Judge Suspends Pfizer’s mRNA Vaccine in Children Under Age 13 in Uruguay

A judge in Uruguay has suspended Covid-19 vaccination in children under the age of 13 until certain conditions are met.

Judge Alejandro Recarey ordered “the immediate suspension of Covid-19 vaccinations in children under 13 years of age. Under conviction of contempt” as a result of a petition filed by Maximiliano Dentone, a lawyer representing a group of activists.

The ruling comes after Dentone said the government failed to reveal their contracts with Pfizer that he had previously requested.

Conditions that must be met before Covid-19 injections are reinstated for children under the age of 13 include the following:


1)The publishing of all purchase contracts for the injections, including any documents attached to them, especially those that “detail the compositions of the substances to be inoculated”.
2)The preparation of a text to be given to guardians of children scheduled to be vaccinated that inform parents of:
-The composition of the injections
-The risks and benefits of the injections
-Clarification that the injections have an emergency, not definitive, authorization along with a description of the difference between the two
-The controls to which the State is obligated by art. 2 inc. 5 of Law No. 9202

Uruguay’s Ministry of Public Health has agreed to abide by the decision but can appeal within three days.

According to Uruguay government data, 44% of children between the ages of 5-11 and 75% of children between the ages of 12-14 have received two doses of the experimental Covid-19 injection.

The World Council for Health (WCH) has called for an immediate stop to “the manufacturing, distribution, administration, and promotion of” Covid-19 injections because they “violate basic principles of law.” In a previous statement, WCH highlighted the concerning risk of myocarditis in children. Using available official data, WCH’s recent pharmacovigilance report details evidence for the immediate halt and recall of Covid-19 injections, including the fact that more than 40,000 deaths have been linked to the experimental injections.

NIH, FDA & CDC Employees Quitting In Droves Over Infant Covid Vaccines

Doctors and scientists at the top levels of the NIH, FDA and CDC are leaving their positions in the federal government over the recent approval of Covid shots for infants and boosters for kids.

A senior FDA official told the doctors, “It’s like a horror movie I’m being forced to watch and I can’t close my eyes. People are getting bad advice and we can’t say anything.”

The “bad advice” the FDA doctor referred to is the lack of clinical data supporting the use of Covid jabs in Americans aged 6 months to five years old.

The FDA doctor was also upset the agency bypassed external experts in authorizing booster shots for kids.

“There’s been a large amount of turnover. Morale is low,” a high-level CDC official noted. “Things have become so political, so what are we there for?”

A CDC scientist told the doctors, “I used to be proud to tell people I work at the CDC. Now I’m embarrassed.”

Groundbreaking Ruling: Italian Court Orders Analysis of Covid 'Vaccines' to Determine if 'Harmful' (Video)

For the first time in Italy, a court in Pesaro ruled that the contents of mRNA vaccines must be investigated. The decision comes after a 50-year-old man who has already contracted Covid and does not want to undergo the vaccine to work. However, despite already having Covid, the man was suspended due to his ‘non-compliance’ after refusing to take the jab.

The Pesaro court accepted the request of the man’s lawyer, Nicoletta Morante, who had asked the judge for a lab analysis of Pfizer and Moderna’s Covid “vaccine” contents and its effects on a patient who has recovered from the infection and whether it is harmful in general to people’s health. Furthermore, the lawyer is questioning how the state can apply “informed consent to a case of mandatory vaccination”:

Let’s remind ourselves that there is also the peculiar issue concerning informed consent among the submitted queries. The informed consent form which the ASL [Regional Healthcare Service] of Marche asks people to sign, even in the cases of mandatory vaccination. Informed consent is something that usually applies to contracts. Because it usually sets out the contract terms.

So, applying informed consent to a case of mandatory vaccination is quite a contradiction. That is why we have submitted a request for court-appointed technical consultancy. And since it deals with a juridical matter, we will ask the judge to ascertain that too.

We want the court to examine the informed consent form in detail, which needs to be signed even in cases of mandatory vaccination.

As part of the civil suit filed in Pesaro, Morante submitted medical professional’s research to support the man’s case. She included a medical researcher and virologist, Dr. Raffaele Ansovini, who believed that “mRNA vaccines do not fulfill the protective function for which they are injected.” The Doctor wrote that the mRNA vaccines “do not have the declared functional conformation,” and the immune response they generate “is ineffective.”

An analysis of enzymes in mRNA vaccines had already been done unofficially by Ansovini, who found the presence of about 25 substances not declared by pharmaceutical companies.

Morante added: “We wanted to understand whether informed consent, which he would be obliged to sign, is compatible with compulsory vaccination if there are excipients for non-human use or harmful to health, or enzymes already found in analyses recently published in a US scientific journal at the bottom of Dr. Ansovini’s report, which had already been drafted for this judgment.”

The Pesaro court accepted the appeal and ordered the technical assessment on the analysis of the content of the mRNA vaccines. The analysis of pharmaceutical contents, which will focus on proteins, will probably begin towards the end of September.


It seems that lawyer Nicoletta Morante has figured out that one of the more effective ways to fight against Covid oppression is to sue those who mandate the vaccine and force legal discovery when they are hauled into court. That’s the only way the contents of the mRNA “vaccine” will ever be publicly revealed, and the adverse effects of the jab will ever be forensically identified.

CDC finally recognizes right of “individuals” to make their own health choices – no more forced covid vaccinations or quarantines


New guidance from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has put an end to mandatory Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) “vaccination” – at least as far as the CDC is concerned.

