    Hi Xidaijena,
You asked me, Ravenlocke , if I’m Chinese but I’m not.
Still I enjoy watching the Chinese tv series like Eternal Love ten miles of peach blossoms and Ashes Of Love when they come to Netflix because I can watch with English subtitles.
I love the storyline, the beautiful scenery, the music and the beautiful costumes and enjoy the actors too. I like fantasy stories especially those that have heaven realm, floral realm, ghost or demon realm, etc

I have also come to like the Korean tv series they are well done too. One of my favorite is called “It’s okay to not be okay”
The story involves two brothers, the younger has to take care of his older brother who is autistic and the younger brother works at a psychiatric hospital. The brothers later meet this young woman who writes children storybooks, and she is pretty but she is also “broken”. Long story there are lots of characters and little side stories all moving, and the main story. Very nice and moving.

    https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Invi...ity_(TV_series)

“Invisible City (Portuguese: Cidade Invisível) is a Brazilian fantasy streaming television series created by Carlos Saldanha. It is based on a story co-developed by the screenwriters and best-selling authors Raphael Draccon and Carolina Munhóz.[2] It stars Marco Pigossi as Eric, an environmental police officer who uncovers a hidden world of mythological entities from Brazilian folklore, as he searches for a connection between his wife's death and the mysterious appearance of a dead pink river dolphin on a beach in Rio de Janeiro.[3]“

It’s a fantasy story, a murder mystery and some of the towns people are not what they seem. They shape shift into human form but they’re true forms are from mythical creatures.

Wow, cool. I can bet that you might also love in the heaven in the past lives.

Thanks for sharing these nice films. I didn't watch this “It’s okay to not be okay” Korean tv series but the actor is famous in China and I like his TV play called "My Love from the Star". He is so handsome and the story is romantic.

You are cool! Do you mind me to ask where you are from? It is really so interesting and happy for me to see you here. You know, it is not normal that western people enjoy Chinese or Eastern films.

During World War I, Scottish soldier Private Plumpick (Alan Bates) is sent on a mission to a village in the French countryside to disarm a bomb set by the retreating German army. Plumpick encounters a strange town occupied by the former residents of the local psychiatric hospital who escaped after the villagers deserted. Assuming roles like Bishop, Duke, barber, and circus ringmaster, they warmly accept the visitor as their King of Hearts. With his reconnaissance and bomb-defusing mission looming, Plumpick starts to prefer the acceptance of the insane locals over the insanity of the war raging outside. Since its debut, King of Hearts has become a worldwide cult favorite and stands out as one of de Broca’s most memorable films. Fifty years after its original release, this satirical look at the absurdities of war is presented in a gorgeous new 4K restoration for modern audiences to discover.

Farewell to the King Trailer - Directed by John Milius and starring Nigel Havers, Frank McRae, Gerry Lopez, Nick Nolte, Choy Chang Wing. An American soldier who escapes the execution of his comrades by Japanese soldiers in Borneo during WWII becomes the leader of a personal empire among the headhunters in this war story told in the style of Joseph Conrad and Rudyard Kipling. I watched this film several years ago and like it very much.
Andy is awesome. He is full of wisdom and likes to keep silent. In my eyes, he likes to act instead of speaking.
I like Red too. He is very friendly.
