, kindness, diligence, simplicity, flexibility, bravery, unselfishness, devotion, service, care, tolerance, consideration, compassion, mercy, and the like.


The weeds in our soul gardens are jealousy, hostility, outrage, contention, complaining, comparison, hatred, fear, anxiety, falsity, wickedness, ugliness, dishonesty, hypocrisy, greed, possession, forced occupation, desire to excel over others, justification, and other weeds and barnyard grasses.


Ask yourself, would you prefer to stay with those who have beautiful flowers in their soul gardens, or with those who have more ugly weeds?


Every Chanyuan celestial in the Second Home lives their life according to Chanyuan values, it is much easier to find the “weeds” in this collective life than in traditional secular society. Through continuous beautification of one’s soul garden, the more beautiful your garden becomes, the more happiness and freedom you will enjoy. For married couples, love and respect increases, while mutual emotional torture and complaining decreases. For parents and children, understanding increases, and the generation gap slowly fades away. For brothers and sisters and for peers, praise and friendship increase, as complaining and jealousy are soon forgotten.

In Konohana Family － the 5th branch of the Second Home － they have a value of, “cultivate one’s heart before cultivating fields”, which has the same meaning as beautifying one’s soul garden. When one’s soul is pure, the field is pure, when one’s heart is beautiful, the world is beautiful, so the basis for building up a “beautiful China” must also be putting “beautiful soul gardens” first.


Another reason for purifying your soul garden is that you can sublimate your LIFE quality through such purification. Besides harvesting a happier present life, you also lay the foundation of sublimating your LIFE to higher LIFE space. When you come to the Second Home, you feel the family-like warmness and love from everyone here: everybody smiles at you, people offer any help you need quickly, the grounds are neat, tidy, clean, and beautiful everywhere. People get along with each other very well and happiness, harmony, and love are always in the air. The more deeply you integrate into this home, the happier and freer you become. Therefore, almost no Chanyuan celestial would want to go back home once they live in the Second Home, the longer they live here, the less they would like to leave.


These are all fruits from beautifying the soul garden.


In the Second Home, as your soul garden becomes more perfect, you gain more and more freedom and happiness. Nobody manages you, you are the boss in the field for which are responsible, and you may utilize your talents as much as you can, because the management of the Second Home is “Paradise Management”.

世外桃源除了环境宁静优美，人文祥和温馨外，还有一个最大的特点，就是自由。

自由不是随心所欲，为所欲为，而是随心所欲不逾矩，这个矩就是禅院理念——《新时代人类八百理念》。

如果你与禅院理念完全同频，那么你在第二家园里，会觉得完全的自由，没有人管你，你怎么做都是对的；相反，如果你与禅院理念不同频，你会觉得处处受到限制，怎么做都不对。

这就是：没有管理，处处是管理；没有规章制度，处处是规章制度。

浑沌管理中，没有管理者，导游只是精神和心灵的引导，院长只是生产和生活的统筹安排，导游和院长都以仆人自居。

每个人在家园里做什么事，看自己的兴趣和能力，做多少事，看自己的体力和精力，只要你尽你所能了，就可以了，当然，偷奸耍滑是不可以的。

仓库里的东西随便取用，浪费是不允许的。

浑沌管理，百花齐放，万紫千红，八仙过海，各显神通，可以充分发挥自己的才能和个性，但不允许强迫他人，伤害他人。

因为生命禅院的宗旨是：敬畏上帝，敬畏生命，敬畏大自然，走上帝之道。上帝之道的核心是“自然之道和爱”。

Freedom is not having everything your own way and doing whatever you want, but doing what you like freely and never over the “rules”. In the Second Home (now New Oasis for Life), the rules are found in Chanyuan Values -- mainly stated in “800 Values for the New Era Human Beings”. If you are totally resonant with Chanyuan Values, then you will experience complete freedom in the Second Home, no one will manage you but you will do whatever you do in the right way. Otherwise, if you are not resonant with Chanyuan Values, you will feel restricted everywhere, and it will seem very easy for you to make mistakes.

So this is Paradise management (also called holographic management):There is no management but management is everywhere, there are no requirements or rules but requirements and rules are everywhere.

In paradise management, there are no managers. Our “guide” Xuefeng is only responsible for guidance toward spiritual growth, and the “branch director” is only responsible for the overall arrangement of production and daily life. Both the “guide” and the “branch director” treat themselves as servants for all the residents.

Everyone chooses their job according to their interest and ability, and how hard and heavy the work is will depend upon their health and energy level. Of course, one should never be lazy or slip away from doing the work.

From the storehouse, anything can be taken freely, on the basis of need and never wasted.


In the morning, one can normally choose their time to wake up, while some residents are not allowed to do so, this is not to divide people into different “castes”, but according to the specific needs and requirements of the situations. It depends on your constant performance and the specific needs for that day. In this home laziness is the biggest enemy, so it is never tolerated.

In the Second home, as your soul garden becomes more perfect, when you always emit these beautiful qualities of sincerity, kindness, love, beauty, honesty, and trust, when you do your job the best that you can, when you always bring happiness, freedom, and blessing to the brothers and sisters, when you care and love this big family wholeheartedly, when you contribute yourself first and put enjoyment second, when you own nothing but contribute everything you have to the community, when you take yourself as humble grass, when you cannot sense the management at all, you will experience a very free and happy life here.