No longer is the CDC urging or trying to force everyone in the “herd” to get jabbed. From now on, it is up to the individuals to make the choice for themselves without the government telling them what to do.

Entitled “Guidance for Minimizing the Impact of Covid-19,” the CDC’s new release, as explained by NPR, includes the following recommendations:


- Those exposed to the virus are no longer required to quarantine.
- Unvaccinated people now have the same guidance as vaccinated people.
- Students can stay in class after being exposed to the virus.
- It is no longer recommended to screen (test) those without symptoms.

Other new recommendations include only masking if you have been exposed to or tested “positive” for Chinese Germs, as well as official recognition by the CDC that a healthy person who is unvaccinated now has the same immunity as a fully jabbed person.

These changes represent a major deviation from what the CDC has been pushing up until, well, now. For the past two years, the CDC did not want anyone to appear in public unmasked. It also wanted everyone to be force-injected in order to live. (Related: At one point, there was talk about the CDC setting up covid “Green Zone” quarantine [concentration?] camps.)

Now, suddenly, the CDC is stressing the idea of individual decision-making when it comes to health. In fact, the CDC mentions the word individual some 10 different times in the new guidance.

The CDC’s Greta Massetti further explained that the agency’s new position is that, vaccinated or unvaccinated, at least 95 percent of the general population is now fully immune to the Fauci Flu, and that no further tyranny is necessary.

“Based on the latest … data, it’s around 95 percent of the population,” she is quoted as saying. “And so, it really makes the most sense to not differentiate.”

One area of concern with the CDC’s new guidance is the recommendation that children at school be masked rather than quarantined after being so-called “exposed” to the virus.

“The practice of handling exposures would involve masking rather than a quarantine,” Massetti said about how children in K-12 should be handled.

Massetti stopped short of declaring the plandemic to be over in the same way this writer is, but she did essentially declare it to be over in so many words – at least as far as everyday life is concerned.

“This guidance acknowledges that the pandemic is not over, but also helps us move to a point where Covid-19 no longer severely disrupts our daily lives,” Massetti said. “We know that Covid-19 is here to stay.”

Truthfully, there never should have been any disruption in the first place. While it is great that the CDC is backing off from medical fascism, the damage is already done in the form of economic devastation, lost lives and livelihoods, and broken supply chains.

A: These two articles by the pseudonymous author Dr. Ah Kahn Syed aka Arkmedic published give step by step instructions on how to use the "Blastin" US Gene Database to look up sequences to see if they are recorded as found in nature and also to check if sequences of both DNA and Amnio Acids are registered with the US patent office.

They showed that the infamous Furin cleavage site on the spike protein of Sarscov2 did not evolve naturally and that it was found in the US patent database owned and registered with none other than Moderna in 2015.


This is completely reproducible evidence that Sarscov2 is indeed manmade; it is a bioweapon, and it was not leaked, it was deliberately released.

It is time to stop using the propaganda narrative phrase "lab leak." It was a well-planned in advance bioterror operation.

B: Bioweapon does not follow. It proves the sequence was created by Moderna in hMSH3. That altered gene has a beneficial function in culturing SARS viruses in humanized mouse lung epithelial cells. Moderna designed the sequence so that it would incorporate itself into the SARS virus genome at replication, including the furin cleavage site. So Moderna made and loaded the gun and let WIV play with it until it fired. Does not prove that it is a bioweapon or that the release was intentional.

Switzerland Holds Doctors Liable for Adverse Events

Covid-19 vaccination is subject to conventional liability rules as other medicinal products or vaccines. In case of vaccine damage, the vaccine manufacturer (product liability), the vaccinating agency (contract liability or state liability), and, subsidiarily, the federal government are liable.

Well, it's good to learn that the Swiss are thinking about this also in terms of clarification.



Moreover, further particulars are revealing:

Compensation for vaccination damage by the Swiss Confederation is only possible in the case of vaccinations that were recommended or ordered by the authorities.



Compensation, however, may only be granted by the Swiss Confederation if the damage is not covered elsewhere ('subsidiary liability').

This means that a vaccine-injured person is only entitled to compensation if the damage has not already been covered, for example, by the vaccine manufacturer (product liability), the medical doctor administering vaccination (medical liability) or an insurance company (social or private insurance).

Possible compensation by the Swiss Confederation thus aims to mitigate the consequences for affected persons if third parties (e.g., the vaccine-administering doctor or the manufacturer) are not liable.

AstraZeneca Faces Legal Challenge in UK Over COVID-19 Vaccine

Citing the UK’s Consumer Protection Act, the man launching this legal action says that AstraZeneca’s COVID-19 vaccine is “defective” and less safe than should have been expected. After suffering a blood clot that left him with brain damage, the man has been unable to continue working.

In a separate case, around 90 families are similarly reported to be pursuing legal action against AstraZeneca. Many say the firm’s COVID-19 vaccine caused them to develop deadly blood clots. Others developed Guillan-Barre syndrome, which can result in paralysis. Some have even had limbs amputated. This lawsuit currently involves over two dozen fatalities, some of whom were aged as young as 18-years-old.

The compensation bill for British victims killed or maimed by the AstraZeneca vaccine could theoretically exceed £1 billion ($1.24 billion). But as the UK government’s contract with the firm included an indemnity clause, the final bill will ultimately end up being footed by taxpayers.
