I think it's likely they are using that number as a numerological symbol of "the great reset".

They are certainly stuffing it into everyones subconscious if they are publishing that many headlines with it in, which adds to the magikal impetus.

The satellites in hindsight look like the start of mapping, cataloguing & counting everything & everyone, which is now at full throttle with the internet, smart phones, smart meters and so on, "they" really do want an inventory of EVERYTHING.

Russia has clearly worked out the game plan, they've banned NGOs & they are clamping down on the LBGTQ psy-op.

Exactly, as well as prohibiting certain People to start sowing divide, so they can take on the role as "Leaders".

It's all interwoven, getting more and more bizarre, look at Biden, his true personality surfaces from time to time because of his cognitive decline, first line to go is the rehearsed side of his mind, his lies are now becoming more and more apparent because he is loosing his Sociopathic camouflage. If US-Citizens can't see it now they never will, most of them anyway, it's a real shame too.