In your working field, you are the superman, whatever you say goes and people will cooperate with you. But of course if anything goes wrong, you will be the one who takes the full responsibility.

It looks perfect, but can this work well in reality?

Yes, but there are some conditions which must be met for implementing paradise management. The first is that it must have guidance from a Saint, someone who can stimulate people’s best qualities, such as sincerity, kindness, beauty, love, trust, and honesty. The second is that it needs an effective program on life and production such that everyone is responsible for a certain job. The third is that through soul garden beautification, everyone turns to be highly civilized and would like to do their jobs the best way they can. Finally, there are no administrators, everyone is the direct creator of wealth, include material wealth, spiritual wealth and soul wealth.

Paradise management creates a culture of “flowers blooming in a riot of colors”. As in the Chinese idiom, “Eight Immortals crossing the sea, each one shows his or her special prowess”, one can bring out their abilities, characters, and talents to their fullest, on a basis of no coercion or hurt to others.

Since the core values of Lifechanyuan are: “Revere the Greatest Creator, Revere LIFE, Revere nature, and walk on the way of the Greatest Creator”, the core meaning of “the way of the Greatest Creator” is “ love and the way of nature.”

走自然之道、爱一切生命——第二家园亮点系列之四

生命禅院的宗旨是：敬畏上帝，敬畏生命，敬畏大自然，走上帝之道。

当第一次看到生命禅院这个理念时，就想，为什么要用“敬畏”这个词？上帝（老天爷）、生命、大自然不是很可爱吗，可以非常亲切，为什么要“敬畏”，敬而远之，畏惧害怕，不好，我不喜欢，(*^__^* ) 嘻嘻……，后来才越来越明白，越来越体会到这句话背后深深的道理，除了“敬畏”这个词还真不能用其他词。

记得在一篇文章里看到，说有敬畏之心的人是极品之人。当时很诧异，为什么是敬畏而不是慈悲、宽容和爱排在第一，后来明白了，有敬畏之心的人的肯定慈悲，肯定宽容，肯定爱一切生命，他（她）的心是柔软的，是细腻的， 他（她）的情是博大的，是纯真的，那个作者必定悟到了。

在临沧四分院，由于这里的树大部分是桉树，刚来的时候几乎没有鸟儿，后来我们又种了许多其他观景树、果树和各种花卉，渐渐地小鸟们就来了，去年5月份我刚到四分院，看到窗前一群鸟儿在格桑花从中飞上飞下，原来小鸟 们在吃格桑花成熟的种子。还有满坡的萝卜，来不及吃都快开花了，种菜的兄弟姐妹说要赶快收，要不萝卜开花就不好吃了，导游说开花了好啊，蜜蜂可以采蜜了，小鸟们也有食物了，于是就都留下来了。四分院还专门为蜜蜂建 了几个蜂箱，但我们从没有吃过蜜蜂们的蜂蜜，它们的劳动果实就让它们自己享用吧。

四分院还专门为鸟儿们建了一个鸟儿乐园，好几种鸟儿那那里快乐生活，鸽子们整日在院子里悠闲散步和飞舞，也不怕人，也为花儿们建了一个鲜花别墅，家园的所有花草都受到精心的爱护。

各个观景水池里都放养了鱼儿，有人专门照看、喂食、换水和清理杂物。

所有生命，包括人，都尽量以最自然、最文明、最美的姿态和状态生活在家园里，这是一个爱的家园，美的家园。

第二家园里敬畏生命、爱护动物植物的地方非常多，比如，院子里有蛇出没，我们也是捉起来放归到山林里去，山坡上的草，如果太长就割掉一些，从不伤根等。

因为我们知道，善待其他生命，就是善待我们自己。上帝创造的一切都井然有序，各行其道，人类的生产和生活不能剥夺其他生命的生存权利，不能破坏大自然的平衡。

因为生命禅院有“敬畏生命，敬畏大自然”的理念，所以第二家园的生产和生活必定是符合生态文明的主旨——“人与人、人与社会、人与大自然和谐相处，永续发展”。

The core principles of Lifechanyuan are: Revere the Greatest Creator, revere LIFE, revere nature, and walk on the way of the Greatest Creator. When seeing these values of Lifechanyuan for the first time, I thought: “Why use the word “revere”? Are “the Greatest Creator” (Chinese for, “the heaven”), LIFE, and nature not very lovely? They could be very kind, so why use “revere” which means respect, stay away with some fears – this did not sound good and I did not really like it. Later when I went more deeply, I understood the reason behind it. Other than the word “revere”, there is no more perfect word to use.I remember reading part of an article which said that people who have reverence in their hearts are the very best people. I was surprised, why was it reverence but not mercy, tolerance, or love? I later understood that people who have reverence in their hearts, by very definition, must be merciful and tolerant, and love all life beings. Their hearts are soft and delicate and their love is broad and pure. The author must have found the secret.


The Greatest Creator of Lifechanyuan is the almighty creator who created the universe and all life beings. He is the “heaven” and the “God” that people refer to in daily life, or that which is often understood as nature. The Greatest Creator created the universe, LIFE, and nature, and He loves every life being very much and manages the running of the universe and the birth, sublimation, and death of all life beings through Tao.


