Check out this interview. It's about UFOs/Aliens in China which we don't usually hear much about, do we.

I really like Shao Ma's vibes - I find her to be bright, nice and refreshing.

She had helped organized a couple of UFO conferences in her home country and was threatened not to come back there. She also talks about the general censorship in China.

By the end she reveals she has been having contacts with beings too. What is amazing is that you can see at least two times where small orbs are passing her during the interview (48.09 And at 57.42) Jeff picks this up and asks her about it at the end. There are also times where there are strange light effects but I think that may have something to do with the green screen. All in all, a truly remarkable interview IMO!

He has done several shows on the UFO subject and also some spiritual/supernatural stuff, but the primary focus are NDEs.

Before you start, let me give you a slight warning! When I listend to the above interview I started seeing some malevolent entities in my third eye - either they were trying to come through or I just got a vision of some of the evil spirits the interviewee is mentioning around the 24/25 minute mark. It was really strange, it started to happen to me right before she started talking about that! Surely no coincidence!
The vibes became very strong in my energy field and I got "showers" all over my body - which to me is always an indicator that something or someone is trying to access my energy.....And that my guard is going up. I guess you could also call it "getting the creeps", "goosebumps" etc.

Anyway, I felt it necessary to project a Christian cross, invoke the name of the archangels and even Jesus. And make a banishing statement. That worked like a charm! The entities vanished very quickly. This is actually not my standard procedure but here I felt almost imediately inclinded to do it this way. (Intuitively I often just know what the appropriate thing to do is, in regards to astral events or encounters... )
It's wild that at the end of the interview she mentions Christianity in China...!

And just so you know, I'm not actually a Christian nor am I religious - but I AM of a very practical nature. Whatever works works!! And it has been my experience that this Christian stuff works very well with most attacks and malevolent beings! And many others have had the same experience.
However, I do think that this efficacy might depend on your own programming/mentality/belief system. For instance, if you yourself scoff at anything Jesus or Christianity at large (which I can understand) any type of demons or attackers will probably scoff or laugh at your attempts to invoke that stuff for defense or protection too. They may test you. But personally, from what I have gathered over the years it actually seems like that most of them really like don't like the energy associated with Jesus or the archangels, because after all that energy is something of a huge collective nature not just on an individual level (but latter may always play a role too).

So in short: Raise your guard up and project some protection before your start listening to this interview (with whatever stuff you're comfortable with or believe in). This is actually a good idea in general when listening to such interviews - personally I have had such visions or attacks with other ones too (not just the Jeff Mara podcast)!
(Now mind you, whenever I listen to such interviews I often take a rest and close my eyes. So this may enhance the spiritual "linkin-up/connecting" and in a sense may make me more vulnerable. I am sensitive and can tap into people's energies and subject matters quite well. Which can often lead to a visual impression and further/additional information. This might not be the same with everyone. An "awakened"/eyes open state while digesting/processing subjects of this nature might be beneficial for safety - but I'm thinking it could also be a disadvantage as you may not notice any entity/astral accessing/attacking as strongly or immediately. Either way, it is always a good idea to wear or have some protection. And have your "spidey senses" up. Caution is advised!
