Matthew McConaughey gave a speech at the White House calling for gun responsibility and he was born in Uvalde, Texas. He decided not to run for governor of Texas which was prior to the speech. Had he become a politician then I suspect the tell would have been imbued into his works.

Quote In March 2021, McConaughey confirmed that he was considering running for governor of Texas in the 2022 election.[106] In an October 2021 Twitter Spaces interview with NPR, McConaughey was asked if he was going to run for governor of Texas. He replied, "I am not -- until I am." Just over two weeks before the Texas primary candidate filing deadline, McConaughey released a video on his official Twitter profile stating that he would not be competing for the office.

The city/county of Uvalde was originally called Encina which is an anagram for canine.
Quote Uvalde was founded by Reading Wood Black in 1853 as the town of Encina. In 1856, when the county was organized, the town was renamed Uvalde after Spanish governor Juan de Ugalde (Cádiz, Andalusia, 1729–1816) and was chosen as county seat.

I must have missed the point of your 'canine' anagram somewhere. I do know anagrams can sometimes add intriguing clues to a condition at hand.

Speaking of Matthew McConaughey, why do citizens elevate the voice of actors over others? Acting is a JOB just like flipping hamburgers (No disrespect to the fast food cooks).

The anagrams are showing an ancient pattern. It's my belief that if he became the governor of Texas that information would have been imbued in the past somewhere within his works. He's being used as a pawn by TPTB in regards to the Uvalde incident.

Parents of victims at Uvalde & Buffalo tell the House Oversight Committee to act quickly on gun control.

Quote Kimberly and Felix Rubio, parents of Lexi Rubio, one of the students who died at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, testified virtually, calling for members to ban assault rifles and high-capacity magazines, to raise the age to purchase assault weapons from 18 to 21 years of age, to implement red flag laws and to strengthen background checks and to repeal gun manufacturers liability immunity. The policy suggestions mirror President Biden's list of proposals.

Pete Arredondo resigns from the Uvalde city council. He was earlier placed on administrative leave because he was the incidnet commander during the shooting.

Quote UVALDE, Texas — Uvalde CISD police chief Pete Arredondo is resigning his seat on Uvalde's city council. It was first reported by the Uvalde Leader-News.

Arredondo's resignation comes amid questions of his response to the Robb Elementary School shooting that left 19 students and two teachers dead.

Arredondo was elected to the city council on May 7, then sworn in on May 31, just days after the shooting.

His full resignation letter can be read below:

    "To my Uvalde Community,

"As we continue to grieve over the tragedy that occurred on May 24, we pray for the families affected and our entire community. Uvalde has such a rich history of loving and supporting thy neighbor and we must continue to do so. In speaking with other communities that have had similar tragedies, the guidance has been the same - continue to support the families, continue to support our community and, above all, to keep strong in our faith.

"As I think about my life, from growing up as a child and into adulthood, Uvalde has held an attraction that is incredibly unique. At the center of that attraction, is our community members. Together, we will keep Uvalde strong.

"Lastly, after much consideration, it is in the best interest of the community to step down as a member of the City Council for District 3 to minimize further distractions. The Mayor, the City Council and the City Staff must continue to move forward to unite our community, once again.

    "God bless Uvalde."

The announcement comes after Arredondo was denied a leave of absence from future city council meetings.

The Uvalde Leader-News says that per city charter, council could've considered his seat vacated upon missing three consecutive meetings, if a prior leave of absence was not granted.

“After much consideration, I regret to inform those who voted for me that I have decided to step down as a member of the city council for District 3," Arredondo told the Leader-News. "The mayor, the city council, and the city staff must continue to move forward without distractions. I feel this is the best decision for Uvalde,” Arredondo said.

Footage of the Uvalde police response to the shooting was leaked on Tuesday
It shows how Salvador Ramos, 18, sauntered through the halls at Robb Elementary School carrying an AR-15 as a teacher called for help
He then walked into two classrooms and fired for two and a half minutes, shooting off 100 rounds
The new video shows Sheriff's Deputy Felix Rubio in the hallway, in tears being held back by fellow officers, feet away from where his 10-year-old daughter Lexi was shot dead
The first officers arrived three minutes later, but stood back, with one seen checking his cellphone
Nothing happens until Border Patrol agents ran to the classrooms and began firing at Ramos, killing him

77-Page Report Details ‘Systemic’ Law Enforcement Failures in Uvalde School Mass Shooting
    by Jack Phillips
    Jul 17, 2022

"In this still from surveillance video, authorities respond to the shooting at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas, on May 24, 2022. (Uvalde Consolidated Independent School District/Austin American-

A report released by the Texas state House of Representatives said there were systemic failures on behalf of the some 400 enforcement officers who responded to the May 24 mass shooting at a school in Uvalde.

“There is no one to whom we can attribute malice or ill motives. Instead, we found systemic failures and egregious poor decision making,” the report said, noting “shortcomings and failures of the Uvalde Consolidated Independent School District and of various agencies and officers of law enforcement” and “an overall lackadaisical approach.”

Those claims appear to coincide with statements made by top Texas officials days after the shootings. Texas Department of Public Safety Director Steve McCraw said May 27 that it was the “wrong decision” not to engage with the shooter, Salvador Ramos.

Meanwhile, surveillance footage from the school released last week showed officers waiting around more than 45 minutes before several officers approached the classroom where Ramos had entered. The officers did not enter. It took more than 75 minutes for law enforcement to kill Ramos, 18, after he entered the building.

The report said that law enforcement failed to quickly confront the suspect and instead retreated to safety.

“In this crisis, no responder seized the initiative to establish an incident command post,” it asserted. “Despite an obvious atmosphere of chaos, the ranking officers of other responding agencies did not approach the Uvalde CISD chief of police or anyone else perceived to be in command to point out the lack of and need for a command post, or to offer that specific assistance.”

A makeshift memorial sits outside Robb Elementary School, the site of a mass shooting on May 24, in Uvalde, Texas, on June 21, 2022.

Some individual officers acted without instruction to try to reach the shooter and might have been able to do so if they had more backup, according to the paper.

“Given the information known about victims who survived through the time of the breach and who later died on the way to the hospital, it is plausible that some victims could have survived if they had not had to wait 73 additional minutes for rescue,” the report reads.

A force of 376 law enforcement officers responded to the mass shooting, according to the House panel, which said that there wasn’t clear leadership as they responded.

Texas lawmakers on Sunday noted that Ramos was born in Fargo, North Dakota, before he was moved to Texas when he was a child. Ramos also may have been sexually abused as a child, the report stated.

Friends of the suspect, including a girlfriend, told investigators that Ramos became increasingly depressed during the COVID-19 pandemic. At one point, Ramos told the girlfriend that he wouldn’t live past age 18.

Ramos in late 2021 also allegedly posted a video of him holding a dead cat inside a bag. Footage also showed the future school shooter firing BB guns at people from a car, according to the report.

In the wake of the shooting, which left 19 students and two teachers dead, congressional lawmakers used the tragedy to pass a gun control bill that includes funding to bolster red flag laws and other measures before it was signed by President Joe Biden."

    From The Epoch Times

(Gee, I wonder if we will ever be able to connect those dots and figure it all out.
Or perhaps more to the point, if any of those 376 officers of the law will find the courage to become a whistleblower. )