He creates people, lets us live on earth, gives us free will to do what we like, and shows His tremendous love. If we can get along well with each other and love and protect the beauty of nature, the Greatest Creator will be very happy, because His will is to let every life being live a happy, joyful, free, and blessed life.


The Second Home of Lifechanyuan walks on the way of the Greatest Creator and follows His will, loves all life beings, and exists in harmony with all lives in nature, whether they are grass, mice, birds, snakes, or any others.


Four years ago, when we arrived in the 1st branch in Anning, we found mice in the storeroom, so some people asked our guide if we needed to buy rat poison or mousetraps. Xuefeng said, “mice are also lives, they have their right to live, and they also have their families, but they are just staying in the wrong places”. Then he tried to communicate with the mice, saying: “we have recently moved in here, and although you were created by the Greatest Creator and bestowed with your way of living, you would be better off living in a place without people. Now you came and destroyed our food and supplies and this seriously affected our daily lives, so why not go to a place far away where we will not interfere with each other but we will get along in harmony.” Then our people caught these mice carefully and moved them to a place far away from us, without hurting any of them.


In 2011, we planted several acres of wheat in our 3rd branch in Chuxiong. When they ripened, many birds came and sang happily, but also ate lots of our wheat. Some of our sisters complained to the guide, “You see so much wheat grew and ripened after our hard work, but now it is being eaten by the birds”. Our guide smiled and said, “It is good that they are eating, now we can hear the singing of birds”. There are about ten persimmon trees on the mountain slopes of the 3rd branch, and when they turn red in autumn, small birds learn it first and eat the sweetest and reddest parts of them, and many times we ate the fruits after they had been bitten by the birds. We never pick up all the fruits, but we leave some specially for the birds. Therefore, the singing of birds can be heard everywhere in our 3rd branch, plus flowers are blooming all over our garden, it is really a place full of flower fragrance and bird’s songs. These lovely small life beings are never afraid of us, they stand in front of you, tilt their heads, and look at you. At that moment you can feel how awesome it is to be harmonious with nature.


In the 4th branch in Lincang, as most of the trees were eucalyptus and were planted by previous landlords, there were almost no birds at first. Later we planted many other trees such as ornamental trees and fruit trees, and also all kinds of different flowers. We even built many small bird houses for them, putting some millets on them before their “windows”, and then they came. Now you can see birds flying freely and happily in the garden. When I first came to 4th branch last May, I saw a group of birds flying up and down in the flowers before my window, then later I knew they were eating the ripe seeds. In the harvest season, we had a whole slope of turnips, way too many to eat, so most of them flowered. Our guide suggested that we leave them so that the bees and birds would have enough food. We also made several beehives specifically for bees, and although we have not had any honey yet, we let these lovely life beings enjoy their own fruit first.


We also built a bird park, specifically in the 4th branch, and there are seven or eight kinds of birds that live there happily. Pigeons walk and fly freely in the park with no fears at all. We even built a glass flower villa for some delicate flowers and everyone treats all flowers and diverse plants with love from our hearts.


In the view-ponds there are some fishes, one sister is responsible for taking care of and feeding them, another sister is responsible for changing the water and cleaning the pond for them.


Humans and all life beings are trying to live in the Second Home while demonstrating their most natural, civilized, and beautiful states, because this is a home of love and beauty.


We have many examples of, “revere LIFE, love plants and animals”, in the Second Home. For example, if we find snakes, we catch them and take them to the mountains. If the grass or weeds grow too high on the slope, we cut them without hurting their roots, because we know that treating other lives kindly is treating ourselves kindly. Everything created by the Greatest Creator is ordered and every life being walks their own way. The life and production of human beings cannot deprive the same rights to other lives and cannot destroy the balance of nature.


Because of the value, “Revere LIFE, Revere Nature” in Lifechanyuan, the life and production of the Second Home matches the principle of ecological civilization -- “create the environment of realizing the broad and deep harmony between people and people, people and society, and people and nature.

三、提倡性自由

张自繁在性的问题上有一系列的歪理邪说，比如说“性的自由是生命的终极自由，性不自由，人就谈不上自由”，“性是佛”，“要让性花灿烂绽放”等等，并写下了系列文章《从性觉悟》。

四、破坏国家政体

张自繁口口声声说“国家应当解体，全人类应当由一个统一的政府管理”，“全世界人应当在地球上自由流动，不应当有国境”，张其人本是中国公民，却拥有非洲津巴布韦和北美加拿大的永久居民身份，可以肯定地说，张自繁 是一个不爱国的人，一旦人们接受了他的歪理邪说，全世界的所有国家都将会被瓦解，再也没有美国、俄罗斯、伊朗、英国、德国、日本等等国家，拥有五千年灿烂文化的我们伟大的中国也将不复存在。

五、神神叨叨

在张自繁眼里，只有他的生命禅院正确，其他宗教都应当消失，所有宗教教徒都应当早日看穿张自繁的邪恶目的，一旦张自繁的图谋得逞，这个世界上就再也没有基督教、佛教、伊斯兰教等等宗教组织了，后果可怕 呀！

七、编造天国美景

张自繁估计是个臆想病患者，他竟然编造了一系列天国情景，人类历史上大德高僧和异能人士多了去了，谁也没有详细描述过天堂情景，可他就能敢如此编造，真是胆大可以胡作非为呀！

八、对他人搞精神奴役 对自己放荡不羁

第二家园是中国最大的生态社区吗？据我所知，因为中央政府提倡生态文明建设，中国大大小小的生态园、生态村如雨后春笋般非常多，有的投资几十亿上百亿，占地面积也非常大，规划得也非常美，第二家园怎么会是“中国最 大的生态社区”？

经过了解才知道，他们这么说是有他们的理由的，因为在中国，他们还没发现有像第二家园这样，不是以经济为目的，而是以一种全新的理念和文化实践一种新的生活模式，这在他们看来非常可贵。

生态村/生态社区的概念由全球生态社区网络GEN（Global EcoVillage Network）形成，既可在乡村也可在城市中发展，它的核心是生活方式的转变。所有满足日常生活需求的功能区都在步行可抵达的范围之内。

我们每到一个地方，就花大力气改良土壤，种植纯天然无污染的蔬菜，种花种树，把环境打造得鸟语花香，干净整洁，几乎来到第二家园每个人，都喜欢这种生活环境和氛围。

尤其是两位朴门专家到家园后，了解了我们的理念，考察了家园的情况，非常赞许我们在生态方面所做的努力，同时也给了我们一些建议，我们以此也做了许多改进，比如在科学堆肥、覆盖保湿、人粪处理、垃圾处理，污水处理 等方面，我们做了很多工作。

After learning that the Second Home was suffering the terrible persecution and illegal disbandment, GEN launched the AVAAZ petition for us, the title of which is: Chinese President Xi Jinping - save the largest ecovillage in China.



Is the Second Home the largest ecovillage in China? As far as I know, the Chinese central government advocates the development of ecological civilization. Currently, there are all sizes and sorts of ecovillages are springing up throughout China. Some projects invested more than a billion Chinese Yuan. But why the Second Home is “the largest ecovillage in China?”


Let us have a look the information on Baidu:


The concept of "ecovillage", as defined by the Gobal Ecovillage Network, says that an ecovillage can be developed in both countryside and urban areas. The core qualities of an ecovillage is to change the lifestyle and that all the daily needs can be obtained from with walking distance.


GEN also defines an ecovillage from social, ecological, cultural, and spiritual aspects. On social aspect, residents in the ecovillages share a strong sense of belonging, they feel each other's mutual support and help. Also, they fully involve themselves in the decision making process. On the ecological aspect, they fully experience the connection with nature and enjoy their interaction with soil, water, wind, plants, and animals. On the cultural and spiritual aspect, most ecovillages do not particularly have their focus on specific spiritual practicies. They respect all lives and express their culture in their own way. They also respect spiritually diverse pursuits.


The ecovillages in western countries really care about sustainable living and how economic development could benefit the ecovillages and they focus more on green production and self-sufficient. They also pay a lot of attention to the application of modern technology.



The ecovillage concept and manifestation in China is geared more to focus on practical production modes such as ecological engineering (i.e. planting, breeding), and it emphasises economy, ecology, and social benefit.



We can see from the above descriptions that the concepts and emphases of ecovillages are totally different between China and western countries. in western countries, an ecovillage means a group of people who have the same belief and values living together voluntarily. The core quality is their changed lifestyle. People support and help each other, and people fully experience their connection and interaction with nature. Usually these ecovillags have good cultural and spiritual unity. However, the ecovillages in China are more like ecological projects guided by the government. If an ecological project is successful, then it becomes a vanity project. Most importantly, whether it is a good ecological project or not is valued by the economic benefit. Ecological development has been treated as a “selling point” and a luxury.


The Second Home reveres life and Mother Nature. In daily life, all members care about each other as well as about the animals and plants. We make the most use of everything and everyone can fully display their talents. People in the Second Home share the same belief. We work together and comply the same values. And all the resources are shared within the community. This kind of lifestyle might derive the least from Mother Nature, but you can feel great happiness.



We treat the Second Home as an ecovillage because we revere life and revere Mother Nature. Our life mode and our planning for the future are consistent with the ecological value of “people live in harmony with nature” as well as permaculture core values. And it is also in keeping with the Chinese ecological civilization development value of “respect nature, comply with nature, protect nature, and develop in a sustainable way”. In addition, it is in line with the ideal of “beautiful China” , as is advocated by the Party Central Committee.



Everywhere we went, we worked very hard to improve our soil and plant natural and non-pollution vegetables. We planted flowers and trees, and turned our environment into a beautiful and tidy place. Birds sing and flowers release their fragrance everywhere within the community, and almost everyone living in the Second Home likes this kind of environment and living atmosphere.


In March, 2013, two permaculture experts visited the Second Home. They investigated our community and recognized our efforts to incooperate ecologically sustainable development. While with us, they gave us some suggestions. After that, we made numerous improvements in composting, mulching, excrement management, and in waste and sewage management.



In November 2013, Michiyo Furnhashi, a GEN board member and the president of GENOA, visited the 1st and 4th branches of the Second Home, and had deep conversations with Xuefeng, the founder of Lifechanyuan. They found Lifechanyuan and Konohana Family share many of the same values. For example, we both place soul garden purification on the first priority and focus a lot on spiritual improvement. Furthermore, both communities produce most of their food ingredients from within their own vegetable gardens. All community matters are well divided and distributed among our members without any need for supervision or management. The lifestyles are healthy and natural, and both Lifechanyuan and Konohana Family revere nature and learn from nature in daily life. During her stay, Michiyo also gave us a presentation on how to make and use Konohana microorganisms. She suggested that we could produce Lifechanyuan microorganisms, it would have huge benefit for improving soil, reducing the odors from chicken manure and human waste, helping the plants grow well, fermentation, and regulating the physiological function of human body.


In addition, Lifechanyuan and Konohana Family have reached a high degree of consensus on macro development goals. In November 11, 2013, the Second Home of Lifechanyuan and Konohana Family officially united into ONE big family. Also, the Second Home became a GEN member this year.



So in this sense, the Second Home has become the model of Chinese ecological civilization construction, and it is also the largest ecovillage in China.

现代人压力大，大在哪里？养个家难啊，一家老小的吃穿住行生老病死，哪一样不要钱？很多人赚点钱，仅够糊口，想住个像样的房子，大半生的积蓄也不够，如果不小心出点什么事，生点什么病，整个家庭立马陷入困境。虽然 国家在努力，低保啊，医疗保险啊，义务教育啊什么的，但哪一样解决了根本问题？领了低保的，也只够吃饱肚子，有医疗保险的，也只是报销一部分，有个大病依然让很多家庭吃不消，义务教育只是免了学费，而各种杂费却更 高了，老百姓要想过个舒心的日子，难啊。

空巢老人越来越多，不是子女不想孝敬陪伴他们，而是在外工作实在没有办法，留守儿童的问题也很严重，哪有父母不愿亲自照看孩子的，而是外出打工根本无法照顾，多少人因此心中隐藏着深深的无奈和痛，一年到头了都想回 家看看，中国的春运奇观承载了多少人的辛酸和期盼。

怎样才能让所有的老人都得到生活上的照顾，得到精神和心灵的慰藉？怎样才能让所有的孩子都得到良好的教育，身心灵全面健康成长？

第二家园另辟蹊径，只要是在家园生活的老人和孩子，都得到了全面的保障。老人不用担心吃不到热饭、住不到暖房，不用担心生病了没人照顾、有事了没人帮忙，也不用担心孤单寂寞没人陪伴，一切，在家园程序里都考虑到了 ，解决了，四年多的实践也证明是有效的。孩子们不用担心回到家里只面对爸爸妈妈或爷爷奶奶而没有玩伴，不用担心整日里有做不完的作业，做父母的也不用担心孩子不好好学习或会学到不好的东西而变坏，自己在外打工照看 不到孩子而被爷爷奶奶过度溺爱而养成不良习惯，等等，在家园从程序上保障了孩子的身心灵全面健康的成长。

家园的老人一般承担的是清扫、劈柴、烧火、摘菜等轻体力的劳动，他们非常勤劳，是我们年轻人的榜样，他们也非常有爱心，爱着这个大家庭里的每个人，总是带给我们灿烂的笑脸和亲切的问候，跟他们在一起，就像与自己的 父母、爷爷奶奶在一起一样感到很温馨。

而他们自己在家园也感到很开心，只做一样工作，力所能及的，尽心尽力就好，年轻人和孩子们都很尊敬他们，也很爱他们，每天可以看到年轻人在家园里劳动，小孩子在家园里嬉戏，自己也上上网，唱歌跳舞什么，精神和心灵 生活也很充实。

家园孩子的生活和学习，由家园学校统一管理，吃饭、娱乐、游戏时与大家在一起，平时有自己专门的区域学习生活。

目前家园学校教育的课程从学前班到初中，学习内容与义务教育的内容一致，并另外附加了做人的知识和上帝（大自然）的知识，老师们都是具有大学以上水平的禅院草，多是有过教学经验的。根据每个孩子的具体情况，安排教 学哪年级的课程。家园的教育计划中，将来还会有高中和大学。实际上，不管人们承认不承认，生命禅院第二家园本身就是一所大学，是关于人生和生命的大学。

除了学习课本上的知识，家园对孩子的培养还很重视孩子们实际的生活技能和实际动手能力。比如曾安排所有的孩子们为大家清洗衣物，安排大一点的孩子们周日到厨房帮忙洗碗，切菜，做饭，让大点男孩子做些体力活锻炼一下 ，还让女孩子在业余时间学做针线活等，一般一种生活技能学习锻炼两个月左右，在周日或课余时间。

不管是老人还是孩子，都能歌善舞，在每月的娱乐活动中，总带给大家惊喜、快乐和感动。

这是一个温馨和睦的大家庭，孩子们快乐，年轻人开心，老年人幸福，其实，是每个人都开心、快乐、自由、幸福，作为人生，能生活在家园里是福气。

People in modern society are very stressed, but where does this stress come from? It is so difficult to support a family: from food, clothes, shelter, and transportation, to birth, nursing the elderly, sickness, and death, and which of these do not require money? Many people earn and save only enough money for their basic living expenses and if they want to move to a nicer apartment, they cannot afford it even they save money for most of their lives. If anything bad happens, such as someone having an accident or getting sick, the whole family will fall into a crisis. Although our country is working hard on basic welfare such as medical insurance and compulsory education, we might ask which of these have solved the problems at their roots? People on welfare can only afford basic foods, and medical insurance only reimburses small parts of medical expenses, so if someone succumbs to a very serious illness, nobody can handle it. The compulsory education system only offers free tuition fees, but other costs become more expensive -- for all ordinary people who want to live a peaceful and comfortable life, it is too difficult.

The number of “empty nest” seniors is increasing quickly. Such phenomena do not happen because their children do not want to accompany them, but because they work far away from their hometowns and cannot take on the responsibility. The problem of “stay-at-home” children is also serious because, although no parents would not like to take care of their children, they cannot do it because of their work either. These are deep pains in many people’s hearts. After one year’s hard work, everyone wants to go back home and see their families, but the special rush of Chinese Spring Festival carries more difficulties and expectations of them.

How can the lives of the aged be well cared for including the comfort of their spirits and souls? How can all children be well educated and grow with complete health of their bodies, hearts, and souls? The Second Home has a unique way of ensuring that all children and aged people be completely cared for. The aged need not worry about not having hot food, a warm house, lack of nursing in case they get sick or nobody helps them when they need it, and no need to worry that there is no company when they feel lonely. All such needs are considered and solved in the new life mode, and four years of practice in the Second Home has proven its effectiveness. Children do not need to worry that they have no friends except their parents and grandparents after school, or too much homework to finish, and parents need not worry that their children will learn bad habits in school or with bad friends or elsewhere, because this new life procedure of the community completely ensures the healthy growth of all children with regard to their bodies, hearts, and souls.

Usually, the elderly are responsible for some light labor work, such as cleaning, chopping firewood, making fires, picking vegetables, and the like. They work very hard and are models for our young people, and they have very big hearts and love everyone in this big family. They bring us happy faces and kind greetings every day, and living with them in this big family is like living together with our own parents and grandparents, which makes us feel very warm and harmonious.


They also feel very happy in this home, just doing one job that is within their capability, and doing it the best that they can. All younger residence and children also respect and love them very much. Every day you can see the youngsters doing their labor work, and in their leisure time, surfing the internet in the computer room, practicing singing and dancing with their brothers and sisters, having fun playing games with each other, and chatting. These fulfill their spiritual lives and the lives of their souls very much.


The lives and studies of the children are managed by the community school. Children eat food, attend parties, play games together with each other, and have their own zone for study and accommodation.


Presently, the lessons in our community education system cover the grades from preschool to middle school and the contents the kids study are the same as what the national compulsory education system requires, plus we add two special lessons, the Knowledge of the Greatest Creator, and the knowledge of how to beautify the soul garden. All teachers are Chanyuan celestials who have university backgrounds, and most of them have taught before. Based on to the specific requirement of each child, teachers choose the suitable grade and lessons for them. In the education plan of the community, there will be a high school and a university in the future. Actually, whether people outside the community admit this or not, the Second Home of Lifechanyuan is a university itself, a university on life and LIFE.

我小时候虽然家境贫寒，但是过着无忧无虑布衣素食的生活，父亲是个勤劳诚实善良的人，没给过别人一句难听的话，更没打过他的儿女们。母亲是有信仰的德高望重之人，她经常会给我讲修行和神仙的故事，那时候我还小，听 着故事时我就想，要是我能飞那该有多好呀。

不知不觉已到结婚成家的年龄，我却不想结婚，幻想自己要是有一个独立的空间就好了，那怕是一间小小的屋子也可以，一个人过自由自在的生活多好！可是在世俗的传统生活程序中我不得不结婚成家，然后生儿育女。我人老实 ，婚后几年都没有生育，因此常被人讽刺挖苦看不起，心灵深处受到了极大的伤害，还好我的丈夫书友草从不嫌弃我，反而经常开导安慰我。（我能走到现在，也都是书友在支持我的。）后来经朋友介绍学了《中功》，学中功初 衷是想锻炼身体，对法术不感兴趣。而后又经人介绍认识了生命禅院，便经常去临淇神功老师那里学习，读了《禅院文集》和《雪峰文集》及《新时代人类八百理念》，从此认识了宇宙至尊佛祖上帝，知道了雪峰导游是上帝的使 者，是神佛仙圣的化身，是人类伟大的指导灵，明白了宇宙的起源、生命的起源、人类的起源、20个平行世界，36维空间等等。雪峰导游创立的生命绿洲真正可以实现道不拾遗，夜不闭户，人人开心快乐自由幸福，老有所养 幼有所育的理想生活，人们的吃穿住行生老病死都由家园负责，真是太好了。这样的生活方式是我内心的追求和向往，是我这人间梦寐以求的夙愿，最重要的是原来人可以通过修行修炼得道成仙。我终于找到了生命活着的意义， 找到了人生前进的目标，激动的泪水潸然而下。

2008年11月我和丈夫有幸被获封为禅院草，我们两人好激动， 当时家里没有电脑，天天跑去别人的家里上网学习，之后等书友发了工资买了一台电脑，感觉方便多了。后来知悉敬爱的导游和娥皇姐姐2009年4月18号会从津国回来在太原玩游戏，我们就把家里能带的东西都带着，提前 到达了太原，准备去看望导游和娥皇姐姐，结果中途发生了一些小插曲，没能看望成功，于是暂时住在了禅院草的亲戚家里。之后听说导游会专门去“晋祠公园”跟兄弟姐妹们见面，心里高兴极了，想着一定要去见见导游和娥皇 姐姐。由于当时禅院草们人数众多，所以大家只能跟导游娥皇合影留念。从太原回来后就一直想着什么时候才能再见到导游呢？而后从网上得知导游和兄弟姐妹们已去云南昆明建设实体家园，内心便十分期盼自己也可以参与其中 ，自此每天都像丢了魂似的，追随导游的念头越来越强烈坚定。

2010年我与虹霞同行乘坐南下的列车，去到了渴望已久的第二家园（现生命绿洲）一分院小住，见到导游的第一眼感觉他是那么的和蔼可亲，平易近人，幽默风趣，此时此刻我激动的热泪盈眶，欢喜雀跃溢满心田，导游见到 我问我叫什么名字，我回答自己是急流草，接着当我与导游四目相对时，仿佛有一股能量进入体内感觉十分愉悦美妙。家园里一派温馨祥和，每天都有说不完的喜悦和美好，居住的环境处处干净整洁，一尘不染。绿洲气氛和睦， 风和日丽、春光明媚、莺歌燕舞，有瓜果飘香的菜园，有云雾缭绕的美景，有兄弟姐妹们的欢声笑语，还有我们导游的幽默风趣，我想此生能生活在家园定是好几世修来的福气。家园的生活模式就是我内心所向往的，有种再也不 想回世俗的感觉，但根据当时情况不得不返回世俗，回到世俗我老妈说我不在家的时候，孩子像没妈的孩子好可怜呀，这一句提醒了我，我想下次再去家园一定要把孩子带走。

走上帝之道禅院之路让我学会了感恩，只要这一天平安顺利，不论是山珍海味，还是粗茶淡饭，只要今天我能填饱肚子，有一处挡风避雨的地方睡觉，就心存感激、感恩！能过上开心、快乐、自由和幸福的生活何其幸运，能入住 生命绿洲真乃福大命大造化大。2011年我带着孩子丹蕊去了生命绿洲，家园里的孩子们生活学习有老师专门负责，孩子们个个都活泼开朗可爱优秀。家园里每个人只做一项工作，做事不留尾巴，最大限度做到一流，每天厨仙 们变着花样烹饪可口的饭菜，还有专人负责打扫房间卫生，衣服有专人洗干净叠整齐送到房间。每个人有自己独自的房间，从不用锁门关窗，在这里没有偷盗之人。生活在家园不用为吃穿住行而操心，不用为生老病死而担忧，家 园就是真正的人间天堂。碰到脏活累活时大家都是抢着干，有好吃的都是先人后己，而除了建设实体家园以外，导游还会在网上给我们进行心灵上的引导，到了晚上导游还会为我们讲课解析理念，讲着讲着还不时地来句笑话，逗 得大家哈哈大笑。看，我们的雪峰导游多么有趣，只要导游在的地方总是欢声笑语不断，充满了生机与活力。

在家园（四分院）我与导游朝夕相处的日子里，（我记得特别清楚，有一次我在厨房帮厨时，看到导游弯着腰从窗户外面经过，我知道那是他刚从电脑前出来，看到导游这么游劳累疲惫我很心疼，于是我就跟沧海提议说给导游买 把上电脑的椅子吧。（那时沧海草负责采购）沧海说应该买，不光为导游，也是为兄弟姐妹们着想，导游舒服些的话他写文章会更有灵感。结果买回来了导游却很生气，就去找到我，说让我坐这把椅子，因为是我出的主意。（他 不让给自己搞特殊），当时可把我吓坏了，差点眼泪就掉下来，心想我闯大祸惹导游生气了，我正准备下跪求导游宽恕小草，导游可能意识到我要下跪，便一把抓住了我，让我好感动，内心真正感受到了导游的慈悲大爱无私。这 么多年在家园里导游从来没有特殊待遇，房间里和大家一样，一张床，一张桌子，一把椅子，和大家一样的饭菜，吃饭也和大家一起排队，穿着也和大家一样，几年都没见导游买过一件新衣服，甚至穿着补着补丁的衣服，袜子是 缝了又缝，艰苦朴素却又时时潇洒快活着。导游是家园最勤劳、善良、诚实、守信、无我、无私的人，导游十几年如一日尽心尽力、以身作则，殚精竭虑为禅院草服务，让每一位禅院草在家园里都能生活的开心如意。四分院过大 年时导游还为每一位亲人洗脚（洗礼），吃过早饭开始一直洗到下午，中午也没休息，导游为了兄弟姐妹们的成长不惜一切努力，让我好感动，导游非常的谦卑，经常说尊重每一位兄弟姐妹就是对导游的尊敬。在家园里工作量最 大的是导游，他总是睡的最晚起的最早，四分院建设初期导游晚上总是自己亲自出来巡逻。当时他每天要搞建筑规划和设计，还要安排每个人的工作，无论是家园的住房、道路的铺设、景点的打造、种花种树种草坪，还是购买材 料等等，都是导游亲自设计规划，每个细节都考虑十分周全到位，家园的每一处地方都乃人工与大自然的结合体，看上去充满艺术感且美不胜收。

"The Fourth Branch was located near Wulaoshan National Forest Park, Lincang City, Yunnan Province, China. It had beautiful hills and streams, a pleasant climate, an elegant environment, and lush vegetation. It was originally a farming and breeding base with a total area of about 100 acres. Besides a chicken farm and more than a dozen houses, it was all woodland and wasteland.

After more than a year of construction beginning in August 2011, we transformed it completely into a paradise. We had built 50 standard single rooms, 3 normal rooms,2 wooden houses,a multi-purpose entertainment hall, a luxury dining hall, a chicken farm, a duck pond, a kitchen, a parking lot, a firewood shed, a viewing platform, fish ponds, a bird park, a children’s playground, shower rooms, Toilets, and so on.

We planted grass ,flowers and bamboos to beautify the environment. We also imported pure spring water from a few kilometers away and built ditches to have the water flow through every room, day and night. We had about a half acre of vegetable land growing various organic vegetables. More than 100 ducks and 200 chickens had been raised and eggs were abundant. Dozens of flying birds and hundreds of fish were also raised for scenic beauty. We had planted more than 1,000 strains of passion fruit, more than 1,000 fruit trees, and more than 4,000 strains of monk fruit. We also managed a tea garden from which we processed our own tea to drink.

In addition, we also invited two permaculture experts from Thailand to visit our community and help to teach us the knowledge of permaculture and guide our practice. We have strived to create a purely ecological community without any pollution to the environment.

Most money are from Guide's and chanyuan members' donation. We also have some pic companies to make money. Many members are dovoting all their money to the community. They do really love the community life and trust Guide Xuefeng. And at that time, my job was to promote Lifechanyuan and look for the people who like our community. I was so happy to see that though some visitors didn't become a member, they pay a lot attention to our community.

每个人最担心的就是“有啥别有病，没啥别没钱”，其实没钱还可以穷开心，有病了，除了要看病花钱，还要承受病痛的折磨。特别是老年人，最怕有病，因为劳累了一生，身体自然老化，一旦有病，就很难再恢复 如初。

“病从心生，”开心的人不生病，心灵完美的人不生病。生活在第二家园的禅院草，越来越开心，心灵越来越美，所以原来有病的，慢慢好转了，原来体弱的，身体强壮了，厌食的，喜欢吃饭了，啤酒肚，没有了。

还有，在家园里，呼吸的是新鲜的空气，喝的是清洁的山泉水，吃的是地里刚采摘回来的新鲜的纯天然的果蔬，还有厨仙们用爱心做出来的饭菜，鸡蛋鸭蛋丰足，现在每人每天三个蛋都吃不完，住的环境鸟语花香干净整洁，每日 都参加劳动活动筋骨但不过度劳累，每人一间神圣的卧室，可保证身心得到彻底的放松，保证优质睡眠，睡眠充足，游戏娱乐活动不断，不但享受着幸福快乐的人生，导游还引导大家向生命的高层生命空间攀登，知道人生只不过 是生命在人间的一次旅行，一场游戏，从而使人心胸博大，不为眼前的利益斤斤计较，也不为眼前的困境和烦恼心烦。

There are also many games and entertainment events in the Second Home, and each member can not only enjoy the happiness of their lives, but we each become more open-minded, generous, and become much less afraid of sacrificing our own personal interests. We do not worry about our difficulties because we know that life is only a journey and a game.

The new lifestyle of the Second Home can improve its members' health, and this is workable and can be proven in reality. One celestial who had cancer last year has almost recovered, and another one who was suffering from gall stones has recovered without having surgery. There is also a celestial who has been suffering from enteritis for several years, but is now getting better and better, and a few celestials who had hypertension, high blood pressure, now have smiles on their faces everyday. Two seniors who are each more than eighty years old are getting healthier and have sufficient stamina to not only work in the vegetable garden, but also to saw firewood for the kitchen.

The magic part of the Second Home is that everyone loves each other and gets along with everyone in harmony. We revere the Greatest Creator, life, and nature. We walk on the way of the Greatest Creator. Each member comes to cultivate themselves and improve their LIFE quality, therefore, each one is trying to bring happiness, joy, and freedom to others while showing their own sincerity, kindness, beauty, love, trust, and honesty. Each member is contributing their time, money, talents, wisdom, and abilities to serve the community and make it better as they also accumulate merits for themselves. So how could crimes happen in this kind of home? They cannot! In this home, illnesses are decreasing and crimes have disappeared.

望长空念亲人思潮起伏，挥拙笔刻印记留于世人。值此桃园内外歌舞升平喜庆“418”盛世佳节之际，想起引领我步入仙途的雪峰导游，禁不住热泪盈眶，一件件往事涌上心头---
那是入驻家园的第六个年头---2015年冬天的一个早上，隐逸山庄生活区，天刚蒙蒙亮，我和往常一样，到大门外马路边散步锻炼，不料下意识中发觉左边腿臂轻飘飘不听使唤，没想到问题的严重性，一天以后，在九门台上劳动时感觉依旧不舒适，祥瑞祥 君催促要我快去医院检查，导游得知消息后，立刻调度小汽车（由于当时家园紧急公务需要车子，佛慈赶到机场需要车子），几分钟时间便把我送至丽江一家医院检查治疗。且安排了一名温柔姑娘文苑负责护理。二楼一间整洁安 静的医治室内，舒适的床上我在打着吊针，文苑上下忙碌着琐碎事情，百忙之中的导游专程看望来了，他拎着食品进来，还有其他几位兄弟姐妹，午餐后，剩下的全归我享用。导游慈祥的端详着我，询问身体状况，刹那间一股暖 流注入了五脏六腑，慈父慈母般的感受在胸中回旋激荡，身心轻松了许多。
